The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't have consecutive hot showers after the 2nd person because there will not be enough hot water. You will need to wait a good while for the water tank to heat up. There is a nice street view with two mini balconies. Check-in is done via a kiosk. Ensure you read the map next to the check-in kiosk carefully because your room can be in an entirely different building on the other side of the street up the hill.

In terms of communication with visitors needs to improve. AI machinery communication could lost its faith to customers needs n wants.

Aside from a slightly rough start and a couple glitches in our stay, Lisbon Serviced Apartments was good. Pre arrival communication was minimal and we did not know there was luggage storage available or that there were two buildings on the same street belonging to this property. There is no front desk with onsite person but there is a phone to call a manager. The first night we were there the power went out in our apartment only and after some slightly complicated communication with the manager it was restored. We were then able to do it ourselves when it happened again. The manager and housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was convenient to everything but just enough out of the way. Even with some minor inconvenience I would stay there again should I want an apartment. First time visitors to Europe may want a more traditional hotel.

Good room, in a good location but the checkin process can be complicated because there are actually two buildings in different locations.

About what was expected for a serviced apartment. Room was relatively clean, could use a new coat of paint. Bathroom was renovated and all utilities worked well including mini kitchenette with fridge, stove, toaster, and sink. Note, you are responsible to wash your own dishes. Safe worked well. Lots of closet space with hangers. Room was cleaned consistently and fresh towels were given daily, reflects well on the staff. Communication with the operators was terrible, no email with access code or registration number was provided, 24 hours beforehand as it was stated in the booking. Not reachable by live chat, etc. Had to sort out issue with Expedia who called them with our details and got the reg. number for us. Spent 2 hours sorting out the mess at the airport. Location was great. Free bottle of water is just tap water, so be sure to buy your own water at the store nearby. Try the foccazeria on the corner, it is delish.

Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really.

Stay was very good. It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area. Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed. Sofia was especially helpful

Stayed there with family (2 kids 2 adults). Check in was easy and location is just perfect from every angle. So many options early for food and groceries. Apartment was very nice and clean. Cleaners we came across were supper friendly. We managed to store our luggage after check-out for only 2 euros. Strongly recommended for family who like to stay close to all the attractions in a safe and sounds area

Apartment is located in a very central area and quite spacious to enjoy a comfortable stay. Automated check-in was kinda tedious but feasible. The only thing we weren't content with was the fact that all cutlery and cups etc. were still in the dishwasher, a dishwasher that had not fully completed its cycle, that was filled with half washed items and full with dirty water. Furthermore, laundry and used towels of previous occupants were still hanging on a rack next to the washing machine. A clear sign that cleaning is not done very properly

Overall this is a decent place but not a great one. The location is perfect and it served the basic purpose of an accommodation but I don’t think I will ever stay at a place with no front desk again. We never received the check-in instructions so I had to call them to follow up. We arrived around midnight and the check-in system wasn’t functioning. The person on the line asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, we ended up waiting on the stairs for 50 minutes in the cold. They finally gave us the codes but said we had to walk to the other building in the pouring rain! And we got a room on the third floor while the elevator wasn’t being repaired, which is fine but all of this had to be communicated beforehand. It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience as they were very unprofessional in terms of problem-solving. The location of the place is wonderful, the room overall is clean on the surface but inside the closets were very dusty. We didn’t use the kitchen but the washing machine was great. During one of the nights of our stay, we also had a very noisy neighbor who had their music on blast until 6 am, made a lot of loud noises, kept dropping things on the floor, and didn’t let us get any sleep, and there was no one to call and complain to. Therefore, even though the overall experience was good but the lack of communication and access to assistance was what made it less enjoyable.

Long access codes hard to be memorize and wasting time to get it out of the phone ..elevator was out of service for days and the agents do not answering the phone all the tine .bad experince

Not as expected according to picture sent. Very noisy young people up all hours of the night. No telephone to call security to tell them to be quiet so no sleep for 2 nights. Not happy. Cups and glasses where dirty, floors were gritty, hair in bathroom sink and on counter and in shower. Duvet cover dirty and stained. Check in was difficult as passports would not scan. We would not recommend this place. We were very disappointed and frustrated. Room was very small, not as described.

Great place berry clean hood location

Commu icatuon wirh this property was non existent. Sofa bed old, duty and would not close. Bathroom door did not close, so we had to have different people old the door closed so we could do our Bathroom business. Walls filled with marks you couldnt tell if it was dirt, furnitur marks or what. The 4 stRs on expedia is totally incorrect, this place is and should be a 1 star.

Good location and facilities

The apartment was very spacious. in a good location with all the facilities needed, and a comfortable bed. The a/c worked well, especially given temperatures of 30 - 35C. However the bathroom door was impossible to close, and needed a herculean effort to get it near. The luggage facility in a nearby property was convenient, however the lift did not work, which meant dragging a 20+kg suitcase up to the first floor (and back down again). Not very good for a 73 year old. Also the information book in the apartment said the cost was 1Euro, so I changed my 2Euro coin into 2x1 at a local cafe, only to discover that the cost was now 2Euro. This meant return down and up a steep hill to reverse the exchange, which was very inconvenient. On a positive note the taxi firm listed in the booklet were very efficient and the pre-booked cab arrived dead on time with a meter charge of 12.80Euro to the airport, compared to the rip-off charge of 30Euro from the airport, with no meter. (No choice of cab as police directed to can). Suggestion by driver was to go to departures for cab as no queue, and almost all metered. Would definitely stay again if we return to Lisbon.

The property is newly renovated but the unit I was in had the water tap broken, so a bit inconvenient to adjust the temperature. It is close to the main shopping/tourist area, but the side streets are bit rundown and dirty, the road condition makes pushing suitcases a bit hard

This property is right in the middle of downtown and perfect location to walk everywhere. The nearness to the metro was our most important request, and this property did not disappoint.

First the good bits of which there were plenty - spacious, clean, well equiped and great location The not so good bits - confusion as to how to check in with no check in code sent prior, no parking information essential for such a central location, strong smell of cooked food in room suspect extractor fan from nearby room

Check in was a bit confusing. Checked in on a kiosk, and then couldn't find our room. Used the phone connected to it to find out our room is in a different building up the hill. One day we returned and the entire building reeked with an acetone like smell. Had to open all our windows and stand on the tiny balcony while it aired out. Handle on the bathroom door was broken and door would not stay closed, so I hope you're comfortable with the people you're traveling with. Overall it was a decent stay though.

Property was in a great location minus the garbage outside. Bathroom really small, great kitchen. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Cleaning service was just garbage and made bed. Floors where never washed, bathroom was never cleaned. We stayed there for one week.

I stayed in studio which was small but functional. Kitchen has all you need. Apartment service was done daily and two wacher/dryer mashines in hallway are very handy. Will be nice if instructions for dryer were provided. We had very pleasant stay in this apartment!

I would not go there again

in spite of the fact that elevator was noted in the condition of apartment booking, it was broken , manager told us that we have no solution, so we carried two big luggage to the second floor!! The toilet bowl drain was blocked and despite promising every day that they would fix it, they never did.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and spacious with some some surprise features like a washing machine and dishwasher. We were only here for one night but we loved the area and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We got slightly confused with the number of our apartment and didn’t realize there are two separate locations on the same street. People who arrived the same time as us were also confused by this so check the building number first.

Convenient location but got catfished

Overall location is good, check in was easy. However, the unit could have used some cleaning before letting guest check in. There were dust along the wall from the washroom vents. Cleaning service is good and staff responded to requests. Beds were not comfortable. The actual unit looked nothing like photos shown on the listing.

Yes enjoyed the proximity of the appartment to the main city centre which was very handy with kids

Our reservation was on Avenda 1, once we arrived they said its in Avenda 2 which was not that far but its up and we had luggages and baby stroller.

Place was great, close to the centre attractions in lisbon. Most places are at walking distance. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Recommend.

Excellent location and felt very safe. Apartment was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Bedrooms adequate for our needs and comfortable. Living space was not the best - sofa bed did not fold completely which made it an uncomfortable seat and would be much better with some brighter curtains and cushions as felt dark.

Good location - 3-5 min to metro or bus. Bus and metro from Lisbon airport. I recommend for tourists to buy Vodafone simcard in airport and 24 hours ticket in airport metro. Very clean. Friendly staff. New kitchenette c/w everything You need. 3 grocery stores in 50-100 metres. New washing Bosh machine c/w dryer. I used in once and it took some time to understand how it works (we don't have this model in North America), until i found instruction in English attached to the laundry door.

Great place for family of 4

Location was great. Close to metro so easy to go to restaurants and sites. Nice, clean, and modern apartment. Can take metro from the airport to avenida stop and 5 minute walk to hotel. Nice to have fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishes, and dishwasher.

This place is near bus stations and Metro that will take you to Plaza de Commerce. The place is clean. Howeve, my apartment didn’t have hot water at the time I stayed.

Nice apartment but had a few issues

We stayed on the 4th floor elevator was broken for our check out and we had several large and heavy bags. Also freezer not working in unit 412, heater would come on randomly.

Right off one of the main roads of Lisbon with access to the underground Metro. Communication was great, the apartment was spectacular and well maintained.

Overall OK but elevator did not work several times. No hot water in the final 3 nights stay. Informed the virtual reception but was not very helpful and kind of rude. Did not propose any alternatives to resolve problem. In the end we suffered to endure cold shower.

Our apartment was spacious and clean. It was lovely and quiet at night, good double glazing, and the bed was comfy. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Bathroom was reasonable size with a good shower. Air-conditioned and good wi-fi. Self check in was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

A very modern flat with all amenities included. Cutlery, crockery, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Even a little safe was included and the flat was cleaned every day. Location: close to an underground station and in walking distance to Rossio station, a major rail and underground station.

Everything is modernized and provided enough for the stay.

Good location for family and kids. Very friendly cleaning staff and very helpful. Disadvantage - No Reception. Having said the cleaners are helpful and they guide you to the room. I would recommend this apartment to a young family and couples. Nice location and walking distance to Metro, Bus, Taxis, Restaurants and sight seeing places. Good value for money.

Great place and central location

Our apartment was clean, modern and fitted everything necessary very well including a small kitchen. The code system to get in was simple and meant there was no faffing at check in and out. Only issues were in the morning where we went out and then returned and the small lift was full of cleaning equipment. We sent back up and when it returned after 5 mins it was full. Also a cleaner knocked and said (politely) check out was 11 when it states everywhere that check out is 12.

The Serviced Apartments in Avenida is located right in the center of Lisbon with quick walk to Rossio, Castle of George, restaurants as well as metro Avenida and train station Rossio.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. It was a little noisy (from other guests) at times, but an otherwise pleasant stay. The check-in process however was not smooth. I was contacted by the property a few weeks before arrival, asking for payment of the city tax upfront otherwise I would not receive the codes to enter the property. I was told reception would be manned until 5pm and as I was unsure about getting there on time I decided to pay online (there was an extra euro for "admin charge" for paying online instead of in person). Upon getting there just before 5pm, there was no reception - so I was displeased to have been forced to pay online rather than in person, and I wonder how I would have done to access the property with no one on site to take payment for the city tax!

The apartment is very close to center of the city. Easy to find directions, lots of restaurants/bars/rooftops near by. Excellent location. The space was good for 3 people & very clean.

Ideal vacation spot. Apartment is very well kept and maintained. We suggested putting railings on the 10 steps stairs.Very dangerous to climb up and down towards the elevator. Otherwise it’s a great hotel,centrally located.

Nice place near the heart of Lisbon— very convenient location. The restaurant next door was awesome (Zenith) for an amazing breakfast. Sangria was epic! Very clean apartment — perfect for a trip to Lisboa.

The apartment is at a very good location. It is recently renovated. We stayed in a one bedroom. The rooms are not bad size. The only suggestion is that the oven and washer machine should have clear instructions provided.

Very practical room, though small. The lesser point is the fact that there isn't a Reception to provide direct interaction with the hosting team.

Great location. Can walk to most site and close to metro. Easy check in/out. One small bathroom for 4 was a bit challenging. Loud neighbours our first night. Only a phone to call ‘reception’, no one on site. Rest of the stay was quiet.

Awesome location and service!

The apartment was located in very convenient place. A short walk to the train station and very center of the city. The place is very clean and our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is brand new and interior is very modern. They also clean the apartment and make our bed everyday. Pretty much like a regular hotel. Except no front desk, which we are fine with it. The check in was very easy as well. We received passcode before arrived and get access to the apartment easily. We also were able to cook in the apartment and you have all the cookware you needed. Will stay here again when I come back next time! Highly recommended!

Excellent location, wonderful self contained apartment for single travellers

The place is clean close to the city. Everything is good except the paper towel is not provided. I'm used to have a paper towel it's hard for me without it.
