The lobby smelled like cigarette butts but the room was clean. However all the doors had off markings like they were forced open at one time or another. Bed was comfortable, and EV charging was great.

When we checked in we had to get a different room the bedspread was dirty and you could see nasty stuff all over to wear the second room had no heat this was a bad experience this time my boyfriend did not want to change to a different room again

The best part was the bed. Got amazing sleep! The daytime staff was great. The nighttime staff was rude. This is the first hotel where you had to request housekeeping to give fresh towels and washcloths. I was told by the rude nighttime staff that all requests for housekeeping had to be requested at the start of the day! Also, bring your own soap and shampoo, as the soap offered was yucky and there was no shampoo. I was accosted by a homeless man in the parking lot, and parking in the fire zone didn't result in any comments to the guests or towing.

The gentlemen who checked me in said maybe 2 words. The room had holes that were spackled over but not painted. There were 2 towels available. The woman who I checked out with was pleasant.

There is no real traditional lobby at this site. However, they have a ton of concession machines and were very responsive to the few requests we had.

First thing i saw when i got into my room was a roach and once i was ready to leave they had a no refund policy which i didnt notice because i reservesd the rrom on here

I do not recommend !!! The couch had so many stains on it ! It smell like cigarettes smoke everywhere !!! The blankets had like little burn marks if someone was putting their cigarette out on the blanket , our sink was literally leaking , and there was a freaking mouse in our trashcannnn!!!!!

The picture of the hotel is absolutely misleading. The place is a dump. I would not recommend anyone to stay a this place the fact it is dirty in and out. The room I booked was one the the best rooms they have, but I it had very bad smell and dirty. In addition, they used the cheapest towels in the bath. I even scared to use them. I will never stay at hotel with the same name again. Steve

Hotel was sufficient for what I needed. Nothing fancy but it did what it needed to do. Plenty of dining and gym facilities within a 10 minute drive. Negatives: the guy working the check in counter was not friendly at all but could have just been having a bad day. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping any of those days. I guess I had to request it?? Everywhere else I have stayed housekeeping just automatically came daily. My last night there I had an unexpected room guest as a little mouse joined me in the room lol. Overall for the price and what I needed the hotel was fine and if I am in the area again, I would stay here.

The Price is right for what You get. The rooms were renovated not long ago. There is a Fridge and Microwave in the room. I take public Transportation when I travel to see away ballparks. There are bus stops right outside the hotel to take you to subways that will take You to down town Philly, Freedom Hall/ Liberty Bell, Betys ross' house, Citzen's Bank Park and a bus to the Rocky Statue. It is very easy to get around to and from downtown from. Also, there are a couple of cool bars with a short Lyft ride and a Wawa across the street for snacks and drinks. They have a beer and liquor store in the hotel too.

It was very good! I enjoyed staying on first floor and the hot tub!

It was horrible. There were dead bugs on the sheets, a huge bug in the bath tub, wholes in the walls and floor. I was completely disgusted that my partner and I slept outside the motel in the car. Liquor was sold out the lobby, woke up to a car outside pointed in our directions with there lights facing us, around 3am. Toilet was clogged the morning of as we just ran in to use the restroom and brush our teeth before heading to Canopy hotel 30 mins away!!! Again it was terrible. I have photos, I complained to the lady on shift when we were checking in and morning shift before checking out. We weren't required to put down a deposit because we were unhappy with the room off first glance. I would like to speak with someone about this inquiry and experience.

Relaxing

Our stay was. Comforting, quiet, and overall it was relaxing and went very well.

The whole place was dirty including the bathroom and all the sheets and pillows on the bed. I had to get a change of sheet. I will never stay here again. The staff that checked me in was great tho.

So we booked a luxury room, but there was nothing luxury except one sofa .. it was covered in stains, when we lifted the pillow from the couch it smelled like corpses, there was dead bugs/cockroaches. it stank so much that we asked to take the sofa out of the room. The lady at the reception was angry and did not allow it, but she changed our room to another one without a terrible sofa, for which I am grateful. In general, the room looked clean if you didn't look closely, but if you look closely, you will see a lot of garbage on the floor; especially in the bathroom. In general, it was ok, the bed was clean and did not smell. I hope that after my review, the administration will throw out this sofa. However, I am sorry that people who stay in the hotel allow themselves to dirty the furniture so much. But it should be removed and such people should be fined.

Affordable and spacious. Pretty quiet surroundings. Only thing they would need to modernized the rooms with new furniture and utilizing the space better. Only issue I had was that the remote didn't work well (up and down keys) and couch looked a bit worn down.

It was a really nice place. The hallway on the second floor smelled strongly of smoke. Other then that I would recommend the hotel. Rooms were nice minus some holes in one of the sheets.

Stayed several times last minute for business. Comfortable, Quiet, and Cozy. Great service and staff as well. I left a few important items behind in a rush checking out & the front desk clerk and house keeping assisted me patiently and with kindness. Very accommodating.

A guest can see that renovations are in progress. The rooms are updated and clean. Some of the general areas are waiting for renovation. We enjoyed our stay here. It is always nice when you find and affordable rooms when working on the road.

Ii didn’t like that da room we had tv didn’t work so we had to just watch tv on r phone 4 the day it waz no other room but that so we had to take what we could get but a room witout a tv is boring

I mean for what it looks like on the outside, the inside is completely different. The people that worked there were really nice. I think the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the bed made a lot of noise. The frame itself is like a hollow metal box. So if you hit it with your foot, imagine it sounding like something that is just nothing inside. I don't know if that makes any sense, but I am not really sure how to describe it. It just wasn't your normal bed frame.

Area is not ideal, Jets do not work, no bubbles, dingy. Just no.

The room was nice the service was nice. But I got the room with the hot tube and when i went to check in was when I was told the jets dont get used becuause of covid. So I still paid the full price for a hot tube in a room that I couldn't even use the jets.

This property lacks multiple function when we first got in on our first room we checked around the room it was dirty and had mold inside the bathroom it wasn’t clean properly. The covers had HOLES. we went to the front desk where there was elderly lady gave us a second room. the second room had BEDBUGS! we left immediately talk to the front elderly lady AGAIN, and SHE told us that there was already “bedbugs everywhere inside the location” and that she didn’t know what to do about it. She gave us a third option to stay in a third room but we declined it. We left the same day we check in. It was awful, unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

We couldn't stay because I was traveling with an elderly relative and the only room was on an upper floor with no elevator available and no carts to carry in luggage. We didn't make it past the lobby after finding that out. We had to find another hotel for the night.

Misty dusty Lincoln Hotel

The hotel appears run down even though it is on a very busy street/intersection. The receptionist was friendly but didn’t really care that the couches in the rooms are absolutely filthy. Covered in all kinds of weird stains. Her solution was to cover the couch with extra sheets. It was just very off putting. The toilet was covered in old urine. The heater vents covered in dirt. I switched to a few rooms and they were all this way. Even though no one was parked in the parking lot when I checked in. So a very empty dirty hotel. Save yourself money and don’t come here. Also the mattress was wrapped in a bed bug protector… alarming right? And all the rooms reeked of smoke. Even though they claimed the rooms were nonsmoking. Why even charge people a $100 incidental fee?? Stains, urine, and smoke filled rooms should have no additional fees.

do NOT book here. the hotel is very dirty and they view that as okay. i was pointing out a few things in two of the rooms they were trying to have me stay in and they basically thought i was over exaggerating because thats the norm for them. place is unexceptable.

This is a pretty tired hotel. Old neon sign with missing letters. Sells carry out beer behind bulletproof glass at reception desk. Lots of no smoking signs but still smells like an old ash tray. First room they gave us had no window shade, pictures had been torn from wall, light fixtures hanging without bulbs or shades. Second try the room was complete but still smelled like an ash tray.
