Our first visit to Quebec, the Monsieur Jean helped us to explore and relax. Our room was beautiful and spacious (corner King with balcony? Great little kitchen area in room and large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Special artistic decor. It is not a brand-name hotel. A lot of details are in the lobby and in the room. Parking is costly in that area. Right in the middle of okd Quebec

Such a magical stay small details throughout this property make it one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and book the terrace room. It has a fire pit and honestly tempted us to not even wanna wander around the magical city of Quebec what a view

Great location and quirky but fun atmosphere! The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful but quiet. We arrived during the German Market so parking was a bit of a mess the first night but resolved quickly after 8pm. Loved the views and the location. Smack in the middle of it all. I know some love the Frontenac but that seems too crazy to us (Disney’ish). We loved how private and quiet our stay was. Definitely would return. Breakfast and the bar were good (not great). Food for breakfast was actually very good but they kept running out of things and the kitchen staff were slow to replenish. Opted to go out most mornings at Le Buche which was outstanding. The location of this facility is perfect. We literally walked everywhere and loved that.

Monsieur Jean is an amazing hotel! It was easy to find and parking was very convenient in the garage next door. The hotel was beautifully decorated in both the common areas and guest rooms. So much attention to detail! We especially loved the art work. Every time we looked, we noticed something different! We also really enjoyed the short story kiosk in the lobby - so fun! Our room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful and kind, especially David in the breakfast room. We can't wait to stay here again!

Located centrally in Quebec old town so a short walk to all major sights and a nice selection of restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, I would stay here again.

Great area, center of the old city. Parking not easy however. Room spacious although lighting very poor in the room. Breakfast the exact same every day, gym needs wipes for people to clean the equipment. But overall I would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at several places during our visit. This was the very finest. Above all, we expect respectful, attentive service, and we were delighted to receive that! Visitors will like the creative design of the lobby and the artwork. The designer did a splendid job.

Amazing location. Super personable and professional staff. The staff were truly superb and made my stay a lot more welcoming and enjoyable. I wish I knew about this hotel sooner! Valet parking is nice and they provide EV charging. Very clean with high ceiling. The unit was bright and very roomy and modern.

Great place - marked down as they were determined to charge for breakfast, despite it being part of platinum perks. No free upgrade offered either, despite high grade rooms being available online. Rooms were very nice, although noisy from street below. Breakfast was very nice, albeit limited.

The hotel was excellent. The staff exceeded all our expectations. The staff were friendly and warm. I enjoyed saying, Bonjour each morning.

Loved the hotel and staff especially their concierge! Only negative was their breakfast which I wish we’d skipped but we tried our last morning. Very expensive for what was served. It should be included with the room.

Everything was amazing except the breakfast was less than satisfactory and the bar staff and service were hit and miss. Everything else was 5 stars!

An overall excellent experience.

We were contemplating several properties in the area, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of staying here. It was a great location and so close to everything. The staff was great, and it was really clean. The concierge - Sandrine, helped us plan so much before our stay and while we were there. She was so helpful and just phenomenal. Couldn't say enough good things about her or our stay. We hope to come back again someday

Great location, unique hotel with interesting lobby and bar. Very spacious room and bathroom.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay,however had an issue checking out. There was a 67$ charge on our bill from their restaurant. We had not been in the restaurant other than to purchase a coffee which we paid cash for. The receipt they had attached to our coffee receipt didn’t have my husband’s signature. They took it off our account but beware. Always check your bill before you leave the premises.

Spacious and clean room. Really nice amenities and small touches - full kitchen, heated floor in the bathroom, double sinks etc. The staff were super nice too.

This is a great place to stay. Perfect location, fabulous front desk staff, and great room with robes, kitchenette and fancy bathroom.

Convenient to old Quebec and all that it has to offer (restaurants, shopping, walkable to tours & activities). We thought the lounge had a cool vibe and we enjoyed live music one night. Parking is adjacent in a public parking garage and this was fairly expensive but maybe no more expensive than any other major city. Breakfast was continental and offered in the lounge every morning. Servers were attentive and pleasant. We would stay at this hotel again if we were visiting old Quebec.

Lovely hotel, very centrally placed in Quebec. Modern and quirky decor (the corridors are a bit dimly lit though). Good customer service at reception. Didn't eat at the hotel as there are lots of places nearby. A towel hook by the shower door would help.

A very friendly, modern, interesting hotel in a great area. It is in the middle of the old city. The breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay here again next time we travel to Quebec.

The rooms were very comfortable with a large bathroom and a separate kitchen area with a microwave, small stovetop, sink, refrigerator, complete with dishes, cups, towels, and utensils. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helped arrange dinner reservations. Great location to the Old City.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We were especially helped by the concierge named Magali, she was very professional and friendly and personable and gave us one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel stay. We would definitely recommend anyone and if we ever come back to Quebec, we will be coming here.

We enjoyed the library and our room. The bed was wonderful and we enjoyed the kitchenette.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff was very pleasant but unable to address a small problem with the room. The safe was inoperable and although we asked front desk staff 5 times to have it fixed, it never was.

Lovely Hotel Well Situated in Lovely Old Quebec

A truly lovely hotel which is ideally situated in Old Town Quebec. Everything was top notch except the service at breakfast. One young lady was clearly new to the job and spilled water all over the table when we arrived one morning and another lady looked thoroughly bored. Not withstanding these small issues, everyone else was extremely helpful, the breakfast food was good and the room excellent.

The property is decorated in a very unique fresh way. We had a terrace outside our room. We were traveling with our dog and there was a park next door.

When we stayed at Le Mont Stephen in Montreal, they gave us free parking via expedia VIP. But this property charged us two days parking fee. They didn’t offer any VIP services to us. For a premium hotel and price we paid, it’s definitely not meeting our expectations. There is no services what soever! Not recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location in Old Quebec, very walkable to attractions and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent, very friendly. We booked a basic room, as it was the last room available, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was. We also appreciated the Nespresso and kitchenette. The heated floors in the bathroom were a luxurious touch too! We will definitely be back again!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and very nice. There is a spa onsite, but we didn’t have time to try it.
