Loved the quaint location of this charming hotel. Everything was perfect with my stay

The staff were incredible - Guiliano in the mornings and Adam in the evenings were so helpful and knowledgeable. Maryna was good too. Loved that they incentivize sustainable behavior by rewarding the hotel guest with a free drink (beer, water or coffee) if you decline housekeeping services. Room (comfort room level) was worth the extra money as it had 4 tall, wide windows with beautiful views and sunshine pouring in. So convenient to have not one but TWO grocery stores as well as a great Italuan restaurant connected to the hotel. Great view from the bar/reception area.

Great Hotel in a great location close to all trains

Excellent place in an excellent location.

Loved the modern decor, the bar area was fun with very nice helpful staff. The room was small but had enough room for 2, how long do you spend in a hotel room anyway?!! Trains and buses to the center of Munich easy and plenty of options. It was Oktoberfest when we stayed so not much choice close to the city center, but i would recommend The Miano for anytime for a stay in Munich

Decent, minimalistic hotel very near to Passing station. Ideal for an early morning train journey. Very modern and clean

Everything was conveniently close, all transit connects less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Local restaurants are delicious. Neighborhood felt safe to walk at all hours. If you pass through Pasing I highly recommend staying here.

There was construction that started outside our window at 5 am every day and the pillows were flat as a board like there was no stuffing.

It was clean and stylish, however they could do a few small improvements. Better pillows, wash cloths, etc. Pillows were the only downside of the room. They were small and there was only one per guest for double occupancy.

Superb Hotel for family and business

Excellent hotel! It could be easy 4* as everything is very new, clean and spacious. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

It's an excellent location with easy access to public transport. Nearby dining options are perfect. Food shopping (Edeka, Lidl) is available in the same building. The reception desk works very well (all receptionists spoke excellent English and German). Parking is not ideal but manageable. It was an overall pleasant experience for 5 nights that we stayed there.

Its OK

Good location. Very clean hotel. With the exception of a coffee and/or a croissant They don’t do breakfast- be aware this. Ventilation system is very noisy even when room aircon is switched off - light sleepers take earplugs. I will be trying a different hotel next time.

Great location within easy reach of Munich centre. The problem we had with our shower was fixed promptly. Like a lot of German hotels, no tea or coffee making facilities, but hey-ho. Bar was nice, and reasonably priced for a hotel, which was good. Would go back there again.

Great location. Everything close and convenient. I wish they had an in room fridge and water cooker for tea and coffee. We upgraded for a larger room which was worth the price.

The whole team was so welcoming. The hotel super well located, steps away from Pasing Station which can take you anywhere around Munich. Also you have many options of food right in front of the hotel. Super convenient.

Clean, environment friendly, neat, minimalist hotel walking distance to the train station. Plenty of shopping, supermarkets around. Staff was helpful and responding. Delicious pizza at the restaurant in the e building as the hotel.

Modern, family friendly top hotel

The Hotel is certainly one of the best in Munich! The personal treatment and service quality of the staff is second to none and we felt like home. If you look for a family friendly, clean and modern hotel in Munich, take a closer look at Miano. Also; Transport links, Restaurants and Supermarkets and parks are just in front of the door (literally!)

I loved the location of the hotel. One can wheel their suitcases directly to and from the train station a block away. Overlooks the cheerful Pasing Marienplatz. Several great dining options, one even without stepping outdoors!

Good hotel for family trips

A very good hotel with very helpful staff.

If you need to be in this area then this is very a good choice, 5 minutes walk from the S bahn that you can get direct from the airport and 10-15 minutes to the City Ctr. Room a little on the small side, but nice shower, no wardrobe as such just hangers, a safe, some shelves, a very small desk that you probably couldn't work at. The room was quiet at night

Clean, modern, and large rooms. We stayed here for Oktoberfest and found the rates reasonable and the location was really close to multiple forms of public transportation to get to the fest grounds.

I didn’t end up staying, as I couldn’t make it. I tried to call 4 times, email and contact them through Expedia: no response. They haven’t refunded me and still charged m, never even stayed and they didn’t pick up any of my phone calls or email back. So they basically just took the money for free as I couldn’t even reach them.

Great place to stay; only thought would b to add a bathroom shelf for putting items for makeup and blow drying hair.

We stayed there on two separate occasions in a span of a week. The two rooms were clean and staff was very helpful both times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was perfect for us to move around Munich.

I did enjoy this hotel! Beautiful room, loved it. Due to my flights I only arrived at 1am but the staff made it easy for me to get my room key and check in (just had to call a few times). When I went to take a shower the soap was empty

Business Hotel mitten in Pasing

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in Pasing. Der Empfang ist kompetent und nett. Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig. Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage für 15 Euro pro Tag. Frühstück gibt es nicht, wer will kann mit Gutschein in der unten liegenden Bäckerei essen.

Buisiness- Angemessen, zentral

Sehr freundlich - weiterer Aufenthalt- Hotel vollkommend ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne großen Luxus - aber eben angemessen auch den Preis betreffend - in der Nähe Pasing Bahnhof ! In alle Richtungen München - immer wieder meine Wahl

Tolles Hotel, Frühstück erklärungsbedürftig

Tolles, modernes Hotel mit bequemen Betten und durchdachten Zimmern. Die Organisation des Frühstücks war nur undurchsichtig, da auch vom Personal erst nach Nachfrage genau erklärt wurde, wie das Prozedere ist. Das Hotel selbst bietet Gutscheine für ein Frühstücksmenü, welches man anschließend beim Bäcker um die Ecke einlosen kann. Kaffe, Tee, etc müssen vom Gast extra bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück selbst war lecker, allerdings liegt der Bäcker im Eingangsbereich eines Supermarkts, was zu viel Windzug und hoher Lautsträke führt, ergounentspannt.

部屋はとてもきれいでおしゃれですが、狭いです。ソファやテーブルがなくて不便でした。冷蔵庫なし、バスタブなし。ドライヤーの風量はよかったです。受付の人はとても親切でした。言葉が通じないときは、お互い翻訳アプリを使って会話し、ちょっとした問題にも快く対応してくれました。部屋の設備は最小限ですが、スタッフのフレンドリーな対応で気持ちよく過ごせます。

Schönen Suite 411 , perfekte für Paare.

Es war wunderschön, nur die ablageflächen im bad war etwas knapp. Und es hat zwar eine küche aber kein töpfe. Aber ich würde es auf jedenfall wiederholen. Auch hatte es eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Gute Gelegenheiten zum Einkaufen alle 1 min. Entfernt. Personal war freundlich. Parkplatz war auch einfach zubekommen.

Luxurious kvalitets hotel med god betjening

Hotel ligger mindre end 4 EURO fra Messe München med offentlig transport. Hotel har desuden en skøn italiensk restaurant med første klasses pizzaer. Betjening er super og værelset er nyt med med råt new harker trend udseende. Kan varmt anbefales.

Für die Geschäftsreise prima

Ich nehme bei meinen Reisen nach München das MIANO. Zentral in Pasing nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof. - Sauber, zentral und Preis Leistung ist ok. Es ist jedoch eben nicht zu vergessen, kein Frühstück oder eben ein gemütliches Beisammensein am Abend möglich. Also für die Geschäftsreise prima….Dann eben zum Bäcker und einen Kaffee…..

Vom Eingang über die Lobby bis ins Zimmer genau so wie es sein muss. Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr zügiger Erhalt der Zimmerkarte, sehr freundliche Verabschiedung. Auf alle Fälle komme ich wieder und empfehle die Unterkunft auch Familie, Freunden und Kollegen. Danke an die Mitarbeiter.

Modernes Hotel zentral in Pasing. Freundliches Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in kostenpflichtigem Parkhaus im Gebäude. S-Bahn ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Alles war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Bett bequem, Klima funktionierte gut.

Gutes Modernes Hotel mit bester Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

overall good, the room is certainly missing some things that are essential for me, such as a minibar, a coffee machine and above all a Smart TV (the TV I found dates back to the 80s)

Das erste Zimmer war ungereinigt(Boden überall schwarze Fusseln und Straßendreck gesamte Oberflächen staubbehaftet). Beim Duschen lief innerhalb 3 Minuten die Dusche über, wodurch das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser stand. Der anschließende Zimmerwechsel war das pure Chaos. Ich wurde auf zwei Alternativzimmer geschickt, welche noch ungereinigt waren, stets mit Gepäck am Mann. Dann wurde mir letztlich ein 4! Zimmer angeboten, welches aber auch noch gereinigt werden musste. Hier wieder über 1 Stunde Wartezeit. Es gesagt, dass keine weiteren Zimmer zur Verfügung standen. Für solch Umstände erwarte ich ein Upgrade oder eine Entschuldigung. Als Entschuldigung gab es zwei Gutscheine für Getränke. Hier begann das nächste Missgeschick. Abends bestellte ich mir, nach Rücksprache mit der Angestellten, drei Freigetränke. Beim zahlen sollte ich dann die volle Rechnung musste ich dann den vollen Betrag zahlen, da es sich um gratis kleine Bier gehandelt hatte und nicht reguläre. Die Lage und das Design sind top! Aber solch ein inkompetenes Verhalten, unfreundliche und nicht entgegenkomme Mitarbeiter sind eine Misere. Ich erwarte eine Entschuldigung!
