Nice hotel in convenient location
Pleasant small hotel with quirky decor in the heart of Baixa district close to public transport, attractions and tourist restaurants. Liked that our room had a slightly separate seating area. Bathroom was spacious if slightly sparsely furnished
Lisbon
Amazing people working here! They are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions and restaurants.
Great location, convenient access to go explore the city!
Beeping all night and no windows, refuse to refund for the inconvenience
Great location in the heart of the lower town, halfway between Commerciale / Augusta and Rossio square. Convenient for walking all of the many unique neighbourhoods and hills. Very close to the Metro (green line). Definitely a boutique hotel in all the good ways - very charming and well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly helpful, attentive, and service-minded - they made the greatest positive difference.
Everything it was perfect specially the location breakfast is good this hotel is a wonderful option, and also the staff is super helpful.
Wonderful location, room and staff
I love the location of this hotel! Right by many restaurants in a beautiful area. Every person I spoke with at the hotel was very helpful, even when my Uber didn't work. A taxi arrived within 5 minutes after the hotel attendant called. My room was very nice and I was moved to a different location before check in due to construction noise by my previous room. I would stay there again.
This is a simple, small hotel located right in the Plaza with easy walking to restaurants and stores. Since it's on a pedestrian street, you will need to walk a few blocks to get car pickup. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is very simple, but functional, spacious and clean. If you are looking for fancy this is not it. TV is small and cant be seen with bathroom door open. We had trouble sleeping because heavy footsteps can be heard all night. For this reason only, i would not stay again. If you are a sound sleeper, go for it.
The room has no storage space in the bathroom, i had to move 2 chairs to in it to place my toiletries, not enought hooks for clothes. Bathroom window wasn't cover completely... air conditioner wasn't working properly... not enough rack or table top for the luggages.
Room is good, bathroom is not that functional. Location is very good
3 Nights in Lisbon
Location is fantastic, walking distance to many main tourist attractions/historical sites. Rooms are small but adequate, bed was comfortable and ability to adjust room temperature was nice. Front desk staff were helpful with directions/recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Only complaints were the carpet in the room was stained and a bit dirty. Other issue was a mix up with airport pickup on the last day, confirmed with 2 different staff members that pick up was scheduled and in the morning the staff member told us it was not scheduled. Luckily another guest had an airport shuttle scheduled for the same time so we went with her. Overall great location, comfortable rooms. You pay for the location!
The location was perfect for us. Restaurants, shopping and travel sites right outside the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It is a boutique hotel in an old building so don’t expect opulence or grandeur. But it’s great and we will definitely stay again.
It is a great location. The bed was large and comfortable and the staff were very helpful with storing our bags and providing restaurant recommendations.
Fabulous location
Loved the hotel and location was fabulous, would definitely return.
Staff where a bit uptight
Great central location. Room was nice aiE and outstanding staff. The young man at the front seat was very helpful and has great dining suggestions.
The water pressure was so good here
Centrally located. Friendly staff.
Such lovely hotel!
Great Stay!
Awesome service and a great location!
The property was ideally located with everything we wanted to see/do within blocks. The room was great and the staff was outstanding (we were given a prime location for breakfast as my wife couldn’t negotiate stairs to the existing breakfast area). Just a wonderful experience!
Lived this hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would have liked at toaster though as an option. Staff were amazing especially George at the front desk.
Great location and comfortable rooms. The staff is excellent.
This hotel was great. It was spacious and clean, had great wifi and the breakfast add on was delicious. The front desk staff were all very happy to help and suggested restaurants and things to do when asked. They held our luggage when we came in earlier than the check in and helped arrange a car to the airport. The location is great and convenient to many areas. Would definitely stay here again!
The staff, location, and room layout were all great. But the AC was not sufficient to cool below 75degrees (we asked for help and the staff checked and said the AC was working right). While the location is great, it's very loud so windows at night are difficult. Other amenities were limited (no coffee maker, conditioner, or wash cloths). I would recommend the hotel; for the price, I consider it excellent, it's very clean, and the location can't be beat. But if you're looking for luxury, you should go elsewhere.
The room was small but ckean and comfortable. Very conveniently located
Amazing place
Friendly staff, central location to downtown. The a/c didn’t work in our room and the staff weren’t able to fix it so we were accommodated to change rooms which was appreciated.
This place was great. 100% would stay here again.
Best location in Lisbon, everything was either a walk or ride away. As a first timer this was the right choice and would definitely recommend. The staff were always ready to help with anything needed and made the stay a delight.
Right in the heart of the old town. Fantastic location.
Great stay at Lisboa Prata Boutique hotel. We booked this hotel for the location and price and it was perfect for what we needed! The room was really spacious, much bigger than we expected. The only downside is as it is very central is is quite noisy, you can hear everything and everyone outside. Overall though was definitely worth visiting.
love to be in the city center where everything is nearby. a room with windows that can be opened is especially loved. thanks.
Very convenient location. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.
Our stay here was very brief, but i would have loved to stay longer. It was beautiful and so clean. The updated bathroom was a dream! Also, we had car trouble and arrived in the middle of the night and they were able to accommodate which really saved us.
Great place to be in the center of the action No free coffee AC unit couldn’t get lower than 26 celcius Too loud at night to open the windows Great location, walking distance from pretty much any stores, restaurants or monuments you can think of in Lisbon Friendly staff 24/7 at the entrance Very safe spot
Not a true boutique hotel, just small. Amenities were poor. Staff were unfriendly and not particularly helpful. Convenient location close to shopping and dining. Room was quiet though.
This is beyond 5 star hotel. Very clean room/hotel in a safe neighborhood. Lots of places to eat around. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street only but we got picked up by an uber just a short block away from the hotel. The room we had is very spacious with a nice view. It even had a desk in an alcove if you want to WFH without disturbing anyone in your room. Bathroom is big for a European standard. When I needed an adapter, the concierge went out of his way to find one to lend to us. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again
Great central location, room was comfortable, great A/C, balcony was a nice addition! Generally pretty quiet at night. Some staff was helpful and friendly, some not (generally the later night staff). Very nice having an elevator. They held luggage no problem before and after checkout. Did not eat at the hotel so no opinion on that. Would recommend for a reasonably priced central hotel!
Lisboa Prata Hotel was comfortable, and the room was a good size. The Old Town area is pretty and convenient for walking to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend Lisboa Prata Hotel.
Excellent
Fantastic service from the staff checking in and helping with our luggage too. Staff also explained on map, different sites we wanted to see and assisted greatly. Clean and lovely character hotel. Great location, central to restaurants, shopping and public transportation.
The hotel is in an excellent location. On a pedestrian street but close to dining, shopping and many tourist attractions. The room is comfortable and spacious. Very close to the river also which is nice. The staff is fine and accommodating although I did not find them as welcoming and friendly as most others in Lisbon such as in the restaurants, shops and tour guides. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near all the action in Lisbon. It was reasonably priced and the location is a ten for sure, no hills to walk up.
Excellent location and great restaurants within a block
This was an excellent choice of lodging in Lisbon. Great selection of restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Walking distance to everything - riverfront, Castelo Sao Jorge, local transportation. We were very pleased with our choice.
Great location & very friendly staff, old but updated rooms. Not in hilly area, easy to walk around.
We had a pleasant stay. Front staff was helpful and very polite. Room was exactly as advertised. We did not use their room service as we preferred to try different restaurants. Excellent location.
Somebody from the hotel staff used the credit card I provided at check-in. I only used this card at this hotel and nowhere else, and the day after my check-in they helped themselves to an Amazon purchase of about 200 euros ($300 CAD). This made me feel unsafe and ruined the whole experience. When I politely complained, the front desk receptionist showed me the physical folder where my file was - a copy of my passport page with the credit card number written on it. The folder obviously had other guests' files in it, anyone from the staff has access to it, it's not locked anywhere. My guess is it's somebody from the night shift but of course there's no way to prove it. I had to call my bank to cancel the card, had to pay for this international call. When I spoke to the manager, he just said "It's not any of our staff", which of course he would say that. No apology, no "sorry for your experience", even though I explained I never used this card anywhere else. Gave me his card and said "Let me know what the bank says". The bank is not going to tell me who did this, they can just determine it was a fraudulent transaction. I did try calling his number a day later (I realized I'd left an earring on my nightstand and didn't want anybody to come in and steal it since I didn't trust the staff at that point). He hung up on my call without picking up and then turned off the phone. I ended up calling the front desk 6 times before somebody picked up and I asked not to clean my room.
The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The area can’t be beat for walkability and restaurants. One small drawback is that a car can’t pull up to the door; you must walk a couple of blocks away to get a cab. That said, it is on a flat street, no hills to climb, so it is okay. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Lisbon.
Quiet room and safe area.
We stayed in a superior double room. We liked the location of the property and the room itself which was very clean and full of light. The location was very close to the metro station, close to many good eateries and very easily walkable to the riverside. We walked everywehere in central Lisbon from our hotel. We enjoyed our stay. A special thanks to all the staff, both inreception and in the breakfast room. Mandeep and all his colleagues at the reception were particularly helpful.
Excellent hotel and kind and attentive staff! Room was spotless and spacious and even though it is located in the busy tourist center, once you close the windows, you can have a great and uninterrupted sleep. Location couldn’t be any better, you are walking distance to major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Staff was always polite and ready to help with any questions, providing recommendations and arranging for transportation. Definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lisbon.
Excellent location!
I enjoyed my stay in Lisboa thank to the staff in this hotel. Diego is super helpful, knowledgeable and have many good advices.
Very friendly staff. Great location
Very happy with the location of the hotel very central, easy to walk or take trams or metro if needed. Staff helpful and polite, room boutique style, good bathroom/ shower, large room with balcony. Breakfast adequate no complaints and would stay here again if I ever revisit.
TV control, A/C and equipment are not easily operated.
I booked this hotel solo traveling and it was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend for those that are solo traveling and want some privacy but still want to enjoy the night life.
Wonderful hotel in perfect location to explore Lisbon. Hotel was clean and modern. There is a little daytime noise with the tram car outside. But no noise at night. Excellent restaurants nearby and the ideal location to walk all over the city. Taxi drop off and pickup are 3 blocks away but it’s an easy walk. Love this place!
Extremely comfortable bed, fantastic shower. No frills hotel but perfect for a 3 day getaway to explore the city
Nice hotel, very convenient.
Good Hotel in very good location. Some bars, restaurants, and shopping are just next door or nearby. Note only that bars and the tram line can brings some noise into your room at night, but this was not too noticable. But likely would be louder in high tourist season.
Ok
Property was clean and in a great location, but it’s not 4 stars by any stretch of the imagination just to set expectations. Good value for the price
oustanding shower and water pressure
Wonderful boutique hotel right in the middle of everything. Note that they are working on the infrastructure of the street, so it is a bit noisy and dusty outside. We barely heard it in the room though.
Excellent place to stay, staff is very helpful and friendly. the location is perfect right in the central location of everything! restaurants, cafes and the busy main area is literally right downstairs. beautiful lighting in the room from the big windows and very pretty views!
Not any fault of the property owner but the road out front is being worked on and is inaccessible by car. Would be helpful if someone would have told us where to ask the taxi to drop us off. Aside from the issue we would stay there again.
Very Good Place to Stay
Very nice room with a small sitting area just inside the room's door. However, the AC did not work well, so the room felt a bit stuffy. Great location with many nearby attractions and a vast selection of restaurants. The desk staff was professional but not overly friendly. The breakfast was good, as well.
Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Great location.
Lovely hotel - close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. Really helpful staff. Rooms are spotless with everything you need.
Stay here!
Amazing efficienct and friendly service. Very attentive and pleasant to every question and need. Stay here!
Great location as everything is convenient. Temporarily the street in front is dug up as they are install new plumbing etc. service is also good. Breakfast is reasonably good. Metro is close by. Rossio square is close by. Many tourist restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay here.
Great location in the heart of Lisbon.
Lack off communication after booking, no advanced warning about major infrastructure works directly outside the doorway making it difficult to drop of luggage and park. Not a boutique hotel no luxury items just a basic hotel. Stains on rug around the bed , disappointing hotel but Lisbon did not disappoint!!
Great location, friendly staff. Negstive is the construction in front. Looks ugly, smells like sewage at times. Bad for drop off and pick up because you cannot gst near the property easily.
Great location. Great staff. Good experience overall.
Loved this little hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In a great part of Lisbon. Highly recommend staying here.
I’ve reviewed this as the Moov hotel in Evora. Please transpose it and add - the street was under construction so closed off and noisy early in the morning. The car parking was just up the end of the road and good. However having to take your car out every day and put it back in again was nonsensical!!!
Great little hotel that places you right in the middle of everything to do. Simply walk to wherever you would like. The staff is fantastic and very responsive!
The property has some issues that can be easily fixed, such as smelly carpets and a bad smell near the lobby toilets. Otherwise, it is a comfortable place and is well-suited for anyone wanting a leisurely stroll to restaurants and shops. It's less than a ten-minute walk away from Rossio Square.
Excellent service and very professional and helpful staff at front desk.
Great central location in Baixia tourist section 2 blocks from Metro and within walking distance of all the sights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.
Traditional hotel in amazing location
Overall very good, amazing location, spacious room, friendly staff.2 things for improvement I would like to have a kettle or a Nespresso machine in my room, I prefer to have a coffee before I see anyone else early in the morning. I would like to have a nice duvet as I felt a little bit chilled during night.
Very nice property- well run - immaculate clean - secure - quiet
Small rooms but in the middle of all the happenings. Staff was very nice.
Great location. Street noise reaches fifth floor.
No water in room. No prices for minibar.
Fantastic Central Location with very friendly and helpful staff. Trams run outside the property from 6am. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice - but were available in cafe immediately outside with great pastries to boot!
The location of the hotel and the overall experience staying at the hotel was great.
We have stayed here before and we’re happy to return second time.
Nice spacious room, good shower and bed. Had a problem with plumbing, shower drainage but it was fixed after I reported it. Good security but I’m not keen on
Nice hotel if you are not sensitive to noise.
Nice enough hotel, BUT, it is quite noisy overall: the wooden floor cracks all over, you hear the other guests and it is on a noisy street. The room had very little light. The same in the bathroom plus the light of the magnifying mirror was broken, so, putting on some makeup was an adventure. They eventually repaired the mirror and put a more powerful bulb in the lamp of the ceiling of the bathroom but not in the bedroom. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, though.
Location
Near to attractions, easily walkable
Spacious room and bathroom (although we would have preferred a coffee maker instead of a bathroom scale), attentive staff, and a great location. COVID changes in Lisbon required us to arrive two days late, but the staff made sure that our booking was honored.
The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was a small suite, which was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was simple but nice - fruit, bread, cheeses, meats, eggs, etc. and served promptly when expected. We didn’t realize that the location was in the heart of a touristy area but it was easy to get everywhere from there. Our biggest disappointment was asking the night clerk for a dinner recommendation on our first night (we arrived after 8pm) and we specifically asked for a non-touristy place, someplace she would eat. Nope. We were sent to some place where the menu was in eight different languages, was as brightly lit as an operating theatre, and the food came out in less than five minutes - as long as it took to microwave. Short take - stay at Lisboa Prata for easy access to touristy locations and find your own places to eat.
Great
Excellent location. Easy walk from the train station, tram runs right past the hotel and lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, clean room, good quality internet. Highly recommend.
perfect location great service
My friend and I stayed at this wonderful hotel. The location couldn't have been better. The service was friendly and outstanding. Tatiana on the front desk gave us wonderful suggestions of where to eat, what tours to take, printed out a document I needed, flagged down a cab for us. I highly recommend this hotel to other guests.
Liked location. Not pleased with whatever cleanser or air freshener used in stairways. Made me nauseous.

Elegant historic hotel in the centre of downtown
Elegant historic hotel right in the middle of downtown, close to shops a restaurants. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings, on the SE corner of the building overlooking the street. The windows had shutters and velvet curtains which blocked any noise. The were plenty of electric sockets. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was served at one’s table (not buffet style) The only criticism was bitter drip coffee and paper cups in the room. The staff were charming and helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel.
