Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open.

Beautiful property and very clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We couldn’t find the resort late at night and they sent a staff member to drive to where we were and escort us to our hotel. They also let us check out and still use the pool and even offered us to use the spa showers as our flight was later in the evening. Highly recommend this lovely property. We will be back!

Very quiet, serene atmosphere.

The hotel was relaxing, clean and well maintained. Staff were pleasant. It's a 15 minute drive from Porto Cervo, but taxis are expensive, circa 50 euros each way. Nice pool and gardens, but the pool service could be better. We had to go to the bar to place our order, which was brought to us, but not always cleared away once we'd finished. The gym was very small (2 machines), the spa/indoor pool was closed all day on a Tuesday, it was difficult to book an appointment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with lovely gardens, a great pool and outstanding views over the sea from each of the rooms. The rooms were comfortable, the food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly. The gym was a little disappointing with very little equipment and, given the price of the hotel, we were disappointed to find there were no coffee making facilities in our rooms and nowhere to refill our water bottles

It’s a beautiful hotel and location and short drive to many other beautiful places and beaches. The view from our room was beautiful. The beach of the hotel is stony and a bit rough but there are nice beaches around if you have a car and bother to drive everyday. Resturants and staff are polite and the food is good. Joliet at the spa is very good at massage.

It is Super expensive for the value. Its more like an average 4-star accommodation. You can find much better options in the area.

Great staff and hotel! Just a few minor things they should fix: wifi must get much better, and we had flashing lights above the door in the room that you shouldn’t need to deal with in a 5star hotel.

Really gorgeous hotel we couldn’t have been happier. The view through the lobby out to sea is incredible. The staff were super helpful with recommendations daily.

A wonderful resort! Staff were terrific (and sent us with a breakfast box for an early flight out). Pool is refreshing and a terrific place to relax. Balcony has an amazing view. Highly recommend.

Amazing and welcoming staff. With only 30 or so rooms the staff to guest ratio meant you got a personalised service. The hotel was peaceful and tranquil and close to the beach.

This hotel is definitely not up to a 5 star standard by any means. The hotel charges an exorbitant room rate for a very basic standard , size and quality of room. The room service stops at 10 pm, which is unheard of in any quality 5 star hotel The bar menu is basic and actually it ran out of pizzas at around noon and I was told that the pizza would be available next day There is only 1 restaurant with mostly sea food menu When we ordered burgers with fries, the staff opened up a packet of crisps as equivalents of french fries The gym did not any towels, wall clock and only 2 work out machines The spa was very basic with extremely up market price

Staff exceptional and location is stunning and private . Service top shelf. My only (slight) disappointment was the size of the room (ample but below expectations for a 5 star resort) and surprisingly the degree to which sound from adjacent room was audible.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. This was clearly demonstrated when one of our party ended in hospital and they were courteous, helpful and considerate. This is when you see what people are made of.

Fabulous and Relaxing.. Super Perfect

This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Europe. The beauty is breath taking, the service was impeccable, the people were so lovely... everyone at the front desk knew our names and there were ready to JUMP to help us... something you don't see so frequently in Europe. On our first morning, the GM, Ms. Mancini, stopped by at our table to greet us. She was charming and beautiful and had so many suggestions for us. They booked us a boat to visit other islands (A MUST), reserved great restaurants, pampered us fully that after one week, none of us wanted too leave. It is a small hotel with so much beauty and comfort to make you welcome and feel at home. We would have loved to stay for another week if time allowed. So, we will have to plan to go back for sure. Loved it...

Amazing hotel, great staff and view! The restaueant was good. The only minor details we did not like is not iron in the room and a part that is a little bit difficult to walk to the beach. Amazing anyway !

This is not a 5 star hotel.

Don't be fooled by 5 star rating. This Hotel is under staffed and by that I mean one guy takes care of the pool and the beach which is little bit of the walk from the hotel. The poor guy works very hard but he is the only one for the entire hotel guests at the pool or the beach. The food at the Resturant was mediocre and the drinks overpriced. There is no Iron in the room and you have to pay 10 euro per piece to iron your clothes. This hotel needs lots of work to be a 5 star. On the first day of arrival we called room service from 5 pm till 10pm no one ever picked up to take the order even called the front desk to find out why no one is answering at the room service and he said he will take care of it and nothing happened. Later I heard the excuse of they were calling us but we didn't picked up. Which it was impossible . Didn't even try to make up for all the short comings. The bar service at the pool is also very bad. The same bartender at the bar is also provides service/drinks at the pool. Again it's a one man show. This is def a 4 star hotel . The staff at the Resturant stand behind you and talk very loud Italian over your head and one might think they are getting into fight any moment. Very over priced. It's a shame because it is a beautiful property but needs a lot of improvements. GM is a very nice person and he tried to make excuses for his short faults but he needs to train his staff first how to behave at a 5 star hotel. No one at front of the hotel to greed you.

Boutique hotel close to beach

Beautiful hotel kept immaculately with crystal clear pool, pretty gardens and private beach and overlooking the sea. Excellent 4 course dinner and good breakfast included in half board. The hotel needs evening entertainment or shuttle bus to Baia Sardinia for guests as there is no nightlife at the hotel and taxis are expensive - €35 to Baia Sardinia which is a 5 minute car journey. Buses cannot be relied upon and roads are very dangerous to walk along in that area. Hire a car if you want to fully appreciate the Island !

Peaceful and Private

Perfect for fly and flop holiday. Gardens very pretty with lots of beautiful shrubs. Just the right size hotel for peace and privacy. Lovely pool area with comfortable loungers and unlimited towel supply. Rooms all face sea with balcony and are off a very high standard. Excellent dining but drink very expensive in hotel. Car is needed if you wish to explore the beaches, ports and towns. Overall very enjoyable and would strongly recommend. Week vacation is perfect. Kayaking available from near by port.

Boring

The service at the hotel is so poor, so litle people working there, is no ambience at all, the gimnasio only open after 11 am and is so litle, the pool inside you have to pay 25 euros if you want to use( terrible 😡😡😡) the food is very bas , specially the breakfas,,, is a desaster, if you want a coffee in yourroon at 7 am is impossible,,, is not body can bring to you, no business center,,,, the hotel in general is very, very poor,,, is for 3 stars,,,, no more

Excellent Hotel in Sardinia

If you want 5 star service in a quiet yet beautiful surrounding then L'ea Luxury is the place. The staff were excellent. The facilities very good and the food was the best we have ever had.

Lovely location!

We had a fantastic one week stay ; the highlight of the hotel is the location and the sea view. Lovely and well maintained gardens and pool area; very friendly staff! The rooms were very clean and spacious We enjoyed the live music in the evening while having our dinner close to the well lit pool area! Off the beaten track, however not far from Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo. If you are planning to visit you definitely need a car so you can go around and explore the beautiful Costa Smeralda; thankfully we did. Overall highly recommended!

Beautiful Grounds

We had a superb 9 days here in June. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful making our stay very relaxing. All rooms have a view of the grounds, pool and sea which is really beautiful. The food was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is remote and therefore it is a good idea to hire a car for a few days. The hotel organised this for us. The only down side was paying 10 euros for a bottle of water, but in the whole scheme of things didn't spoil anything. Would definitely visit again. What a beautiful island. Don't forget to try the Sardinian wine.

Small boutque hotel in remote spot

The hotel is small and the guests were mostly older couples. I did see 2 families with children, but I would not recommend it for families since it is very quiet and serene. Breakfast and dinner are included and the food was very good, although it gets a little boring eating at the same place every night so we ate elsewhere 2 of the nights. The staff were all excellent except for the head waiter who was unpleasant and difficult.

Great for rich couples or honeymoon

My husband and I had our honeymoon here and loved every peaceful bit of time we had there, it's a very relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff too, the only down side about it would be the cost of drinks as a 75ml bottle of water cost 10 euros!!, and it's in the middle of know where Other than that it was gorgeous and we had a wonderful stay here

Fantastic Hotel on the Costa Smeralda

Best service I have ever had in Sardinia in a modern beautiful hotel, with great rooms that are frequently cleaned during the day. The pool is beautiful, but the beach is difficult to walk on and affects you going in for a swim. Dinner is outstanding but wine prices are outrageous, very much in keeping with the rest of the area. Staff cannot help you enough, and this is a great hotel to relax in.

Wonderful hotel and adequately priced for Sardinia which is well known for its over priced hotels.

The hotel was new and well looked after. The rooms were generously proportioned and adequately equipped with amenities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was given a free rom upgrade and since my flight arrived late at night a complimentary 3 course dinner was laid out in my room upon my arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly 3 times throughout the day.

Luxe hotel

Goed hotel om na een rondreis over Sardinië nog een aantal dagen tot rust te komen. Gezellig ontbijten en dineren op het terras met uitzicht op de tuin en zee.

Soweit hat es mir sehr gut gefallen, bis auf die überteuerten Getränkepreise und die Sonnenliegen die ab der Wochenmitte am Strand weggeräumt wurden, obwohl sich noch Gäste im Hotel befanden.

Trotzdem sehr schönes kleines Kastenhotel mit topgepflegter Gartenanlage unweit vom Sandstrand. Besseres Restaurant als Cala di Volpe und Konsorten. Mit Auto 10 min zur Cala di Ginepro ist ein Muß! Hohe Getränke und Zimmerpreise sind zu ertragen.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Gutes Essen. Besonders freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Unser Zimmer war perfekt geputzt, aber ein Zimmer unserer Kinder nicht ( wenn die Kinder es rechtzeitig erwähnt hätten, wäre auch sicher dieses Zimmer sauberer geputzt worden).Sehr gepflegte, schöne Gartenanlage. Service am Strand bei den Liegen ausbaubar. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist gut gepflegt und gut geführt.😊

Sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Das Peronal ist sehr aufmerksam! Man benötigt ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden! Kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht aus der Villa Gardenia. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, das Personal war super freundlich. Ein herrlicher Garten mit schönem Pool. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und das Abendessen sehr lecker! Gern wieder!
