I couldn’t sleep good from the high temperature

The House keeper don’t do them job right, The thermostat of the rooms doesn't work , they have a problem with the temperature for all hotel.

The staff are very helpful and polite. I spoke with Kar who is fluent in English and they arranged everything for us in a timely manner. We hope to visit Ankara soon.

Ottoman style deco is a bit over the top but large and confortable rooms. Fantastic spa, gym and pool.

staying in this hotel was my second experience in last two months. The breakfast become better in comparison with my first stay. You really feel comfortable in this hotel and the staff are really friendly. The only thing that I can mention is that it is better to know a bit Turkish because most of the staff do not understand English very well.

Did not meet my expectations

Not up to the standard of what I was expecting out of a good hotel. The style of the rooms was a bit old. Air conditioning was not powerful enough to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Never had a secure check at the metal detector. Not even the first night. I suppose that is there to be used for a reason.

The accommodation & services were good. The room was not vacuumed clean properly, and there were hairs all around the floor. Because of covid we were not comfortable to ask servant to clean it for us while we are there.

Luxury hotel

Great hotel and fantastic value with the exchange rate what it is. Spacious, nicely decorated rooms. Separate bath and shower in the bathroom. Decent, inexpensive breakfast buffet.

Nice location and staff

Lunch was terrible. Cold soup,. Meat site was greasy, rice was not tasty. Salad was from yesterday.. Very expensive as a fix menu.. I do kot recommend restaurant for the lunch..

Maybe not quite deserving of 5*.

For a 5* hotel the ability of staff to speak English was not all I might have expected. Room service couldn't take an order over the phone they had, to come up. I booked a car back to the airport for the end of my stay that didn't materialise although they did find one within 10mins. I found the breakfast buffet uninspiring, but the one time I ate in the top floor restaurant, the pasta dish they served was great.

Comfortable room, nice location

I like the location of Meyra because it wasn't packed in with a million other hotels on extremely busy streets like many others are. I actually ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed the comfy bed and bright room (I had a corner room, so windows on both walls). The only annoyance was the sound of construction going on for the building next door, but that could happen anywhere. I didn't get around the immediate area much, but it seems like it would be easy to grab a bite somewhere close by walking.

Stayed more than once

I've stayed in many hotels in Ankara, but I fell in love with Meyra, aside from a few minor quirks. The room decor was beautiful, not the bland, hotel chain style; felt more luxurious and unique, albeit more classic or old fashioned than contemporary. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, both immaculate and with great water pressure and temperature. The lighting could have been a little better, though (bright white bulbs instead of low light ones). I didn't take advantage of the sauna or gym, but mostly because I didn't feel comfortable doing so as a solo, 30-something female traveler (possible to be true for me in any hotel, unless it has female-only days/times like some of the other hotels). Unfortunately, the Club Lounge for the 11th-13th floors was not being operated during my stay (I heard it was because not enough guests were using it, so they closed it down). Self parking in the underground lot was handy, and the parking lot elevators went straight to the room floors, which was nice. Only complaint about parking were the very tight corners and tiny spaces, but not a big deal. My room key stopped working multiple times, even though my stay hadn't finished, but the front desk staff always fixed it without any issue. Room service food and prices pretty standard for Ankara 4-5 star rooms. My mini fridge didn't really work, but that wasn't a big deal to me and I kept forgetting to mention it to the staff. Overall, a great stay.

Evimizde hissettiren nadir yerlerden... Ankara'da fiyat performans olarak başka otel bakmaniza gerek yok. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.

Ben kisa zamanda iki kere konaklama fırsatı buldum,temizlikten,konfordan,duble yataklarindan,banyosundan( hemduş,hemde küvet olması çok güzel),odaların ferah olmasindan tutun cok özel bir otel.konaklama yaparken kahvaltı hariç tercih ettiğim için kahvaltı için yorum yapamayacağım,ama eminim ki kahvaltıda dört dörtlüktür.

Herşeyi ile gayet güzel ve temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü ve mütevazi kişilerdi. Ankara da konaklamaya ihtiyaç varsa muhakkak düşünebilirsiniz. Hem konfor, hem fiyat oteli...

Daha öncede 5 yıldızlı otellerde işimiz gereyi çıktığımız seyahatlerde çok konaklama fırsatımız oldu ama nedendir bilemiyorum nevresim ve çarşaflarınız tertemiz olmasını ayrı tutuyorum yastık ve yatağı çok konforlu bulamadım, resmen yatak ve yastık beni dövdü... Yinede herşey için çok teşekkürler...

Kahvaltı dışında herşey güzel

Otel genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışan arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Yalnız gelelim kahvaltıya. 3 yıldızlı otel kahvaltasından bile daha zayıftı. Rezalet diyebileceğim bir kahvaltıydı resmen 3/4 parçayla geçiştirmişler ana kahvaltılık olarak omlet menemen soslu yumurta sosis vs temel gıdaların hiçbiri yoktu. Sadece haşlanmış soyulmamış yumurta ve üçgen çırpılmış yumurta vardı. Böyle kaliteli ve lüks bir otele yaklaşmayan kahvaltı hazırlamışlar.

Genel olarak memnun kaldik, ancak sigara icilmeyen oda istememize rağmen odada sigara kokusu aldık. Bir de kahvaltı bu seviyede bir otele göre daha kaliteli olabilirdi.

Otelin konumu cok iyiydi. Tertemizdi. Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Otelin dekorasyonu cok karmasikti ve oda buyuklugune gore fazla mobilya koyulmustu.
