Pefect for a short stay

We stayed for just one night, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport with plenty of parking spaces. The room was small but clean and adequate. However, the bathtub drain was clogged, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. Breakfast was fine, offering the usual American selection like muffins and pancakes, though the savory options were limited. Overall, it’s a great value for the price.

I liked everything about it

There was small roaches inside the room. Siri my checkout, no one was in the front or anywhere to be found and the only person I could find could not speak English and I can’t speak Spanish so the language barrier was there.

The staff was excellent. Super friendly and accommodating.

AC unit set to not go any lower than 67 and it took about five minutes for water to warm up in shower. Other than that not bad for the price and convenience to airport.

It was a lot better than I thought it would be. I felt safe. The employees were of great help, from front desk to housekeepers. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. They also had a coffee machine going 24/7 which made the stay even better.

Nice hotel but be warned if you never stay at this brand the rooms are EXTREMELY small. But the property was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had a vending machine with food from different restaurants such as Panda Express, first time seeing something like that. I didn’t try it didn’t trust if the food was recycled often. Overall nice property with comfortable beds. If your inpatient waiting on the elevators will suck! Nice quality bath linens, thick and soft which I love.

Nice and clean hotel.

The floors were sticky. The room thermostat did not let the room get warm no matter how high you set it. Basic amenities like a room microwave or mini-fridge were absent. I left after staying one night and forfeited the cost of the second night I had reserved since the desk clerk was unwilling to refund the charge.

Price was reasonable for the property. Entrance to property could be better lit and easily seen.

Everything was very nice and clean. Beds comfy would definitely come stay again in future

Great stay

I stayed at this hotel quite often when I go to the Austin area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and I really never have any problems.

1 night stay. Nothing against the property or staff, just disappointed in how small the room was. I had no idea that the name says it all.

Clean rooms. Staff attendant didn’t find and didn’t look that much for reservation repeatedly told him I booked it and showed our reservation number. That experience could have been a lot better. Guy is kind of abrasive

The rooms need upkeep

Lots of power, but only a few actually worked. The shower bar was a curved one that should give extra room, but it was installed with a downward angle so the curtain slid away from the wall on both sides due to gravity.

Checked into run and toilet wouldn't flush. They did not have a maintenance man and front desk offered to bring up a plunger for myself to fix instead of him. Finally he gave us a new room. Besides that beds were comfy and breakfast area was good.

It is very clean and well kept. Decent location, great if you need to be near the airport of course. The pool is just enough to get your feet wet in and get some ambience - the decor could’ve been more festive

Everything is great for the price. Would have liked more of a hot breakfast not heated in the microwave but adequate. There is Denny’s next to it with great breakfast at a low price.

We were there for a concert. Everything was good, but walls are thin so we can hear the person next door. Other than that everything else was good and would stay here again.

Property was clean and acceptable. Breakfast was good with cereals and fruit and microwaveable burritos and egg muffins (not fancy but savory). Overall the hotel was OK. The only problem I had was in the bathroom - The extractor fan was broken and even when off, it was slowly rotating and making clanking sounds in the middle of the night. I left the fan running and closed the bathroom door. But the worse thing was the shower water pressure (or lack of). No pressure. It took forever to get enough water to rinse off soap. Nothing special about the hotel. I don’t think I will be back.

Rockin Staff - nice stay

The staff at this hotel are truly awesome! They made my stay. The hotel is basic in fairly good shape. If the price is right I’ll be back. I had a nice stay. FYI - free shuttle pickup at the airport $8.00 fee for return.

Honestly this was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. It was absolutely pristine. Room with spacious and super comfortable. Bathroom was nice and bad was extremely extremely comfortable. I also liked it was in walking distance to three places you could eat a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven literally all the things you needed.

Old and rundown facility. Room shower was inadequate broken and breakfast was unfit to eat! Terrible place to stay!!

Your pool is disgraceful! The water is hot like a hot tub and filthy! Water green, cloudy- can’t see the bottom. Leaves, trash floating on top. Small! Approximately 10’X 15’. So disappointing! It was very hot outside and we would have loved to jump in the pool! With a pool that small it needs shade over it and a running fountain or something to keep the water cooler. Or else let us use your neighbor property’s pool!

I was here on a short visit to see my son as school was starting. They have a really nice continental breakfast. This hotel goes above and beyond for their customers. The pool is really small.

The stay was fine, but the areas were rough looking strange individuals walking around all day. Other than that was a good place to stay the night.

When I picked the hotel I was concerned about noise because it’s close to the airport but the reviews I read claimed it was quiet. From my experience the hotel is not quiet and it’s not because of the planes, which can be heard from the hotel room but the good news is that there were only a few planes that I heard. The noise I experienced came from inside the hotel. Either out in the hall or from other rooms. The first day I stayed I was woken up at six in the morning from an alarm in the other room that kept going for at least fifteen minutes. Then someone triggered the alarm on the stairway door because its only meant for emergencies. The next problem I had was that there was only one elevator for a pretty big hotel so most of the time there were people crowding in. Plus the elevator was extremely slow. It would be nice to have accessible stairs to use. The breakfast was basic. I didn’t really eat anything except a yogurt. The room and hotel seemed clean, that’s about the only good thing I can say about the place. Although I didn’t do a thorough inspection of the room, at a glance it looked clean. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. The may not be a dealbreaker for most but I was traveling with a cooler with ice packs so I had to get ice to keep food cool when I left. If I return to Austin I would not consider this hotel again. As soon as I got there I regretted it and I had a two night stay.
