Price wise it was good, but the room was very small and very dark. I think one of the main light wasnt working. Unfortunately we saw two strange bugs in our toilet for two consecutive nights which made us really nervous. We also booked non-refundable stay but requested if the hotel manager can refund us two nights out of four as a courtesey because we had urgent matter to attend but they refused. The lighting and bug made our experience not too great. The area also looked a bit shady. It is 15 mins walk to the central station and 20 mins tram ride to major attractions (more than 35 mins walk i believe)

Great hotel...no cooked breakfast

Small room, decent breakfast, clean room, nice friendly staffs at the front desk. Good value.

Upon arrival was shocked that i had to leave a 200 euro deposit as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere when booking. The room was cute and clean but it was tiny compared to the photos. also tried to shower and had to pause every two minutes because the drain didn’t work properly and was going to flood the bathroom. could also hear other guests talking and walking around hallways and laughing all night. overall nice but slightly underwhelming.

So the pros of this property are that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they kindly got balloons and gave us complimentary drinks which was nice. The hotel is in a great location close to transport links as well as touristy areas. The cons are that the breakfast was not worth the money, lacked variety and didn’t have basic things such as normal ketchup . Would definitely recommend this by Jarmusch which does brunch. Another con was the soundproofing is horrible in the hotel although they gave us ear plugs this didn’t help Another con is the smell the hotel had a horrible smell all over that smelt of sewage

It was a very enjoyable stay. We were a bit surprised that we needed to park on the street but more so at how expensive it was. Our only complaint about the room is that it was very dark. The decor was black/brown and only a few overhead lights. Very difficult to see for shaving or writing at the desk etc. Very comfortable bed.

Excellent service

Service outstanding. Breakfast very good but the same everyday. Room quite small. Bed took up the whole room. No room for suitcases or to hang anything up. Bathroom very nice, almost as big as the bedroom. Stairs difficult to use. The whole hotel very dark. Area residential so no bars or restaurants close. About 20 to 30 minute walk.

Only saving grace is the quiet neighbourhood

Location is bit out of the way. Both trams and subways are at least 7-8mons walk. Very very limited restaurant choices around the hotel.

Nice boutique hotel

Everything was great except for lighting in the bathroom. There wasn’t enough light over the sink. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a nice variety of delicious food.

The hotel is not convenient to railway stations.

Easy check-in - they were happy to store our luggage since we arrived before check-in. Staff was friendly and very helpful!! Clean, well supplied rooms!

The property was very clean and stylish. The decor pleasing and the en suite bathroom was amazing.

The lighting in the room is poor and there is no proper deck to work from so this hotel is not suited for people who are on business travel. On the other hand location is good and walking distance from Rotterdam Centraal.

Check in was very simple and easy with friendly staff. Check out was interesting; attendant seemed accusatory and grouchy

Best nights sleep ever

Absolutely the best nights sleep and most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Did not want to leave the next morning.

Not a very welcoming atmosphere

Very rude cleaning staff, shouting and being very disrespectful. Not the friendly vibes you expect from a boutique hotel.

The property was well placed within the city. The room was comfortable. A pod style coffee machine was a welcome addition to the room. The shower was fantastic. Staff were all very polite and helped with any queries we had.

Nice boutique hotel, quiet, comfortable bed. The only negative was the poor room lighting - too dark in bathroom and bedroom. You also have to have your own US electrical adapter.

I love this hotel room because of the cozy room, very clean & quiet environment. Just about 10 mins walking from Rotterdam Central. One thing to take note is their centralised aircond. However u can seek their assistance to adjust the ac. Highly recommended

I loved this little hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly. The room was wonderful and so comfortable. Only 10 minute walk from central station and in a pretty residential area. About 25 minute walk to the centre. Good transport connections.

It is a unique looking hotel with a good ambience; walking distance from Rotterdam Centraal station and the buffet breakfast is very good. Decent sized rooms.

stayed at the Hotel Marin for 3 nights in March,Comfortable Large Bed, nice Bathroom and very quiet. very convenient for the Station, only about 10 minutes walk. hotel about 10 - 15 minutes walk to nearest nice Restaurants had a nice relaxing stay.

Clean and modern

Great!

The room was not clean, missing tissues and no fridge. The TV is not well positioned in the room. No ramp for luggage at the entrance. Parking is too expensive (20€) for such hotel. The interior design in the hotel and the room was nice. Lighting was good. The reception staff were friendly.

Great hotel - some downsides

Great hotel, great location. Only downside is that hotel room was tiny, couldn’t fit suitcase inside easily. Also free bottled water in room isn’t there ( dispute as advertised), no fridge or free water despite it being very hot. Only water is paid for at the bar.

Small hotel conveniently located at 10 min walk from the central station. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast expensive but high quality; coffee machine making espresso/cappuccino/latte etc is freely available throughout the day. Highly recommended.

Hotel in a nice area. Not the cleanest, I dropped something on the floor that went under the bed and there were lots of women’s hair and a pen under the bed. The sheets had some stains on it too. Other issue that we had was the sound from the room upstairs. We could hear them walking everywhere and that woke me up at 7 in the morning. Not very good … It’s was an ok experience. Good hotel but with some improvements to be done.

I really like the location as it was within walking distance of the Railway station but was quiet. They had bicycles available for guests which was nice. Like the rich black shading everywhere although my husband found it too dark.

Very expensive for what it is. Elevator area smells. Rooms are nice but not many amenities available.

Great place but room a bit small

We had a great time in Rotterdam. The hotel is located in a central spot, and quiet area not to far from the Central Station. The staff at the hotel was great and very helpful. The room was good, was nice to have a queen bed, but they really should note that the room is so small you can't fully open the bathroom door because it hits the bed. It's almost comical to see, but it is a minor detail I guess. Thanks for the great stay.

Remarkable and enjoyable

This hotel was a big big surprise!! Amazingly clean, comfortable, and a wide range of roomcomfy’s (drinks, snacks, coffee/tea) high standards of bathroom facilities and materials. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. And yes, it happened to be a sunny day!

Ansich war die Unterkunft ganz nett, über das preis/leistungsverhältnis kann man sich aufjedenfall streiten. Was jedoch gar nicht ging ist das ein Mitarbeiter unbefugt meine Daten von meinem Personalausweis benutzt hatte um mich auf sozialen Medien zu finden. Was meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht geht. Das Hotel hatte auch erst nach einer 2ten Mail darauf reagiert & mehr als ein „wir bedauern es“ kam auch nicht. Ich (21 Jahre), war mit meiner Freundin (23 Jahre) alleine dort und das ein Mitarbeiter so mit den Daten umgeht, die man dem Hotel lediglich zum Check-In zur Verfügung stellt, ist einfach nur beunruhigend.

Een mooi, gezellig goed boutique hotel, bedden goed, stil hotel. Leuke vriendelijke mensen die er werken, heel behulpzaam en aardig. Goed ontbijtje

原本房間沒有窗廉，與工作人員溝通後更換另一房間。 位置在唐人街，與train 路程約5分鐘，但行人很少，入夜感覺不安全
