Professionnel staff , hôtel clean and equipped with what one needs, central and breakfast is excellent here you don’t need to have lunch!!!!!

Amazing staff, very helpful, impressive buffet spread, comfortable bed, would recommend. Could have done with a minibar price list in room. Decor in room needs a refresh.

This hotel is stunning! it has beautiful decor and is walking distance from everything - restaurants, shops, cafes. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I highly suggest heading out after 7pm where everyone is walking around. It's a party in the streets! This party includes everyone - young people, kids, adults, elderly people - everyone is out

Towels in bathroom need upgrading. It is a very convenient location. Dated

My son and I spent a week at the hotel. We enjoyed the central location,friendly staff,and delicious breakfast. Our original room was overlooking the adjacent construction site. Fortunately there was an available room on the quiet side of the hotel,which worked out very well.

All staff were attentive and helpful. Checked us in well ahead of 3PM.

Nice location and good breakfast!

Nice hotel with free parking right in the middle of the city. It is located on the back street but the area is safe and the hotel is retro and clean and well maintained. My room is nice with a city view and in very good condition. Breakfast is included and good too. I will not hesitate to come and stay here again!

The staff were very helpful, particularly Denis, organising a guide and car to take us for a day trip to Durrës and Berat. Rooms were great, our group had 2 an executive suite and an executive room - both well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of the city.

Hotel is beautiful, it’s was hard to find because it Located behind Buildings, but good location as shopping and food. Service was great. Overall great hotel.

I loved the hotel. It was new, had great air conditioning in the heatwave that was all over Eastern Europe. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel is nice and clean and the service was great. The hotel is ~200 meters off the main street and this is a good thing, because there is slightly less noise from the street. You can get a room that faces the main street or faces away from the main street. The local area seemed safe.

I had such a great stay! Reception was extremely helpful especially with helping me with bus schedules. Breakfast was good and the location is great. The bed was a bit firm for me but the room was lovely. Would absolutely stay again.

Hôtel bien situé. C’est certainement sa seule qualité. Cependant chambre plus petite qu’elle n’en avait l’air sur les photos, plafond très bas, mauvais wifi (presque impossible de se connecter). Pas de couette, juste un drap fin. Petit déjeuner pas too. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Fint hotell med bra läge. Rummet hade stor hall, stort rum och bra badrumsstorlek.

Vi gillade hotellet och allt var bra förutom att sängen var för hård (men det är ju efter tycke och smak). Bra att parkering ingår. Frukosten var helt okej, inte den bästa och inte heller den sämsta.

Al momento del check in l’operatrice della reception senza troppa empatia ha comunicato che per un problema tecnico ci avrebbero collocato in un’altra struttura )4 stelle )per la prima notte creandoci un disagio ( avevamo prenotato per un 5 stelle).

Struttura bella davvero in fase di ristrutturazione.

A friendly hotel, staff friendly, nice big breakfast, comfortable queen size bed ina very big room. Sadly my room was to the back and the 5-6 big aircon units outside switched on and off and woke me up during night.

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Tirana. The rooms are big and the interior is nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here twice during our stay in Albania, and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

l'hotel Lot Boutique, grazioso e recente, pulito e silenzioso, stimola tre riflessioni: il ristorante e' troppo grande, la reception troppo piccola. E' quasi irrintracciabile, per chi non lo conosce, tassisti compresi. Molto grave che vi si acceda esclusivamente attraverso scale e una porta anonima. non facile per diversamente abili, e dai dintorni incerti. Gentile e disponibile il personale

Good but a bit too expensive

Splendid service - I had a problem with our rental car and the staff did everything to solve it. Room was nice, Hotel directly in the city center. Breakfast was ok but could have been better for the price. Overall good but a bit expensive but for Tirana. It is very good possible to find same standard for lower price.
