We have stayed here many times and felt unsafe. The mattress on the bed riped and dirty. The man helping didnt even talk to us. We are very disappointed.

TV didn’t work. 8months pregnant gave me an upstairs bedroom when a bunch of bottom rooms were available. When coming back into the room super, late key didn’t work, had to go to front desk at almost midnight with a crying tired toddler. super inconvenient. Staff not friendly.

The hotel was accommodating to our time of arrival at 10pm. When I arrived with my family, there was a very angry woman out front. Check in was good with no problems. Once in our room, there was a commotion with the woman yelling. We were on the first floor and could hear who was on the second story when they moved around the room. The pillows were really uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were really thin with no thick blankets on the bed. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be, but there was no shampoo or conditioner available for use.

If thier is a bellow 00 rating i will rate that place as a trash i dont knw how it was rated good the bed was horrible springs on the mattress on one side almost coming out so you be sleeping on springs not to mention the dirtry ass table insode couch is cut and dirrty and thier is rooms in thier rented to trash people living in thier i paide a total off a 100 for one night but honestly if they pay me 1000 to stay thier for one more night i would not expect that all trash trash trsh

The motel was nice and a large room which was nice. The manager was very nice and helpful.

The room stunk of smoke and outdated. The bed was so old there were huge sunken spots in the mattress. Worst sleep I’ve had in years. The pillows were all different sizes and horrible. Slept on the pillows for support and used a hoodie as a pillow. Do better!

Old school owner/manager in shorts and a sweater serving through bullet proof glass window with sketchy customers all around. Booked for 2 nights and left after 1. co-worker didn't even stay one night when he had booked 2. Don't stay here.

I recently came here for 3 nights so I could go to Disneyland. I thought it was a pretty good price for what I got. Read mixed reviews before booking here, overall my experience was really good! It was very clean which was my main concern. Although I didn’t spend most of my day at the motel because I was in Disney, the time I spent at night was really good. The room I got was pretty spacious. I would book again

Ac/heater didn’t work. Lights were very dim practically going out. I didn’t realize they didn’t have a microwave or accidentally booked a smoking room, but that was my fault. The fridge looked in bad condition on the inside. No shampoo or conditioner was provided only soap. Towels were very small in size. The walls were dirty looking, but could have been from the smoke. The table had a messed up spot on the wood. The pictures of the rooms on the site didn't look anything like the room I had. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I just wanted to shower, sleep, get ready for the next day, and leave.

The guy up front did not want to upgrade me to a non smoking room even tried to pay extra he got all rude due to medical reason the smell of it is very concerning I got in there and it wasn’t even clean towels had stains desk had like make up stains and everything in had cigarettes burns

For the most part, the hotel was exceptional. The bed was something else very uncomfortable. Plus nothing like flat bed pillows.

The lobby was locked and I had to use teller’s type window in the wall and Wi-Fi did not work.

I am not one that usually leaves feedback. However, my stay at this property was not pleasant and I would like to inform and prevent potential guest from booking this hotel for their stqy. Rather than to get into a lengthy story, let me just get to the point. Upon arriving to the property we noticed a group of individuals skateboarding on the property looking very suspicious which left us feeling uneasy. Let me just say that if I would have been able to find another hotel available at that moment, I would have. Now on to the check in experience. The front desk employee who took several minutes to help me and was very rude when he checked me in. I had questions about my stay and he just brushed me off handed me my key and walked away from the window and left me with unanswered questions. We then get to the room and it looks pretty clean until I noticed hand prints all over the headboards of the beds. Thankfully I always travel with disinfectant wipes and a can of lysol. Needless to say don't make the same mistake I did and spend a little more on a bigger name hotel. Save your money and skip on this location.

The room was very clean, large, updated and comfortable. The office personnel called to confirm that we were arriving.

Property was clean but at 6am you would hear trucks going in and out of the building, but the worst part was that the right side of the bed was sagging. Just awful.

The guy at the front desk is absolutely hilarious.. I enjoy talking to him.. super sweet guy. Check in is always a breeze here.. quite area no one hanging out or anything.

Tv speakers were worn out sounded awful but overall everything else was properly working

Very spacious. Very clean. Lots of stores and restaurants at walking distance.

Clean, safe and quiet. There was an error during the booking of the room and ended up with a smoking room. Other than that it was ok. The room could use more tables and shelving.

Was woken up at 3AM by the family staying next door. We could hear every word being spoken in the next room. Also, the check in process was awkward as we had to forfeit our ID while waiting for the son manager to come in.

Decent for the price you pay. Pro: reasonably safe, plenty of hot water, functional room. Con: Thin walls. Can hear the neighbors yapping away at 6:00am. Can improve on: Add a few accent pieces in the walls and lighting to make the room feel friendlier. There is just a bunch of bare walls and fluorescent lighting. When the bathroom is is brightest room it tells you something. Also if you plan to sleep 2 on the queen bed, the blanket is too small for 2. Get rid of the broken car in the parking lot. This should feel like a safe place for guest to park and not like a place where things are stored. The large trucks parked there also distracts.

My real only complaints are that the bedding was really thin. Blanket was thin. Just didn’t seem warm enough and if we had the heat on it was too hot. Also the mattresses were a little too stiff. Other than than it was quiet and shopping for groceries were super close. Was very clean.

What you'd expect from a Motel 6

Our one night stay was a last minute decision and we selected Motel 6 because of reputation and price. The late night desk person wss nice and amiable. The checin process was easy. There was plenty of parking that was easy to get in and out of. The room was very basic but clean. It has a nice, minimalist design. Again its basic. Good for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay more than that. The banquette cover was torn in a few places and wasn't too comfortable for long term seating. We couldn't get the TV to work either. We didn't care too much fir just one night though. The only other issue was water pressure. There wasn't any to speak of. It took forever to rinse off. Overall, it's what you expect. You're not in the lap of luxury. You're in a clean and comfortable enough room.

It did the job, but too impersonal for my taste.

The stay was okay, mostly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable after a long day. My 2 big issues were that the t.v. services were mediocre and that when it came time to check out in the morning, there was no attendant in the office, we were told to just leave the room key. It felt very impersonal. Not something you want from your stay.

The guy was never in the office. When I arrived to check in housekeeping told me he was in the shower and he will be out in 10 minutes. I noticed that he always parked his vehicle in the handicap parking spot. The ice machine never had ice. The AC was always turning off. The bathroom sink faucet water would splash you every time you used it. I don’t recommend this place at all. You could never get in contact with the guy from this facility even if you called from the room. Worst place to stay.

It was okay, only issue was our second night there the power in our room went out like 3 times, the maintenance guy and the guy at the front desk kept asking if we had multiple things plugged in that could trip their breaker I told them no every single time, it was around midnight and we were literally about to go to bed. They even wanted to come into the room and check the outlets as if we were lying about if we had things plugged in!

Not good my car got hit in the parking lot and was only told till i left and was not given anything or information..

The desk staff were extremely rude to me... i really believe it was the fact I'm a woman because when my boyfriend went to talk to their they weren't rude at all. We paid for a full week and we were very disrespected especially me. The room didn't have a microwave or coffee maker and i priced other room i the same area and i found rooms less expensive with a refrigerator microwave and coffe maker.

I don’t like what they did... Motel 6 Anaheim at 701 Brookhurst cancelled my reservation because we arrived late (1 am) even though check in time is until 4am and when the manager (Raj) called me and I told him that we will be there but late because of the traffic because of road closure due to snow at Grapevine and he said he will hold the room but unfortunately they give away our room at around 8 pm! The staff at the front desk said they give it away because “ it’s business “ and told me to just look for other hotel... at that late and have two children with me??? He is so rude and inconsiderate!!! I will never go back to that motel!!!

Not clean at all very disappointed found hairs on my pillows that were not mine floor was sticky.

Great budget motel in the Anaheim area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Approximately a 10 min drive to Disneyland.

Everything works properly but in general there are some requires re-painting like the door from inside. Hate nitpicking but overall it was a good stay. There were a bunch of construction guys outside not sure whats going on.
