Very nice for the price
Nice place to spend time with your beloved or family Nice customers service and great launch,Nice areas,
The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive.
Exceptional service! Amazing and very friendly staff! There to assist with all your needs. Centrally located, which puts you close to all that Dubai has to offer!
The property was clean & quiet, people where helpful in suggesting things to do...The place is a short cab ride from most attractions...would stay there again!!
Very good experience!
Hotel condition is very good, greqt customer service and valley service
A great central location out of the busy city
Can’t find any fault with hotel. Will certainly use it again.
Great
Great hotel & be cautious of non yellow taxis
I would say that everything from start to finish was made simple and the staff were super helpful. I travelled with just myself and my baby for the first time and felt as though the apartment was very safe secure and provided everything needed. the only caveat I would say is that although our room was a smoke free room, I could still smell the stench of smoke in the room. My only negative is be careful about the taxi you use. Typically during my trip I used the halla taxis (yellow ones with meters) but when checking out I used one of the black professional looking taxis as I had two suitcases, two bags and a pram and of course my child. Before we got into the taxi concierge confirmed the price which was already more than the yellow taxi or Uber but for ease I was happy with the price. However during the journey the driver began to tell me about how he’s finding it difficult to survive in Dubai as he’s been here two months and finding it a struggle then towards the end of the trip he proceeded to ask whether it would be okay to more than double the agreed fair from 120 to 250, he said if he said that amount originally I would have declined (which of course yes I would have as it was nearly triple the yellow taxis) I was always planning to tip but being asked to more than double the fare made me feel uncomfortable. In the end I paid 130 but at the end of the trip I had to ask him to help me with my bags to which he chucked it on the pavement considering I was alone w/ my baby.
Lovely hotel with amazing staff! Will definitely recommend
Decent budget hotel
A good budget hotel for the price. They will try and upgrade you when you arrive and may not like it if you choose not to go for one of their suites or club lounge packages. Also their shuttle bus are first come first serve, so you could be waiting a while and not be able to get on. They aren't great at dealing with any requests, but to be fair, it's a budget hotel and thus for the price it's OK.
Staff is wonderful and always willing to helped. Had a lovely stay
Enjoyed my week at this hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Also the beach and emirates mall is 10 mins drive away. Travelled with my toddler and he enjoyed the kids pool and the kids club.
It would be nice to serve alcohol in the bar also the dinner buffet was not appealing out of the 7 dinner we ate only one day was ok.
Good stay. Pools were nice. Staff were friendly. Location is great and walking distance to metro
It was a great visit with the amenities in the property being to notch. The only issue was that it was far from some attractions, but the stay experience was fantastic.
Very good hotel with fantastic staff
Very good hotel for the price, close to several attractions such as JBR beach, the palm and even Dubai mall outside peak hours. The staff of the hotel were fantastic, they were always polite, helpful and with a smile on their faces. The hotel provides a number of free shuttles to several key attractions, several times a day, which is very convenient. The breakfast was proper.
Great hotel and service
The hotel was awesome. The only downside was that my suite had a musty smell in the room. I let them know about it but nothing was done. Other than than that ot was a great stay overall.
The room had a foul smell in the room and when I complained about it they didn’t do much. On the last day the smell was bad that even the house keeping manager acknowledged it. We weren’t able to sleep all night and I requested an extension for the late checkout which was not considered.
Great place
Great place. Neat and tidy rooms. Excellent customer service.
It’s a dry hotel
The hotel itself was very good, the room was clean and modern. Staff were very friendly. The main issues, were very small pool area, long queues at breakfast with me giving up and. Or having breakfast and that it was a dry hotel, which didn’t serve alcohol. Having rechecked all the information on the site, I could not find anywhere that says this. It was the biggest disappointment of the trip.
I stayed for 2 nights-The hotel is not bad, it has a great view of the city especially at night ie if you are given a good room. I had to insist on a higher floor with a view on my second night there. On my first night I was in a crappy room on the 3rd floor( in fairness, this was because I got in very early and after some hours, a kind lady at the front desk agreed to check me in but only an accessible room was available at the time) she gave me the option to wait until the 2pm check in time ( this was around 10.30 am ) but being that I was stupid tired by that time, I took whatever she should offer and just slept most of the day. On the negative side, when I first arrived (4am), the front desk guy on duty tried to get me to pay nearly the price of my room in order to check in early. I didn’t, and sat in the lobby to wait. About an hour later, I was propositioned by some creep asking me to come up to his room , I politely declined but was totally disgusted. The rooms are clean but bathrooms could be better.bedsheets were itchy. I also saw roach in the downstairs lobby bathroom. The restaurant food is ok but more expensive than most places, and I went to the 29 lounge to relax while waiting for afternoon tea on my last day there and was bothered by the staff there- first one cleaning around me, when I moved to another seat, they said that was reserved and then when I went to outside seating, I was informed that I could only sit at the lounge if I was buying something.
Good experience overall
It’s really nice experience
3 nights were amazing.. Best place to stay in dubai Thanks
The best view of the other places, The city
Very good place
They did not accommodate the reservation as reserved. I had to pay extra for a bed even though i reserved for 4 people.
Nice place
Family friendly
One of the best hotels for families
The place is great and lights up at night! I got a nice view of the city and you cannot beat it for the price! Everything was amazing and the breakfast was a full buffet!
Everything was excellent
I like it overall but what I dislike is it far from the city center.
Great family hotel! Great location, convenient distance from Lego Land and Dubai Outlet Mall. Cleaning of rooms and wifi connection could be better. Overall, satisified with the hotel for our first stay in Dubai. Recommended for families
The staff is not trained, extremely slow service. The rooms are cramped with really bad lighting. When you open kitchen cabinets there are literally sewage lines running behind them. If you have money and time to spare then this hotel THE choice.
We stayed there for 10 days. Everything was good except the ventilation in the lifts, it always has a very bad smell.
Very nice people, fancy and great place to stay. Loved everything. Thank you everyone.
everything perfect, stay 24 nights their, will go their again
My stay was Fabulous and I will recommend it 100 percent.
The hotel is Clean. Got ever'thing in the room like bathrobes, shoes, big screen TV, fancy bathroom... We got a room with balcony in the 2nd floor & then we updated for a city view room in the 27th floor. Staff always ready to help. Good food in the restaurant. I had the chance to assist a live Band performance, that was amazing. Tour Drivers & Guides are friendly. Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel is highly recommended.
Best place
Receptionist Elena and Ahmad were so nice and helpful. The property chairs and closet has to be bigger other than that it’s excellent hotel
Ver nice location close to restaurants and shops
Excellent hotel and staff- always willing to help! It’s quite a busy hotel and lots going on all the time! Good and service is excellent The location of the hotel is good with easy accessibility to everywhere
Staff are very friendly. Property looks new.. but extra beds are very expensive. They sold us a studio for 2 adults and 2 kids, then said that there is no place fornthe kids to sleep, and charged us extra for kids beds.. but still i am satisfied
Disappointed
I booked a hotel apartment for four people (2 adults and 2 kids) and i was very much surprised that the size of the room barely fits 2 people and there was only 1 king size bed. Im not sure how i was supposed to fit a a pre-adolesdent and a child of 6 year old into room that not only had no space but did not have any extra bed. An extra bed was only made available the second night after a number of arguments with several staff and of course was paid over and above the fee for a room that was supposed to cover everything
No Booze Hotel
What an amazing Hotel. Everything was fantastic. The only minor negative I would say, is that it doesn't sell alcohol at any of it bars or restaurants. But I would 100% stay again.
Had several problems using my credit cards at the property. They could't find my booking and made me call Expedia directly.
OK but needs to be operationally better
Nice hotel because it is new. However, the check in process is ridiculous and front desk / concierge services are unreliable.
Clean and good facilities
The Service was bad, cleaning room also not as 4 star hotel.
The property is nice and clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job. Housekeeping were very friendly. Metro is approx 5 min walk away and taxis are readily available. There are supermarkets close by too. We mainly used the metro to get around and taxi sometimes . Taxis are pretty cheap anyway. The only downfall is the tour desk staff and reception who try and sell you tours to rip you off and they said we will do you a price, However, tours are definitely cheaper to book online,
Great property! Good location for exploring Dubai as a whole. Recommend
Another good stay!
Great hotel, friendly staff. Next time will probably hire a car as it was a distance to the city. Pool area was good and safe- life guards were very on the ball. Good family hotel. Evening dinners were lovely -they had themed nights and lots of choice! Our second stay and we will go back.
Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Nice place to stay
A marvelous place to stay in Dubai. Very convenient. Staff is really friendly and professional. I particularly have in mind the Widiasa and Ari. Both are the best and I will miss their kindess and sense of humor.
Oka was awesome.
The lounge with the sky view had terrible service and took forever. Oka, the gentleman who brought me my room service was amazing and had wonderful customer service. I will be back because of his hospitality.
The staff at the reception are really helpful
Wasn’t impressed...will not book an apartment at this place again, it doesn’t have the hotel feel and is better suited for long term residents.
Nice stay
Friendly staff ! It’s impossible to reach to front desk through landline , limited F&B options Accessibility to car park is bit hard
Highly recommended
It's a nice stay but it's disappointed that we can extend the stay as apartment side is always full...
The receptionist never have time to answer your questions they take they time for everything in the morning house keeper wants to rush you out to do the room. I would not be a returning customer
Interesting hotel location
my comments are as following: The front desk staff are friendly. Restaurants options are limited, communications with front desk team through phone is almost impossible and they never take call, only operator is always responsive. busy property during my visit , shortage of staff is noted at hotel lobby.
Peaceful and quiet
Facilities are awesome, staff is very good and they area is very family friendly... Che is a great customer service representative and great at her job...
Excellent stay
Wonderful hotel can’t fault it at all, we stayed in a sky suite and was definitely worth the extra money! Brand new hotel and the staff were lovely. Good facilities, did have a few issues with our key card and the fuse board in our suite but staff were quick to help us and all very polite. The only possible thing I could fault is the pool area gets very busy and in Covid times the beds are limited and lots of people left towels all day without sunbathing- the pool is maybe not quite the right size for the large hotel but was very clean! We would definitely stay again!
Best place to be!
Millennium Hotel is a great place for business and leisure. I always love to stay in the apartments because it feels like home whenever I am there. The staffs are courteous and friendly. The rooms are very neat and they ensure safety especially in this covid pandemic.
Lovely hotel would stay again
Myself and my husband stayed in a studio apartment for 18 night. Great location in the Tecom area. Plenty of parking. It was very comfortable however a couple of things could of been better. The daily cleaning did not include the kitchenette area. This did not make any sense as they clean the bathroom and change the towels daily but the kitchen is left to the guest to keep clean. They only give one tea towel and this is not replaced. There is a washing machine but no dryer as it says in the room amenities on the website. A little frustrating as we had to use the luggage holder/frame as a clothes dryer. The toiletries were not replaced everyday, we often had to ask for these as well as tea and coffee replacements. Everything else was great, bed was comfortable and linen changed regularly. Air conditioning was great. Kept the room nice and cool. The full size fridge and freezer was amazing. A toaster and an oven would of been great but we knew before we booked these were not in the room. Gym and pool were great. Due to the wind most of the sun umbrellas by the pool are broken so it’s difficult to get shade by the sunbeds. Hotel reception and all staff at the hotel were professional and friendly.
No flexibility in the Covid pandemic era
I had to change my booking although communicated 3 nights before either the hotel or hotels.com charged 3 nights. I asked for a voucher why the punishment in the covid era ? My flights got changed beyond control. Very poor handling both of the hotelS.com and the Property. Also yet not refunded
Great Staycation
Easy and fast check in, clean rooms and nice city view. Staffs were accommodating. Great for staycation, grocery is available for deliveries.
Room was super clean, staff were kind. Left my charger in the room and realised after checkout, staff were kind enough to keep it with them and was able to collect it the next day.
The service is not promising, they listen but nothing happen. bad smell in rooms hallway and sometime get into the room. the water in not clean. even i raised this issue many times

This property’s lobby looked amazing and the staff were all kind and helped out as soon as we needed. On the other note the apartment room was very dull not as clean as it could have been. We had asked for a crib and the crib was provided in a timely manner but the crib was not in best condition. The crib had dirty sheets covered by clean flat sheet which I was not very happy with. The crib was also dirty overall. We had called to remove the crib but no one answered. The hair dryer was not working and sticky and dirty. Washroom isn’t as great also. Overall our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we would have liked it. I would not recommend this place for families with children.
