Love this Hotel
We would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10! We will be staying here anytime we are in brooklyn!
Great stay
The room was very clean. The sheets and towels were high quality. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the daily continental breakfast was excellent. This hotel is an exception value for the price. I will stay here again.
My son and I are fasting for the month of Ramadan. I asked the front desk about early eating they had everything we needed in a timely manner. It was much appreciated.
Everything perfect except small rooms and I should pay for the parking
Best travelers’ hotel EVER.
One night stay. King size bed was comfortable, room felt spacious and not too tight. Last min booking and had the accessible bathroom left, which was spacious as big as the bedroom. Was initially detered by the additional fee of extra guest when booking. Breakfast was a disappointment though. Food was cold and felt old and stale. I saw 3 pans of eggs heated around 30min before they end breakfast. Maybe for the next day? Felt they were missing some basic breakfast items. No pb/jelly, no hot cereal. Overall stay was okay but not my go to.
Great view. Great people. I always stay here.
Very nice hotel and room. Very convenient for me. Valet parking which is nice for those driving in from nearby areas, and plenty of space to navigate uber/lyft on the street safely. NYPD station across the street but not very loud.
Rooms where clean and breakfast was really good
The property was clean. I had no issue with parking and the staff was nice and helpful.
The property was clean. It was walkable to my daughters apartment and the price was reasonable. Also, I parked my car when I arrived and did not have to worry about it during my stay.
Great shower and a great view
Hotel staff were very friendly. Quick and easy check in. The hotel and room were very clean with a super comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again next month for my next trip to the area.
Easy access from the highway, on property parking, very good breakfast buffet included, friendly staff
Great service
Had to pay a resort fee…It’s no where near a resort.
Great housekeeping
No problem...all went well
The staff was very friendly and the gym and breakfast area were both nice. Seemed bet safe with the police station next door.
Best 24hrs ever in a hotel
We stayed for just one night and it was perfect! Clean small but had everything. And we didn’t feel squished we had space for everything. The bathroom was spacious and high tec very cute and soooo clean. We were skeptical at first but it surpassed our expectations!!! Will stay again.
Brooklyn Buy
I appreciated that they gave us an upgrade room upon request. Great view of Statue of Liberty !! The smart wise toilet is eco friendly but the flush isn’t as powerful as the traditional type. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good: pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee , juices, bagels …. Self serve in a pleasant lounge area. I felt in the neighborhood. For the price, can’t be beat.
Extremely courteous staff, just a short walk from the subway, several delicious local eateries within a five-block radius.
Will definitely be booking again
The view of the Statue of Liberty was very distant but clear. Being near a police station made us feel comfortable walking around to get supplies. Room was tight but clean and updated.
All rooms are technological advanced and contain bidets. The breakfast in the morning was good. I would definitely stay again
Good to stay for overnight to cruise in Brooklyn
room is small but modern and clean; breakfast is ok.
My room very nicely designed and very clean. The bed and pillow comfortable. Breakfast was good! NY bagels lol, sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pancakes, fresh fruit. A nice boutique hotel to stay on way to cruise ship in Brooklyn. (I only saw a KFC a block away for a takeout dinner, but I brought my own, knowing there wasn’t much around.)
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. The hotel’s proximity to Manhattan was the main reason we chose it, and it was very convenient. While the neighborhood isn’t the best part of Brooklyn, it felt safe and acceptable. Finding free street parking was a bit challenging but manageable. The breakfast was average, but overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The room was small, the bathroom was large and great.
Better quality breakfast and/or more a variety of breakfast food options would be nice. Other than that the stay was great!
Good beutyful
Great, clean, modern
Great place!
The staff are friendly. The unit itself was spotless clean. High Technology throw out the unit. You will need two keys. One to turn the lights and appliances in the bathroom and the other key to come in and out of the unit.
The room and hotel was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. Don’t like the fact that they asked for a deposit when the room was paid fully in advance.
The property is very nice. Small room but very cute. The view is amazing. Staff so nice. Location is wonderful. I like it a lot.
Very clean; not easy parking on street.; room nice modern clean but small
Room was cozy as expected but exctly what we needed. Clean, easy check in and checkout and the Staff was excellent.
Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was surprisingly large. All staff I engaged with were all pleasant and everytime we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The site of the Statue of Liberty is there but way off in the distance. Overall very good stay.
Everything was new. Safe and secure. Front desk people were very nice. Free breakfast was exceptionally good. The rooms are very small but it’s perfect for sleeping. Great beds and pillows. Seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood. The nypd 72nd pct is right next door. We walked about 5 small blocks for dinner and it was good. We will definitely stay here again if in the city.
A Gem Hotel in Brooklyn
We found this great hotel near our son’s apartment so decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, airy, well appointed, great breakfast area, parking, very comfortable and new. Views of the city were nice. Highly recommend and we will return.
Good staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was great and accessible area in Brooklyn
Extremely clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast
This was a great spot if you are wanting a more local Brooklyn experience. A lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. Also a cool industrial warehouse for food and art. The hotel was quiet and clean and we had no complaints!
Small but convenient.
The stay was only for one night. The room was small but clean and acceptable. Becuase of the location it was close to places.
Clean, convenient, luxurious bathroom, beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty and the harbor
Good
It was just average. They could’ve done a much better job with the breakfast for example, terrible coffee! They provided very mediocre products. The decoration was all white ceramic with no creativity. Selling imitation perfume in the lobby didnt help. For 300 and something dollars I expected better.
Good night sleep!
It was a pleasant stay!
My boyfriend and I had such a great stay at this hotel! There’s a cute little Mexican restaurant in the same street that the hotel has a discount for, and even if you can’t park at the hotel, there’s free parking on 30th street! It was super convenient, there’s a train station on the same street and only one street over, and overall it was quiet. I didn’t expected it to be quiet because the hotel is on a Main Street, but I slept amazing. The staff was all so nice and helped me navigate myself around. I love it! I’ll definitely be looking to book here again!
Quick Overnight = Easy Stay
It was a quick overnight trip. The room was c-o-z-y, but parking was convenient next door and service was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for a 'free' breakfast.
N/a
Property was well kept and rooms were clean. Breakfast however was terrible, which is why they’re only getting three stars for overall experience
Great location for cruise, parking and restaurant options
Good customer service great breakfast and parking for low price
Good stay - it did the job
We only spent one night at the liberty view hotel and it was good for what we needed. We were attending a concert at the avant- Gardner and initially believed the commute would only be 25 minutes, but it’s closer to 45 due to traffic during the day. We also booked this place because it said it had parking. We got there too late and the parking attendant was gone for the night, but did end up street parking during our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
It's a pretty good place. I'm glad that I found it.
We like to stay here when we come to town to see our son. It is clean and convenient. We stayed 2 nights and were disappointed the cleaning staff did not visit our room despite signaling with the lighted button.
The room is very small, but clean with comfortable beds.
Lovely hotel next to the police station
Very nice
Good location. Walkable attractions nearby.
Great place to stay
Great place for a last minute visit. Firm bed, comfortable. Good shower. Good parking. Close to the subway. Friendly staff. Only wish we had more pillows. Definite will return!
Very small room ...expensive...no parking had to pay $40 extra to park my car
Clean, safe, amazing Thank you
The Clackers are nice and helpful . The bathroom is large and the breakfast is pretty good.
Room was very nice but felt cramped. Not much space to move around. No chair to sit in except a desk chair. It was also very loud with traffic but that's probably normal for NY. They did move me to quieter room but still loud. Mostly, I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. There is a subway stop about 4 blocks away, but I didn't really feel safe walking back and forth. And there is nothing to look at in the surroundings. The good: breakfast was excellent.
Nice Hotel. I would stay again
Modern hotel. Room was just the right size for the two of us. Great location and easy to get to. Nice large bathroom and we had a view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.
Very quiet for the city. Clean and very comfortable. There are lots of dining options within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Hotel breakfast was very good, lots of selections.
Staff was friendly and professional, forthcoming with dining recommendations and transit directions. They even called me to tell me which side of the street I should be on to enter the Subway... to make certain, I didn't go the wrong way. That's amazing. Complimentary breakfast was protein packed and thoughtfully curated. Coffee was great! Room was clean, water pressure was good, iron & ironing board, hair dryer. Bed was comfy. Granted the room was small, but I was alone and didn't need a big room.
Wasnt told about the $100 hold even though I prepaid for my stay, then parking was terrible. I know it’s a third party but the guy told me it will be $35 if I pick up before 11am at check out, but when I requested my rental, he charged me $50. It was almost like he incorporated a tip. I asked why is it more and he had a weird explanation that my rental is oversized and they add $10 and he couldn’t explain the remaining 5 and didn’t even bother to look into it. He just sat there with his hand out waiting for me to pay…
I was able to take the subway at 25th or 36th and both were within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
Nice toilet
Hotel was nice. Rooms are small but it's NYC only complaint is housekeeping didn't really clean. They just change bed & towels. There were some crumbs that wedropped on the floor under the desk and they were still there all 3 days we were there. That's how I know they don't clean thoroughly.
Stayed here for a family wedding. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Made it out alive
Clean. Great shower. Tech controls. Very modern.
Booked this hotel as it advertised that you could see the Starue of Liberty from the property. If so, it was not from the ground level or from our room. Not much right around the hotel. They do offer a full breakfast included in the room rate. The staff was the bright spot. Very friendly and helpful. With the number of hotels within a couple of miles radius, I probably would try a different hotel on a future visit to New York.
It was a really nice stay at Liberty view Brooklyn hotel. We could see tiny Statue of Liberty from our rooms window. The staff there were really kind and helping. Complimentary breakfast. Only thing I find cons is that the room was very small. But it was neat and clean with all basic requirements.
clean hotel with small rooms.
Great stay. Nothing fancy, but friendly staff and clean room. Good place to stay and would stay again.
We would definitely stay there again. Room was small but very modern and clean. Staff was very nice.
THIS PROPERTY IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE POLICE STATION,
Need more instructions regarding lights and toilet operation
Clean but small and outdated room
Great customer service, clean rooms and common areas, rooms are small ( which is expected for the area) but are upgraded and well maintained. Windows in the room open which is a bonus for those who like fresh air. Parking is next door, fee was $35 a day for SUV which is reasonable as I have paid $60 a day in Manhattan. Convenient location for a quick ride into the downtown/ more lively section of Brooklyn. Some local Delis and eating options in walking distance I will stay here again.
I stayed there for laborday weekend. Upon arrival, we noticed it was false advertising. The pictures were falsified. They made the hotel look a lot wider and bigger than it was. The room was small and could move around freely. The bathroom shower leaked out onto the floor when showering and extra towels were used to dry the leak, the hotel tried to charge us the entire $100 deposit for 1 dirty towel that was used for using the towels for the water leakage. They had housekeeping inspect and take pictures of the room before giving us back our deposit. This policy is not stated on the website nor was it mentioned at the time of check-in. I ended up paying alot because I asked for the manager and I was losing my patience. It feels like a scam. I will let Expedia know of these actions. Never again. I will never return to book with this hotel ever again.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Hotel is nice
If you want a nice, modern place to eat (excellent breakfast offerings), sleep (pretty quiet despite city noise) and shower (roomy and contemporary), then don’t hesitate to book with the Liberty.
Very clean and rooms have a sleek look. Good air conditioning. Breakfast is amazingly delicious. The hotel has a calming vibe and peaceful. Will definitely book here in the future again.
Wonderful stay in a local Brooklyn neighborhood. Close proximity to NYC and public transportation.
We were fans
We loved this place! The room was small but we figured that was NYC. They were stylish. There are a few little spots outside to sit and relax. Breakfast was nice. I don’t know; we were fans
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Property was clean and welcoming, morning breakfast wasn't too lavish but it had everything you needed to get your morning started! Police station right beside the hotel which was interesting. Decent food spots around so get a quick meal, subway was also less than a 5 minute walk which was nice.
Temper your expectations and you'll be happy
The rooms are SMALL and the floor drain for the shower was bizarre, but I don't really have any complaints. It was clean and we were organized enough to survive in the space. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. The parking available is not a parking lot, but a for-pay stacked car storage. It was decently priced and I wasn't planning on driving while in the city anyway, but know before you go! Industry City is a few blocks away so that was awesome and the Brooklyn Ferry Terminal was 2 subway stops away.
Musty room smell.
My room was spacious with a fridge, safe, clean queen bed and adequate closets. My issue was the musty smell in the room. I had to blast the AC all night in order to decrease the smell. Room service provided an odor free spray which didn't help much. When a requested a change of rooms they told me that were booked.
Nice
It was amazing
Excellent

Overall- a decent place to rest your head
Comfortable Room - dont get too hyped for the views or the neighborhood. My view was a graveyard :/ Stay there if you need a something clean, affordable and, temporary. A nice perk is a inclusive breakfast buffet open to all clients. The closest stop is local - 25 st - DNR line. Parking is available Electronics/Appliances have been updated. Free wifi Cons: - Stayed on the 8th floor. The bathroom had a sewage smell throughout the stay. Popped open a window. -After running ac/heat for a few hours, the room smelt like gas -Mini fridge could have been colder -You need a room key for electricity including toilet usage. -BATHROOMS WERE FREEZING -Not many late night events/ open spots within walking distance (10-25min) Overall- a decent place to rest your head while moving through NYC.
