Great location
Property was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Everything was in walking distance, if transportation was needed, it was very convenient to get it. I would definitely come back and stay again.
Niagara Falls
Wonderful view of the Canada side of the Niagara Falls. Higher floor is a better view.
Best customer service
Nice view of the falls
Beautiful view
I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay. I had a lovely room with a wonderful view. My room was very comfortable and large. Thank you.
Great falls view
You have to pay $45 daily for an outdoor parking 10 minutes away from the hotel, we had to drag our luggage in the snow all the way to the hotel, that said the building stinks in general, to be more specific the elevators smell is horrible, room quality was really bad and uncomfortable, we had an extra door that led to the room next door with other guests in it! A lot of negative comments I could mention but in general I don’t recommend, definitely not going back again.
Great Hotel
We got upgraded to the top floor with a view. It was awesome, and the kids loved it :)
Falls vacation
Room had amazing views of the Falls
Great view, clean room with nice 2-person jetted tub with separate toilet and shower, comfortable bed. Parking's expensive but on par.
Very expensive for parking
Great staff and location, super clean property!
Beside the fact that we had a fire alarm for over 20min. The satu was amazing l. Recommend the room with jacuzzi, absolutely astonishing with the view to the falls
Hotel view is really nice but it’s very expensive compared to services provided and room cleanliness. Bed sheets look dirty smells really bad. Dining is so expensive and not a lot of options around.
It was surprising that a four star hotel did not have a business center with a computer to use. Also I could not cool my room enough as the thermostat only allows for heating not cooling most likely due to a cheaper one pipe heating cooling system. Everything else was good..
The staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the view of the Falls was fantastic.
The view was spectacular. Commute around the area very easy. The restaurants close by (TGI and Turtlejacks) were fantastic. Everything about this hotel (location and amenities) were perfect.
Always a great stay
Great views and location. Cleaning staff was great. The check-in seems friendly and accommodating but while they offered to change the room to higher floor as the one we purchased was disruptive as we had to do that 2 times as the first switch was not room purchased / advertised. We spend too much time between moves. Also no help was offered to transfer out bags the second time. Also the valet parking was “painful” we had to wait 30-40 minutes and 20 minutes after the app said that vehicle was ready for pick up.
I paid $123 more than my booking on Expedia quoted. I am not talking about fees or anything else. I was also surprised at the $65 for parking for 1 night.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in
Not good for business calls.
Everything was great! Only thing worth noting. They do not have a private area where you can take a work call. We were on the 22nd floor. The wifi was terrible and our cell service wasn’t great. I had an important video call and there was no where I could take the call. So I had to purchase upgraded wifi.
Loved our stay at the Marriott Fallsview. Everything was great. Wonderful location. Beautiful views of the Niagara falls from the room. We enjoyed the New Years’ fireworks right from our room. The only negatives would be that the parking lot is too far. If you do not wish to walk from that far, you can pay for the vallet parking. And the other issue is that there are no charging points/outlets close to the bed. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
I paid a lot of money to have a good view and the windows were dirty with stains
Great views
Very good experience
I was very disappointed with this Marriott, hence the overall rating of 2. 1st the positives, the housekeeping lady for our room was wonderful, polite and very accommodating. The restaurant staff was also very professional and polite. The hotel bar staff next to the check in station were very good although the mixed drinks were very week for $22.00 a piece. The Elite Breakfast all three mornings was average, with most of the food cold. It was included in my stay, but it cost $34.95 per person, again the staff was wonderful and polite. The negatives: Room AC unit did not work, stayed at 72 degrees 24/7. The Hot water spicket in the bathroom sink leaked. I told the front desk staff, and they said they would have someone look into it, but we never saw anyone. The worst part is I booked the SPA package for our stay. The front desk directed me to the suite and told me to make reservations as quickly as possible due to the Holiday weekend. I made the reservation and then received a bill for $335.00 for the both of us. After going back and forth with the SPA lady, she could not verify with the front desk that we were to receive our treatment. hence, they sent me an email and phone call stating I was not for the SPA treatment that my wife & I were so looking forward too. The price of my room was close to $500.00 per night including all the taxes & fees and NO SPA! Needless to say, we were very disappointed with this Marriott at Niagra Falls Hotel & Spa.
Heating system was not working properly
I enjoy the view form room
Make sure to get the rooms on or above 19th floor for the full view of the Falls and the river. For $600 Taxes per night at least a couple of free bottles of water and some snacks in the room are normal these days, which were missing (Empty and noisy fridge!). The face towles were a bit stained and not quite white.
No parking it’s badly
View
The view was breathtaking. I loved everything. The food was fabulous. The dining options were within walking distance of the hotel, even in the snow! Fridays, IHop and Steak houses were next door.. Very safe and clean
It was a great weekend stay! It was comfy and amazing
Thoroughly enjoyed the view of the falls from our room
The room temperature was hot and it seemed the AC was not working properly to cool it down resulting in a terrible nights sleep. Great view of the falls and room is overall very nice.
Great place to stay
We enjoy the comfortable beds and showers. The like that spa and restaurant on site. The service was good and there are convenient activities nearby.
This location is perfect for a view of the falls. The rooms are extremely dated. It needs a serious renovation and the beds need to be updated. They seemed worn.
It is a great hotel and friendly stuff
$40 parking 500m from hotel Room cleanliness poor
It is perfect
Outstanding service, very welcoming and super convenient
Nice view to the falls with the room view. Expensive parking.
parking sucks
Spa and dining not included in price
The hotel standards are quite not up to the mark. They don’t provide basic toiletry kit. Sad part is Canadian living standards are dropping down. Just compare the neighbor state hotels.! Not satisfied with Marriott hotel service.
Amazing staff!
Great Experience
I has a good time, beautiful views. Weather was cold but i can't complain actually it was perfect to come during this time.of the year, not crazy lines and people bring better services. The hotel service amazing I will come back again.
The restaurant had very nice food and a great view
Cool
Great !
Very clean, staff was amazing! 14th floor and the view was beautiful
We really felt like the staff were looking after us
Amazing place! Great rooms, and one of a kind view of falls.
Nice time!
It was good stay, nice spot, would recommend
The view of the falls was amazing!
We recently visited Niagara Falls during Thanksgiving break. The view of the waterfall from our hotel was majestic and beautiful. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also excellent, and our stay was comfortable. However, the hotel charged us twice. When I contacted the hotel, they told me that the incorrect transaction would disappear after 5-6 days, but even after ten days, it is still pending. I am frustrated that the hotel made such a mistake.
The falls view
Winter Marriott Falls view and spa
Friendly staff and great view, good restaurants close by.
Very much enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and the views from our hotel room were incredible. Everything was a very short walk or drive. Would definitely stay here again!
We chose a room with a view and it did not disappoint!
Amazing view of the falls!
Good clean upscale hotel, basically located right on the falls with an amazing view!
Wonderful stay and beautiful views of the Falls from the hotel. I got an upgrade to a king room with a perfect view of the falls. The only one thing that caused me to give 4 stars is that the hot tub in the room was not working. Excellent staff!
Perfect location
First time at the falls and our room view couldn’t be beat. A great place to watch the fireworks.
I booked this property via Expedia. When thebbooking was made the web page requested ypu to select breakfast or not. When i sslected breakfast, the room day rate increased by 75usd per day. This was fine wirh me so i confirmed the booking. When i arrived at the front desk, the girl indtcated that although i paid extra for the breakfast, it was not invluded in the booking. The site also automatically increased the advertised rate for Saturday by a significant amount. The Mariott front dest then indicated thatvi must pay additional 50usd per night for parking. This was not stated anyplace on the website on e pedia or in my receipt as to what i paid for. I assumed thatbif ypu book a room in a 4star hotel, parking will be free. Apparently ths is not the case. You have to park 5min walk away at a cost price for 45usd perday. Overall, the Marriot is overated!
We won’t stay again…
Upon entering our room, it was so very warm, while we turned off the heat, there was no way to cool the room down because it is a central system and not controlled within the room. The window was screwed shut. Upon entering the bathroom, it was clear that the toilet was clogged. It took over an hour to have somebody come up to the room with a plunger first, and then a snake. The washroom had sticky stuff splashed on the floor that was very easily seen, almost like somebody had spilt a drink, there was no hand soap, and when we went to grab a hand towel, there was a stack of sanitary pads on top of the towel. It was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned very well at all. There was something that had been splashed or spilt all over the wall by the bed as well. I am usually not one to complain, but it was very disappointing. We had dinner reservations that evening, so while we were out, they did have somebody come up and clean the bathroom properly which I appreciated. We also used the valet parking, unfortunately, it was my fault for not circling my car before we left the hotel, but upon returning home, we noticed that the front end Had an indentation in the hood, like somebody had either backed into it, or it had bumped the car in front of it. I am sure it didn’t happen elsewhere, but because I did not see and address it at the hotel I cannot say with 100% certainty that it happened at the hotel.
Do not book this hotel if you are doing it for the view of the falls. I did and I was very disappointed. Yes, my room had a clear view of the falls, but the dirty windows that could not be open prevented me from taking pictures and hearing the thunderous sound of the falls. Also, the hotel does not offer an open terrace or balcony to see the unobstructed view of the falls. I paid approximately $350 and did not even get a parking spot. Save your money and enjoy the amazing views along the Niagra River
My room was not clean on arrival had to ask twice before it was cleaned. Michael from housekeeping was helpful after a while. It was a bit noisy The only reason Im not giving zero stars is because the view was incomparable The starbucks onsite was the the rudest Ive ever encountered. I had to ask for my money back as they refused to give me a hot chocolate without whipped cream. I was unhappy and sorely disappointed with my overall experience.
Will definitely come back again!
Fabulous property with amazing views of the falls!
Lall good
Pretty old room, high price, probably won’t choose it if doesn’t have the lake view
Very close to activities. You can walk basically to most places. Pool and hot tub was nice. Hotel lobby was very nice. Lobby staff was helpful. Room with the view of the falls was excellent. I had rm 911 w the spa jetted tub.
Great fall view!!
The prices of drinks and food are much more expensive than expected; the items do not meet their value.
I didnt l Iike the fact when we checked in they couldn't find our booking because it was under Ronnie'Ronnie instead of my first and last name. How that happened i will never know!!!
One of the best in the city! Clean and welcoming
Great location Rooms a little dated $65/nte for parking is a little excessive
I can only say the view of the room is very nice. Other than that, I won’t stay at this hotel ever again.
Clean, quiet, and convenient
good relax
nice location
Amazing vacation
Clean Hotel, staff are very friendly.
At check in I asked if a room upgrade was available. To my surprise I was upgraded free of charge. Amazing room on the 8th floor overlooking the falls. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. Spend a couple hours mid day at the spa.
Outstanding view, convient location.
Beautiful Room but dangerous lock
The view and room were perfect except the door lock was really messed up and come to find out you could not exit the room, I figured out how to pick it eventually but it was a major safety issue and they failed to fix it when notified.
Expensive and parking costs extra- that surprised me
Why not giving the fees upfront? I was charged more than I was quoted for parking. Would have been better if u tell me the charge up front
The room we got really faced the falls. Easly walkable and great staff.
staff friendly great service upgrades to excellent room with a great view of the Falls
Very friendly and courteous
View was amazing. Room service was good. Has an indoor pool that was nice.
complimentary water bottles not provided, napkins in bathroom empty
Pros: Great views and room, loved the Jacuzzi, the lay out of the spacious bathroom, and the seating area to enjoy the spectacular views. Very comfortable bed. Cons: Parking was in street and daily fee was stip, specially since several garages very close by were offering parking much lower. While there was a coffee machine in the room, the front desk only had decaf coffee. No microwave available, room did had a working minifridge and TV. Overall if cost is not an issue, best place to stay and enjoy the Falls.
The property location is nice and walkable to casino a lot of restaurants. The self parking is not convenient the parking situation is not organized.
