Good location.

The hotel is very basic but ideally located for Capitole Square and getting to and from the airport. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful week in Toulouse

This was my 3rd year in Toulouse for the International Organ Festival but 1st time in Hotel le Capitole. The Staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. I had a small room on the 3rd floor, the bathroom was tiny but adequate & my room was cleaned daily. Location is ideal, easy to reach all major sites on foot (although Public Transport is excellent - there is also a free circular bus service which runs every 15 minutes & goes to various parts of the City) I look forward to staying here again next year.

Well maintained hotel

The Hotel Le Capitole is centrally located in the Toulouse city center with easy access to the metro and the aeroport shuttle service. I found the staff to be very helpful, and appreciated the fact that the hotel front desk is staffed 24/7. I also appreciated that the hotel offers compact rooms that are well sized and well priced for solo travelers.

It's a very basic hotel. The AC worked well and toilets were functional but that's about it. The WiFi didn't work and the front desk wasn't very helpful when I asked them about it. It's ok for a one or two night stay but any longer, you're going to be uncomfortable.

small but well located

Two star hotel- clean and friendly (considering not a lot of people want to speak English). Short walking distance from the main Square of Toulouse. Room was small and only had a curtain instead of bathroom door.

Great location.

I wanted to stay near to downtown. Travel alone. Great location. The rooms are a little old, but charming; clean as well. The breakfast is ok. The staff really friendly, they make you feel welcome.

Cheap but not cheerful.

Small room. One bath towel for 2 . TV remote missing. Had to crawl over partner to get to bed. A single room used for 2? Reception helpful.

Very small rooms and dirty. Carpet is dated. A/C not working. They advertise a superior double room with pictures of such room but they end up giving you a regular , very small double room. I complained and they told me that was it.

N'acceptez pas de chambre au 4ème étage!

My chambre était au quatrième et honnêtement je suis restée abasourdie quand je suis rentrée. Indigne d'un deux étoiles. Dans la salle de bain minuscule, pas de lavabo mais un petit lave main impossible à utiliser sans en mettre partout. Douche dans un renfoncement piqué d'humidité. Quant aux toilettes, chasse d'eau quasi inexistante (ruisselet d'eau). Mes collègues qui étaient au troisième étage ont eu une expérience très différente et étaient satisfaits de la grandeur et de la propreté. Donc pas de chance mais ce n'est pas normal que des clients aient des prestations aussi différentes. Chambre 433 à éviter en tous cas!

Disappoimted

Great location. Bit disappointed in room size, shower to small and it's the first hotel I have ever stayed in that doesn't provide for tea and coffee.

Fantastic value for money, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent location near to the Place du Capitole. If you are not looking for a luxury hotel this is really good choice.

Was not great.

We only stayed for 1 night. The room was very tired looking. Carpet was dull and tired looking. Would advise walk around bare foot. Shower is tiny. Barely big enough for 1 person hardly enough room to move. The lobby was only part of the hotel that looked nice. WiFi is available in the room but speed was not great. The location is only nice part. Plenty of places to eat around, and main shopping area is around the corner. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for price, pay that little more and something more comfortable.

Lovely little hotel

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights in this quirky little hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was small but had brilliant air con, it was very clean and the cleaners came every day with fresh towels. The beds were very comfy too. It’s location is fabulous, just a few minutes walk to the main square and shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location snd Staff

The location of le Capitole was excellent! It is in City Centre and the shops, restaurants, and museums were within walking didtance from the hotel. My group and I were very happy with the service we received from the staff, especially from Aurelio and Jessica! They were very helpful in helping us get our luggage delivered to the hotel when Air France lost our luggage and was delayed a day. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Le Capitole to my friends!

Basic hotel

Pretty basic hotel, with an attempt of stylish decor but somewhat losely maintained. Strange arrangements of toilet - first time see a technique with loud electric pump and flush button almost at the flloor level. Falling off cables and smell of old house on top. But the general impression is not all negative: staff was welcoming, bed functioning - enough for a 2-days business trip.

Fantastic location and a great price

A refurbished hotel, absolutely central and a 15 minute walk to the central railway station. I would stay there again without hesitation. Price was great.

Weekend Getaway

The hotel is situated 30 steps from the shopping/restaurant district making it very accessible for walking anywhere. The rooms are small yet quaint and provide veerything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The front desk personnel are extremely helpfull in recomending anythign from food to sights to markets. The only drawback is parking. This i snot singular ot this hotel, parking is very limited in the city center so be aware. Great place and a very relaxing atmosphere!

Central, nice common area, rooms a bit dated

Very central Toulouse. Closest Metro is Capitole. (From airport, tram to Arenas then metro A). Common area is very modern. In room is small bathroom which is a bit dated. There is air-conditioning. Staff is very nice. Stayed for 3 nights. They did miss one day of cleaning. Not sure why. Maybe just unlucky.

In the heart of Toulouse, steps from everything.

This hotel was great. Front desk staff are really wonderful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed a little on the hard side for my taste but for one night this was ok. The only complaint I have is that I could hear the people in the next room as if they were in my room. I could hear their conversations like they were sitting next to me. I am sorry to say it as I liked the hotel a lot.

Une adresse à retenir

Petit problème technique à l'arrivée. Deux autres chambres nous ont été fournies, plus spacieuses et au même prix. Le gérant a été très efficace pour solutionner le problème. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant. Petit déjeuner très complet et à un prix très raisonnable. Hôtel bien situé à 7 mn à pied de la place du Capitole. Une bonne adresse à retenir.

Aceuil passable, hotel tres vetuste pour un deux étoile. Retrouvé bonbon maché sous le lit. Joints salle de bain manquant. Insonorisation catastrophique, on entend le voisin comme si il était avec nous. Fenetre difficile a fermer. Literie jaunis et matelat déformé

Proche du Capitole et du stade Ernest Wallon. Sentiment de malaise au moment de récupérer les clés de la chambre, (jugement d’être seule par le personnel d’accueil). Rénovation à faire SURTOUT dans la douche! Murs pas isolé on entend les ronflements de la chambre à côté.

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville à moindre frais. Hôtel tout simple qui devrait être rénové mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, le beurre et l'argent du beurre.

Vi köpte till frukost för 9 euro per person. Den var definitivt prisvärd. Litet rum och väldigt trång dusch, men ändå ok. Perfekt läge. Toulouse är en stad som vi gärna återvänder till.

j'avais réservé une chambre confort. A l'arrivée la réceptionniste a été surprise et m'a attribué une chambre apparemment pour 1 personne puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette. Lit collé contre le mur. Chambre 11m2. plus que délabrée. Heureusement que je n'ai réservé qu'une nuit. J'ai réglé une chambre confort et pas de geste. Le hall de réception n'a rien a voir avec les chambres. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement. Petit déjeuné correct.

Bon séjour, l'hôtel est très bien situé. l'accueil a été bon, le personnel sympathique. Notre chambre était très bien (pour ce style d'hôtel 2**) propre suffisamment chauffée et avec une insonorisation tout à fait convenable. Bref si nous devons repasser un jour sur Toulouse nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Rue bruyante le samedi soir. Travaux dans la rue me dimanche matin dès 8h. Tâche sur les draps. Odeur dans la salle de bain cela devait venir de la trappe sous la baignoire qui ne tenait pas fermé. Baignoire tachée

Le séjour a été super agréable. Le seul petit soucis c’est que les chambres ne sont pas assez sonorisé, on entend tous qui ce passe dans les chambres à côté. Sinon un moment agréable et emplacement superbe à proximité des magasins.

De kamer was schoon, de badkamer wel erg klein. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was de eerste nacht behoorlijk ziek en toen mijn dochter naar de receptie ging, was men bereid om haar te helpen.

L'hôtel est bien placé, le quartier est plutôt calme. Les personnes de l'accueil sont tous très sympas. La literie est confortable. Le seul bémol c'est vraiment le ménage des chambres c'est dommage

Great location, clean and friendly staff. I got a big room with a big bathroom with bathtub. As always in smaller hotels in old buildings you hear some noise so bring earplugs. You are right in the center with nice walking distance everywhere in beautiful Toulouse. Close to Primark😄
