Clean hotel with convenient location near market and shops. Air-conditioning in one room was initially faulty. Massage service was disappointing

Over all good

Fairly standard ‘business travel’ style hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Hotel restaurant was closed for everything except breakfast, with no car this involved walking out of the hotel along the grass verge alongside a busy road and open sewer to nearest shops/restaurants.

Hotel in poor condition

This hotel is quite disappointing. The towels are yellowing and frayed, the shower water was cold, the bedsheets had stains on them and the breakfast was limited and poor. On the plus side it was cheap and closer to Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary than staying in Sandakan itself.

This hotel is like the England performance at euro 2024, promised a lot, performed poorly and ultimately failed to deliver. The towels are yellowing and frayed, the shower water was cold, the bedsheets had stains on them and the breakfast was limited and poor. On the plus side it was cheap and closer to Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary than if we stayed in Sandakan itself.

The rooms and staff were very nice but the hotel has very limited food and drink options, and the area around it has nothing to offer - other than KFC and Pizza.

Convenient, easy parking.

Near perfect except the sink in the toilet seemed cloated.

Standard and Efficient Stay

The hotel is standard and efficient…. A good option for the price. The front desk staff are not very welcoming or friendly but maybe there was a language barrier? Although it didn’t seem to be. The room was comfortable, good AC, clean except for spot on the duvee cover which I could not tell if it was a spot that hadn’t been cleaned or a stain so we just turned the quilt around and hoped it was clean and just a stain. One flat pillow per bed but again, for the price, it is a good hotel to stay at for in-and-out of Sandakan. Breakfast is pretty lackluster but I don’t think American tourists are the target market and again, for the price, it was fine. We had congee with sugar in it and instant coffee. Overall, there is nothing fancy or service- oriented about this hotel but it was clean, efficient, and a good night’s sleep for the very reasonable price.

Doesn’t have a bar but everything else is good. I see a lot of potential here. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend

Housekeeping too late

The staff were amazing. The hotel is fantastic and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The site is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, but the community is unsightly and difficult to get around on foot

unpurposely the staff stop my kids from swimming just bcoz drizzly rain at5pm. they no other kids are swimming accept 4 of my kids.

I like the hotel is new n clean. But im not satisfied with the POOR room Wifi services & the unavailability of Mini-bar in the room.

Valua for money

This was a very good hotel for the price, although breakfast was rather scrappy with no tissues around but overall very good value for money

Hotel is okay but front staff needs more training and support from Hotel Manager to deal with complex questions

Counter staff no smile , the room door always can’t open by card, bcz need renew everyday... no prepare slippers, if wan more pillow need charge RM5 for 1 piece , No have extra pillow in room , jt 2 only ... but...when the door lock got problem, the technician come settle change a new lock in short time.. tq

New property. Clean. But it is not sound proof wall.

Not bad.

Not a bad hotel. Very new. Strategic location. Good facilities. But light cannot be fully turned off in the room. So those who are sensitive to light wont have proper sleep.

Walkin is cheaper than you book online. Nothing around the hotel. Lighting do have switch to turn off. Not much tv channel..

The property is good..surround also good..but only the staff not very friendly with local guest. The receptionist need more welcoming are guest with are warm smile and kindness especially with local guest....

The sfaff not very friendly and difficult the customer in breakfast section. The food is not in the standard of hotel, not tasty and limited choices

The service there was horrible. The staffs were very unfriendly and they simply charge foreigners. They did not refund the key deposit and we found out from someone else that the key deposit was refundable. This is not honest and very unfair!!! The room cleanliness was bad, I found hairs and dirt when we checked in. The room smells really bad from the sewage.

Request for extra pillow need to charged MYR 5.00 per day. Only two hanger available while the guess was staying for 8 days. no drawer available and no mini fridge.
