Love the place
Awesome place, my family really loves to stay, there breakfast was really amazing.
We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Resort. The property is relatively new and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hospitable, as expected from Filipinos. However, the staff would benefit from proper training in hospitality industry standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent - some days, toilet paper was not replaced, and towels were missing. At the 7th floor restaurant, the location is beautiful, especially for watching the sunset. However, several menu items were unavailable due to supply shortages, yet they remained listed. Additionally, food was often served cold and at inconsistent times. One member of our party had to wait an hour for their meal, only to receive it cold. The manager explained that the kitchen is on the first floor, which may cause delays, but this logistical challenge should be addressed to ensure proper service. The next day, we ordered halo-halo for dessert, and both servings contained small pieces of hard plastic chips. I encourage the management and owners to improve their operations to make Lime Resort a truly enjoyable destination for vacationers.
Very nice upscale property at the north end of Carong Carong beach. Loved the infinity pool and the free ice cream and popcorn. It's a little far away from most of the restaurants but a 100 peso tricycle ride will get you anywhere. Or you can walk the beach for 10 - 20 minutes.
Bad smell in the elevator and the washroom in the lobby very bad smell like sewage
The view is amazing! Staff are nice . Although on checking out we were presented with a restaurant bill on which is not ours.Good I still have our receipts from the restaurant. We always pay our bill in cash before leaving the restaurant. Staff must have misheard the room number of the other diner and charged it to our room. I told them to check their camera .The music is loud too .I suggest they have guests initial their bill every time they charged it to their room . I emailed and messaged them in messager to find out what happened after we left but nobody responded yet . Other than that we have a pleasant stay!
The staff, everyone of them was outstanding! You are treated always with kindness and respect with sincerity. I spoke and had a conversation with the hotel manager named Yvette and told her I was impressed. I guess whatever she's doing really works. I noticed and picked up all this as someone who worked in the hotel business since 1974.
nice place
House keeping need improvement cleaning the room and refreshing supplies. Shower stall leaking water all over bathroom. When you enter the hotel there a mildew smell.
The property feels new and clean. We were often at a loss to figure out the staff. They were friendly but mostly useless. Same limited menu in both restaurants. The breakfast buffet (included) featured cold food that should have been kept properly heated. Scrambled eggs were literally floating in liquid--very disgusting. We discovered the omlet bar onnthe opposite corner ofnthe large restaurant. They seemed to lack any organization as to leeping track of whose orders were up. We waited an inordinate time for our onlets to be served. Finally the roomsl was spacious everywhere except the bathroom. You have to walk into the shower and close the bathroom door in order to get to the toilet. Only one person could use the sink because of this poorly planned configuration. At the very least the bathroom door should have the hinges replaced so it swings into the room rather than up against the toilet with zero clearance fornthe door to open or close. We were unimpressed with Lime Resort!
The pool has great amenities and great staff. The breakfast was okay. Some good local food. The rooms are very interesting and has lots of automation. But are small. So just be aware. The other thing is that it needs abit of a clean in some areas like bathroom and needs some pest control as we had a roach in our room curtain
100% recommend
Amazing hotel, great views and room was amazing. Would be better if more sunbeds / places to lie down by pool as not many at all. Great stay and would love to go back
Enjoyed the pool area. A 10 minute ride to the beach.
All of it was amazing
Vacation Lime Hotel. El Nido. Palawan.
We had a great stay. Personel was really friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular from the nice pool deck. The breakfast and food they offered was good. Room cleaning was okey but could be better. At times it was some sewer smell in the bathroom. Hope to go back some time. I recommend this hotel.
The toilet in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. Obviously staff don't bother cleaning it. I used it again the following day and the stench was horrific. The room we stayed in was pretty good but definitely needed maintenance.
A éviter!!!
The staff were very helpful and the resort was nice and comfortable. Lime was in an awesome location. Close to the town and next to some great spas! The only negative was you could hear the staffs walkie talkies all night, as the walls were very thin. Besides that, it was a beautiful hotel!
Good restaurant on site.Transportation steps away up the street to get to town.Room needed a fresh coat of paint and exterminating.Good views from the pool area. Not far from Vanilla Beach
Decent
Our stay went really smooth the staff is very accommodating to the point they will open ur door whilst ur inside the room which I wasn’t a big fan of. The place was very nice! The view was immaculate but there’s a lot of bugs to be aware of! Like a lot! The location is decent a bit far from el nido town but there’s a lot of transportation ready if u ever decide to go to el nido town. Overall our stay was okay! It could’ve been better.
**Overall Rating: 7/10** The room offers comfort and cleanliness, but the same cannot be said for some common areas. The hotel hallways and parts of the restaurant were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Oh to mention that Inside the room, the curtains had noticeable stains, and the washroom had an ant problem. Checking in was also a hassle, as we were the at check in time 3pm which was late, waited 40 minutes before getting our room. While the staff were friendly and welcomed us with drinks, service was slow. We had to follow up three times to receive basic items like kits, towels, and a hair dryer. The location is convenient for beach access but far from El Nido Town proper, which might be inconvenient for some. The highlight of our stay was the pool and the scenic view. The breakfast was decent but not particularly special or memorable. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym was disappointing. It had very limited equipment (only 2–5 machines and equipments), most of which were either broken or under maintenance. Additionally, the space was too cramped to work out comfortably. In summary, the property has potential but needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service efficiency, and facilities to make it truly worth the stay.
I really enjoyed my stay, i particularly appreciated how helpful the staff are
very nice
We enjoyed our stay. Nice view, good food and every one is accomodating 😍😍😍
We love it!
all good
Infinite pool immaculate
Very nice place
I like the hotel.
Lime Resort El Nido - Quality of Stay
I had an incredible stay at Lime Resort El Nido, where every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff greeted me with warmth and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered, including the security officer named Kenn, front desk staff, and room attendants, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs.
Amazing pool views
nice room and friendly staff
I would givd it 3/10
This place was great. Everyone was very nice and accomadating.
Everything was good, service and staff were great
Employees were all very professional.
First, we would like to thank one of the staff for upgrading our room with a garden view as soon as we arrived. Second, would like to thank all the staff with unbelievable service with a smile while attending all our needs. All the recommendations. Letting us borrow umbrella when it rained for a whole day. The bar and restaurant staff for an excellent service and the room attendant that did a great job cleaning our room and surprised us with the heart shape towel when we came back from island hopping. What a nice touch. The infinity pool was great. Though there’s no beach available in this property, there are a couple of nice beach that are close by. Vanilla Beach and Lio beach. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Fantastic staff. Great pool and deck area. We had standard and deluxe rooms. Deluxe was great, standard had no windows or fresh air. This left the standard rooms very musty and smelly. Would definitely recommend.
This property has a very odd and unpleasant smell
ambiance and the facilities
Beautiful views
Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind enough to give us a full upgrade of our room with a full ocean view after we found our toilet in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was a leak in our ceiling.
Our room was falling apart. The laminate floors were buckled up from what looked like water damage. The bathtub faucet was loose as well as one of the sinks. Asked housekeeping for toilet paper..never came. We ended up taking it from the housekeeping cart in the hall down from our room. The door frame was damaged like someone broke in..did not feel safe. I was not impressed by the breakfast. The plus side was the service at the Sky Lounge. Jessy and Micah did an excellent job with customer service. They both made our stay there enjoyable. If it weren't for them i would have rated our stay a 1 star. Thank you Jessy and Micah for the wonderful service.
The hotel had fabulous views of the sea and the limestone cliffss I would definitely recommend it but the facilities were a bit below standard. Ripped bath towels and bedsheets a bit old. Friendly staff but a lot of them seem to standing around trying to look busy when things could be a bit more slicker.
Smell mouldy, lots of moulds in the corners, I just don’t like the smell, and some rooms had no windows for fresh air. I needed to transfer in another room but ask me to pay extra 400.00 dollars. If you know the smell of a septic tank, That’s how it is .
The hotel had a bad smell, in the room, elevator and surrounding area. Smells like toilet. However, Staff was very helpful and nice.
Terrible smell of the property.
Lime Hotel review.
Room spacious , service very good but the smell of the sewer persists and location is far from the town where all the good restaurants are located.
The front desk is not friendly .. The staff at dining area during breakfast is not responsive to costumers needs . Like there is no available spoons and forks and napkins to use. Then we were there for lunch . Nobody came to take our orders because they are having a meeting with the Manager infront of us . We can hear the Manager reprimanding one of the staff during their said meeting . Not very professional to do a meeting infront of your costumers and also we can hear everything . The balcony at the lobby has a sharp pungent odor. The view is nice but you can't stay there longer because of the smell.
We had so much fun! I believe this is the best place to stay! I recommend to do a private highlight tour, it was worth $500 tour guide Jun esguerra was really good photographer/tour guide! Best part is the private lunch at the private beach, food was delicious! Thank you Lime Resort!
We really enjoyed our stay at the lime resort. We were very impressed by the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very helpful in helping us to arrange transport to our next location as well. The view from the pool is incredible, probably the best view in El Nido. The breakfast was buffet style and was fairly average but it wasn’t bad. Overall would recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay in El Nido.
Five star for the staff and services. The property on the other hand is a health hazard due to mold.
We had a nice oceanfront upgraded room and it was a horrible experience. The room smelled of sewage right when we walked in. We notified the staff for help and they did what they could to help us by putting an air freshener in the ceiling vent and spraying with Lysol (worsened the smell). We let therm know a few more times the issues wasn’t fixed. They asked us to leave the doors closed as they thought it was coming from outside. We narrowed it down to the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed and help a tiny bit, but we literally had to wear a mask or hold our breath every time we had to use the bathroom for anything. Days after we left, our clothing still smelled like the hotel room. First few days of our trip were absolutely ruined because of this issue. I brought this up to Lime Hotel again after leaving and before I left this review so they had the opportunity to fix my situation, but I have yet to hear from them (it’s been two weeks). The “gym” they have is a universal Amazon special machine, a few free weights and a treadmill. It’s literally a hotel room with no furniture in there. You also have to sign up ahead of time for a spot at the gym as it’s so small, they can’t have it overcrowded (more than one room at a time). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there’s better accommodations all over El Nido.
Ac is leaking. Has a puddle of water when we go in the room.
Perfect El Nido Launching Point
Lime’s pool and sunset views are incredible and their daily snack happy hour poolside is a lovely treat. A 100PHP trike into town or to Marimegmeg beach makes it really accessible to explore the area outside the resort as well. Tours booked through the hotel are excellent as well but be prepared to swim to and from the boat launch in El Nido. Overall, a great stay, will be recommending to others.

Clean and comfortable
Okay
Overall this hotel is okay. Not the best value for the cost. The staff were friendly and pretty efficient, the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, and the electronics in the room were a nice added touch. The view at the pool area is spectacular. However, there was mold on the wooden frame under the bathroom sink and the sink did not drain. They ran out of towels so we had none when we checked in (they gave us pool towels instead). The elevator smelled like raw sewage. We left the “clean room” light on and they didn’t bother to clean it. I asked for extra coffee packs for the room and they wouldn’t give me any (they only provide two single use coffee packs, two creamers and two sugars). The breakfast was okay. The eggs on the main line were very runny, but the made to order omelets were good.
Staffs are very friendly but There's no hot water, floor towels weren't provided which was a safety hazard especially when the floor is wet after showers coz the floors are very slippery ask 3x directly to the front desk since room phone doesn't work(also reported that but they didn't fix it throughout our stay.
great location and get view, especially on the top floor by the pool. the staff was great!
View was beautiful. Staff were helpful
Nice and modern compared to other el nido resorts. Beautiful views from the pool / sky deck. Just need to improve on linen service. Each day they replaced the towels with already dirty towels and the bedding had holes.
The only good in the Lime hotel is the infinity pool. The rooms are not the best. I booked 4 rooms and the 2 rooms did not have towels. The other 2 rooms only had 2 bath towels and no extra small ones. One of the rooms I got, had bad leakage, that the room smelled like sewage. The rooms are dusty and the shower could flood the whole bathroom. This hotel is not good at all.
We couldn't stay at this property, it was unsave to breath there, the hotel was humid, with a strong smell, and wet. There was mold all over the place,The room doors were wet, they were in the proccess of painting and there was a strong smell of paint all over the hotel. The worse part was the terrible amount of mold we found in multiple rooms, even on the hotel paintings, all the bathrooms on the 3 rooms we had were full of mold, in one of them below the sink the wooden planks had been shattered and are black and rotten due to mold and humidity, which can be seen even around the ventilation racks. They even tried to switch rooms for us but the same problem persisted. The mold has spread to the entire hotel. The receptionist were very nice.
All around great hotel. A bit far from some locations but close to others so evens out. Great place with a nice view!
Excellent customer service. Very good buffet breakfast selection.
We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The entire staff did an amazing job and the room was veey clean, wi-fi was great onbthe 2nd floor, air-con was great and the television worked well. The daily breakfast buffet which ia included was amazing and they changed the menu everyday. Another bonus is hotel and general area is very quiet. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommended.
Stay for 4 nights. Nice property and in good location.
Excellent staff
Clean and modern. Excellent service and excellent tasting food selection! Great breakfast buffet!
the infinity pool is excellent. the staff are all very friendly and accomodating.
Our experience with Lime Hotel this time is not the same as before. Please look into the cleanliness of hotel. Phone is not functioning, bathroom is filled with molds, towels are not clean, linens and bedsheets smell bad.
Staff was great and very helpful with the questions I had.
Great views. Great staff. Will be back.
No consistent hot water Too loud music in the property Overcharging x tea bags
I liked how clean the hotel was. The staff was nice. I felt taken care of.
It’s an okay stay. Room service was prompt however daily cleaners doesn’t seem to be synchronized with the items they restock the room with. We were lacking towels on day 1 and on our last day, they gave us hand lotions and stuff which we never received for the past first days like, are we supposed to have it since day 1? Also, front elevator smells bad.

10/10 would recommend.
We were here for 4 days and from the first minute to the last it was amazing. The rooms are state of the art eith ipads to control everything. The rooms are super clean and comfy beds. Everyday they stock it with more water. We had a small issue with a drain not draining and they fixed it in minutes. The view from the pool is best on the island and the 6pm sunsets are amazing.
