For sure not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is very bad and for sure not Italian cuisine.

All staff were pleasant and friendly.

Delidji is absolutely fantastic, and epitomizes quality hotel customer service.

The room is understated elegance and in addition to the espresso setup there is an electric kettle and tea bags so I could relax with a cup of tea in the room. As a tea drinker its a bonus making the stay special.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive, professional & knowledgeable. Thank you for providing an incredible experience for us. We highly recommend L'Ermitage Beverly Hills!

Amazing hotel in hear of Beverly Hills

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff make is extra special and pay attention to all details you tell them. the comp car service for the evening meals is also an excellent addition and the driver was fantastic! Food at their restaurant is divine and we will def recommend this hotel to friends and family! We are already looking to come back next year for another visit with them.

Great location close to everything and yet not in a very busy spot. Staff was fantastic. Overall great place to stay.

Nice location and clean and conveient but more of a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Limited dining options. Rooftop was closed. Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria. Staff was a bit "woody". Parking awful and they charge an egregious $70 for parking when you can park for $20 around the corner. Concierge has 2 dedicated desks but a bit disjointed and does not answer when called. Complimentary driver/car to Beverly Hills shopping is a nice touch.

The best best stay. Staff over the top nice and friendly. Location close to everything but quiet and tucked away. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant. We must return when the pool construction is finished to see it, I’m sure it’s also 10/10.

Weekend retreat in Beverly Hills

The hotel is a great choice for Beverly Hills if you want to be close to everything but enjoy a quiet location. Remodeling provides spacious well appointed rooms. Staff is very gracious and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the pool area was under construction and view from balcony was not as exiting. Next to that, all perfect, especially the driver service and all the staff!

The staff are really excellent

I was disappointed that upon check in, I asked for a room that had 2 beds rather than one because I was traveling with my daughter, and even though one was available they would not upgrade us without a $100 charge. Usually if a room request is available when checking in, a hotel with make the switch even if it’s technically an upgrade. So we stuck with our king bed, and the room was very nice and we enjoyed the hotel. It’s in a great area!

Staff is efficient and very responsive. Their car service and chauffeur is terrific. I'll definitely come back to this hotel

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. Only complaint and not a big deal for us but perhaps for others was that the rooftop pool was under renovation. We were not made aware of that prior to booking. Perhaps why rates were attractive. Really a nice place, great staff and good location.

We choose this hotel always when in Beverly Hills!! It’s quiet and cozy and accommodating!! Excellent food prepared upon request when needed with quality oils/butter as well!! We love it here!!

Absolutely the friendliness place!

Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff in fantastic location. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms. The restaurant staff sometimes get lost hanging out together, the drinks are extremely expensive for a very short pour, and the two rooms on the second and probably third floor on the front are too noisy (main entrance and outdoor dining area, we unfortunately stayed in one). You hear everyone checking in, out, etc.

I would say this is the best location to stay in Beverly Hills if you want a calm, peaceful time that is super close to all the glitz and glitter. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL- the feel of the hotel is super classy and the rooms are super spacious! The managers are AMAZING! I actually considered staying at Four Seasons but even their location is not as nice as this one and the vibe is different of course.

Awesome stay at L’Ermitage!!! Everyone was super nice and the property was beautiful and very clean. It’s right in the middle of an upscale neighborhood in Beverly Hills so you might miss it, but very convenient to all BH has to offer. The best shopping and restaurants are all within your reach. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Great luxury hotel in a wonderful quiet location. Easy walking distance to Rodeo Dr attractions. Small boutique feel adds to its sense of exclusivity, privacy and intimacy. Very warm and personable service from all staff from the front door throughout. Also a relatively good value compared to the other 5 star lux hotels nearby. My first time staying at L'Ermitage. Defintely wont be my last.

Very disappointed in our favorite hotel

We stay at the L'Ermitage every time we come to LA. Each time it is fantastic, however, this last trip was such a huge let down. We decided to bring our family, and when we arrived, the room took over 2 hours to prepare even though they are known for preparing rooms at time of arrival. This was inconvenient, but understandable considering they were busy. After waiting, we were taken to our rooms to be met with a smaller room than we had reserved, and our family's room was next to a room that was blasting music. We requested to switch rooms and the front desk was kind and apologetic. Once we got to our new room, things were fine, however, our family's new room had hair in the sinks, the bathtub, and candy wrappers on the dresser. Clearly the room had not been cleaned or inspected before moving us there. It was very unsettling to be moved into a dirty room. Finally, our family was moved to a 3rd room, and even though there were fruit flies, they decided to stay because we were too tired at that point to move to a 4th room. Between our group, we had to go through 5 rooms. In addition to the rooms, we went downstairs for an iced coffee at the bar. After ordering and waiting for over 10 minutes, the server came back and forgot our order, so asked again what we would like. We had already waited over ten minutes so decided to just leave and go get coffee somewhere nearby. This hotel is usually 10/10 and our favorite place to go, so I'm very disappointed.

It has quiet elegance, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is large and had a good size couch to relax on. The dressing area had a large well lit vanity and ample closet space.

While I'm sad to say I didn't get many names, EVERY single encounter I had w/a staff member, from Reception desk to Concierge on duty 9/6, to the in-room dining delivery of my b-fast to the driver (David) was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, pleasant, or entertaining. What marvelous service & people you have!! I WILL return.

We had such a wonderful experience at the L'Ermitage, even just for our one night stay. We had just been married the night before, wanting to have a staycation evening away from home before getting back to real life. The entire staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and generous. We had a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, enjoyed coffee at the cafe in the morning, and sat by the pool all day, sipping cocktails and champagne. The pool bartender (Ramsey) was so friendly, helping us celebrate while we played games and lounged in the sun. Even the valets were lovely! We would definitely recommend the L'Ermitage to friends who'd like to stay in the area, and would consider coming back anytime we're looking for another staycation! Thank you, L'Ermitage!

Can’t speak highly enough about our stay. First and foremost the service was beyond our expectations. Calm, reserved, personable, and warm. But always focused on the client. The room was also well designed. It felt warm and classy. Very roomy as well. We heard they did a remodel recently (a few years ago) and it still looks great. Will be back next time we are in the area.

This hotel has somehow found the perfect balance between luxury, exceptional service & zero pretence or uncomfortable formality. Everything here is great, every staff member i interacted with was kind. Special shoutout to Christine on concierge who managed to get me into any restaurant i asked :) plus the nicest group of bell staff i've met at any hotel, making just coming and going a pleasure! The rooms are amazing, large (like an apartment) and the fitness/ pool is exactly what you need. Looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed at L'Ermitage towards the end of December 2022 and loved the experience. The staff made us feel at home, and were very polite, respectful and helping. Samantha at the front desk was amazing, she helped us change the first room when we requested a room with better view (thankfully one was available then). The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with modern and newer furniture. A very short walking distance to amazing dinner and shopping. My family loved it here and we highly recommend L'Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Everything about L'Ermiage makes it a 5-star boutique hotel experience. The entire property is luxurious. The rooms are large, quiet and plush. The entire staff is impeccably friendly and helpful. The hotel provides an array of small, thoughtful touches. Vey nice restaurant and bar. Definitely my first choice for all future stays in or near Beverly Hills.

The room was really nice, spacious , and clean. Housekeeping service was good. It is undoubtedly expensive (including room cost and dining) and our main concern was our room did not have a good view from balcony. It opened into some other property and there was a gathering there which created lot of noise. Also, they only provide valet parking, no street parking available.

We had the best experience during our stay. We had a late night flight so they were able to accommodate us with a late check out. The hospitality of every single person who works here is so welcoming and we felt so pampered. Room was gorgeous! Loved the vanity mirror and dressing room. We can not think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel.
