Ok for one night stop over but overpriced

On arrival we did not have a very good welcome from the receptionist who started to serve us but then blanked us when another guest arrived and served him! We couldn’t believe it so went and sat in some nearby seats. We think he was being trained as when he finally came up to us the man with him apologised and our room was upgraded from comfort . It was a lovely room overlooking the vineyard. We headed for the spa in our dressing gowns. There are two saunas and one steam room and an outside pool that wasn’t warm enough to swim in as temperatures outside were -2 . Shame there wasn’t a hot tub. It’s probably a lovely place in the summer. We relaxed in one of the double beds overlooking the vineyard, the views are stunning . They supply free tea and water but no other options to purchase . Our experience at dinner wasn’t great, the staff were very attentive but the food was very standard for the price and we wished we had eaten at the bar instead. We personally did not think it was as exceptional as other reviews have said and have stayed in spas with way better facilities.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Emma at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The hotel is set right in the middle of the vineyards with lovely views all around. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. The food is great. Every member of staff was excellent with an extremely high level of customer service. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent stay, the room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff, especially on reception could not be more pleasant or helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Great views of the vineyards, fabulous room and facilities, and just 5 minutes drive to Ay, 10 to Epernay

Absolutely beautiful place. Second time here. Where to start......breakfast super large selection of freh food, heated pool open from 8am, lovely wellness suite with solarium, steam room, sauna, etc. Room design amazing, views out perfect at all times. Note hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you need to drive to it. They have a great cycle store onsite and you can cycle to the nearest town in about 15 min in ( all down hill).

Another wonderful stay at L’osium wine and spa hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and looked over the vineyards and pool. My birthday meal in the evening was superb and the free breakfast in the morning was amazing with such a variety to choose from. We will definitely return again!

We had a nice evening here and a delicious breakfast. Easy to get to and access the local wineries. Beautiful views surround the hotel and it’s easy to check in and out.

A touch of luxury in the peaceful surroundings of the champagne vineyards

Overall the stay was very enjoyable; very high standard and modern take on luxury. All the facilities were equally well maintained and of a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful but bar service was generally slow; I think they may have had a staffing issue though. It wasn’t a problem for us and I’m sure it was being addressed. Very popular venue I understood, so make sure to book for activities and dining. The restaurant was first class. Rooms were modern in style but very comfortable and well equipped. Our room had a lovely view of the Champagne vines stretching out down the valley.

poor customer service

stay was horrible since check in was delayed by 2 hours. Front desk appeared understaff and one of my rooms was canceled. Hotel manager was stressed and impatient dealing with the situation. unable to eat in restaurant because 2 week reservation is required. hotels.com did not mention this requirement. Your customer service rep was completely unhelpful & did not offer a solution to the problem. My grandson was upset & crying & thought we would be sleeping on the street because of all the chaos.

Fantastic hotel with everything you need, we just used hotel as a stopover so didn’t pool spa etc. Food in hotel excellent.

I love the views. I like everything about it

Our first impression was very underwhelming with the room not ready at 3pm, blaming us for showing up too early, making a remark saying that many guests seem to show up at 3pm and not allowing us to use the pool even though on the booking website the check-in time is indicated as 3pm. Check-out is at 11am - so staff have 4 hours to prepare, no idea how they struggle with this or not update their booking website if they can’t have rooms ready. We spoke to the general manager thereafter and they found a room for us, however overall the encounter was unfriendly and they were not making us welcome. Next let down: we are informed that they have no towels for the pool available for guests - neither for the sauna, nor the pool and advice us to use the bathrobes for both which obviously get wet in the process of a few sauna cycles. How a hotel can not have enough towels ready when they know how many rooms and guests they have staying is beyond my comprehension. Sauna facilities are gorgeous - however, another let down here as well. Super low water pressure in the showers which make cooling down impossible. For a newly built hotel an absolute shambles. Also: no free refreshments, warer dispenser or anything of the likes in the rest area outside the saunas. Apparently the hotel expects guests to go to the champagne bar and order a drink there? Thankfully I did bring my own water bottle. We loved the design of this place - the management is doing a terrible job at running it though.

Loisium was a fabulous, relaxing end to our holiday. It was very modern and had a resort feel. It was out of the way, very quiet and the setting in the vineyards made us feel very special. In particular, the pool and spa area was very well set out and serviced and the buffet breakfast had an amazing selection of food options, both hot and cold. Very impressed. Thank you.

Lovely hotel

Remotely located in beautiful surroundings in Champagne District. Great food and wine options and the Spa offerings with pool and steam rooms were very good as well.

Lovely stay with amazing views

Great 3 night stay here in one of the junior suites which has a large balcony overlooking the vineyards and hills beyond. Room was large and well furnished. Hotel was lovely with a great pool, spa area. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely stay with a beautiful view of the vineyards from our terrace. Great spa facilities, clean and quiet. Good place to switch off.

Fantastic design hotel, recommend the deluxe rooms that have a window seat with a table so you can sit & sip champagne while admiring the view of vineyards! The fluffiest hotel towels & robes we’ve had anywhere in the world! Would recommend visiting some of the smaller champagne houses & La Gare in the countryside & Clos Corbiers were fantastic lunch stops! Also enjoyed dinner at ‘why not’ in Epernay as well as picnic suppers in neighbouring villages to watch the sun go down! Fab stay! Lovely bar staff & Amazing breakfast but get there early if fully booked to avoid the rush! Hope to come back!!

Quiet hotel

The room was well appointed, really nice and quiet. The hotel was lovely. We didn't use the spa but I used the gym which had the basics. If I were to visit again I would book the restaurant in advance as on Friday we couldn't get a table. Also this place is popular with rich people

Serene country setting overlooking vineyards, made the stay unbelievable highly highly recommend. We will going back in fall.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Our room was spacious and looked over vineyards. The dinner and breakfast were superb. Definitely a pricey accommodation but presented the value to justify the expense.

Superb hospitality and modern facilities.

The room we got is next to reception, very noisy and we can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the room was great.

Just wonderful

This is one of my favorite places to stay in the region. Modern, clean, unbeatable views, great breakfast. I wish they had more champagnes to offer than the overpriced one they do but that's really just a very minor comment.

Relaxing stay.

Friendly welcome, all staff were excellent. Beautiful outlook over the vineyards, spa facilities are spotless and not crowded. Restaurant choice was limited to 4 x starter and 4 x mains so we dined elsewhere on the third night, but food quality was great with an extensive wine list.

Thoroughly recommended

Fantastic stay, gorgeous hotel. The restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the views over the vineyard were incredible. Choice of wine, champagne and drinks in the restaurant and in the bar were excellent. Lovely spa, incredibly comfortable, relaxing area and seats gorgeous views again and the pool was heated and fantastic. Would totally recommend and will definitely visit again.

Relaxing stay surrounded by vineyards!

The hotel was beautiful architecturally, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar. The room and facilities was very clean. The highlight was the pool, and the Sanarium. Pro tip: there aren't any restaurants nearby unless you drive to the town, so book the hotel restaurants early as it gets booked up quite fast.

This is a fantastic hotel, super clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing views all around, great pool and spa area. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we ever had and the dinner was exceptional as well. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was great, spent some evenings there enjoying the views of the vineyards with a glass of Champagne!

The view from the spa is beautiful. This is such a tranquil and relaxing place, and the restaurant was outstanding too.

We were nervous at first because this hotel was more remote, but when we arrived we were really amazed by where this hotel was situated, with amazing views of the vineyards and the design of the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice even speaking to us in English. The room was beautiful and clean, and had great views of the vineyard. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. I regret only staying 1 night! I will recommend this hotel to friends and will consider in the future!

The property is beautiful and set in really nice surroundings with great views. It’s clean, modern and the rooms are a decent size. Facilities were all lovely and the pool and spa were amazing. Lots of friendly staff, in particular the manager on reception was super friendly. There was one particular receiption staff who I found rather rude and we had issues with checking in on time, it seemed others did too. We are at the resturant but didn’t rate the food, the beef was tough and the cod dish was unusual. The bar food looked more appetising. Breakfast was nice and the bar had a good choice of drinks and was nice to sit in.

All I have to say is ‘WOW’, this is a really special place. The location and facilities make for a relaxing stay, plus the food is superb. Will definitely book again.

Set in the vineyards in Mutigny, outside Epernay and Äy, this retreat hotel offered kind staff, great food, a beautiful setting and some great Champagne & wine selections!

Beautiful location, wonderful staff and delightful spa. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. It’s punchy in the pricing, but worth it. Treat yourself.

Really lovely hotel

The hotel is new and very well built. I loved the modern details. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The shower was nice although the water pressure was a bit lower than I like. It was super convenient to Epernay and the small houses we wanted to explore. The breakfast was really wonderful with amazing views. The only complaint I had was that it was a bit pricey (including the drinks).

Everything about Loisium was perfect. The spa, the team, the restaurant, the breakfast, the bedrooms, the views, the outdoor swimming pool - it was all wonderful. It could not have been more perfect. We also visited Charles Mignon Champagne House - again fully recommended.

We were delighted with the quality of Loisium, in spite of some negative reviews. We couldn't find fault at all - the welcome was warm and couteous, room was comfy and cosy, breakfast was excellent, meals were good, the sommelier knew his stuff (we discovered our new favourite champagne), the gym was modern and well equipped! A fabulous stay

Parfait pour une escapade Champenoise

Seconde nuit dans cet hôtel, sûrement pas la dernière. Hôtel/Chambre moderne, confortable et bien équipé. Mais le service s’est montré moins bon que lors de notre premier séjour. Par exemple, le bar de l’espace spa fermé alors que le spa était très fréquenté et manque de professionnalisme du personnel du restaurant au dîner. Pas suffisant pour nous empêcher de vouloir revenir car nous avons passé un très agréable moment malgré tout !

Troisième séjour dans cet établissement merveilleusement bien situé au calme entre vignes et foret Nous ne parlerons donc plus de l’exiguïté des chambres et de leur architecture peu pratique, de l’éclairage notablement insuffisant, ni des Interupteurs placés sans réflexion sur leur utilisation ! Un architecte styliste n’est malheureusement pas toujours un bon designer ! La piscine et le spa sont toujours aussi agréables quand il n'y a pas trop de monde et pas trop de sans gênes ! Mais cette fois en plus, pas de place au petit déjeuner du dimanche matin ! Il fallait attendre que des tables se libèrent ! Avec l’hôtel plein il est incompréhensible que toutes les salles du restaurant ne soient pas ouvertes et servies par du personnel en nombre pour assurer un service de qualité ! Notre sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, évidement ou le constate quand on sort de la douche, les cheveux mouillés ! Il a fallu descendre à la réception, puis attendre que la réceptionniste occupée avec les check-out et seule, aille en réserve et nous apporte un engin fonctionnel ! La cuisine du diner nous a paru bien moins soignée que les fois précédentes ! Bref un gros serrage des boulons est nécessaire, aprè un peu plus de deux ans de fonctionnement ! Pas certain d’y revenir une quatrième fois !

Seconda volta in questo magnifico hotel nel bel mezzo dei vigneti. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e ben decorate con prodotti di qualità. La zona SPA mette a disposizione una piscina, 2 saune e un hammam; inoltre potete trovare parte "relax". Ci tornerò sicuramente appena possibile
