TravellerThis is a very nice property close to where we needed to go. The Front Desk is very attentive. We could have coffee in the breakfast nook. It is quiet and safe. Great value in Palermo! Stay here! The room is very clean, and we loved our terrace.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay in Palermo. The location of the hotel is near the airport bus will drop you off at the Politeama Bus Stop (only 5 walking minutes to the hotel). The service is great, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the air conditioner works excellent! We would recomment this hotel to everyone.

TravellerGreat location in the heart of Palermo. Building is in so-so condition with several hotels on different floors. But the air-conditioning was good and the room was quiet. The room is getting a bit tired and needs a refresh and so does the plumbing. The breakfast room was very crowded because it is used by another BandB in the building. But the breakfast was quite good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made good recommendations for restaurants as well as making reservations for us.

The Maxim team was GREAT! Very good at communication prior to arrival and at check-in. Very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was a nice extra touch and I would definitely stay here again when in Palermo! The concierge made sure I had everything I needed and even ordered me a car to the airport!

We were greeted by the owner, and staff were always on hand to answer our questions and give advice. Although the room was not huge, it was enough for the 2 of us and clean. Breakfast was simple and nice and the staff would also prepare something for us to eat earlier the following day if we planned to leave earlier. A short walk to the main areas of Palermo, Maxim was overall good value for a stay in Palermo.

3 nuits à Palerme. Stationnement dans la rue mais cela a été assez difficile en raison du peu de places bleues. 1€/h, 10€ la journée. Immeuble consacré à l’hôtellerie. a Au 6eme étage, logement bien équipé même s’il manquait une étagère pour ranger la vaisselle. Canapé dans la grande pièce mais assez bas de gamme pour le confort. 2 écrans plats (vu les programmes de la télé italienne c’est 2 de trop). Grand lit confortable. Salle de bain correcte si on accepte d’avoir les wc collés au lavabo. Balcon mais avec un gros vis à vis qui oblige tout le monde à baisser les rideaux. Sinon hôtel très proche du centre historique et notamment du Teatro Massimo. Accueil sympathique en français. Ascenseur bien utile. Multiples options de restauration proches. Hôtel solide mais améliorable. Côté propreté RAS sauf un dégât des eaux laissant des traces au plafond. Une salle est disponible pour les personnes qui prendront le petit déjeuner.
