The property is very large with buildings quite a ways from the main building. After our first night we asked if there was a map we could have to find our way around. You must drink bottled water but the resort only provides 2 small bottles a day. They need to have a self fill station in the lobby for people who carry reusables bottles.
Beautiful relaxed paradise
Nice property in a beautiful setting. The food was below average in every restaurants. One person covering the bar. Drinks were on average 20 minutes. That tells you all about poor management in the restaurants. Location good to the falls. Rooms service ok.
Greet experience in a secured Argentina rainforest.
Spectacular resort
The resort is beautiful in every way Wish we could have stayed longer
Superb location . Friendly and courteous staff .
This was a beautiful property with the jungle around you and suspension bridges. The staff was so helpful to coorinate taxis. Breakfast was included and there were a few pools available to use. Note that all tips need to be in cash and there is no atm on property and the tiki bar and pool near the river is at least 20 to 30 min walk on property do was too far for me to go to. Overall great place.
The property is set on lush, lovely grounds! The rooms are good, great bathrooms, amazing pool, and the staff was very helpful coordinating transportation. The bar is great, all in all lovely resort!
Es un hotel excepcional, hermoso y excelente para conectarse con la naturaleza ya que se encuentra en medio del bosque
Amazing time. Great staff. A small shop for toiletries or other similar items would be nice.
This was a beautiful property and wished that we had spent more time there. If visiting Iguazu Falls, this is definitely the place to stay.
We were treated very well, they helped us and even with a problem in the room, the sorted us out immediately- changed rooms and everything was good! Received a complimentary upgrade- this made our whole trip!! Fantastic hotel and will return definitely one day.
Nice place in the midst of the jungle . Rooms do need an upgrade . A bit expensive for locals …
Tks
Great hotel in the middle of the forest, if you like peace and quite this is the perfect place.
The hotel rooms have a very unpleasant smell, including the beds and pillows.
Excellent stay!
.
Algunas áreas del hotel necesitan renovarse. El estilo del hotel en la jungla es original. El aire acondicionado no servía bien. La comida en el restaurante deja mucho que desear.
This is a lovely property that is well appointed. The staff are gracious. The rooms are very nice.
Amazing hotel! The most beautiful place that connects you with nature without forgetting comfort!
Good experience
Best stay in Argentina
We spent a night at the hotel while we were in Iguazu. Highly recommend it. The servive was excellent and they were very generous about a late checkout. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The location was a little off the main road but right in the middle of the rain forest. Food was great. No complaints.
The place is nice , but rooms need to be updated, old mattresses, old towels, the electric outlets are extremely not functional.
The ambiance of this property was serene and peaceful. Very aesthetically pleasing. Hotel is impecable, it feels that you are in the jungle with all the luxury of a five stat hotel. Beautiful grounds, suspended bridges connect buildings, amazing vegetation and amenities. Excellent customer service and restaurant.
It's a very nice hotel, we regret we didn't stay more days to enjoy it. We really loved the spa is open until midnight which is very convenient after the Iguazu falls trails. Nicolas which help us at check in was very nice. More than a hotel is a resort very nice and comfortable.
We loved the layout and being in the middle of the forest. Breakfast is great. As for lunch, we ate by the pool and had dinner downtown (15 min ride). The staff is amazing
Beautiful hotel 20 minutes away from Iguazú Falls
Great hotel! Beautiful decoration and excellent location. I recommend it!!
Staff could of been a little bit more friendly
Excellent!
Great hotel with excellent services, good restaurant, and multiple pools. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful resort hotel by the river. Love the surrounding trees and quiet trail. Pool is beautiful
Beautiful resort! Adult pool/bar as well as the main pool area. Would definately stay here again!
An interesting property with paths through the jungle and large family pool area. We especially liked the adults only pool area with views of the river and friendly bar service. Breakfast was good and this is a great place to stay before or after a visit to the falls.
Very Relaxing
Very remote and relaxing. Lovely pools. Great spa treatments. Nice place to retreat to after busy day at the Iguazú Falls.
Disappointed
The location of the hotel is wonderful though it is starting to look a bit tired compared to the pictures. The hotel staff like so many places in Argentina could do with some better customer service training e.g we only found out about the adults only pool and bar area on our last day from another guest as none of the staff informed us not even on check in and it’s not listed on the hotel map either which was very disappointing.
Very warm hospitality, attentive staff, good dining options, excellent spa services, beautiful grounds, really nice pool. Perfect stay for visiting the waterfalls.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is absolutely a PERFECT hotel to go to after a long day at the Iguazu falls. I booked this place to stay on the day of my birthday and I did not regret it. It is located deep in the jungle, but definitely worth it. The pool is beautiful. It is quiet. There is a spa. You can just ultimately relax. The hotel can arrange transportation should you need it.
The comfort of the beds is very bad, the cleaning is basic to bad and something to mention that caught my attention is that they charge for coffee in the rooms. I have a lot of experience in travel and hotels and I have never heard of you being charged for coffee. leave in the room
The property is secluded in the jungle above the river. It has unique swinging walkways to traverse from one building to the next. The pools are terrific. There were quite a few areas that fell short. In room needing care or maintenance; the mini-fridge didn't work and the sliding door screen was off the track and impossible to move. The resort was out of rum... for 2 days! Send someone into town for more! I asked a waiter if he spoke English, he replied no, caught the eye of another staff member, added in Spanish "and proud of it!" The majority of the meals that we ate in the Tiki Bar were average except the rib-eye, which was superb!
In general, the place is great. But the service was only excellent once (during a dinner with one particular great waiter). The rest would do the minimum or even less. The food was good, amenities great. We had a couple of misunderstanding but they were compensated by the hotel.
The location, the calming and peaceful environment
Overall a beautiful hotel - had a lot of different communication issues unfortunately, including with making excursion bookings & spa bookings. Additionally there was some confusion with our room key at the beginning of the stay and our toilet broke. It wasn't totally what we would expect from such an expensive, highly rated hotel - but we did still enjoy the food, the breakfast, the pool and the room!
Eco friendly and in the rainforest. Staff was professional and very very helpful. Beautiful property. It was both couples and family friendly. Close to the Argentina falls side.
The installation, services, staff, the food and amenities are the best… we love this hotel
Great place to relax. Nice pools to get some Sun. The only down side is the limited dining. The only option is to dine in the hotel property or hire a taxi to go to a restaurant. The staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff. I would recommend this hotel if your main goal is to relax.
The way the rooms swimming pool areas were all laid out made it a lovely setting the service was excellent and friendly and very convenient for getting a ride to the falls and to the airport.
The property is beautiful but need to have car to get in and out. We are very lucky that Nahuel, Rep. @ Loi Suites has helped us to find a reliable driver - Lucho. He has shown us around Iguazu, to the parks both Argentina and Brazil. We are very pleased with the services. Th breakfast and dinner are very good and reasonable prices. However the waiting time to get the food ready was very long and slow. Dinner starts at 7:30- 10;00 pm , very short and late. Some waiters take forever to fill up the coffee
There was little (none) information about the property available.
Fantastic stay. Gorgeous pools and property. Loved going on the lovely deck off the room in the evening. Breakfast could use an omelette station (they have premade eggs, both scrambled and folded (like an omelette, but with nothing inside). Staff is super helpful. About a $20 taxi ride to the falls. They are helpful in arranging a taxi. I'd be very happy to stay again.
This was our only trip to Iguazu Falls and wanted to stay in special place. We were here two nights, but I would recommend three nights to enjoy hotel. Great restaurant and pool.
Really nice how they integrated the hotel within its natural habitat. Beautiful pool and comfortable, with a friendly staff. Would strongly recommend if it wasnt for the food. Really subpar and disappointing for a higher end hotel. Luckily we found a very good restaurant in town called La Rueda..
Beautiful hotel and surroundings. I was let down afterwards - I used the hotel laundry service and only a few days later when in Brasil I found out that they had shrunk two of my expensive shirts. Obviously nothing I can do about it now.
Beautiful setting. Beautiful pool. Lovely hotel. Fabulous nature. Eagles currently soaring overhead. Lovely walks around hotel. Food could have been better..Certainly worth staying.
The pool temperature was a little cold for being a climate controlled pool
An amazing family experience!!
Amazing Hotel! Great breakfast! They provide transportation from airport IGR (Argentinian side only) to hotel. You have to pay to for the service to go to the airport, it’s only a few dollars. We had a driver from the hotel take us to the Argentinian national park and the next day he took us to the Brazilian National park.. got us through immigration border and pick us up at the end of the day. The hotel is beautiful and clean!!
Nice hotel. Lots of trees
Staff was really nice and the room was large and nice!
Loved the property, disnt give it 5 stars because the pools are not heated and they don't have a jacuzzi available for everyone (you have to make a reservation and pay additionally to use it, and it was not available when we wanted to use it!) Also, food options are very limited and not fabulous.
A beautiful property with excellent service! The one recommendation would be that the Tiki Bar restaurant expand their menu.
I love Loi Suites. The jungle setting is superb. Safe suspension bridges between buildings unique and mood- setting. Room was huge and magnificent. The staff was tremendous, especially Martin at the front desk, who enthusiastically and perfectly accomplished all my wants and needs When I returned late from the Falls on checkout day, He gave me a 7PM checkout. Unheard of. I’ve travelled the world and Loi Suites was the best hotel experience that I’ve ever had Ron Szwarc
The setting is stunning and every care has been taken to make it beautifully relaxing. Staff are beyond helpful and attentive; they really project that they care about their guests and their happiness. Concierge Natalia was the best I’ve ever worked with and went above and beyond. She and others are very knowledgeable about the tricks and steps to take to maximize guests’ experience of the facility and the many nearby attractions.
amazing pool
Lujo y confort. Extraordinario hotel
Extraordinario hotel.
This is a Amazing place, rooms are huge with very large bathroom with bath and large balconies making perfect for a relaxing evening on the room, beautiful ground with multi level pools and excelente room serves, a taxi ride and 15 from everything that is important to see
Nice hotel!
Enjoyed the stay. The customer services at the checking counter were very helpful! Nice pool! Good restaurant!
Secluded quiet jungle atmosphere yet close to Nat Park and airport
Fantastic pool and surroundings Service was outstanding
Lousy stay at a way overpriced hotel.
I was really surprised to see how tired the rooms looked here after the reviews we read. We were first put into an upgraded corner room, #3101. It was below grade, dark and dingy. Just depressing to be in, plus people on th walkways were looking down into the room. We got moved to a non-upgraded room on the 3rd floor, without a difference refund. The unit was much nicer with a view and had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. I rinsed the tube out before using it, and it didn't drain. After 15 minutes to get 1 gallon of water out, I filled the tub, and turned on the jets. The stale water in the jets smelled like sewer water, so I just pulled the plug and let it try and drain, of course without using the tub. When I first got into the room, the A/C didn't work. I called down to the desk, and they did send someone immediately. He looked at the thermostat (which by the way is for a split system, not the system in the room), and said it's fine, just give it time. I told him I had already given it an hour and a half, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Overnight, the room did cool down, so we left the a/c on and ventured to the falls. It was 96°F and 90% humidity that day so we were drenched when we finally go back to the room at 19:00. Only to find out that the maid had turned the a/c up to 24°C and the fan to low. So it was over 26° in the room, and the a/c didn't do anything when we turned it down. Add to it the blow drier kept cutting out on my wife
I didn’t get to stay as I booked the wrong date and instantly told the hotel about the problem. It was for our honeymoon moon
Concern with ordering dinner waiter did not understand english we order 1 salad to split and one steak sandwich to split received one salad correct but two sandwichs. 1st night waitress understood english no problem 2nd night waiter unable to understand concern that order was wrong we made the best of it
Loved that it is in the jungle. Comfortable enough to spend an entire day at hotel. Beautiful pools. Excellent English. Well worth our stay!
The atmosphere, surroundings, the construction of the facilities, the cleanness, ambiance, and the great breakfast.
Even though it is a hotel it is very homey, the staff is wonderful the location is great.
Beautiful and comfortable place, where you can enjoy nature.
This is an excellent resort in the Iguazú area about 20 min from the falls. This property exceeds in quality, luxury, comfort, and service!!!
Stay was average .Breakfast was terribly .you wait on a average for about 20 minutes for eggs - and they terrible.if you don’t eat beef and pork there’s cheese and egg.
Set in the middle of the jungle, with suspended bridge walks between buildings, it was one of a kind experience. Wonderful inclusive breakfast and a gorgeous dining room.
Hotel situated in the tropical forest, with 4 swimming pools and restaurant overlooking the pools and forest. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but overall average quality. Atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely in the evening, menu a bit of everything but nothing exciting and again average quality.
Clean rooms, beautiful property, but service at restaurants very slow.
Great place to stay at Iguazu
Great ambiance and amenities; very helpful staff overall except for service at the Tiki bar
Positives: Great location for visiting both parks Great food, fliendly service, great prices Nice pool, nice rooms, comfey beds Negatives: Other guests are allowed to smoke all around the pool and on the patio of the breakfast room and dining room. It's NO FUN to breath in smoke when you are trying to enjoy your dinner.
The hotel is lovely set in the jungle and really makes the most of this setting with elevated walk ways, multiple swimming pools and trails through the jungle. The staff were lovely in particular in the bar and the housekeeping. We used the spa which was good - the water circuit and treatments. The tiki bar serves really nice food in a casual setting and we actually preferred this to the main restaurant Breakfast is a comprehensive buffet with something for most tastes and quite good if you either want something quick or something more filling before heading to the waterfalls!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Terrific facilities and the staff were very friendly. It is a bit remote but in a beautiful spot.
Las instalaciones y la atención excelente. El área de la piscina y el bar muy agradable para pasar el día.
It was a beautiful property. The room was clean and spacious and a great view.
Staff provided excellent service and was always accommodating. Our flight wasn’t till 7 pm and staff at the front desk offered a late check out which made it convenient for all of us. It was great. I love the hotel, it makes me feel in touch with nature. Everything was perfect.
Beautiful location, great service and delicious dinner. Breakfast could be better.
Excellent customer service and facilities. Truly first class and the restaurant is very good. Loved the suspension bridges, pools, layout and the location of the hotel because it’s closer to Iguasu so we were the last ones picked up and the first ones dropped off. Highly recommend!
Amazing jungle hotel
We really enjoyed our 2 nights here, the pools were lovely after a day walking around the falls. We enjoyed the trials around the hotel and spotted toucans and coatis! The room was spacious modern and comfortable. We didnt want to leave :)
We loved that it is is located within the jungle. We saw a wild toucan bird next to the lift on our first day - very special. Wonderful room, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast and restaurant. If in Iguazu again, will definitely go back to Loi Suites.
Better than the pictures! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Planning our second trip soon!
Bellissimo
Ottima struttura, bellissimo paesaggio, ottimo ristorante, personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare. La piscina e' stupenda, il bar con vista anche.
Every on very kind, clean And beatifull place, we recomendation
10/10 Absolutely amazing
Very welcoming, accommodating staff who speak English and very polite and helpful. Natalia from Guest service was fantastic, she went out of her way to look after us. When we arrived we were upgraded twice and also surprised with Chandon. Best arrival ever. This hotel is definitely 5* and magical best experience in a very long time. There is 5 pools at the Tiki bar and was fun to swim and drink in. Thank you we will be back.
The property is located in the national park and has amazing pool and services. We had a villa with a nice view of the river. Check in, massage reservation were a breeze. The lobby and grounds were . Restaurant could get a re-design as it looks like a cantina more than a chic restaurant and does not compare to the rest of the property.
Beautiful property with amazing swimming pools. Room was spacious and bathroom was excellent with lots of amenities. Rooms were also great but furniture with some wear but not enough where it’s the room bad. Comfortable bed. Overall loved the property as amazing and nestled in the jungle. Also, drive into from airport was free although way back cost some but all fixed prices and reasonable
What a beautiful hotel, food needs to improve.
Wow this hotel is a relaxation heaven in a rainforest. We loved it. We took a bigger corner room with a terrace. Res wine from the minibar was delicious. Staff was helpful, professional, and speaks very good English. Building, architecture, materials, all five star. Flaw: the food was not good, the ingredients are low quality, the salads not fresh, the cheapest cheese ever. The food and the kitchen needs to improve. The other flaw: for this room price, a guest should get one sauna visit included. Overall we loved it. We will be back.
Wonderful setting! Spacious well designed suite! Excellent restaurant!
Beautiful property in the jungle area of Iguazu. Lovely swimming pools and grounds. Two dining options. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
