Close to everything & clean too!!

Nice location next to train station.just a short walk to Duomo, bridge and Accademia. Clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and well located very near the train station, street market and tourist activities. Television did not work and having the office across the street at another hotel was inconvenient.

Nice Hotel, Nicer Hotelier

This is a nice simple hotel in a very convenient location. We only stayed a night but I could have easily done more. The young lady who checked us in was particularly helpful walking us over to the apartment, and going over sights and restaurants with me on a map. Very happy with the place. Note, the tiny elevator may scare some.

Fantastic place to stay! Close to center, market, museums, etc the reception was incredibly welcome. The rom was wonder- clean, quiet with everything I would ask for.... even a small kitchen on the the floor I was on. Perfect!

The hotel was near the train station and buses. With everyone trying to get on the buses it was a nightmare trying to get to your room. You couldn't sleep it was very loud you could hear people beside you talking, showering, drying their hair. They say laundry service so we asked and the reception explained it was washing only not drying we would have to put our clothes on a line. Um no....we took our clothes to a laundry service for only 27 eu.

Maison de Charme was a great place to stay. Close to train and busses. The location was within easy walking distant to all main attractions. Lots of small bars and restaurants near by. Supermarket 2 doors away. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to station, Room size

Close to the station. Room was big and spacious, with balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast voucher used at nearby cafe. Quite dark at night in the corridors though. Generally still a good stay, recommended if you want a room near the station. Do note that check in is at the hotel across the street.

Hotel check in is across the street at Hotel Ester. We were upgraded to Hotel Ester. We were on the top floor with a great view!

Good hotel. They have filtered water for free and good air conditioning. Alot of keys to get in to the place but all in all a great place.

Awesome location for a beautiful town

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was great to be so close to the train station as I had a suitcase. It was a 2 minute walk, although it was up a hill - the location was great and the room was clean.

Low-cost hotel, perfect stay for a few nights

Low-cost hotel with friendly staff. I spent one night in Maison de charme, and it all went well.

Good location

While only meters from the train station, Hotel was badly signed and hard to find. Unhelpfully, check in was across the street in a hotel with a different name. Staff were helpful and polite. Good WiFi. Room was clean but outside corridor and kitchenette were smelly. Noise from other rooms and clanking (really tiny) elevator kept waking me. Cannot recommend, especially if you have lots of luggage; way better places in Florence, would not stay there again.

If you want to save.

should not qualified for hotel. Doesn't have basic hotel amenities,. Location is good. On another hand very noisy. If you do not care about comfort, and do not mind to claim stairs to the 4 flood, you can stay here just to save a money.

Very Good Place

We've just return from Florence. We had a great time. Marcos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and nice and speak good English. We were 3 couples. The 2 couples got 2 renovated rooms but we got one that everything was renovated except the floor and it was a little dirty. But as soon as i told Marcos we immediately changes us to another room which was cleaner. The bathroom was big and nice. The computer and the English speaking TV was a plus. No amenities but we knew it from before. Centrally hotel we did everything on foot. We had breakfast everyday to an a place near the hotel which was ok. We definitely stay here again.

Ideal spot

Perfect for visiting Florence, walking distance to visit most places and leather market. If you want to be self catering it has a kitchen with microwave and oven. Very helpful staff. Absolutely fine, it is what it is a clean basic convenient hotel

Muy central. Excelente atención. El estado de la habitación deteriorado en puerta del baño y cisterna del inodoro dañada. No hay recepción 24 horas y fue demorado el ingreso.

O hotel, não é nada como está nas fotos. Elevador minúsculo e ainda com problemas, colocando em risco a vida dos hóspedes. Quarto com cortina sem Blakout, higiene dos quarto pessima, não trocavam toalhas e nem o lençol diariamente.O hotel não apresenta portaria.

場所が少々分かりにくかったのですが、部屋が広く快適でした。 サンタ・マリア・デル・フィオーレ大聖堂やサンタ マリア ノヴェッラ教会等、フィレンツェの主な観光スポットが徒歩圏内でゆっくり見学出来ました。 レセプションの方もとてもフレンドリーで楽しい時間が過ごせました。

トイレのドアが開かない

立地は最高。従業員の方も親切でオススメしてくれたお店も美味しかったです！ が、お部屋が狭い。安かったのでそれは良いとしてもトイレのドアを閉めたら開かなくなりました。笑 清掃のお姉さんと死ぬ気で開けましたが、二度と閉めれなく、ドアを開けたまま用を足す事態に。恋人と途方にくれました。いい思い出ですが笑。 WiFiは滞在したホテルの中ではダントツに速かったです。

Nice stay

Receptionist very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, good wifi. Laundry machine and a kitchen available. Location conveniently next to the railway station. Walking distance from the sights. Reception in another building across the street, small elevator.

Amazing place

It eas amazing! Angelica, Carmelo and all staff did everything to make our days perfect! Great local, near all touristc points and the Sta Ma Novela train satation. I really eant to back !!!

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach. Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Vom Hotel aus, können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Check-In erfolgt in einem anderen Hotel welches gegenüber liegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, Croissant & kleine Sandwich.

Hotel limpo e confortável,mas com recepção confusa

O check in é estranho, pois tem que ser feito em outro hotel, num edifício que é quase em frente. Os edifícios são estranhos, pois cada andar tem um hotel diferente. Ou seja, num mesmo edifício tem 4 ou mais hotéis. Sendo que a recepção desse, fica do outro lado da rua, num prédio de mesmo estilo. Mas tirando isso, e tirando a falta de educação dos comerciantes locais em querer ajudar, o hotel, depois que se entra pela porta, é totalmente diferente do que se tem do lado de fora! Muito bom. Quarto grande e confortável, com banheiros modernos.

B & B aceptable, bien situado y económico

B & B de cuatro habitaciones con baños, pequeña cocina y un office. El desayuno (si se reserva) es muy básico (café y bollería), el problema está en que lo dejan a primera hora y sino estas atento los huéspedes que no lo tienen reservado se encargan de ello.

櫃檯在另一個飯店，當下在門口是找不到人可以為你服務的，但是住宿方便樓下也有超市，除了沒有服務之外，按價位這其實是很好的考量住宿地點。

Bel posto in centro per visitare Firenze

Camera stupendamente arredata e pulita. unico contro, solo per gusto personale ma niente di problematico è stata la vicinanza alla stazione dei pullman (può essere una cosa molto positiva per alcuni) ma uscire e trovare l'ammasso di gente non mi piaceva. Piccolo problemino con la disponibilità a un lettino per bimba di due anni: la prima notte non avevano la disponibilità e non abbiamo dormito molto perchè la bambina continuava a fare la trottola per il letto tutta la notte. mentre la seconda ci è stato fornito un lettino e si è risolto tutto alla grande. diciamo 4 stelle la prima notte e 5 la seconda...

Но большая комната, балкон с потрясающим видом на старый город, то есть центр. Отзывчивый персонал, всегда готов помочь. Из минусов - скудный завтрак по талонам в соседнем кафе.

Super rapport qualité-prix

À moins de 5mn de la navette de l'aéroport et de la gare, et à moins de 10mn à pied des principaux sites touristiques de la ville, cet établissement est parfaitement bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner qui se prend dans un café juste à côté est complet et bon. Un plus, un supermarché juste à côté.
