Lovely old house converted to a hotel. Restaurant is focus but was closed when we were there. Rooms are clean and practical. Bathroom quite small, but ok. Grounds are lovely.

Very nice place - quiet, in nice area. Well-organized room, if a bit on the small side. Good breakfast.

Beautiful building and location, helpful staff, clean and well decorated, high quality bedding and towels, good nearby restaurant. Shower was in a high sided bath and the bathroom very small. The room itself was in the eves and itself quite small, perhaps somewhat overpriced.

French manor house

A lovely area and top notch hotel that is the one to beat for professional and warm service. Also, superb food. The ambiance of an inn with non of the downsides. Hotel staff always available and highly competent. My room beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices, excellent dinners. This area (st. Lambert) a hidden gem known mostly to locals with walking and hiking trails, near to Versailles and other attractions.

Gastonomic Delight

Lovely modern room with open plan bathroom, fantastic location for visiting Paris and in our case the Palace of Versailles, however Saint Lambert De Bois not recognised by all Sat-Navs and hence not easy to find. Hotels restaurant which is situated 2 mins down the road is fantastic - best meal we have ever had in France.

Fantastic rural hotel

Fantastic hotel just outside Paris in a tranquil rural area. (Valle de la Chavreuse) A mecca for bike riding and exploring small villages and bike riding! You can even walk to several abbeys and chateaus on a beautiful path behind the hotel, Highly recommended!

Charming hotel in a peaceful setting

Le Manoir de Sauvegrain is a charming property tucked away in a peaceful park. The welcome was pleasant, the bed comfortable the buffet breakfast plentiful and good. The only negative feature I found concerned our room: it had a very modern, spanking clean bathroom but it was separated from the bedroom by only a half wall and no door, thus excluding any kind of privacy since the room itself was quite small. (the toilet, fortunately, was separate and had a door!) We were traveling with friends who had a room with a more conventional bathroom set-up, so I cannot judge the hotel solely on our room, but I was somewhat disappointed in view of the fact that it was reserved as a "superior double room" at a price of 100 euros

Placé dans un écrin de verdure mais non loin des centres d'activités, ideal pour se détendre après une journée de travail. Le resto et au niveau du reste ... au top

Superbe établissement très bien rénové à quelques minutes de Trappes

Bel Hôtel, Chambre confortable et très propre. Bon petit déjeuner servi dans une grande salle lumineuse. La terrasse du rez-de-chaussée située à l’arrière de l’hôtel devrait être restaurée afin de mieux valoriser ce bel espace.

Quiet Beautiful Natural Hotel

It was something like a small castle with all nature green around it. Very quiet and beautiful small room. Just one thing small issue which was bit difficult to open shower gel.

Personnel à l'accueil et petit déjeuner très attentionné, excellent service. Hotel propre, calme, très bon environnement avec la nature et assez proche de clients pour éviter les bouchons de Paris. Pour le travail, pas vraiment le temps d'apprécier les environnements du parc naturel...une autre fois!

Lieu Charmant

Séjour au calme dans un bel établissement, aucun problème pour stationner puisque le parking est privé, accueil jusque 10h30, à refaire ! Point d'amélioration; ajouter une bouilloire ds la chambre afin de pouvoir se prendre une boisson chaude ... merci.

Enfin du bon niveau dans un super cadre!

Un cadre à la campagne oû se dresse cette vieille batisse rénovée avec gout.accueil des propriétaires souriant, simple et professionnel. Tres à l ecoute..bref aux petits soins pour la clientele. Je séjourne souvent à l hotel et bien souvent le petit déjeuner est médiocre ( pain precuit surgelés...salade de fruits en boite...) ici pain frais..fruits frais pour la salade...confiture maison..je le recommande pour sejour amoureux...affaire...randonneurs...famille ( terrain basquet..foot..table ping pong..)

Acceuil tout à fait charmant Nous étions complètement en retard pour une fête de famille dans la région et la responsable du manoir à tout fait pour nous aider et nous faciliter la tâche Je recommande cet endroit et j'y reviendrai certainement

Bel hôtel caché en contre-bas de la route. La chambre est de taille correcte et d'un propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. L'accueil est souriant.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet ligger i et meget smukt og roligt område og er fint renoveret. Jeg havde 3 gode overnatninger og vil helt sikkert komme tilbage

Hôtel très cosy et confortable, en plein milieu de la forêt (silencieux) tout en restant proche de la ville Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix de produits frais. Personnel très serviable.

Assurément un hôtel faisant partie de mon top 5 sur la France & pourtant je passe beaucoup de temps dans les hôtels du fait de mon travail. Un havre de paix avec un seul regret, trop loin de mon bureau, sauf en périodes de vacances, donc sans trafic. A part cela je ne vois pas grand chose de négatif & si je devais faire une remarque, je pense que le petit déjeuner mériterait un buffet plus étoffé en terme de plats chauds ( omelettes, œufs brouillés, bacon, saucisse) d'autant qu'il y a de nombreux clients/touristes étrangers.

Tres belle batisse, un peu a l'ecart de tout, mais cela fait son charme. Bémol, on ne capte Rien avec son telephone, obliger de se rendre dans la cour. A refaire!

Mooi gelegen in historische omgeving

We konden slechts 1 nacht blijven, maar hebben genoten. Het hotel ligt in een mooi park, in een idyllisch dorpje vlakbij Versailles. De ontvangst in het hotel was vriendelijk en attent. Het diner in het vlakbij gelegen restaurant was heerlijk, met origineel uitgevoerde gerechten. Het ontbijt was, zeker voor franse standaard, uitgebreid. Cereal, fruit, eieren, kazen, vleeswaren en diverse soorten brood. Een aanrader dus!
