The amenities provided in the room are sparse No tissue papers in the living and bedrooms. No coffee or tea cups provided Toilet amenities are sparse - no ear buds/ body lotion/ lights are dimmed Water pressure is irregular causing water temperature to fluctuate - a safety hazard as one could be scale by hot water Breakfast is expensive - lack of hot meals

We recently stayed 8 days at Lanson Place, and we were so happy with our choice of accommodation. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and beds were super comfy. All staff were exceptional and friendly. We were greeted warmly every time by reception staff and front security, they really made you feel like special guests Location was close enough to Bars, restaurants, street food etc, lots to choose from. Thankyou for having us.

Lanson Place is located at the heart of KL. It is very near the Chow Kit area (walkable), and just a 5 mins drive away from the Bukit Bintang Area. The staff on site are attentive and helpful, and the apartment is spacious as well as clean! Would definitely come back again and recommend it to other people!

Excellent Comfortable Huge Apartment

What an amazing place to stay. comfortable if you are here for work this is where you need to be in. feels like a home when you are here. A short walk to Bukit Bintang and lots of eateries around the area and a convenient stall across the road.

Good place to stay but can do with attention.

I have always loved the Lanson place but for me this time was not as good as before. Service has always been excellent and still is but the problem is now the apartment is becoming dated and is showing wear and tear such as a panel coming off in the office room where there is a socket and that socket is not safe to use. Another thing which is just attention to detail is there is no plate rack in the kitchen area so not sure how to drain the plates and cups after washing. Also since staying at the apartment I have notice that the floors are not cleaned as dirt are there on the same spot every day which if it was cleaned it will not be there. Another thing I picked up in the bathroom the shower liquid bottle where the pump part is when lifted the pump part was oozing with slime which is pretty disgusting.

Luxurious apartment with spectacular view

A friend recommended that we stay here and we were not disappointed. It was a large modern apartment, rather than a hotel room. Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. Location was excellent and walkable to everywhere we needed.

Excellent stay in excellent location!

As usual another excellent stay at Lanson Place serviced apartments. Apartments are ideal when staying in KL and are so close to Changkat, about 3 min walk. Very bright and airy with great views over the city. All staff very friendly, helpful and experienced. Great pool area with sunbeds always available. Breakfast is also available and I would advise to book it as it sets you up for the day, with great choices. We were staying as part of our 30th anniversary holiday and were made to feel very welcome and appreciated the adfitional extra touches that were laid on for us. Cannot wait to return again!

The location is perfect. It was walking distance to most everything. It was clean and everything was as described. I would definitely stay here again.

CNY Break

So spacious, so comfortable. Fantastic city views from all rooms. Fully equipped place. Kitchen with nespresso coffee machine and supplies, only could do with dishwashing machine liquid. Bathrooms even came with bath salts everyday.

The apartment is very cosy and clean. The facility is missing sauna room and if they will to supply detergent for washing of clothes will be great since the facilities are available.

Room big, no room service

The room/apartment was very big in size as advertised and it was a nice room. They don’t have room service or a restaurant. They only have breakfast and the pool is shared between 4-5 buildings but it was pretty much empty. The service was good and the staff was very nice. Overall the 9.2 rating was not justified for a five star hotel. It was more so like a 8/8.2 rating for five star hotel.

My home away from home. The accommodations are spacious with a very nice view. It's a great place to return to after a long day of meetings or shopping and dining out.

Very nice spot - only small issue was the lighting in the bathroom was very low.

Best Apart Hotel-KL

Tremendous Apart hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur. I stayed in 3 different hotels during my visit there, but Lanson has topped my expectations. Supportive Staff, Great services. Will definitely go back to this hotel

Staff not very accommodating ask for early checkin charge me full days rate higher than my Expedia rate then I ask for late checkout on day leaving and they ask for half a days rate even thou I paid full day to check in early

We have travelled to Malaysia previously and stayed all over KL but this visit was by far the best we have ever had. The staff were very welcoming and assisted with anything we needed. The apartment was stunning, spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping were also excellent. We will be back in KL in the future and will be booking at Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon again. Could not fault them in any way whatsoever

Wow, what a beautiful place! The apartments are large and nicely decorated with good quality furniture. Honestly the nicest place we have stayed on our 2 month trip around Asia. I could live here permanently. It is also in a good location, very quiet area but a close walk to great food, bars, shopping etc. I would give this place a 12 out of 10, even nicer than the pictures.

Where to start? Firstly the welcome after the flight was well above and beyond, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient, secondly the 1 bedroom apartment!! Fantastic is an understatement, I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and apartments and must say this place was up there in my top 3. Could easily be No 1. The apartments are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The views amazing! The apartment was serviced daily! Beds stripped and everything fresh nightly! The facilities fantastic, gym good size, pools amazing and brekky on the 46th floor awesome! The area around the complex great also! Bars , restaurants and markets all within 500m walk! The location is the best part of this apartment as well as the friendly staffs and its cleanliness.

The property is very central and the room layout excellent,if you drive a car, traffic and navigation can be a hassle.parking at Lanson no issues, great.Attentive and good security .Some wall power points not functioning and could not figure out how to use the microwave oven, otherwise am very happy with the rest.Building entrance at night could be better Lighted up.Overall experience was good.

Great hotel, 100% to stay here

Great hotel, recommend to stay at Lanson Place. From the outset the welcome and throughout my stay was friendly from all the staff at the hotel. Every area was spotless and I loved the apartment I stayed in which provided everything needed, home away from home. Hotel was in easy access to the city and multiple bars and clubs within walking distance but there is no noise disruption to the hotel, nothing can be heard day or night. There is a cafe next to the pool which has great food and drinks.

Disappointed

Check-in staff - can be friendlier Condition of apartment - table lamp and living room lamps not working, master bedroom basin was clogged, master bedroom toilet had a bad smell. Had to ask 2 times over 2 days to get them fixed. Asked for a extra couple of bottles of water on last day (cost RM1 each?) and they wanted to charge me for it. Imagine paying ~RM 1000 per day and they wanted to charge me. Asked for extra bars of soap and was told maximum is only 2 (for a 3 bedroom apartment). Stayed there a couple of times before. This time was a disappointment and likely the last time.

The accommodation was amazing with modern appliances. The pool was fantastic and the staff were extremely professional and helpful inc the lads in the poolside cafe who provided the best coffee I have had and extremely tasty food and cakes. The location was spot on - close to all the action of Bukit Bintang but without the noise. I cannot recommend this place highly.

Great comfortable stay. Spacious apartment and prompt service.

Check in was awful. Slow and laborious with the woman who served us behaving in a very off hand and brusque manner. That said,once we got in, the apartment was superb.

Firstly was upgraded to a Two Bedroom Residensi, it was a very big unit which i think easily 1500 sq ft. The security was quite tight, you need to do your check in first, then using your room card to access to car park. The breakfast was simple but good enough. Very worth for the price.

A costly mistake ...

We booked 8 nights here but only stayed 1 night. Booked based on Trip Adviser reviews. Pros: 47th floor, amazing views Price, very good but you can’t refund on the special prices. Didn’t use main facilities, so can’t comment. Cons: Location - the surrounding area looks very run down. Pavements/sidewalks are broken and uneven. Very dangerous in places. Walking anywhere involves dodging the bars trying to pull you in. Literally every one. You just can’t avoid it as they place chairs out so you have to walk through. It’s really disconcerting and we felt pressured and unsafe. The 7-11 is at the end of all the bars so you have to walk through the bars to get to it. Check in - no information given on facilities or how to get to them. Given a WiFi password and nothing else. Restaurant was on the 48th floor above us and we could hear constant running up and down. After a 13 hour flight all that was in the room was bottled water. We’ve stayed in other serviced apartments with a welcome pack. Apartment - no instructions on how anything worked. No obvious smoke detector, on the 47th floor, that’s a worry. No air con in lounge/kitchen. Only found one in the bedroom. We felt so unsafe that we checked out the following morning. A costly, expensive loss as our price was non-refundable.

Loved staying at Lanson overall. Good location, great view, nice clean property. However there was an issue during our stay. The kitchenette area has a switch operated curtain. When we were trying to lower it by pressing the switch, a large wooden plank fell from the ceiling which could have seriously injured someone standing below it near the stove. We had to call the maintenance at 9pm to get that fixed and properly secured. We didn't dare use this feature again during our stay. I reported the issue to the management, they said they will look into it but they did not follow up with us regarding this.

The condition of the unit was not as good as a few years back.. lack of maintenance , toilet bowl always choke.. leakage at the bath room. Door not able to close properly

the room is spacious especially the 3 bedrooms unit, but we were not able to check in till almost 5pm due to cleaning in progress. Though they have compensated us with a free coffee/tea but this may not be what we wanted, they have to improve on time check in.

3 bedroom changed into 1 bedroom due to bad smell

I went n person on 9th Jul to remind the staff that my three bookings were non smoking room and will check in late at night on10th, we check in separately and one booking of 3 bedrooms is very smelly, cigarette and hard to stay for even a minute, due to fully booked up and it was midnight, only one bedroom left and three of us squeezed into that room, we have to share a bed and other sleep in rollaway bed, the staff asked us to leave an email and told us they will response within a week, I think I have been very patient and until 19th Jul, no one bother to even care about this mess because I paid in advanced for 3 bookings, money already in their account, so ......very disappointed and unacceptable of the no response attitude as a 4.5 star

heater was not working for a whole day. had to call a few time and finally at midnite they had it done. other than this it was a very pleasent stay.

It was near Changkat and Alor Food Street . When you stay at Lanson, you get discounts at selected restaurants and bars. Short Grab rides to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang.

Excellent packaged hotel and flight deal for 2 nights from Expedia!! Spouse was uber pleased with the hotel and location, and the sophisticated look of this serviced apartment tower, with its handsome furniture and fittings at the apartment unit, a pretty lobby with a boutique feel, and convenient shuttle service to two mall complexes. Although we booked a 1-bedroom, we were given (without explanation) a 2-bedroom (w/the 2nd door locked). The requested number of bottles of water were placed at the fridge, and the electrical adaptor were provided quickly by the pleasant housekeeping staff. Although well-cleaned and furnished, it did feel somewhat bare or spare, because it lacked decorative touches such as a welcome note, flowers, fruits or sweets that the usual hotels provide. But then, that may be due to the nature of the lodging as a serviced apartment, where they expect guests to stay long enough to provide the personal “touches” and warmth of “home”. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the unit’s generous size, quality, comfortable bed, natural light from many windows, and etc. As to the lobby staff, they seemed more cool than pleasant. No help/courtesy extended re bags (wasn’t needed, but would’ve been nice). Re shuttle, we were told it leaves on time and guests should be ready at least 5 minutes before ETD. The one time we took it to go to Suria Mall (2nd stop), it turned back before reaching the 1st Mall, because of 3 late (Chinese) guests.I’d like to think positive about this.

Great location, excellent property with amenities.

This place is great. Spacious rooms, roof top breakfast, swimming pool is a large infinity pool and the staff is extremely helpful. The front desk upgraded my room for free, gave me good information on locations to visit and would even use their personal cell phone to hail me a "grab" instead of a cab to save me money. Absolutely outstanding customer service, I will return.
