It was close to the airport but the room was als very noisy. You could hear people coming into the hotel and then you could hear people above the room.

What a Diaster

Annoyed I stayed at this establishment several times in the pass amd had no issues. Today when i arrived they said they donot take my credit card. They said they donot take prepaid credit card . My credit card was a regular pay pal credit card.I had payed already online and it took my money .I had to call customer service to request a refund as the hotel said they was going to cancel my reservation. I called customer service and they said the room was non refundable and it went through on my card already.So I had to explain the situation at the hotel to the customer service and then they had to put me on hold to call hotel.Long story short a waste of a trip as I couldnt get another hotel room with my credit card because to get the refund it takes 7-14 days and the credit card company flag card for fraud as i had just booked a hotel so booking another one especially at a different place got it flagged. Long night of back and forth with customer services .

The lobby smells like cat urine upon walking in but there’s a sign posted that pets are not allowed. My room was switched 4 times in 1 day and all of them were dirty and funky. I went to get cleaning products to clean the room myself

it was overall alright. not impressive or bad. the service at the front was mediocre. no one was there when we went to check out, but we did online check out. there was some stuff that made it seem like the room wasn’t thoroughly prepared beforehand and it was pretty bare bones but it served its purpose.

Property looks rundown. Carpets are stained. Bathroom had a lot of cracks in the sink and tub. Showerhead was very low and not accommodating for taller people. Did not smell fresh.

Room was not clean. Hair in the tub. Hair on tv stand fake hair When you close bathroom door a pile of treat behind. Found 2 quarters under the bathroom sink which mean no one sweat or mopped the floor.

There needs to be some cleaning, carpets were filthy in the hallway and stairwells. Bathroom fixtures were loose, stains on the bathroom ceiling, mold on the caulking, sink drains slow. I get it, it's a low price hotel, but if Wynndam is going to put their name on it, someone from corporate should take a tour, they won't be impressed.

Old facility and one manager was not polite.

The staff were pretty good. But the hotel is in need of a makeover. Outdated bathrooms and rooms. Outside carpet is dirty. The reception area is terribly outdated and needs to be remodeled. Front desk personnel need to be more professional. But I liked that they changed the linen every day.

The tubs had severe rings of dirt, the carpet had large holes and was worn and threadbare, the walls had patched holes that had not been finished, the floors were dirty and there was water damage in the bathroom on the wall and woodwork. The sheets were old and threadbare. The coffee was undrinkable.

It got the job done…being close to the airport but I doc not sleep well bc it’s just gross and dirty.

Ok over night

The room looked old. Our room was by the lobby so it was noisy. It was also on the 1st floor and you colud hear the people walking around on the 2nd floor at 3am. For an inexpensive room staying over night it was ok. Would be nice if they had coffee or tea available after hours.

Noisy next door

1. Our stay was from 10/24 to 10/27. My room number was 245. Next door, room number 247 was occupied by a hotel staff member—Mr. Ram. On two nights out of the three, Mr. Ram spoke with someone on the phone loudly from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. nonstop. As a hotel staff member, he knew that the room walls were thin, and his voice percolated to the neighboring rooms. Knowing that it was late at night, there was no civic sense. 2. Check-in experience was bad. I had expressly requested a quiet room due to my nature of work and my need to rest. The front desk person – Mr. Praveen or Vijay (likely one of these names) was rude. He said all rooms are quiet AND yet purposely gave me Room number 245 knowing that the next room number 247 is occupied by Ram a hotel staff member who speaks on the phone past midnight. 3. Room condition and supplies were very good. Thanks to the caretaker/ maintenance staff GopalBhai and his wife. 4. Breakfast items were excellent and enough quantity and choices. 5. The checkout experience was great. Thanks to RajniBhai and a lady at the front desk.

Rooms are very shabby - dirty carpets, dirty walls

The only things that appeared to be clean is the sheets and towels. The toilet inside and out was dirty. The rug wasn’t vacuumed. The mirror had grease from someone’s hair on the mirror by the bed. The hallway carpet smells like mildew.

It was good. There are a few little things like having no space on the sink counters, no soap dish, etc. Overall clean room and beds were decent comfort wise as well. Breakfast stops at 9 wish it were 10 and some rooms have no refrigerator. Other than that it was good.

The pictures posted online are complete false advertisement. The whole Place smelled. The carpet everywhere is dirty, lifting up, and torn. I had to switch rooms because my first room smelled and the bathroom was so dirty(including the tub). I recorded a video to show the manger to explain why I needed to change rooms. I don’t normally post reviews but this place is horrible. Never again!

This place is dirty and run down. The rooms need to be deep cleaned! the shower was gross and the water took forever to go down. It smelled so gross in the room and the hallway. I only had to stay here for a couple hours to be close to the airport, but never again!

The room had a very bad odor, the lobby smelled just as bad. The room was dirty. The carpets were stained and dusty. The mattresses were stained very bad. It was spiders in the room. Dried pee stains on the bathroom floor. The toilet was cracked inside the bowl. It was giving “red light district” vibes.

The room felt dirty with stains and holes all over. There was a gross smell that barely went away. The toilet seat couldn’t open due to it being under the counter.

Never again will we stay here

Never have I ever wanted to give a hotel a zero star rating before. The hotel itself wasn't bad. Needs some updating and the beds were comfortable. Asked for connecting rooms on my request and guy Friday made it seem like he was givng us connecting rooms. Only to find out he put us side by side. Told us later that we had to reserve a certain type of room for adjoining rooms. We would have paid the extra for those rooms had he told us in the beginning when asked. What makes me want to give this hotel a zero star was the night employee Rosnik(sp???). How are you racist and an immigrant to this country? Came in Friday to what appeared to be a disagreement between him and young black lady. He was telling her that he couldn't give her a key to a room that her man booked because it was in his name even though her name was on it too. Long story short, she leaves out, there were 4 young black men waiting to check in. Rosnik goes off yelling telling the young lady not to come back in the hotel a few times. Then proceeds to yell that he's not helping anymore black people that night while these 4 young men are still waiting to check in. As my group is walking to the elevator, we can still hear him fussing "that's what's wrong with America, black people" and "I'm not helping "them" people". This distrubed my soul hearing him say stuff like this. He didn't care who was around or anything. I couldn't wait to get home to write this review.

This place has comfortable beds. Breakfast has no hot food. Close to airport and highways to get places. Hot water was great!!! Nice people.

Property is outdated, carpet in the rooms and hallways are filthy beyond belief. Guests are not greeted at check-in nor thanked at check-out. I know it is a budget hotel, but is it too much to expect a degree of courtesy from employees/owners?

My room wasn’t clean, the bathroom was nasty, stains on the sheets & blanket, the tv was broken, when I checked in the guy was rude… I will not be back.

My special request was cleanliness. It was worser than a nightmare that the first assigned and second replacement room were stinky with pee & poo smell. This is the first time ever I write a negative comment. Honestly, I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and helpful. The elevator smelled of something that made us gag on the way to our floor. Once the elevator door opened it was worse. And our room was even worse. It smelled like something was dead and rotting under the beds. The bathtub had actual pieces of trash in it. And the floor had multiple punch hairs. By multiple, I mean more than I could count. The walls were paper thin, and as my daughter and I were in there trying to find another hotel to go to, we had the pleasure of hearing 2 people “going at it” next door. Again, the gentleman upfront was helpful and gave us a full refund. But I do not recommend this property for anyone.

Dirty rooms and common area.

Facility is old and not terribly clean. Smelled musty and then flowery, like it was sprayed with something. It had what was needed for a one night stay at the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Shuttle to airport was nice

Carpets were disgusting both in the lobby and rooms. The whole Hotel reeked of deodorizer which didn’t do a good job of covering up smells. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes smoke. Hotel did allow us to switch rooms, but the new room wasn’t much better.

The staff was very courteous. But the hotel is old. Our first room smelled of smoke and the bed was poorly made. The second room they switched us to had a bathroom with rice left in the sink, a sprinkler that was rusted so badly that it was falling out of the ceiling, and smelled musty - like old books. Would not stay again.
