They improved the place by improving the internet service. It's the first thing I've noticed. The Wi-Fi was good before but it is excellent now. They also now have a restaurant on the 8th floor.

TravellerThis is the first and last time I will ever stay at this location. It's not worth the money. The customer service at Lincoln Suites is terrible. I stayed at the property for almost two weeks. The last week of my stay I had no hot water to shower. I told the receptionist and it never got fixed. I also informed them that the toilet paper handle was broken, also that water was leaking from somewhere around the tub. Evertime they would tell me....yes we will send someone to look at it but they NEVER DID. They are also very cheap...I practically had to beg for toilet paper. That's unacceptable!!! I ended up buying my own paper because it's embarrassing to be denied toliet paper for your necessities. Management you must do better. Also train your workers to be more polite and treat your guest better.

So far this was my favorite hotel simply because they have a way that you can cook your own meals with gas stoves. It's a hotel that's more like an apartment. The staff is very friendly if you present yourself as friendly.
