Staff was very friendly when we ask for something they help us right away

nice but really small room hotel

The room was so small I had to go outside to change my mind. the shower was tiny....I'm a big guy and I could barely turn around let alone wash. everything at the desk took a long time....seems like the computer program is slow or hard to work. the location was ok.

Good location, but too expensive.

Very convenient to Messe fair, but very expensive, and others I spoke to staying in the fair paid much less that through Hotels.com

Just a few minutes’ walk to Messe Frankfurt and Skyline Plaza. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, but it lacks amenities and rooms are small. However, its proximity to Messe Frankfurt makes up for it.

The hotel room was lovely and the reception/bar was also very nice and welcoming. We had a drink at the bar downstairs and it was nice and also convenient. The hotel is located right near the major shopping mall as well as a strip of a variety of great dining options. It is also located right near a train station so it is easy to get within the city. Despite the hotel being located right beside the train tracks, the windows have been soundproofed and did not cause much of a problem for us.

It's ok overall. I stayed there two nights and it was handy for the marathon. Room is small but functional and the bed is comfy

The staff was always helpful, friendly and food was very good( spot on) i will will be staying there next October.

The hotel provided everything we needed. Staff were amazing- reception and breakfast staff.It felt like home. Location was great- close to the malls and restaurants, including proximity to downtown and train stations. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice place

Overall we had a nice stay. The area was quiet for a city, even with the train line right across the street. Parking was expensive (35 euro/day) and the same rate as the local garages so we just parked by the mall. The staff was friendly when we arrived. The only complaints I have is the check in process and having to fill in all of our information- I feel like that's something that should be collected from the booking reservation to save time. Our room was also pretty small but still functional for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults- just watch the corner of the bunkbed! Overall I would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in walking distance to public transport and festhalle which was the reason for our visit. Unfortunately there were several occasions when there were things on the menu that were not available and they also ran out during breakfast. Apart from that there was a good selection at breakfast most days.

Basic, but convenient

Stuffy room. Synthetic feel mattress and very artificial duvet. Great bar area though. And very convenient for the Messe.

The reason why I chose this hotel, was bc of the kcon at the messe :)) it was really fast and easy to walk there! Staff was friendly and room was clean!

If you are looking for a clean hotel for please don’t book this one. The mattress had stains on it, the hall way smells stuffed because of the carpet and as we were checking out we saw one of the housekeepers cleaning a room next door with the pillows on the ground. They only clean your room per request so keep that in mind. In general, an absolute no for us and don’t recommend.

The front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. Fast check in and check out. It’s conveniently located, walking distance to the Skyline Mall and Galluswarte train station.

Very bad house keeping services. They don't change the sheet and i was given by the recipient desk when i checked in he give me un clean room

Excellent value, clean small room for family of 4

Small compact room for family of 4 and very comfortable beds with well laid out room at a very good value and 17 minutes to the airport. Clean bathroom. Kettle in room and safe was appreciated. Walk to Rumi Afghan restaurant was excellent food. Lots of free parking on the street around the hotel felt safe.

Convenient, clean, nice personal.

Everything was great. My check-in was fast and the room is fine. However, i gotta give this hotel 1 star as the receptionist, the one I met in the morning, on the check-out day was in horrible attitude. Dont think I did anything to deserve that from him.

Stay away

At almost $400/ night with no breakfast u would expect to get service. No cleaning of the room if u don’t ask for. And even if asking.. thy just don’t clean it. Charging for early check in. Asking to fill your details on a touch screen that takes forever instead of the front desk person to do do. A software that doesn’t recognize the USA as a country. My dog has a bigger room than the one this so called hotel will put you in. As one that travel all over the world… this is probably the worst hotel I stayed ever since Covid time.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly located! We went to a concert at the Festhalle which was just a quick walk from the hotel. The staff was awesome, super friendly, served great drinks and food. I really loved our room with the bunk beds, it was the perfect size for us 3, though it was a tight fit to walk around the main bed. Good restaurants around the hotel as well. We spent a few hours at the mall which was full of great shops and food too. My teenage daughters and I felt that the area around the hotel was very safe. As Americans we were not used to the lights in the hotel hallways being on motion sensors but we got used to it. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

A pricy hotel option

This hotel is convenient to the fairgrounds. It's a basic hotel with no housekeeping unless you request it or need to change towels etc...The daily rates during the period of the fairs are in my opinion very expensive for what the hotel offers. However, I understand that it is a supply-and-demand issue. Overall stay was comfortable.

Great place to stay away from all the hustle of the busy city, very clean and tidy hotel with great staff.

The hotel overall was great. The breakfast is a little too expensive for people traveling on a budget.

Opening night party.

Fortunate to have an opening party on our first night with complementary food and drink. The hotel is very modern and the rooms clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and ensured a good start to the day.

The manager(lady) and Rafael was so wonderful and helpful, the only complain I have is that the room is a bit small for the family but overall, wonderful stay. I will stay if I come alone but definitely not with family. Thank you for all your helps.

This property is excellent for an overnight or short stay but the room sizes are small and there is not much storage space. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent. There is a lot of building work going on close by and the train track runs alongside but the windows block out most of the sound. It is 5 min walk from the station and only 1 stop from the main Frankfurt station. Note it is a cash free hotel.

Gutes Hotel aber Bett ist zu klein.

Für den Preis den ich bezahlt habe kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Alles war gut und in einem sehr guten Zustand, bis auf das Bett. Dies war zwar bequem, allerdings zu klein und ich bin eine Person mit standard Grösse.

Sehr nettes personal und die Lage von dem Hotel ist einfach top 👍 👍👍

Hatte keine großen Erwartungen aber bin positiv überrascht worden. Kleine aber sehr gut aufgeteilte Zimmer und Badezimmer. Als Business Reisender alles da was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten die nicht geklappt haben wurden freundlich Entgegenkommen und sich für das Feedback bedankt. Absolut lobenswert.
