Everything was great, the only thing I’d change is the price of snacks in the mini bar. Prices first natural way overpriced. Everything else was great! Breakfast/Non-Alcoholic drinks were free and good.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous city! Rooms are clean and modern. Comfy beds & pillows. Front desk staff are excellent! They do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be! They’re so helpful and welcoming. Then the roof top Restaurant/cafe/Bar is a added bonus with gorgeous views for days of beautiful Tetovo! Great food & drinks & staff. The hotel is right in the heart of the city with markets & restaurants and cafe’s right outside your door. There’s a small mall behind the hotel. A market right next door, that’s where we’d buy our bottled waters for the room. The first set of water bottles & Nescafé are on hotel and the rest you’ll be charged for. But no worries markets right next door or there’s a gazillion of them all around the city. Overall it’s a great place to stay I can’t wait to back!

Not quite standard for a Mercure - low lighting, no staff to help with luggage, etc. Hotel appeared empty except for the loud night club on the rooftop, which you can hear from the rooms. Good breakfast spread, reliable WiFi, parking on premises.

This is a superb hotel. It is located very close to the city's main shopping area, which includes a picturesque market. Tetovo's main attraction, the Painted Mosque, is within easy walking distance, as is the central bus station. The staff is very helpful too. The breakfast was varied and of high quality.

Very clean, very good food (we had both dinner and breakfast). Secure parking. Very good location for the Painted Mosque + a local bazaar & supermarket within 5 min walk.

The rooms are really big and comfortable. Sometimes in the evening it gets loud because of the music in the restaurant at the top floor. The breakfast was a little poor but okay.

Flott hotell, fantastisk rooftop og sentral beliggenhet rett ved markedet :)

Morgenmad var ikke god. Vand og juice var varmt. Den ene dag var der hovedret buffet til morgenmad.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Leider ist das Personal aber nicht sehr "geübt" in Punkto Service... beim einchecken wurden bspw. einfach die Zimmer-Karten überreicht ohne zu sagen welches Zimmer ich bekomme und wie ich dort gelange... Schöne wäre es zudem gewesen, wenn man wenigstens ein freundliches Lächeln bekommt, wenn man bei der Rezeption vorbei läuft...

A very nice hitel located as central as possible in Tetovo. When staying at a 5 star hotel expectations are higher so i was a bit dissapointed when there was no gym or spa available. I also hooed they woukd restock water while cleaning the room the second day. Rooftop bar wss 10/10

Bevor dem Checkout wurde mein Zimmer kontrolliert! Das habe ich noch NIE erlebt!!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel es hat meine Erwartungen an Tetovo weit überschritten ich war sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist neu mit einem hohen Ausbaustandard, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Freundliches Personal.

Rigtig fint hotel! Super mad og ok placering. Rimelig billigt. Ikke så meget at se i byen, så brug kun en enkelt dag. Perfekt til forretningsrejse.

Ich war schon mehrmals als Gast in diesem Hotel. Bin immer wieder begeistert vom Service, der Sauberkeit, der Bar & vom Restaurant dieses Hotels. Werde da sicher wieder hingehen.

Veldig bra hotell i forhold til området, fin restaurant på toppen av hotellet og ganske sentralt, booket dette hotellet i forbindelse med bryllupet til kompisen min! :)

Lækkert og billigt

Man kan se/føle og mærke at hotellet er helt ny. Og super flot. Og lækkert. Kan klart anbefale hotellet. Har kun positivt at sige om det. Dens placering og også helt perfekt forhold til resten af byen. Hvis jeg nogen sinde kommer til Tetova, så bliver det helt sikker her igen og ingen andre steder. PS; Lige gyldig om man bor her eller ikke så er deres restaurant på 2. sal et absolut mest nødvendigt at besøge. Det bedste mad jeg har smagt i hele Makadonien.
