The location is good, rooms are spacious with daily housekeeping service. However, I had no WIFI for several days and no hot water. The only way to contact the property is via a phone at the front desk because there is no manager or staff on site except the cleaning staff.

Worst place I’ve stay

It’s was horrible place to stay.

Close to several tourist spots with walkable distance. Metro is 8mins walk. Very nice place to stay.

On booking confirmation it stated that 24 hrs before check in you would receive an email with access codes. This meant I had to ring property in Portugal that said just ring the bell! I then tx property twice to ask if we could check in early with no reply. When we arrived we rang bell no reply then rang again and was told to put in access code which I didn’t have they couldn’t find booking under our ref but found it under our name. Then we had to try and get in property at the same time as putting in code. Then there was a machine inside to check in. This was not very easy had scan documents? Turns out it was our passport!! When we got into apartment it was lovely also a code to get into apartment. A minor point was the blind at one window fell down when we closed the window. We reported this to the cleaner the next morning as got no reply when we tried the phone by machine. Dispite the above. We had a great stay with location being brilliant and so handy for metro station.

Fabulous but please make check in simple

The stay was great. Communication was good. Ideally situated in a quiet area that was close to everything. The bed was firm and comfortable, the apartment clean and in good order. The kitchenette was more than adequate and included a dishwasher. A washing machine was in a cupboard The only real bugbear for me was the checking in process which I found incredibly difficult, fortunately I had my grandson with me who is computer literate , but still not a straightforward process

The place is nicely located in the heart of Lisbon, with easy walkable access to shopping and dining and tourist attractions. All amenities in the apartment to make it easy to stay and manage what's needed. The automated check in process was impressive. It was easy to use and had no difficulties on my arrival. I would recommend this place for any visitor to Lisbon

The check-in process is extremely cumbersome, complicated. They should make it easier.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and the location was great, close to everything. The laundry facility was a huge plus. The only thing I would change is getting an apartment on a higher floor since we got street level next to the elevator.

Lisbon Apartments met my needs

At first, I wasn't sure where to enter the outside code because there were pads on both sides of the door. Checking in is keyless but you can't always get someone on the house phone to assist. Using the washing machine was a guessing act, even with the assistance of the person called in to help. One a positive notes the rooms were cleaned daily without request. The location is convenient. This is not a handicap friendly place, but Lisbon! It met most of our needs.

The hotel was very nice. On the 8 of September (two days before we arrived) We had some problems checking in so we called the office. It was around 23:45 (Israel time). A man answered the phone and checked us in. It was very important for him to tell us “free Palestine” we ignored it but he kept saying”free Palestine, from the river to the sea Palestine must be free” Than he accused my wife for genocide. I couldn’t ignore it no more and I told him that this is very rude. He doesn’t know us and what type people we are. He still accused us as if we are the government. This rude man doesn’t know we are protesting against this government For the last two years. He really made us feel bad for a few days. It’s needless to say we have not been treated like this in all our travels and we love Portugal and the warm and nice Portuguese people. We just thought you should know that and pass on. We always enjoy your service and we will continue travelling with you. May we all live in peace. Thank you.

Close to shops and local transportation. Nice neighbourhood. Slow drainage in the showers unfortunately.

It is an average property. Very expensive for what it is.

The property is not clean. I found cockroach on the door. Toilet has dried poop from previous user and shower drain was stuck 3 days of my 4 day stay.

Perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and sites, also close to train stations for day trips outside of Lisbon. Clean unit, comfortable bed and sofa, includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Easy check-in with digital kiosk. Excellent communication with Lisbon Serviced Apartments, quickly replaced a broken coffee maker upon notice.

Nice spacious apartment

The apartment is very good. Almost everything was neat, great. But the online check-in was a bit troubling, and how to acces to the building once arriving there is not very clear. I did not find coffee and napkins in the apartment anywhere (nothing serious but this is usually provided as courtesy everywhere). As per the rest, all good. I would repeat!!!

The area where the hotel was located was amazing! Walkable to so many restaurants, shopping and historic sites. And an amazing coffee shop, Fabrica, is just around the corner. I had difficulty with the on-line check in, which I left to the last minute, so ended up using the check-in kiosk in the lobby of the building, which was easy. I did require a code to enter the lobby, which I found in an email that was sent to me a week before check-in. The apartment itself was clean and the sound proofing was good. It was modern, but basic. A plus was the washer/dryer machine.

I appreciated the property’s location and amenities, but as someone who values cleanliness, I found the place to be lacking in that aspect. The overall experience was somewhat affected by this, and I hope the cleanliness standards can be improved in the future.

Very good hotel but the cleaning could be a little better

I stayed at the property for three nights. I liked the location. The apartment was clean. Unfortunately, the WiFi in my apartment did not work. I contacted the management office by email twice but did not get a response. I also called the office and talked to somebody but the problem was still not resolved when I checked out.

great location, great service. Clean, new appliances and in great condition. The fridge was a bit noisy and they replaced it quickly—responsive, accommodating, and helpful staff. Strongly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family with an old child and an adult child, really like the location of this property; it is in the heart of the old town. Walkable to everywhere within the old city; we felt like a local. Our unit is modern, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. We felt like home. A couple of notes- this is very self serviced apartment other than daily cleaning if you’d like. No front desk, it is like self check grocery store. But if you email, help comes quickly. For people who want to have a bit human interaction, then this may not be the place. The place could be more stocked, like paper towel, napkins, salt and hair conditioner etc. The first night, the air conditioner did not work. I emailed the property manager, they got their cleaner to give a remote replacement next day, which then worked well. Overall, it is a great stay. We liked it very much. Would stay again.

The apartment was nice and cozy. Easy access to all the attractions and the area is quite. We requested to purchase detergent and was surprised that our room got cleaned when they drop off the detergent while we are out. Greatly recommended.

very good: location, apartment conditions and comfort, and phone customer support availability. improvement area: 1) customer services no physical support onsite. all communication is by phone remotely "truely embracing touchless interactions". essentially, the customers will and expect to do everything themselves and sort out issues by phone! would be nice to have a support supervisor available in person onsite. 2) also be very careful watch out for ID thefts about the check-in and use online machine process at the apartments. if someone "conveniently happens to be there and offer to help you, he/she/they properly are not the real support staff and only want to take pictures of your confidential personal information... (this happened to us but we detected that...)

We had an excellent stay and all close to shopping, grocery and sights

Great staff

The staff was great. We were met at the door by a gentleman who helped us with out bags as we were early for check in and he recommended a great lunch spot. He checked on us later to make sure we got into our room and had retrieved our bags. The room was as pictured was clean and nice. Check out went smoothly.

It was my family vacation and stayed for 5days. It was really nice duplex apartment. Great location to do everything!

Everything was good except the bed. The bed was sooo hard. I wish the mattress was softer.

Lovely apartment

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed for a few days in Lisbon. The apartment was really clean and it was in a really nice quiet area but it was still really central. Would definitely recommend a stay here! There are luggage storage lockers for €1 which we wish we knew before we arrived!

I thought the property was good, but my only complaint was that any noise in the unit is heard by all in the unit, although it is separated into living room and loft/bedroom area.

Nicely located in the charming old town area, within walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining. The apartment itself had all the necessities however the coffee pot did not work, the beds were very uncomfortable and at one point the only occasional chair was removed and reappeared 2 days later. Taxis were reliable and arrived within 5 minutes of being called. Overall a nice place to stay.

The pictures shown on the website do not really reflect the actual apartment. It is actually a lot smaller and definitely not in 4 star condition. It is more like a 3 star. The bathroom was not the cleanest as I found previous tenants’ hair over the floor. The washroom cabinet is cracked and the bathtub does not drain properly. It was really hard to get hold of the person in charge unless you have local phone. So, I had to contact them over email but it took them at least 6 hours to respond. There was one time I had to roam on my international phone to contact them. The place we stayed at in Porto, management was incredible as we were able to contact them on whatsup using free Wi-Fi instead of paying an arm and a leg to roam. Other than that, air conditioning was great. The bed was a bit small and the pillows were too soft.

Brilliant place all round. Great location. Easy check-in and very good rooms. Wifi is very fast.

Central location but very very noisy. Had to complain to the company as the room next to us had double maybe even triple the amount of people staying that it should have, shouting and playing music throughout the night until the morning (loud music stopped around 7:30am).

The property and neighborhood were beautiful. Definitely a challenging walk up hill with the cobblestones but it added to the uniqueness of the place. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay with daily room service. The hotel was close to everything such as: the metro/cp train, tourist sites and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel (only if you’re ok with going up and down hills)

We stay in the apartment from 9/8~9/12. It was very noisy during the night. A group of people outside the building were singing, shouting, like did a military drill, and lasted from midnight to around 3 am. My husband and I were woken up and couldn't go back to sleep. Hope the manager give us an answer.

It is so ahead of the time. Love the contactless business model. The pre-check-in works out well but an acknowledgement message with the temporary main door access code would ease my mind. (a bit vulnerable after provided credit card and photo ID was provided online.) If the acknowledgement message reminds the locker 2 EURO and the official access codes for the room and main gate would be activated after 2 p.m. then it is better in communication. Generally, the management is very responsive with email communication during our stay. and it is pretty cool to have a QR code for quick check-out!

there was a strong odor in the kitchen-dining area, maybe from the air conditioner (needs to be cleaned or filter changed) or the sofa. was quite disagreeable. everything else great.

The apartment was an excellent choice for my husband and I- clean, with all necessary amenities, perfect amount of space, close to a number of eateries, bars, shopping and sights to see. Very convenient and affordable.

Close to metro and shop. Only weekend the pub noisy. The nearby road is sloping, maybe not good for small children

The location was great with options to take metro,bus or tram and a short walk to the cais sodros bus station.

10/10 if you like the smell of urine

On arrival the layout of the room seems like you would have a comfortable stay. Although you are close to the city centre the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The headboard of the bed had so much dust settled on top it gave me the impression it hasnt been cleaned in 4 weeks. Black mould around the bathroom and the windows, the sofa cover and bed covers had questionable stains too. The AC let out an odd smell and everytime you walked into the room there was the smell of urine and mustiness. Benefits: close to the city centre, good area. Cons: if you can look past the condition of the room and the cleanliness, this place is perfect for you.

The place left us with unforgettable memory!

Lisbon Serviced Apartments is a great company. Not only did we have a comfortable stay, the staff was amazingly helpful! On the day we’re supposed to check out, we completely forgot and thought it would be the next day. In the evening we came back and found the access codes were no longer working. Called the phone in the hallway and immediately reached a staff member who nicely guided us to book the night online, and gave us new code to access an apartment that was available. The staff during the day had packed all our stuff and safely stored in the storage room. When we were so embarrassingly apologized for our mistake, the staff gently said, “don’t worry about it. It happens quite often.” What a nice thing to say! We can’t say enough good things about this place and the people behind. Thank you very much again the staff team!!

The apartment I stayed in was very nice, great shape and it was very comfortable overall. I couldn’t access my room till 2pm sharp, not a minute earlier, which is understandable, I found a pharmacy around the corner where I was able to rent a locker ($5) for a few hours until I could access my room. Communication can be better tho, I had to email twice to get the code for my room. Location is great.

First trip to Lisbon

This was our first time in Lisbon and we stayed at Lisbon Serviced Apartments for 10 days. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to everything (if you like to walk). The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions very quickly and professionally. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you needed for cooking if you chose to do so. Having a washing machine right outside our door was an added plus. I would highly recommend this apartment.

the apartmebt blocks are excellent, well located and in a very good condition. the cleaning service is poor thus apartments are not being well maintained. the sinc was not working properly, the toilet seat was dirty, full of was full of limescale

Pls have the safe checked I could never lock it. Also water drains very slowly in shower.

Nice duplex apartment

Spacious, clean and comfortable. But ac went on & off intermittently. And the bathroom basin stopper is not functioning leading to us not being able to use the basin.

Great stay

The apartment is so nice. In the best location aswell. There is literally not negative to say it has everything you would need. There’s nobody so welcome you but they are so quick to reply by email. It’s so easy by subway from the airport the apartment is right by the station baixa-chiado

Lack of communication before check-in was very bothersome. Also, I'd think that the majority of the guests are from foreign countries, and as such, it would be nice to have some non-Portuguese TV channels. In today's world, TV channels like CNN, BBC, German, or French primary senders are available just about everywhere. In this particular property, they had only local networks.

Clean, modern studio apartment with a good servicing team. It.s well located and, when we were there, nice and quiet. It is let down, in our opinion, by a lack of simple information. When you first arrive at an apartment you need to find supplies. Where is the nearest shop? There was no instructions or information of any kind in the apartment or even in the lobby. Less importantly, it would have been nice to have a teapot!

Easy access to the center of Lisbon. Very nice studio. We will definitely stay next time that we travel to Lisbon.
