Nicely kept and presented. AC in room didn’t work but it was repaired promptly. There’s a train next to the building and there are minimal room amenities.

The first room they give me, had bad smell, i call immediately to the reception and they change me for another room.

Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to. Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Hotel doesn't have Room Service.

Disappointing

Disappointing overall. For a brand name hotel like Mercure it was a disappointing. There is no hotel parking and you have to use the public car park next to the hotel and pay. The check in process was the slowest I have ever experienced. The room was ok how not very clean. The bathroom was dirty in the corners. Long hairs everywhere. General maintenance was poor. The entrance from the car park was closed. One of the three lifts was not working- which is frustrating as they are slow and you are only allowed 2 people in the working lifts due to Covid restrictions. Two of four the lobby toilets were out of use. The toilet roll holder was broken in our bathroom. The soap tray in the shower was broken. There was only one drinking glass in a double room. And only one pillow each. Dispute being on the 13 floor the noise from below (trains cars and dogs) was still loud. Overall just disappointing!

The location near downtown and airport was very good. Coffee was good - not the usual Nescafé powder. There was a mixup with my credit card, but the staff corrected it quickly and they were very friendly.

Magical weekend

The room was very clean, all of the people were very nice and accommodating, they even allowed us to take 2 sandwiches at breakfast, and bring delivery local food to our room. The TV had an HDMI input so it was easy to stream anything from my MacBook.

Everything was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Modern accommodation

Very nice place to stay -- everything is clean and worked well, the breakfast was good, and there is a fitness room with more or less the equipment you would expect. It's modern, as opposed to quaint. The location is close to the commuter train station, not so close to the center of the city but it's a walkable distance.

Pretty average. The room and bathroom were spacious, but just so-so in terms of comfort. The reception staff was excellent and made sure to take care of their guests. They have a big restaurant right off the lobby that always had a big spread. The food was so-so, but with such a variety of offerings I’m sure all guests will find something to enjoy.

We used the parkade which was very tight parking, to get to the hotel from the parkade was extremely confusing, When we asked at check in the simplest way to bring our bags in we were told from the parkade. However, the hotel is connected with office centre and the elevator system was not easy to figure out. When we finally found our way back to the front desk, the manager was very apologetic and helped us to our room. The area was fine and within walking distance of a few restaurants. The breakfast was great, one of our best in Chile! The room was small but clean

We enjoyed our visit at the Atton Hotel. The room was good and the staff helpful. The food in the restaurant was good but the service there was slow.

The hotel is modern and clean with great views and wonderful breakfast. At night, the room lighting could be improved with one overhead light. Otherwise, a great hotel with very helpful staff and convenient parking.

The room had a humidity & dust smell

I was surprise about the condition of the room, the toilet was smelling bad, the room had a humidity smell and a vacuum cleaner smell (Dust), the heater was not working, I notified to the hotel, but they forgot to fix it.

Excellent hotel. Within walking distance of university of Concepcion and nearby restaurants and supermarket. Very safe to walk around. Staff is very friendly and rooms are new and clean. You can take a taxy to almost anywhere in the city and prices are reasonable. The best mall to do Shopping is "El trebol".

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. O atendimento foi ótimo. Quando tive problemas com o primeiro quarto (umidade), deram um upgrade para outro bem melhor. O café da manhã é fantástico

Hay un tren pasando no sé cada 15 minutos y qué hace literalmente retumbar la habitación con el característico silbato. Por otra parte el estacionamiento no está incluído. Además cobran el IVA aunque hagas la reserva por expedia o a través de su aplicación de socio de hotel no te salvas. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que cobran con la tarjeta sin siquiera mostrar la pantalla entonces Uno no sabe lo que está pagando por esta razón la recepcionista accidentalmente presionó que sí al cobro de una comisión extra en la tarjeta, un impuesto por usar tarjetas extranjeras que cobran en algunos lugares en Chile. Rescato la buena disposición y que la recepcionista se tomó con tranquilidad el tener que anular la transacción. Otra cosa es que la habitación es demasiado oscura y además el agua caliente demora un montón paradójicamente dicen ahí que hay que cuidar el agua.

Muy buen hotel, restaurant muy agradable y si bien la carta no es muy amplia, lo que hay es muy sabroso. El único pero fue que el aire acondicionado de la pieza de mis hijos no funciona

Spacious and confortable room, but very poor design. It could be great, but it seems more like an average or rather cheap hotel. The whole bathroom floor will be wet when you take a shower. Only 1 hand towel for two people! No soap for the shower. Only sandwiches available for dinner during the weekend. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. Solo un punto en contra en temas puntuales de limpieza y lo incómodo del lavamanos.

Problemas entre la reservación de Expedia y lo que el hotel ofrece. Elegí una habitación superior (suite) según las fotos y valor, y en el hotel me dieron una standard (incluso con una silla coja). Tuve que reclamar para lograr una habitación un poco mejor. Me cobraron estacionamiento, que al momento de reservar se suponía incluído. El personal es amable, pero reportan que la incongruencia entre lo avisado en Expedia y lo ofrecido por el hotel ha sido reportado pero no corregido. Una lástima, pero no fue una experiencia grata.

La atención buena pero cuando llegamos a las 12 de la noche del mismo día de la reserva dijeron que la app no mandaba la reserva y que no teníamos luego de mucho aceptaron cumplir, y lo malo piso 7 el agua caliente sale fría quitada de hielo, nunca calentó, la pieza muy buena, la cama, almohadas y cobertor exquisitos, limpieza excelente, no tomamos desayuno, deben llamar y confirmar si existe la reserva porque si nos pusieron problemas, ubicación excelente, la pieza daba cerca de la línea del tren pero ni se siente el paso, volvería solo confirmando antes

En general muy bueno

En general muy buen hotel, muy moderno, cómodo y limpio. El desayuno muy bueno a pesar de las restricciones COVID. El personal de recepción es excelente. El único punto es que dos ascensores no son suficientes para un hotel tan grande sobre todo con las restricciones de aforo, por lo que en las mañanas se hace lento bajar de las habitaciones.

Me gustó que tengan todas las medidas sanitarias rigurosamente como por ejemplo el lapiz para firmar el ckeck in y los accesos al comedor.

Encargué previa a mi llegada 3 veces ensalada de fruta en la habitación porque llegaría tarde . No estaba la fruta y lamentablemente tampoco pude dormir mucho porque el tren pasa al lado del hotel y el ruido parte muy temprano y en la noche además recogen la basura pública y el ruido que eso produce más los gritos del personal a cargo de esa tarea hace imposible un buen descanso

Estadia dieciochera

Nuestra estadia estuvo bien, hay cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo la mantención de los lavamanos, estan tapados. La toalla de manos un dia estaba sucia. En cuanto al desayuno, muy buena atención de todos. Bien el estacionamiento.

El trato fue amable en recepción. En relación al precio...considero que es muy costoso para el tamaño de la habitación. Agradecí que nos regalaron café en el check out, pero no volvería a ir.

Hotel de tránsito

Es un hotel de Transito, destinado a huésped de negocio o trabajo. La habitación standard es muy pequeña y estrecha, el lugar para dejar la ropa solo contempla para colgar, posee frigobar, pero vacío, el Room Service es muy bueno y variado, la atención exelente. El estacionamiento es pequeño y estrecho. El hotel tiene muy señalización por el acceso de calle Cochrane solo una E de estacionamiento. La información entregada en el Checkinn es escasa, no entregan clave de wifi, solo si uno lo solicita, al igual que la información de estacionamiento y si se requiere factura. El desayuno es variado, pero al igual que lo adoptado por otros hoteles debería ser con inscripción de horario ya que el espacio es reducido. Posee solo dos ascensores pequeños, por lo que en algunos horarios es complicado acceder a ellos

Sobre la media no genial

Fue bueno, con un desayuno promedio y una buena atención de las personas del hotel. Me entregaron una tarjeta que no correspondía al número de la pieza lo que generó que entraran otras personas a la misma habitación. Solo me quedé una noche para un mayor criterio para evaluar.

Lo único que molestaba un poco es el ruido del aire acondicionado en la noche. De lo demás nada que decir. Todo muy bien
