The hotel itself is in perfect area . Close to the beach.. close to the local market.. bus stops... We got the room with private hot pool and my little one loved it. Brakfast was amazing as well. The staff was amazingly lovely and gave us a lots of info.

The staff are so friendly, hospitable and warm. I rate this hotel 10/10 and will definitively come back here.

What a lovely venue. I had a superior room (101) which had a amazing sea and town view. You'll be able to see lovely sunrises and sunsets with clear views across the sea.The room itself was beautifully decorated in a modern style which was immaculate and kept that way. The main part of the hotel was just as lovely with a mixture of character and modern styles. Everywhere was just so clean. Staff were lovely, polite and attentive. Restaurants, shops and beach front are a short walk. Easy access to local and tour buses. Travelled alone and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

I loved our hotel room, with the view. What I didn’t like was the weak wifi connection and the pool hours only being till 8pm.

Staff was very friendly. But we purchased upgraded view that we never got. The smell coming from the plumbing was horrible. Noise was horrible as well! Sometimes we could now sleep

Perfect, relaxing getaway

The staff at the hotel were so kind helpful and friendly. Denis and Ava in particular went the extra mile to make our first stay in Santorini a special one. We loved the premium suite with its own outdoor jacuzzi Breakfast is absolutely adequate and the location of the property is perfect as the beautiful beachside restaurant area of Kamari is just a stones throw away. My family and I absolutely loved this hotel and will most definitely return bringing others with us.

An excellent four star modern boutique hotel with the perfect location - extremely clean and quiet, the most amazing & friendly team, very comfortable room - each with individualized Jacuzzi, nice breakfast buffet and about a 5 min walk to Kamari “black pebble” beach, multiple shops, and wonderful eateries. Bonus - about 30 steps to your left is the bus stop - with €1.80 for each location - the bus could take you to anywhere in Santorini (Fira, Oia, and Red/white sand beach) and to your right is Ancient Thera where, instead of a gym, you could climb the ~ 40 floors (according to my GPS) to almost the top! If you want to get to the top bring a couple Euros 😀

All the staff were friendly. Breakfast had really good options too.

Fabulous Brunch for breakfast every morning. The pool area was lovely. The location was quiet and accessible to everything. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Just average

Nothing amazing and bit of a weak four star. Breakfast was average, room floors were not clean, showers were average - not sure how you expect bigger guests to fit in there and I struggled and am not on the big side. All in all a pretty average hotel. Also transfers organized to the port with an awful company that overcharged is eur35 and then collected numerous other people on our very long journey to the port. The driver was operating an office over his phone and getting calls for random pick ups whilst we were all in the vehicle. Shocking experience.

Clean, modern hotel.

The hotel is clean and modern, partly owing to its recent (last few years as at 2018) construction. We had a junior suite which included a huge main room and lovely stylish bathroom. Although the room had a very large balcony, it wasn't really private enough and was overlooked by several other rooms from about 25 feet away. The breakfasts were lovely and include continental or cooked bacon and egg etc. The hotel only offers very basic snacks throughout the day and evening and does not have a restaurant. It does have a good pool-side bar however. There are an almost infinite number of local cafes and restaurants, the nearest being about 20 seconds walk away. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there was just one bed sheet with no blankets or quilt etc. The pillows are made of quite hard foam so I would advise taking one of your own. On the whole, this was a very nice hotel and I would recommend it.

Amazing Hotel

We have just returned and would definately recommend this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff lovely facilities and only ten minutes walk to the gorgeous beach resort of Kamari.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Excellent staff, cleanliness, and customer service! Their breakfast bar was delicious and staff were constantly checking the food to keep re-filling so there was enough for everyone. It’s in the perfect location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach and has its own little secluded area away from all the commotion and touristy area close by the beach. Plenty of restaurants and markets near by within walking distance. All the staff in this hotel made everything so much easier for our stay, they helped with anything we needed and also made us so comfortable. They are great at communicating with you ahead of time, I asked them countless questions and they always emailed me back very quickly. We can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Great place to stay - nice hotel best location

Hotel perfectly situated minutes from best beach on the island, Kamari. Staff is excellent place is clean and quiet. Would stay here again. We had room 217 that backed onto pool, very convenient with 3 kids. Only downfall is outsourced transportation company the hotel uses. I used them for pickup from town of Oia to avoid taking public trans at night with kids. Pickup location provided was very inconvenient and frustrating. Money well wasted I got a thousand sorrys from hotel staff but euros I paid were never refunded for trouble caused.

staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is clean. I arrived 6 hours early and the hotel staff accommodated my daughter and I in a seperate room until our room was ready. I will defenitaly returned to this hotel.

Started well

We recieved a warm welcome from the staff. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs. However, the last half of our stay went downhill. We heard loud music at night coming from the courtyard which made it hard to sleep. Also, housekeeping standards dropped during the last 2 nights of our stay. Housekeeping cleaned room late in the afternoon which made it difficult to relax in our room. Plus, the jacuzzi did not always get cleaned.

The hotel is well situated for beach, eating out and local buses. Breakfast at the Crown Suites was so good, fresh pancakes were delicious. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic...Thanks for a great experience.....

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted by staff and the bartender gave us complimentary drinks while we waited to be checked in. The hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size, and the location to the beach was a short walk away (~7 mins). The hotel was also within walking distances to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok; it was a hot breakfast- Nothing special about it. I can't stress enough how nice and helpful the front desk and staff were throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel & staff

Overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Most rooms are associated with a private jacuzzi which is a great feature. The pool and overall ambience was very calm. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a calm and refreshing vacation. Location is convenient, walking distance from the Kamari beach & not very far to the airport.

Close to the beach, friendly staff

My 1 night stay was very pleasant. This hotel is within walking distance of Kamari beach and convenient stores where you can pick up snacks and other things for late nights. The front desk was very helpful in coordinating my transportation to Santos Winery which was about 15 minutes away. The decor was very modern and I enjoyed reading my book while sitting on the balcony. I would definitely return here if ever back in this area.

Excellent stay in Kamari!

We loved our time in at Crown Suites! My wife and I stayed there for our anniversary, and not only was our room great but Alex did so much to make us feel special and known. His recommendations for food were superb and they were very welcoming. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on Santorini!

Great Hotel in the Middle of Overdeveloped Resort

Crowne Suite hotel really good. Kamari as a resort not quaint , applies to whole island now. Natures scenery on northern edge beautiful. You will find the crowds peak season "interesting" and any ferry use total chaos ..... be prepared. Hire a quad not a car to cope with the lack of parking on the island.

From the moment we arrived we had a fantastic experience, staff were very professional and friendly. Alex on reception & Nick at the bar were particularly helpful and friendly.

Well located hotel

Enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location. Hotel close to bus route to Fira with connections to the rest of the island. Sunset at Oia very busy but had a lovely meal with excellent service at Sunset restaurant - you need to book a table. Ancient Thera well worth a visit, very windy but great views and experience. We took a shuttle bus from local travel agent up to the site and walked down the path to Perisa for lunch on the beach and then water taxi back to Kamari.

Stayed here for 7 nights, hotel was in a great location. Short 5 minute walk to the main front, but close to the supermarket and restaurant's. the hotel was well kept to a high standard. The pool area was really nice, very quiet and peaceful, and the pool bar was great. Nick the barman was very friendly and always pleasant. Reception was lovely and Alex was great offering advice when needed on anything you wanted to know. Our room was clean and well kept, and was of a high standard. I would deffinatley recommend this hotel, and we would return for another stay.

Nice hotel, 5 mins from Kamari Beach

I just want to begin by thanking Vicky and Alex for making our stay special and a memorable one. She gone above and beyond to accommodate us to meet our needs. The hotel itself is modern and beautiful, in the busy are of Kamari. The location is fantastic withthin 5 mins walk of the beach, and through a row of various restaurants and mini supermarkets. Kamari is 15 mins away from Fira, which is easily accessible via via a quad bike/car or the local bus (costs €1.80 each way) and from Fira you can take another bus to Oia. Everything is close by and in easy reach. Also this hotel is at 2 mins walk to the bus stop. I highly recommend this hotel and the location - it was my first time in Santorini and it has been an amazing trip. I would definitely return soon :)

Rooms amazing very trendy and quiet. Beach and loads of restaurants tavernas nearby. Along with cheap launderette and supermarket a short walk away. Buffet breakfast and pool bar. Bar very expensive and no elevator but staff help with cases. Rental cars nearby to tour island. Best location on island. All wonderful!

Comfortable stay close to Kamari beach

Hotel is a short walk down to the beach but close to a number of Kamari restaurants and shops. The highlight of the hotel is the pool where you can spend your day relaxing if the beach is not your thing. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly.

Peaceful sanctuary but close enough to activity

We were looking for a relaxing holiday where decisions would be limited to choosing between beach or pool. Crown Suites was the perfect base. Located only a few minutes walk from the beach, it has all the facilities you need: good pool, plenty of sun loungers, readily available refreshments/lunch by the pool, complimentary breakfast and a safe haven from the heat in the air-conditioned rooms. Shade from the fierce sun was also available by the side of the pool. Rooms were generously sized with balconies and wifi, although this could be a bit patchy from time to time. Staff were friendly and accommodating, everywhere was very clean and well maintained.

High quality hotel a litle way from the beach

You will not find a better hotel in terms of the pool, the staff or the rooms. However it was a little far from the beach. This had the benefit that you can get away from the crowds unlike the hotels on the beach roads but it will likely restrict your time at the beach.

Loved our stay at Kamari Beach

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is newly renovated and both the rooms as well as the common areas were very cute. The staff was very friendly, always greeted us and very helpful with our questions as well. The balconies and pool were also very nice. The hot tubs were not working yet but will also be a very nice addition. My only complaint is that people would take the iron and not return it. They should think about doing some sort of checkout system so they can retrieve if needed. This was a minor issue though. The hotel is a short walk away from Kamari Beach and we actually liked staying down there as opposed to Fira or Oia because it felt less crowded and more peaceful. The bus to Fira takes about 20 minutes so it's really not hard to get around. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet and Convenient

The hotel was open only 2 weeks when we arrived. Breakfast was large and good with lots of choices. Staff were great--very helpful, friendly and sincere. Spacious rooms. Spa tub wasn't hooked up yet but will be great when they get it finished. Highly recommend it.

Clean and Quite

We were a bit worried based on earlier reviews but were really surprised. The hotel just finished doing a remodel of the entire place. It was very nice and clean. We slept so well every night because of the quite room and location. Once we were in our room we couldn't hear anything, but that wasn't really an issue because even outside it was so quite and peaceful. We had a nice balcony with a table and chairs where we sat several nights and had dinner overlooking the sea. The AC unit in the room kept in nice and cool comfortable sleeping. The breakfast buffet was great and served until 10:30 each day which made slow mornings nice. There was a small fridge in the room that we stocked with some drinks and food we bought from the small grocery store near by. You can't drink the tap water so you do have to buy bottled water, but this is the case on the island. The pool area was really nice and great to relax in after the beach all day. We had a great stay and will be going back the next time in Santorini.

The perfect stay in Santorini

Do no listen to all of the old reviews on this place. It is completely renovated, brand new looking and really nicely done, the staff are incredible- very helpful in booking restaurants, recommending things to do, booking cars or trips. You sit down for breakfast (which is amazing too) and a young lady follows and puts down placemats wherever you choose to sit. Every few minutes someone was wiping something down making the whole resort incredibly clean. Plus you are 30 metres from a Main Street that takes you straight to Kamari beach, with car and quad bike rentals, laundry, supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you don't want the busyness of Fira or Oia, stay here. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure. Ps they even organise airport transfers for you.

Très bon accueil avec toutes les explications pour passer un bon séjour. Personnel de l’hôtel très agréable. A refaire sans hésiter !

A, in a beautiful location, located hotel where hospitality is highly valued. In terms of loyalty, they are very good. In addition to the friendliness of the staff, there are sufficient facilities available (e.g. swimming pool) to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was of very good quality. And finally, in terms of hygiene, there is nothing to complain about in this hotel. In contrast, I found the room very disappointing. The room was very outdated, poor quality mattresses and a bathroom with little ventilation and rust / mold in several places. In addition, booked a room with 'bubble bath', this was definitely not worth it, very little privacy and a particularly bad bath. All in all, the pleasant reception/hospitality, combined with the other prerequisites, made up for the pitiful state of the room. Nevertheless, for me the price/quality ratio was definitely not balanced.

Hotel tres bien situé proche de la plage, des restaurants et des boutiques. Et, il est au calme, en retrait des bruits. Chambre spacieuse est tres bien équipée, buffet du petit déjeuner tres copieux, et une piscine tres agréable pour se rafraichir. La conciergerie est professionnelle pour organiser les transferts ou pour louer un vehicule par exemple.

Idéalement situé, au calme et près de la plage et des animations nocturnes. Personnel d'une gentillesse absolue. Chambres et lieux design et très propres. Services au top. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent... Piscine, jacusi supers, et des transats pour tous ! Je recommande, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix

La struttura la trovo magnifica. La penalizza soltanto la mancanza di ascensore per raggiungere le camere e credo sia poco adatta ai disabili ed a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour notre lune de miel et nous ne somme pas déçus ! Un magnifique hôtel, nous avons été surclassé par la gérante à l’occasion, un grand merci pour son amabilité. Vue sur la mer et la montagne, jacuzzi privé, proche de la plage de Kamari, restaurants et du bus qui mène Fira et Oia, rien a dire excellent ! Un grand merci au personnel et plus particulièrement à Fotini pour sa gentillesse, elle nous a aidé à louer un véhicule et nos tests PCR, enfin à Nikos pour son amabilité et sourire que nous pouvions percevoir à travers son masque tous les matins.
