The hotel is in an excellent location by the S barn and tram lines, but there wasn’t air conditioning and it was noisy outside with the window open
TravellerThe hotel is very clean. Walking distance to the river. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only issue is no AC. It was hot at night and I felt like I couldn't breath. I had to open the window during the night. Then I had to deal with the traffic noise.
TravellerIt was a very nice hotel and it had a good location relative to a lot of places you’d want to visit. There were some minor things that may not have been up to par but overall it was a pretty pleasant experience.

Great location. 10-15 minutes walk from the river, the main square and the Euro2024 fanzone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the heat of the room without air-con.

TravellerThe stay was a pleasant ones except some imperfection. First the closing of hotel car should be informed before our arrival. We had a hard time reading the notice on the entrance and had to walked to the counter in the rain to check. The wifi in the room was unable to connect. We have to walk to the corridor to get the connection. Other than these 2issues, we are happy with the stay. Thank you

The hotel was within 10 minutes walking to tourist sites and the centre. We visited during a non peak time, so our room was available early. We were able to get our rooms in the morning (for a fee), which helped us adjust to this time zone for the rest of our trip. Overall happy with our stay and the hotel staff.
TravellerIt seems like a newly built hotel. The interior and cleanness were very pleasant. One minor inconvenience was that there was no door for a shower, which was impossible for me to not splash water on the floor. Other than that we really enjoyed this one-night stay.
TravellerLocation was close to the Christmas market in Frankfurt, we were able to comfortably walk to and from the location. Very nice accommodations, super helpful staff.
TravellerThe property is well-located between the Konstablerwache and the European Central Bank on the eastern side of downtown Frankfurt. There are done nice parks and small eateries nearby. Also, very pleasant and friendly staff. Simple, but comfortable rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt. The hotel is on the east side of old-town, but just a short walk from an S-bahn station. We were in town for a big show at the fairgrounds (Messe) and this was really convenient, because we could just jump on the S-bahn that takes you right into the middle of the Messe. There were dozens of restaurants nearby, and lots of things to see and do in the evenings. The breakfasts were really great; one less thing to worry about. Really nice servers, great attention to cleanliness, and responsive staff. I will plan to stay here whenever I come to Frankfurt.

The location is just fantastic. I could literally just walk to the Alte Brucke and get the gorgeous views of the river. Shopping district is a hop away. And the hotel breakfast is just wonderful. Wifi works great.
TravellerGreat location, great room and view, exceptionally helpful staff. Only complaint was that the WiFi was very weak everywhere we went including the lobby, it was basically impossible to use. Also, the tap water was not potable and the hotel only offered very expensive bottled water so plan to bring your own (there are convenience stores nearby).

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were really clean, especially the bathroom. Apart from the lack of air conditioning in the room in summer, there’s really no downsides to this place
