Very convenient if you have a late night arrival or an early morning departure. Clean and modern looking, bed is just a bit too firm but we weren't fussed as we were only there for one night.

We stayed here for our last night in Bangkok & wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel is amazing value for money. My room was large with a very comfortable bed & huge bathroom. The rooftop pool is great & has amazing views of the runway

One of the worst hotel experiences ive ever had and ive probably stayed in 100 hotels . Horrendously over priced food at the restaurant, possibly the most uncomfortable bed ive slept on, staff were rude, nothing in the vicinity other than a 7/11 that to access you need to walk 5-10 mins through a sketchy feeling industrial area ( im a 6ft tall solid guy covered in tattoos and i didnt feel safe) . I booked the place as i had an early flight in the morning to make it easy for me as they had a shuttle. What they dont tell uou is the shuttle only leaves certain times and in this case not a time that suited me . They refused to refund the extra i paid for the shuttle which is crazy . Horrible experience i do not recommend at all

I stayed at Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport with my husband in December 21-23, 2023, and I found the hotel to be the best place to start a journey near the airport. The staff were amazing, we stayed in the hotel as the first destination of our journey, even i had forgotten my purse with all my cash and travel documents in the lobby area, which was secured by a female officer untouched. She literally saved our journey and all the plans that we had in mind throughout the vacation. She deserves a raise and promotion for being so honest with the hotel and country. I strongly recommend this hotel as your nearest destination from the airport to have a proper rest, catch flights, and start your journey to explore Thailand on your arrival. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options for vegetarians and halal food.

Simple airport hotel to rest

If you're looking for a cheap comfortable hotel outside of the main city of Bangkok then this might be an option. I missed my flight at Suvarnabhumi in the early morning and this hotel was in a good location for me to rest for a few hours until I returned in the evening to catch my rebooked flight. My room only had windows in the bathroom to allow natural light but as I was there to sleep for a few hours I wasn't too bothered. Staff are friendly and they allowed me to check-in early as they had availability.

Efficient staff pleasant nice room .Food stops at 23:30 and was vey nice . Food in machines too . My only complaint is i had no idea to catch the 'shuttle' it was only by chance at the taxi rank a guide told me to go to a desk , the shuttle is a taxi and an extra 70bhat for a large case ...cough cough ...they do use meter . Also i was surprised it was further from airport than i expected though only 10mins , would stay again .

This review is for Miracle Suvarnabhumi, the Miracle hotel near the Suvarnabhumi airport. My favorite hotel for Suvarnabhumi layovers. Very short taxi ride from the airport. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Pool and small but well equipped exercise room on the roof. Big restaurant with lots of food. Polite staff. They will arrange metered taxi, no extra charges. Industrial area, but 7-11 is short walk, also Kerrys if you need to ship something.

Great place and nice people, good service and great facilities. Restaurant is top notch. Only suggestion is to eliminate plastic. They put forks and knives in plastic, soaps in plastic and water bottles in plastic. Please switch to no plastic. use glass water bottles and no plastic please. Very Nice Room

Very nice stay. The room was recently renovated and nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend to anyone looking to stay especially if you have a flight. The staff was also very friendly.

Rooms are good, well kept and quiet spacious. Beds are 2 singles joined together, I ordered a Delux double, that was disappointing. Staff are excellent. But compared to the Miracle Grand Don Mueang it’s pretty basic. A bit like a Holiday Inn Express in the UK but rooms are a lot more spacious with big bathrooms. I would recommend this hotel for value, and service.

We booked this hotel because it had advertised transport to and from the airport. I arrived before my girlfriend on different flights, so I had to pay for a the taxi to get there, then back to her airport to pick up my partner, then back to the hotel. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the bed was rock hard. The staff were fine. But the excuse given for no transport didn’t make sense. They just need to stop advertising transport to the airport if they don’t offer it.

Modern rooms with extra large bathroom. Bed was very hard. Pool area was disappointing as there were only 2 chairs.

Good for Bangkok Airport

We stayed overnight prior to a morning flight. Reasonably priced and perfectly adequate for this purpose. Not much in the area around the hotel but we didn't need to go out. We dined in the cafe- it was ok. Reception were very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

It was an ok place to stay. Had a hell of a time getting to the location as taxis had no idea this place existed. Beds are rock hard.

Check in was smooth and fast. My only complaint is that the only windows in the room were in the bathroom, and had shades that didn’t open. Very limited number of mostly Thai tv channels. For a one night stay near the airport it was comfortable enough.

I was just on a long layover and it was close to the airport with a free shuttle. Affordable, clean and the bed was a bit firm but comfy enough. Had a big soaker tub which was nice after 30 hours of travel.

Due to last minute changes with flights because of Coronavirus we found ourselves without a hotel at 11 pm at Suvarnabhumi Airport. I found this hotel which is 2.5 miles from the airport and we had to be at the airport at 6 am the next day. I like honest reviewers so here goes...Miracle saved us during a very stressful moment. You will get kind, helpful front desk and house cleaning staff. Free airport shuttle to AND from the hotel. Free buffet breakfast beginning at 5:30 am. All this at the low cost of $30 on Expedia. What you won’t get is a luxury room at a 5 star hotel. We had one issue and the front desk addressed it immediately with a quick housekeeping visit. Clean bedding, ac works and the front desk called at 5:45 am to remind us of shuttle pick up. I can’t rate breakfast bc I only grabbed coffee and a croissant before leaving on shuttle. Again ALL this is an amazing deal. There are no restaurants close by and maybe there’s convenience store like 7-11 close by. I appreciate the services I received during my distress. Miracle was exactly what I needed at that moment.

Perfect hotel for a quick stay on your way in or out of Bangkok. Basic but clean & comfortable. Free shuttle to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport a big plus. 15 minutes from the airport. I'd stay again.

Great location just noisey - no sound proofing.

This was a perfect location for an overnight layover with an early departure the next morning. Room was spacious so we could layout our bags and repack. It was noisey in the hall with people coming and going and calling out loudly - not sure what was going on so not a great nights sleep.

The first time I booked at this hotel through expedia I was put in the newer section. When I booked the second time through expedia I was put in the old section. Couldnt get a wake up call. No one was answering the phone at the front desk. My toilet handle fell off of the toilet and the workers were not smiling and the breakfast in the old section was beyond terrible. never again !!!

Not really an airport hotel was 20 minutes away

Airport transfer needs a better explanation of exactly where to wait as was told between gates 3 & 4 but not told to wait inside so had to call to find exactly where and wait again for next transfer I expect an airport hotel within the grounds of an airport not a 20 minute ride away but was okay for an overnight stay

Decent American/European breakfast buffet.

I have been staying with Miracle hotel every time I fly into Bangkok because the free airport shuttle service. The room and breakfast buffet European/American/Thai are very nice to have coffee with espresso machine made strong coffee & made to order eggs your style. Clean spacious modern room & bathroom. Wi-Fi is fast. I would recommend staying here maybe only 1 night because the hotel is far from shopping and anything else.

Conveniently located to serve the airport

Reasonably priced hotel perfect for 1 night stay that provides free shuttle service. It's very clean large modern bathroom good Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet is great if you prefer European/American style with made to order eggs, espresso coffee machine and fully staffed to pickup your dishes. We paid 200 bahts each for breakfast. We stayed in their Deluxe room with King bed or 2 beds pushed together. The bathroom is larger than the average Thai Hotels at this price.

It’s an OK hotel to stay near the airport for 1 night. I wouldn’t stay here any longer but honestly can’t complain for the price paid. Good tasty food a la carte.

The pick up service and drop off at the airport was very good. The hotel itself was clean, however the walls were too thin, and water running in any adjacent room could be heard as was the noise. The bathtub stopper would not close properly so no chance to take a nice relaxing bath. The shower head pointed too far and could not be adjusted, pooling on the floor. The water gushing out of the shower head, would come out cool then spray scalding hot water every few seconds. Breakfast was cold fried eggs, boiled processed meats. I requested an omelette and received a folded omelette that was completely uncooked in the middle. This place has potential, but it has a ways to go yet.

Nice clean room and attentive staff. Airport shuttle Is a huge plus, though our morning drive was a bit rough as though he was driving with feet on the gas and brake together. There are no other restaurants etc within walking distance.

Proximity to Bangkok International Airport and the hourly shuttle there as well as the 24-hour restaurant in the newer building worked well for me. So did the lovely ladies at the Miracle Spa!

Good rest after long late night flight

We got off on a long flight all day . When we arrived at about local time 1030pm , we did not want to go to our downtown right away.. instead as it was late and dark, we decided to stay near the airport . After great hot breakfast in the morning and also fresh fruits in morning , we were more rested and headed downtown.

Nice staff and easy access to public transportation. It's not close to the tourist attraction but you can get there by public transportation or taxi if that is more convenient for you. Wifi is very weak and if you have a noisy neighbor next door you will need ear plugs. The

Nice hotel for an overnight saty near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. Nice free shuttle from the airport. Room was big, but felt bland.Very hard bed. Noice isolation wasnt good. Overall, nice for an overnight, not beyond. Location wasnt great. But as an overnight stay, it doesnt matter. Room service prices were ok.

Breakfast was cold. There is no bacon. There is no cheese. Please improve on your breakfast.

Beds are hard with holes in sheets. No table lights. Bathroom is outdated. Weird bath tub that required new grouting with no working shower. Apart from the lobby hotel hallway look unfinished. Hotel keys are actual keys which I have not scene since the early eighties. I know we on paid 40 Canadian dollars but in hind sight I would have chosen different as I really did feel comfortable and did not sleep well

The room was nice and the staff friendly. On our way back home we booked a room again.

Very good value for money . Near airport so adequate for a quick stopover . Not much around though did see 1 restaurant nearby . The bathroom shower is appalling as the water sprays everywhere and I flooded the floor. Lighting in bedroom is poor. There are no reading lights by the bed so my husband who likes to read at night had to use overhead light which then kept me awake

They have 2 buildings, seems like many people including myself ended up at the wrong building!! They provided transportation to correct building. I think this could be avoided with a little effort from the hotel management. Hotel I ended up in did not have a roof top pool!!

Good hotel for overnight.

Only stayed one night as had onward flight. Hotel rooms were clean, the corridors could do with being painted, not an issue though. Dinner was served in the other site(hotel on 2 sites, not even a minute walk between them). The food was delicious and the restaurant had excellent service and was spotless. Just one thing to watch for, the price displayed on the menu does not include the 10% service charge and 7.5% tax. Breakfast is served in both sites, choice was good and cost 200 baht per person. I would stay again if I needed a stopover in Bangkok.

Spacious rooms

It’s a recently refurbished modern hotel for short stays. Spacious room and modern walk in shower. The only issue was the bus broke down on way back to airport leaving us stranded on the Bangkok Freeway. Can’t blame hotel for that, though, although would have expected some sort of replacement transfer to have been organized. Next time I would book a hotel right at the airport to avoid stress of missing flight.

Great hotel close to BKK airport. Nice rooms and 24 hour room service - but you can also walk to restaurants and a 7-11. Super value - would stay here again. Airport shuttle to airport on the hour - schedule with helpful front desk.

Comfortable stay for one night, room is spacious and clean, only the bathroom need upgrade. Overall good value for money .

Great air conditioning. Good shower. Great value. Good communication leading up to stay. The process of getting picked up at the airport was a bit chaotic, but that is kind of par for the course here in Thailand. Bed was very firm. All in all, it did the job well (we were only there for a quick overnight before heading to Phuket).

Very pleased with the hotel. With it's location with free airport shuttle Miracle is obviously a facility to serve travelers. It was an overnight stay after 25 hours to get to Bangkok before leaving for the coast this AM. Pick up at the airport went well and check in at 2AM was as about as good anything could be at that hour. Breakfast was very good within the price point for the hotel and beds, while very firm, we're very comfortable. I would have 1 clarification, a minor mix up based on my assumption. The employee that you need to hook up with instead of standing outside between departure exits 3&4 was actually inside the terminal are with an 8x12 sign attached to the enclosure I think set up to hold luggage. It's the same area where other hotels meet their guests. Once we got hooked up everything went quickly. Not the slightest hesitation to stay here again. Miracle serves it's purpose very well at an attractive price.

Great transit hotel at a bargain price

The Good: great airport pick up. Best service at check in and brought bags to room; spacious room; comfortable; quiet; no smells or bugs; modern and new decor. The Bad: some dirt in one corner of room near bathroom; bathroom floor got we from shower.; Shower drain clogged.

Arrive shuttle is a cluster

Airport shuttle to the hotel is totally unreliable- waited for hours and they said they had staff at the airport. Took pics of wait I was waiting and they said it was the correct spot and they were never there! Had to take a taxi to the hotel for 233 baht. Taxi called hotel for location and still got lost twice. Shuttle from hotel to airport was timely efficient!

Disappointing

Staff were good. As a Quality Assurance Manager in health and hygiene, the condition and hygiene after cleaning was substanded. I was to stay for 15 nights but left after 8. Photos are available at your request. I would not stay here again
