Overall the apartment and location is great. Close to some great cafes and restaurants. Super close to Metro Station. Walk felt a little sketchy at times. Some things we did not like, strong smell of mold/mildew in level 1 bath. Had to buy bleach and clean it up. Shower door missing (which may be why there is mold/mildew) Pretty much every piece of gym equipment didn't function properly. We would stay here again, just some things need attention.

We had stayed at this same location a few days prior, went to another part of Greece and came back for one night before leaving. Our first stay was better than the second. The room I was given where my children and I stayed was not in the best condition. The rooms are lovely and modern. The only issue in this case was our apartment had black mold the bedroom and one bathroom. It looks like there was visible moisture because some of the walls looked like the paint was bubbling. We didn’t have this issue in our other units so I am hoping it is an isolated issue. Basic supplies and amenities are available in the unit. No kettle again in this unit. Great location to the Metro and grocery store. Not a tourist area but there are local cafes and burger spots.

This was our first stay at the location and it was a good experience. Within walking distance to the Metro station (less than 5 mins). This is not a tourist area but the process to enter the unit is secure. The rooms were equipped with basic cooking utensils and pots, coffee, some bottled water in the fridge, hand soap and lotion in the bathrooms. The only issues I had was: 1. that two rooms were booked and I only received an email code for one room. Had to call in to get the other code. The staff were responsive by phone which was good. 2. Our room had no kettle but the other room we had booked did.

We arrived early and tried to get a hold of someone on the property to see if we could check in early. No response from hotel. Other guest let us know that they have a place to put your luggage but would need a code. Finally got a hold of property after several hours to leave the luggage. Was not able to check in early only able to check in at 3pm. Very poor communication and they did not refill our coffee as we stayed for 4 days.

Great price for a clean place.

Excellent accommodation

I would definitely recommend staying at the apartments. There was a problem with the bed and the property manager was out within 30 mins. Reservation team were very quick at answering any queries. I would book this accommodation again but in Athens City next time.

Great location not far from the Athen’s Metro. Also, not far from the Acropolis and Parthenon. Great value for the money. Good communication from operators.

Nice apartment for the price with easy walk to the Metro. The area is a bit rundown but this property was totally updated. Plenty of food options nearby.

Beautiful place to be

Stayed for a few nights, place was ok... Lacked afew things such as towel hooks by the shower, bathroom mirror and a hanging light are obstructing one another. Bathroom sink worktop had water damage... Difficult to have a shave or beard trim with the hanging light shining in your face (most annoying of all). Just an awkward layout lacking these basics. Also so many switches in the rooms without labels, couldn't remember what was what even after a few days of staying... Annoying. Positives... The service is great, comms and i'm sure Lux will look into the above and improve it. We have stayed at other Lux apartments which were better.

Stay here, and stay again

Great hotel. Modern, clean, and well equipped with every amenities you might need. Location is close to metro station and plenty of places to eat. Would only like to see communication for check in tonbe more transparent or delivered sooner as after traveling more than 18 hours, waiting to get check in details can be confusing.

The nice things about the property are that it is truly beautiful. it’s a great place to be. Very walkable. Nearby Pharmacy, nearby Coffee shops, nearby grocery. Once we told them the problems with the property, they did respond quickly. However the downsides were that we did not get the entry code or the apartment number as they promised. Sent an email several times. While they sent the check-in information, it didn’t include that. So we were sitting in the Athens airport having flown for two days. Totally exhausted. And I am in tears because we can’t go to our Room because we can’t get in. Somebody at the airport felt sorry for us and called the office to get this info. Second issue is that we did not get good showers. While they are beautiful, they only gave us very cold or very hot water. One of our party got a warm shower one time but sh had to turn the water pressure down to almost nothing in order to have it be warm which made it very difficult to rinse herself off. So we ended up having cold showers or having to sponge bathe in the sink. I feel like we should be getting some kind of refund because of this, but they felt like they put their best effort to fix it and so they said no refund.

Overall good value for the money but located in a so so area. Streets are dirty and the houses around are poorly maintained and abandoned. The building of the hotel is in a good condition. Some things in the unit were missing, such as the curtains in one room and a glass door in the sower

I stayed here just for a night to catch an early bus at Liosion street. It was a great location and a good price for others who are looking to do the same. The space was gorgeous and very accessible for public transportation for those looking for a longer stay.

This property was in a very bad area. It almost felt unsafe. The apartment itself was ok, but there were no washcloths, the freezer was frozen shut, the shower drains didn’t work and the property website said there was laundry but there wasn’t any. WiFi was spotty as well. Would not stay here ever again.

The apartment, the property and the amenities were great. The only drawback was the noises coming from the streets, e.g. nighttime screaming and loud cars/motorcycles. The location was great, with easy acceess to metro, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood might not be the prettiest, but that was not a problem for us. The provided secure parking, fir an additional cost, was great.

Area is pretty bad, not a great place to go out in the evening or at night. The apartment is pretty basic and it wasn’t clean. Not my first choice as a family.

The apartment was amazing, but the environment is extremely loud at all hours

Property was pretty clean, modern, tech friendly with enhanced safety features. There was no info regarding the massage spa and no adapters for the 110V appliance (phone/laptop chargers) for US travelers. Also, with the rented parking spot parking spot was blocked and killed the whole idea of having the convenience of a parking spot.

Great Apartment

The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. Everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again when. In Athens!

property was lovely and modern, such a convenient area that’s super close to the main city center. pleasantly surprised at the fact that they gave us pots, pans, utensils etc for the kitchen. if you’re staying here for 1 week this would be super ideal. the only issue we had was with the hot water. on two occasions, the water wasn’t running hot at all, leaving us to take a cold shower. not sure if there’s a cap on the usage or just an issue with the main supply but it did knock the place down a point. apart from that, everything was lovely and would be more than happy to stay here again!

Don’t Do it !

I stayed in Athens for one day. The Lux & Easy was not a comfortable stay. The customer service from the hotel was okay but the location was horrible. Lots of yelling and shouting all night on top of being in a bad neighborhood. I do not want to bash the customer service because they did try to provide a quick response time. Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone reading this review. Stay somewhere else. Peace of mind and being able to get a good nights sleep is worth the money. The pictures look very nice online but not so much in person. I’m from the inner city and even for me was the area sketchy AF…. BEWARE! I never been so ready to check out of a hotel ever in my life. If your traveling to Athens do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Stayed (August 2023)

The shutters for the balcony and windows made it easy to darken the sleeping space for even daytime naps

Checking in was the worst. We needed a code to access the property; which I didn't have. I was unable to reach anyone for over an hour. All this happened during business hours. I had to call Expedia directly for help. After an hour of trying to get in they finally text me the code; not even a call back. The property itself was nice once we finally got in. The room said it was for 4 people 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. There was no sheets/blankets for the sofa bed. I got a tiny baby blanket when I asked for one.

It was a short walk from the bus station. A secure building with a code provided online prior to arriving. The room was spacious and well equipped with 2 bathrooms and a large balcony, and full kitchen facilities. Also had very fast internet. Just one note is the ensuite shower....make sure to close the door as it has body jets that could blast out to the bed if you're not careful. We had a great overnight night stay and would certainly book it again.

Very easy check in process, great location super close to metro stop, supermarket and coffee shops. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we loved having the patio for coffee in the morning.

Pristine modern luxury apartment with lots of modern touches. The location a one minute walk from the subway stop was very convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe even when we arrived at midnight. My only complaint would be that the kitchen wasn't very well supplied (it had wine glasses but no corkscrew or bottle opener for instance). Coffee was easy enough to get down the street, but would have been nice if there was some in the room.

It’s tucked in, not on a main street. It’s very quiet. You will need a code to get in so pay attention to all the emails you get from them. You will have a point of contact, just call the #phone.

Amazing building and interior would definitely recommend and keyless entry as well.

First Greece trip

The stay was very good. This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment so there isn't a front desk. However, I was able to communicate with someone via WhatsApp. Whatever we needed, they responded in a timely manner. Cleaning is done after check out, but again, they'll bring you what you need. The apartment was convenient for us. Only down side, a smell in one of the bathrooms, and a couple dead roach on the patio. I would guess they tried to exterminate often. None was in the apartment at all though. Neighborhood was ok with a lot of restaurants and stores around. Uber is very convenient.

The place was very clean and felt safe, just a little far from the landmarks that I was visiting. Otherwise I loved it. Safe parking only $10 a day!!!

This is far away from the main square. Last minute booking we had no choice. Many modern amenities. Took a while to get used to the electronics in the house.

Felt safe here though in the City

We felt safe as Americans in the city security-wise, however there are not fire escapes and labeled routes on how to get out in case of a fire like in America. Perfectly furnished and great patio. Bring your own Nepresso pods for the machine or go to one of the local hole-in-the-wall cafes for breakfast. Excellent booking and service for flight-required COVID testing. Cabs to Acropolis area were 25 Euros each way, but I did appreciate staying in a real locals neighborhood the cab driver told us he also lived in!

Amazing apartment.

Amazing apartment! Newly built and very techi eg no room keys but a code to enter the building and room. Very very clean. We could not fault it. However we needed to get the bedding changed the first night as we found hair in it. That was done effeciently. We had to ask for shower gels and toilet rolls etc. It would be good to have that available or give enough for the duration of the stay. Everyone was warning us about the area but we got used to it and realised that there other areas which were the same around Athens. I would say be careful with your belongings and be vigilant. The area is busy which we liked and everything including a bakery, mini market, cafes & restaurants are near by. The tube station was a few min walk. The General Manager Vengelis is super friendly and knowledgable. We asked him all sorts of questions which he kindly helped us with! Thank you so much 😃 . One final point the ad says that bottled water is provided. It isnt. We did speak to Vengelis who gave us 2 small bottles one day and said that the ad was wrong. We should have got it every night we were there. So a little disspointed with that. The room came with everything we needed and made use of most amenties. We would DEFINITELY stay there again & gave recommended it to family and friends already.

New and luxurious place. The neighborhood is not the best. Easy access to public transport. Elevator broke down twice for two days and we had to use the stairs up to the top floor. The staff sent someone to fix it, but the inconvenience was still there.

Awesome spot to kick back in the city

Super awesome apartment. My wife and I stayed here the last two days of our honeymoon and we enjoyed every minute of it.

The only complaint I have is that I believe the bedding was not changed. The top sheet had food on it. We always eat at table provided.
