Disrespectful Maid

My stay was amazing until the house keeper started banging on my door at 9am saying it was time to check out. Check out is at 11am and not 9am.

A/C cover panel broken, sheets and curtains had holes in them, bathroom fixtures where rusty

The rooms where nasty and they had roaches. When I told the front desk that the room they gave me wasn’t the room I booked or that it didn’t look like the one online they told me no refunds!

I expected basic, but I did not expect dirty and nasty. Manager did not help. Was supposed to call following day… never happened.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE STAY. OUR FIRST ROOM HADN'T EVEN BEEN CLEANED (THERE WAS EVEN A USED CIGAR SITTING ON THE HEATING/COOLING UNIT). WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, AND THE MICROWAVE DIDN'T WORK (SOMEONE CAME AND REPLACED IT TWICE FOR US, BEFORE THE THIRD ONE FINALLY WORKED). THE WATER WOULD NOT GET HOT, AND THE HEATER/COOLING UNIT DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE.

Old food was left in the microwave everything is disgustingly filthy. I had to clean everything I needed to use before using it. I'll never book here again

Rooms need be freshen up with paint. New mattresses. Curtains. The prices don’t match the room

Stinks

I had a 3 night stay, it was very nice. The employees were friendly and was very helpful. The room was ok although it can use a little face lift in some areas. I would recommend this motel for a short stay.

Horrible Stay

It was horrible. The AC unit in the room looked beat down and broken it was loud. The walls were written on and dirty. They didn’t have face towels in the room. Then to top it off mildew was on the ceiling. Mind you not that was the second room because the first room was exactly the same way!!!!

Rooms need work in them , curtain fell down covering the window, and chain lock had all the screws to loose. But no bugs that was a plus.and bed was comfortable

Loud music and loitering

In the world of Motel 6's, this was above average, except the lousy bed.

Bathroom very dirty, looked like mold on the door venting did not work. Air conditioning smelled odd

The rooms was filthy the sheets had dry blood on them. Roaches was every where dried up blood on the walls. This was one of my worst stays.

They had roaches all over the bed and floor. I had to switch to another room with roaches but not as bad. Never again

The first room they gave us roaches every where .so to accommodate us for that they gave us a suite. There was no problems with the suite nor were there any roaches.

Definitely wasnt the cleanest place we've stayed at. Could hear the gentleman snoring next door also the next morning, glad ge slept good!

Never will stay again

There was no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink. I called the front desk and he said i wasnt turning the water on right. I told him i was and had to use the cold water since i was already sitting in the shower. I had to tell him that i know how to use a shower then i had to disconnect the call because he was incompetent.

Gross floors

The service in a feeling it's of the employees was right where it should be but the cleanliness of the room in the whole room including the bathroom was far from where it should have been. I put on a pair of socks and within three minutes the bottom of it was extremely black and when I didn't have sex with my feet up so black within the first couple of minutes that I have to go wash them and it was disgusting.

Will do in a pinch

If you just need a relatively clean room and a bed for the night, then this place will suit your needs. Beyond that, there is not much to say.

Couldn’t be more satisfied

I usually don’t EVER do reviews; but the last few hotels I stayed at were nothing but disappointing, BUT I didn’t expect this hotel to be as great as it was. The air blew perfectly cold and kept the room cold all night; the room was spotless when we got there, and the swipeless room keys were really convenient for constantly having our hands full when we would come back from town

The stay in general was not bad. The service was great. This motel is very run down. you can tell they are doing drug deals in the back. there are people that live there that are loud and dirty.

Clean and good enough for the money

It’s a decent place for the money. Everything has passing marks.

Excellent staff and friendly quick service. Some stains, a little problem with the cable & people were loud at all hours.

Drug Fiend Rundown Hotel

Poor staff and very unclean! This is a low end rundown drug hotel !

Stay far away.

I booked my room on Hotels.com and paid. When I checked in at the hotel, they asked for my credit card, which is sometimes normal for any damages etc...but she charged me again! I explained to her I had already paid for the room via this site. She argued that I had only reserved the room. I pulled up my email with the confirmation number and my bank account showing where I paid. She then agreed that yes, I paid. She printed out a refund paper, and while I was standing there I checked my account again to see that she had charged me a second time for the room. So now, not only have I paid for the room via hotels.com, but the hotel itself has now charged me twice. I absolutely do not recommend this place, go ahead fb and spend the money on a nicer hotel and where honesty is policy. I will be awaiting two refunds this week. I work at the bank I use and will get them both.

Not family safe

To many people live there and to much noises, room walls had righting on them

The staff was nice & helpful. The property isn't the best but they're in the process of upgrading rooms. They give you privacy.

Worst customer service

We arrived early & was dropped off due to my vehicle being in the shop. Well they refused to allow us to check in early so we were were made to stay outside the hotel for over 3 hours in the extremely scorching mid August day in Louisiana! & with our 8 lb mini schnauzer! They checked in two other individuals during those hours that they allowed to go to their room but apparently since our room was purchased online we had to wait until 3 pm... EXACTLY 3PM & not a minute before either! This in spite of the hotel being basically empty with an abundance of vacant rooms! The absolute lack of empathy & basic HUMANITY during a PANDEMIC .. knowing that almost everyone has been suffering severely..some More than others! Through no fault of their own & with very little they can do to change it! THIS is how they choose to treat their paying customers who have purchased a room..at the same rate they charged at the desk! But instead of allowing us to check in into that room in a basically empty hotel (as someone was MURDERED there just the previous day!). Instead they refused to check us in even fifteen minutes early & instead had us stand out in a record breaking SCORCHING heatwave at the absolute hottest part of the day until exactly 3pm!! Outside because the lobby wasnt open to the public & only the outside window was available for check in. I understand that early check-in is at the hotel's discretion however the lack of empathy & basic HUMANITY they showed was UTTERLY DIAPICABLE!

When we pulled into the parking lot, it was clear that the property is very run down. As soon as we walked into our room, 2 roaches crawled across my shoes. The nicest thing I can say is that the bed was ok but not exactly comfortable.

We didn't get any sleep because there was a group of workers staying at the hotel who was outside the entire night drinking and partying. We called the front desk and No one picked up. It wasn't the cleanest hotel either.

Not the best I’ve had but great for the price

Pros- Rooms very clean, staff friendly and professional. Cons- Booked King Suite, when arrived only a double available. The beds leaned to one side. Both did as if a 600lbs man slept on one side for a year. Final Opinion- much better than I thought for the price. Will stay again.

Stay away, please!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! There are three other hotels adjacent to this property, try those. This one was like an abandoned property in a movie. Smelly, dirty, old, with bars around the vending machine, a disconnected ice-maker, and a parking lot full of unsavory characters that eventually led to the police being called in. Scary night for all of us.

Not Good...

Check in was quick. Desk clerk was polite. However, the room was very out-dated. The towels and bed linen appeared to be clean but did not smell fresh. The bathroom door was closed when I arrived. So, when I opened the bathroom door, the smell of strong bleach pierced my nostrils and I had to step out of the room for a quick minute and noticed housekeepers doing laundry. My room was right next door to housekeeping. It was already getting late so I did not request to change rooms. I thought the smell would air out and go away but it smelled of bleach all night. I did not have a pleasant stay. Will not stay at that location again.

Just a quiet night away from kids

Spent time with a friend and had a great time. We stayed up late talking and catching up and uncovering some things neither oe of us knew about the other it was a wonderful night!

Terrible

Hairdryer did not work... the alarm clock went out and when I tried to plug it into a different outlet, it shocked me. The sink had water that leaked from the know. Terrible!!!

We had no towels an called for some was told we were gonna get some an didn'ttill the next day during cleaning. The towels I had gotten myself was picked up by the maids an I asked an they seem upset that it was there's. I then booked a room the next night online an was told I had to get out the room until 3:00 unless I would pay $25.00 an I could stay in the room for the remaining time I had till 3:00 with my things I would have had to put then outside. There was also 2 light bulbs that were out an I purchased . Mangers were not so nice to me an my ppl.

Not to Happy !

Room smelled like they put 10 lbs. of moth balls in it. Don't know what they were trying to cover up. It was pretty strong ! The next morning I found an uninvited guest in my sink ! ( Can you guess what ? ) Don't think they will be on my list for next time.

Not horrible to stay at for a night if needed.

The room was not horrible but was not great either. There was a huge cobweb hanging from the lamp between the beds. It had to have been there when they cleaned and you couldn't have missed it even if you were standing across the room. It was hanging so low that we had to knock it off to turn the light on. The bathroom was clean and I had no reservations about getting into the shower. The room smelled nice and the air was on when we arrived. There were two guys who checked us in that night and took ever precious time. It was well past 1 am when we checked in and we were tired. Waiting 30 min for the check-in process to be complete was a bit annoying. I believe one of the guys was training or something. Would be better for the guests if they trained during the day.

Pro- close to I10 Cons- Run down hotel, small room, creepy area. "Girls" and their pimps were just sitting outside the whole night in the parking lot. Not close to food. Would rather pay the difference for a better hotel next door.

I will never stay here again

It was a older hotel with painted over rooms.Staff was ok but lied when I asked were there another room avaliable close to the parking lot due to me riding my motorcycle.

Sunday early shine!!

Customers should be notified there is a live band playing at 9am Sunday morning!! This would help to know u can't sleep in!! Bathroom ceiling moldy and shower head extra broke spraying everywhere. U can hear every conversation outside ur door!! Not abe to sleep! Receptionist didn't even ask how our stay was!! Not courteous or friendly at all. Two thumbs down.

We were glad that we only had to stay there one night. Both times when we checked in and when we checked out there was no one at the front desk.

Ok hotel for the price

From the outside the hotel was nice. The lobby was beautiful but the breakfast was really limited. The room was a double bed and was just like the pictures online, however, there was a really weird smell to the room. It smelled like a mixture of fresh paint, mildew, and smoke. When we got there the cable wasn't working. When we left 3 channels were working. The bathroom was small and had a leaking toilet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Not a good hotel

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures. The sheets had cigarettes stains and holes in them. The doors on the hotel room doesn't shut completely. The room was extremely small. When to talk to hotel staff about the room and he didn't do anything about it . The hotel is old and dirty . I would not stay again .

worst 2 days ever..... bed was dirty..... got bit 3 times by bedbugs...... room was not clean at all.... you can tell the maids are lazy and don't get checked up on. first and last time ever staying there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY I PAID FOR A SUIT AN DIDNT GET ONE. THE ROOM HAD MOLD ON THE WALLS AND THE ROOM HAD A SMELL THE EMPLOYEES WHERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
