Loved staying here. Staff were excellent. Location great and very local to the Jewish quarter, with main town square about 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was fantastic and you can order freshly made omelettes. They also made us a packed lunch when we went on an all day tour. Extra plus was that the train station to and from the airport is only 5 mins walk from the hotel- Grzegórzki. A 20 minute train ride to the airport. Would recommend staying here.

Staff was amazing, always smiling, very polite and always helpful. Hotel was always clean, spacious cosy room, also was greeted with a letter from the manager which was class. Very good location about 10 mins walking distance to the old town. Thank you for your hospitality it was a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay, location was excellent once we got our bearings.Very close to train,tram and bus stops good for day trips out of centre although everything is with in walking distance in the city centre.Supermarket literally across from the hotel.Quiet atmosphere.Good rooms with good beds.Would of prefered a walking shower but no major problem.Breakfast had decent choices and tasted nice.Staff efficient and approachable .No hesitation in booking here again.

Zeer schoon hotel. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt heel goed en dagelijks gevarieerd. Ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) zowel naar Old Town als de Joodse wijk. Wijk gaan in elk geval terug.

When I return to Krakow I will be staying here without a doubt. Rooms were spotless, restaurant amazing, staff were really helpful. Breakfast starts at 7am. We were leaving at 7am for the airport on our last day. We spoke with Reception staff and they arranged for us to go to breakfast 645am so that we could grab a quick bite before our taxi arrived. About a 20 min walk to Main Square so good location. Ive been to Krakow 3 times now. This is the hotel I will be returning to!

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean and modern and an easy walk into the Old Town. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and large bathroom. The restaurant/bar was good and the breakfast fine. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. We had breakfast which was buffet a selection of hot and cold to choose from. In the Jewish quarter with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The location was walkable to the Jewish quarter and into the main square. The only criticism was the beds. The beds were way too hard and the pillows were too soft, it wasn’t a great nights sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast had many delicious options and very tasty. The hotel was with walking instance to Wawel Castle and Cloth Hall and many restaurants.

All the conveniences of home! The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. Staff was amazing. Laura went above and beyond to meet our needs!

Mixed bag

Service and staff were very good. Convenient parking was available. Breakfast was nice. The earlier you went the better selections available. Directly across the street was a grocery market. Directly next door is the Banksy museum. We had a twin bed room which was upgraded (?) to a triple…we used the extra bed for luggage. It was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve encountered. I stay in hotels about 40-60 days a year and have never had to say this but it needs to be said. We ate in the Fab Fusion restaurant one night and the meal was very underwhelming.

Excellent short break to Krakow

Excellent, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location was good for the old town . Would recommend to friends and family if visiting Krakow.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Grzegorzki Kraków station to get to and from airport (pay on train with card or cash). Centrally located for easy access (walking distance) to Old Town and other areas of interest. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Can't comment on breakfast as in morning only wanted small snack; this was available from supermarket across from hotel entrance which was well stocked for all needs. All in, an excellent place to stay.

Staff were superb, great location and generally a really comfortable hotel. Food in the restaurant was also excellent. Only change I’d make is a firmer pillow but that’s a personal choice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great however the staff in the restaurant needs to have a better attitude they don’t smile and behave like they’re doing us huge favor if they don’t like service work then they should get another job. Actually it’s like that all over Poland😒 they’re giving Poland a bad reputation

It was perfect for our needs. Three twin beds, nice bathroom, breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance to Wawel castle and Rynek.

Had a fantastic stay here for one week with my daughter. We were very fortunate to be upgraded in our room, which was very spacious and spotless. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

A Hidden Ge.!

What a beautiful hotel and room!! This restored apartment complex has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated with a nod to its roots. The room was massive with much comfort and amenities (including in-room coffee and tea, along with a bar fridge). The breakfast offered was generous with many options, and the food was delicious. All staff were friendly and courteous, and more than willing to go the extra mile for you! It was approximately 8 minutes to the Krakow train station and the Rynek, and accessible trams within a block, making the need for a car unnecessary. Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again! Many thanks for a wonderful, short 'get-away'!

I was met at the door with a smile and warm welcome. Very clean. Room was top notch. A/C was on point! Spacious, comfortable. Windows allow a little extra outside noise but totally 10/10.

This is a luxury property for a budget price. We loved our stay here and were pleasantly surprised by all the extra touches. The reception staff are kind and welcoming, rooms are big, fast wifi and a great shower. Walkable to everything but tucked away from the main city center so it's quiet. Would absolutely stay here again. Buffet breakfast was good but the fresh fruit was dried out with quite a few fruit flies on it; would recommend having the fruit covered. But this wouldn't deter me from staying here again or recommending it to others.

The hotel is super safe and nice. The staff are super friendly. I arrived late due to delayed flight but I was still able to eat my dinner at the hotel restaurant. I had a great stay! I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very friendly staff

Stayed 01 to 04 July 2024. Modern hotel very close to Krakow Grzegorzki train station. Excellent location for site seeing, Jewish Quarter and Old Town both within walking distance. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, a good selection for breakfast and very helpful and excellent staff. We had a 7.00am pickup for our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. As we would miss breakfast, the hotel provided us with packed lunch (free) for the trip, just let them know the day before. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

4 night break exploring Krakow, hotel location is excellent, 10 mins walk from the old town and 5 mins from the old town. Train station with direct train to the airport is only 5 mins walk. Hotel clean and staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel, from the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the attentiveness of the staff here. Location is brilliant, less five minutes walk to the train station (Grzegórzki), roughly 15 minutes walk to Old Town, around 10 minutes across the bridge to Schindler’s factory, and right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Plus you’ve Banksy’s museum next door. Check in was very easy, all staff speak good English and when I asked to have everything removed from the minibar so I could use it as a fridge for my own things, this was sorted immediately. Breakfast at the hotel was a great selection, the coffee was lovely! I ate at the restaurant on the first night, food, drinks and service were top notch! Also had a couple of the cocktails during their happy hour, delicious! Really nice in the courtyard at that time of day too, perfect way to wind down before the evening. I felt completely safe in the area, even when returning early hours of the morning, plus reception is manned 24/7. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow.

Metropolitan Boutique Hotel ideal position between main square and Jewish quarter. 10mins walk to main square, 5 mins to Jewish quarter. The staff at the hotel are polite, extremely helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Served until 10:30 with hot food, bacon,eggs, omelette, sausage. cold salads, meats, cheeses. fresh fruit, cake,cereals,and more. The restaurant is relaxing and peaceful. Travelling as family of 2 we stayed in a classic room number 124 on the 10th June-14th June 2024. Previously our stay was in a superior room. Both types of rooms are lovely. Preference would be the superior room, but they were not available at the time of us booking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and hope to return. It's was in a great location

We had an amazing stay at the Metropolitan Boutique hotel, from getting out the taxi the staff greeted us at the door and took our bags to the room for us. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and excellent amenities, all the hotel staff we had an interaction with were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great and loads of choices. There was not a single thing bad about the hotel it felt cosy, very clean, safe and in a fantastic location.

Excellent Hotel

We had a fabulous stay at the metropolitan boutique hotel. We stayed here for four nights as a family of four. We arrived a lot earlier in the day than we anticipated due to our flights being changed, this wasn't an issue with the hotel, and they allowed us to check in several hours earlier, which was great. Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced onto the side street, it could could be a little noisy early hours in the morning with the trams and train station nearby, but that didn't spoil our stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a base in Krakow, ideally located to Krakow Grzegorki train station and not far from the Jewish quarter and the main old town.

Located between Jewish quarter and old town making it easier to visit both. Walking to center of old town takes about 15 minutes.
