I came for family vacation, 3 adults. Hotel is fabulous, very clean and personal is very polite and helpful. Very close to the beach, literally just cross the street and go 1 minute down. 3 pools also were with pleasant temperature and a lot of space around. Rooms are simple, a bit old but very clean. Also great ozean view. Cleaning was every day, and no one took the tips. Food was great, with a lot of choices. Different kind of fish and seafood - everything was fresh. Cocktails in the evening could be better. Also orange juice has nothing to do with oranges - very chemical. We went to merkandona to buy fresh. Animators team and shows were also good, I liked calm piano sessions and music in the outside area. In general - great vacation, amazing hotel.
Lovely hotel, very clean & modern. Efficient Big atrim means entertainment is loud for many rooms.
Amazing staff
The staff, hotel and facilities were terrific. We had a great holiday with tasty and varied food, including vegetarian. The pools were heated and everything was clean and fresh. The staff were personable and always went out of their way to help us with specific requests.
Very clean. Good food.
This is an absolutely amazing hotel and you will not regret booking your holiday there.
The hotel is luxurious the food was exellemt great service bars cocktails evrything spot on rooms very nice and modern best to book delux rooms which have pool and sea veiw definatly recomend
This resort was all that it said it was. The facility itself was beautiful, the location was great for a relaxed vacation. The all inclusive “Platinum “ package is the best option with the two vip lounges and infinity pool . We would highly recommend Playa La Arena to everyone that asks for a great vacation spot!!!
The most glorious things are staff and cleanness hotel, food were ok pools were nice very friendly staff and vesty hospitable I want to send my thanks to all of them
The property is close to beach safe around some shopping stores around clean very nice and helpful staff.
Very nice, safe, very clean, foods were excellent definitely l recommend.
Great option for the kids, swimming pools and activities. Also all you can eat buffet can be added.
Lovely stay. Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food options were great, different options every day. Would perhaps consider removing the bath and having a larger shower area which would suit the lovely spacious rooms.
I really wanted to like this hotel. But when I had cash stolen out of my bag on hotel premises, the disappointing way they handled it was pathetic at best. -You have to pay for the use of a safe (what century are we in?) -When I asked about whether I could hold my luggage somewhere after checkout, the front desk person at the time sort of just shrugged over to the luggage room. She did not inform me there were lockers available. -The luggage holding area adjacent to the front desk is unsupervised, and the door unlocked, with anyone allowed to go in and out as they please without staff supervision. Very blasé. -I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that the cash was taken out of the luggage room, but if it was stolen straight out of my actual room, that would be the biggest trust-breaker of all. In either case, this hotel has lost my faith and trust. It was my fault for not hiding the cash better and that I only noticed that it (and a Snorlax sticker I had, huhuhuhu) was gone when I had arrived at my next destination. When I called the hotel to inform them, all the person did was apologize profusely but said there was nothing they could do because I had already left the premises. That’s a bit of a sorry excuse, but OK. She didn’t give me any other options or suggestions, like filling out a police report. I didn’t ask what they would’ve done if I had still been onsite but I doubt it would’ve been anything useful.
💯 highly recommended good service from rooms, facilities and food and drinks
Everything was fantastic. Hotel, staff, food amenities and weather.
Far from everything, and does not have many activities on the resort . Also hotel does not have shuttle services for guests .
Good hotel
Nice clean hotel with good amenities. The location is good for the beach and village as well as being secluded enough for a relaxing visit. Staff very friendly and food was good.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff were lovely, the location was beautiful and it was probably my favourite holiday to date :)
Disappointed
I was given a room on a side street that was noisy. There was no sun or view. I was told I'd only paid for standard room. There was nothing on the website to say that, this should be made clear on the website. I was not given an option to upgrade despite the hotel not being full. I had very noisy neighbours which was intimidating being on my own. Food was reasonable but tended to be overcooked.
It's definitely worth upgrading to the Platinum package, the infinity pool area and the View Bar alone make the experience so much more special! The staff are so lovely and the hotel is so beautiful and clean.
A really nice property also close to the beach
10/10, highly recommend
Everything was amazing however issue around platinum membership. On Expedia website a delux room and the suite both said platinum. At the hotel the deluxe got all the extra benefits including two separate pools and waiter service etc . The suite option didnot but I could paid extra at the hotel.
Excellent choice for families!
Summer holiday stay
Nice hotel in a nice location. Not very soundproof as the hotel area is open and loud music can be heard until around 11.30pm every night. Not ideal hotel to stay in if you like quiet and relaxing time as there are loads of young kids running around. Food is delicious and was very pleased. Overall ok.
Prefect place for a relaxing holiday. We hope the management will consider providing my options for vegetarian food for those who are vegetarian like my family. Overall we love it and will recommend to friends and family.
Great hotel at an unbelievable price via Expedia. Couldn't believe also got a discount code to work.
Been back to this Hotel 7 times now. Never had any problems and the staff are wonderful. Will be booking to return again. Speaking to many english couples and families they felt the same about the hotel. Didn't hear one negative. t
A lovely stay at the 4 star hotel. There are 3 restaurants, 2 dine in and entertainment and 1 buffet. We did not eat at the buffet restaurant during our stay but opted for dining at local restaurants in the evening. But the a la carte restaurant served lovely food. You can only dine at the a la carte for stays of 7 nights or more but they made an exception for us which was lovely. Theres a good selection of restaurants nearby within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We were all inclusive and there were snacks all day and drinks. There are 2 pools- one which has kids facilities like a slide and the aqua gym takes place there, and the other pool. Lots of pool beds to choose from. Only saw a few "reserved" but we always found a bed. Also there are balinese beds - you must try that experience, its lovely ! You get a package , we opted for the moet package option 4 - with moet and a delicious fruit and macarrons selection , really was perfect! Theres a weird system for exchanging the towels, you have to keep going to reception to get a card. Our deluxe room was spacious with a view of the sea and the mountains. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff were really nice and did their best to make your stay very happy. However do not cross into the platinum area at breakfast - i did on our first morning by accident, and was rudely told i cannot be there ! Apart from that though the staff were lovely, very professional and friendly. Lovely stay
Great hotel, nothing to reproach
Lovely holiday, food was absolutely lovely!
Rooms are supposed to be vacant for 72 hours before we arrived but we still sat in the lobby for one hour and then the room had a breeze blowing through the door and a sun blind flapping in the wind, the check in staff was very abrupt and almost rude, the walls in the corridors are bashed and chipped. We decided to cancel and find another hotel.
Fantastic Platinum infinity pool area
The Platinum part of the hotel (infinity pool and bar/snacks area) was amazing. The staff in that area were so obliging, friendly and helpful, the pool area was luxurious and stunning, the food and drinks delicious and plentiful. The other areas of the hotel were comfortable and decent, but not of the standard of the premium section which was what made the holiday really outstanding.
Amazing
This is an amazing hotel, and cannot really fault it. The adults club upgrade is essential, absolutely fab, the infinity pool is amazing. one thing that slightly let it down was the food. It is adequate but it did not equal the standard of the hotel as a whole. I wanted to thank all the staff for all their help and care during the lock down as it was frustrating for many, the staff are comendable. Thank you.

Don't be fooled by the top reviews!! This hotel has recently changed ownership and 99.9% of the good reviews are from it's passed greatness. Sadly, this once top hotel has gone down hill since changing hands.... and fast! Where to start! The restaurant (or canteen) is too packed, even on low season! Food average at best. The alcohol selection was OK, not what I'd expect for the money we paid, definitely under par. Entertainment.... Or lack of... I'll leave that one there. Bugs in the room, forever finding different bugs in the morning, ants, flies, even the odd cockroach on those really lucky days! Slight smell in our room too. Bed wasn't too comfy either. Don't believe all what you see in the pictures, maybe 5 years ago when they looked like they advertise. The staff... Hit and miss overall, canteen... I mean restaurant staff were the best out of them all. Quite unhelpful on the front desk. We both agree, we would not return to this hotel and would warn others to venture elsewhere. For the same money in Tenerife, you'll get a much better hotel. Hell! you'd get a much better hotel for your money in Blackpool!
Beautiful hotel
Amazing hotel, love the upgrade they did on the rooms. Unfortunately the standard of food gone down, but just slightly, and they changed the all inclusive wine so cheap wine that's undrinkable, which is a shame
A great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here and in my opinion it does a good job of catering to everyone's needs. The food was plentiful with a good selection and variations across the nights of the week. Really close to a lovely beach as well. Would recommend.
Loved the water slide, friendly staff and facilities.
BE Live Playa Arena 2nd Jan
We stayed for 10 nights from 2nd Jan. the Reception and check in was very good but we could not go into our room until 3pm. We had a superior room adult all inclusive with a huge balcony, however weren’t allowed beds on the balcony so was a bit of a waste. A brilliant sea view but also over the pool and the noise was annoying with shouting from the entertainment team for a lot of the time. The bed was supposed to be a king but it was two single beds pushed together which was annoying as they kept moving apart. The first part of the week the cleaning was done late in the day and we were totally missed one day altogether when I rang down to ask for clean towels it took 3 hours for them to arrive even though we said we didn’t mind the room not being cleaned. It was 7.30 before we received them so we were late going out by the time we had a shower. I had to call 3 times each hour and was promised they were on their way but they weren’t. I offered to fetch them but was told I couldn’t. The food was lukewarm and unless you went down to eat really early you had no chance of getting any fruit or porridge as it was all gone except for a bit of melon. I have never experienced that before in a hotel. We had access to a VIP bar but it was very quiet and not much choice of drinks although we paid extra we ended up drinking in the music bar however no ginger ale as a mixer. nothing much going on after the show. Not much to do around the area except for an Irish bar.
Nice adult area, very friendly stuff, good accomodation, close to Arena beach
Be Live Experience Playa La Arena Puerto de Santia
we were walking everyday so we used the hotel as a base. The rooms were clean and the food was to a good standard
Large room, well cleaned . Good variety of food. All inclusive with spanish drinks only. If you want brand alcohol, you need upgrade to Adult Club tarif. Nice lobby bar with live music at the evening. Good Tapas bar and a lot of champagne at the hotel - from breakfast in the morning, then at the pool bar and until the evening at all bars and restaurants
Mediocre
Very mediocre. Nice and clean but quite pricey compared to other hotels in the area that are newer and have more facilities.
Makes such a difference upgrading to the adults club and I would definitely recommend it!
Loved the adults club, private bar areas, food in the infinity bar and the infinity pool, although cold was beautiful. Changed the whole holiday experience. We were so looked after at the pool. Just by bringing little buffet items around, cocktails and ice creams made us feel so special. A fabulous stay all round.
We had Adults Club and it made. Difference, infinity pool, good drinks and food from 10 to 6 made this hotel good, since otherwise hotel was s average
Great location, great services. The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Recommended!
Good for family with kids , but to go alone or in couple , better avoid
Food could improve. Variety was OK, but quality was typical buffet. VIP option was good.
The views and location are great, and the gym is not notch. The place was very clean and the staff was mostly friendly. Some of their processes (acquiring beach towels and using the safe) are overly complicated. The food was sub-par and the coffee was awful. We ended up eating out quite often and luckily there's a great cafe right next door. Also, the beds are quite firm.
Paradise in Tenerife
This was a really awesome stay. Excellent property.
A gem of a hotel in Playa De La Arena
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The location and views are brilliant. The rooms are bright airy and very comfortable. We upgraded to the Adults Club and was well worth it. The pool areas were great despite the improvement works taking place. We were disappointed that they had overrun and the infinity pool was not complete yet, it will be amazing when complete. The food was really good although the signage could have been better as could the quality of the coffee! The tapas bar and A La Carte restaurant meant the choice of food was never boring or same! Small gripes though as the staff were friendly and there was a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. The reception and communal areas look amazing, so comfortable and despite the size very cosy and stylish. We had a great stay here and would recommend it above anything the main resorts in the south can offer. The resort itself is very quiet and little night life so being all inclusive here really helps as the entertainment here means you don't need to leave the hotel and unusually the all inclusive ends at midnight. All in all great value and a great place to stay
The reception area was very welcoming. Receptioon staff helpful and pleasant. The general impression given is thatthe hotel is very minimilist - no flowers anywhere - minimum maintenace plants only - no pictures on the walls. The food was plentifull but only average quality. The a la carte restaurant was a disaster, just an evening conversion of the pool snack bar No ambiance. Food arrived uncooked. Menu choice very limited. We walked out and went to the buffet restaurant. The Tapas Bar we felt was very user friendly with wonderful selection of food. We fully appreciated the classical guitarist. The room was excellent and well cared for, with a good sea view. We thought the Piano bar worked well as a space particulasrly in the evening. We felt the hotel catered well for all age groups. Despite all our criticisms we enjoyed our stay.
Exactly, nice hotel close to the beach which we used. Please note spelling of name as :- Del Mar
Great hotel
Great hotel and great service - many options in the buffet - cocktails are not that good unless you pay extra
Beautiful area! the rooms are nice, clean facilities and everything is paid for so it’s nice to be able to grab smth to eat or drink anytime u like! buffet spread was extensive and the dining room was so nicely furnished and kept clean! food was also constantly replenished by the staff so it never ran out! and we were lucky to get a room w a good view! facing the pool and sea! other rooms face inland and look out to other neighboring buildings whereas we had an unobstructed view. we got a en-suite room which was luxurious for the two of us :) However it seems a little ridiculous that we have to pay to have wifi in our rooms, and even after paying the wifi doesn’t work that well all the time. The public free wifi doesn’t extend far either (you can’t get it at the pool area though you are supposed to!) also rather silly that we had to pay a deposit for beach towels, though we do get it back as most beach resorts provide pool towels freely.
Nice clean hotel but food lets it down. Not impressed by the adults only areas that you had to pay an extra 20 euros per day for, but we certainly didn't miss anything. However, when it gets really busy by the pool and there is only space / sunbeds in that reserved area what do you do the?😡
Great hotel shame about the food
Overall the hotel was very good the family rooms were excellent with all the facilities for little kids.... the hotel is literally across the road from the black sand beach which the kids loved. The only let down for us was the food.... we didn’t enjoy it at all.... there were hardly any choice for kids... this was difficult especially when our kids are fussy. With the hotel being family friendly I would have expected a kids corner for food.
Definitely not for us!
Whilst the hotel has a great location and views and the rooms were "adequate" there was certainly no finesse to the place. If you are looking for something even a little sophisticated; this won't fit the bill. Probably good value for a family with children. Some staff were pleasant, but most were completely disinterested - not even asked when checking out if we had enjoyed our stay - maybe they knew the answer! One lift was out of order all the time we were there; so we spent quite lengthy times waiting to get down from 7th floor to reception and dining areas. Food was variable, but worst of all was the over powering smell in the dining room of all the different hot foods - fortunately we were able to eat outside but could not have stood it inside. The (so called) VIP lounge was ok, but some of the chairs need replacing and there wasn't much variety in the "nibbles" available. As an All Inclusive hotel - the included drinks were mostly pretty awful. I guess we learn by our mistakes and won't be going back!
Perfect hotel
We rate this hotel the best on Tenerife and we have stayed many times in many different hotels on this island
Be Live Playa la Arena
The room was the major disappointment. Paying for a family room for more than 2 adults shouldn’t mean some get the short straw over the standard of beds. A supposedly 4* hotel should do a lot better - all the beds were of rubbish quality. This said the food & hotel wider facilities were good. The staff experience was inconsistent the most disappointing were the desk staff - in summary were miserable. Recommend it no, as a holiday can be about having a rest & we didn’t because of the standard of the beds.
Been before and missed the Xmas decorations , namely the reception bar roof was lit up as a Xmas tree ; there was a Santa hat on the elevator and a huge Xmas tree in front of the elevator. Also feel the ambience of the restaurant has been lost a bit by the wicker chairs and the stark lighting. Would prefer duvets for a better nights sleep Staff are effective but sometimes don't have a ready smile Still go back though
Clean hotel food mediocre
Lovely clean & comfortable hotel 50 minutes from south airport, small quiet location with nice beach & a few coffee shops & restaurants . Hotel food was disappointing as per earlier reviews, only warm food never hot unless you ate from the grillled area . Beach bar food never hot & feel they tried to offer too large a range & therefore missed quality. Just returned today 7/12/17 , hotel & surrounds full of flies for some reason which drive you mad when sunbathing & eating, sadly won’t be going back but nice break for 6 days .
Nice hotel and staff
I would not ask for better staff and hotel comfort. I definitely recomment this. One entrance is across the road from a nice black sand beach with some aquatic life to view. Plenty of stores of all kinds around the hotel. 1 hr and 15 mins from Tenerife North airport. Recommend hiring a diesel car for the hills if you are going to be down south. Tenerife south airport is 40 mins from hotel. There is a lot to see so if you are there for 7 days or less, rent a car.
Nice hotel
Nice hotel but no entertainment for my teenage grameson. Food was very continental, English not catered for as well as it could have been.
Quiet location with great views. Food was OK though not the largest selection. Staff were excellent and helpful and room was clean and spacious. Would visit again!
Excellent Hotel
This is a great Hotel in a fabulous setting. The rooms are clean and in great condition. Sea/ pool view rooms are worth any extra cost if incurred.
Close to most of the amenities 2
Good stay, but food could do to with some serious help, everything over cooked and mostly coldue.
Very nice location.
Hotel in lovely location with fabulous views. Room and bathroom very clean, good size with large balcony. Facilities and general areas very attractive with different locations to sit quietly or in company. Pools lovely and entertainment staff very active, with something for everyone. Dining room resembled a canteen, so could be a bit noisy. Plenty of food to choose from, though some of it was a bit tasteless.
Amazing hotel In tenerife
really amazing experience worth every penny that we spent. nice location. staff, room conditions, nothing to complain for. Amazing international restautant, there was always something that we loved to eat, fresh and well presented food. the hotel had everything we needed to spend an amazing holiday
nice hotel
food has improved since we last stayed about 12 months ago. the staff seem happy and are more helpful. this could be due to them being taken over
Book a Club Room for those little extras!
We went for a three night stay in a Club Room on the top floor. The room has lovely sea views, a 6 ft bed, sofa and balcony. The meals in the buffet restaurant were really good - plenty of choice and different dishes every day. If you have a Club Room, there is a separate area in the restaurant reserved for you with adults only allowed. There is also a small Club Lounge which is air conditioned and has a selection of snacks and 'help yourself' premium drinks so you can relax and read the English newspapers in peace. The same at the pool - a separate sunbathing area accessible only with your key card that has more comfortable sun beds than around the family pool. We tried the A la Carte restaurant on one evening but would not bother again as the menu is limited and not of a very high standard, with steak having a 12 euro supplement and you have to buy wine even though you are on an all inclusive basis. The restaurant also utilises the day time snack bar area so is very much cafe/canteen style.
excellent place to stay and visit
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. An excellent place to stay and visit and relax.
Great hotel
Great hotel, staff mainly good and friendly, local spirits a bit rank, rooms comfy and clean, entertainment good, kids facilities excellent, even for toddlers, good location in resort, really clean all over, food ok and amazing in the a la carte restaurant. Good family holiday!
Lovely hotel
Clean refurbished large room. Fantastic animation team . Good food choice every night very busy at meal times. Lobby is lovely to sit and relax .
Exceeded expectations
Nice hotel, close to a small beach. They offer activities ranging from water aerobics to archery and provide free evening entertainment. Great for families And couples.
Disappointment
Booked 3 nights FULL SEA VIEW and full board through Expedia.com I was given the room on the "0" floor facing the swimming pool. Complained to the hotel but they ignored me!! They told me to forward my complain to Expedia, which I did. But the explanation given was a JOKE. Quote from the reply by Expedia, (seems after contacting the hotel) : that's the only sea view room they have, as their hotel builds on lower ground base! After my further complain as the hotel having 6 floor, sea view rooms are located on the 4th floor and above. Reply I got from Expedia was, I quote : The hotel informed "Expedia" that their hotel is completely sea view facing, be it any room type. Unfortunately, the hotel has denied Expedia request to change my room. At the end, I was given £30.00 refund for my booking which I still felt been miss sold for a Full Sea View, I think Expedia should only charged me for a standard room, which they have 3 categories of room's rate, standard, part sea view and full sea view. Another thing need to mention was, the air-conditioning is not working for 2 nights, have to open the balcony door to sleep as was too stuffy, but was woken up by the cleaner cleaning the pool side at 7am. It was fix on the 3rd night. For the benefit of Expedia, they did take up my complain very quickly and response very fast, which was very much appreciated.
Relaxed environment
Hotel was very impressive and welcoming the reception staff were very helpful and friendly would visit this hotel again definitely I would recommend superior room with sea view on a high floor if you want comfort with a lovely view when you wake up in the morning its stunning and worth the upgrade. The house keepers were amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and did a good job with cleaning the rooms every day.I woukd definitely come back to this hotel finally the hotel entertainment team were outstanding every single day they were enthusiastic and very funny and entertaining the worked tiredlessly to keep us entertained they were fantastic.
good location and nice setting
Last year we stayed in Be live Family, but went to Belive Experience Playa La Arena in the evening to look around. It seemed to be a very nice hotel. We are very happy to stay in Be live Experience Playa La Arena this year. We are very happy with the location, food, room but the hotel internet connection was very bad. Took long time trying the book return shuttle and check-in return flight.
disappointing
Hotel is now rather disappointing from what it was.Seems they've cut all the things that made it good and expect you to pay extra for them if you want them, eg wi-fi, safe, decent drinks. All-inclusive it's not if you don't want cheap generic spirits, queues at the bar etc. And pay more for a seperate area round the pool, and pay in the( not very atmospheric) Sports Bar? Shame, this was a very nice hotel, but it's now 2 class. Staff remain very good.
Gradually being renovated hotel close to beach
Check in was stressful and upsetting as reception staff (as expected from various review websites) were disinterested and unwelcoming. My voucher said check-in was from noon but was told my room would not be ready until 2:30pm. They did offer to store my luggage but there was no explanation of how facilities at the hotel worked or where anything was. There was no invite for me to take food or drinks whilst I waited- just a flap of the hand in general direction of bar and restaurant. A smile and a bit of customer care are most welcoming for arrival's first impressions. Hotel was clean and some areas recently nicely renovated i.e. rooms and restaurant, the other areas awaiting renovation were clean but tired. Food varied especially with theme nights, and was plentiful and tasted good. Lovely views across the sea and of Los Gigantes.
Zero costumer service
Nice hotel but the staff is a massive let down. Unprofessional, ignorant, unwilling and rude.
Ant's in the room
Hotel is quite nice and generally clean but there was plenty of ant's in my room and bathroom. Not enough staff in the reception for such a big hotel. Also reception staff not very friendly and some of them rude. No WiFi in the room
Nice hotel close to the beach
It was nice to stay at the hotel. It's very family friendly and staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. It's a big hotel where we stay for most of the our holidays.
ok
The hotel lobby and dining room are wonderful, the food is well varied so you can try lots of different things. The reception staff are polite but very so unless you are French. The pool is clean and well looked after. As the hotel is situated in a quiet part you would expect better entertainment and yes some of the show are good but the entertainment staff are like big children and not very professional. The hotel is catered mainly for the French and they seem to come first all the time. Would I go again no sorry don't think so
A great feeling of relaxation
Fantastic , my only gripe was the pillows were cushions (square) . The food was first class and all staff were helpful.
Good Position. Hotel looking tired.
Hotel looking tired. Food very average. Hotel staff not very friendly. Very noisy around the pool with activities
It was all we wanted Freindly, good food, location
As above everything we hoped for Nice room , meals and staff , well maintained
The stay was very nice.
The stay was very nice and most of the staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel is very impressive and we would strongly recommend it and would like to return some day even though there were refurbishments and construction going on. The views from the room were nice as well. But the beds were too hard and uncomfortable and not what we were promised from the booking. But besides that our stay was very nice and entertainment was surprisingly good. especially for our four year old daughter. Nearly all the staff were great and should be congratulated for there efforts and hard work. They made up for the disappointment of the room. Also the food was of a very good standard for all inclusive.
New Year Trip
The hotel was good, the food and superior room with sea view were great. However the things that let down this hotel these are the evening entertainment program which is mostly carried out by their in house mainly French animated team, not what you expect in a 4* Hotel for evenings, also not all but some of the animated team were always walking around in the restaurant looking to get the French holiday guests to ask them to join them to eat, surprised this is allowed for the animated staff to be dinning with the guests all the time. Also we noticed a lot of banging noise started on the last 2 day as work is being carried out in the hotel.
Best time ever
Fabulous loved it can't wait to go again a big thank you for all your enthusiasm and entertainment love you guys x
Family holiday
Staff are friendly and active. Great hotel for family, there are activities for everyone. The lobby area is very spacious, we could always find place to sit down and relax. Nice swimming pools and nice beach view from the hotel. Staff at Mini Club are very nice and helpful, especially Lisa, she has done a great job. Restaurant served variety of food(we only had dinner and breakfast). We never got bored during 5 days of our stay. Short access to the beach and nice restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.
Great hotel with loads to do
I booked this hotel for my anniversary and mentioned this to the lovely Paula via email, when we arrived we had a lovely room with bottle of bubbly waiting for us, how nice was that. The hotel itself was great, with two large pool and a kids slide, great pool bar with snacks and drinks. The food was nice and considering the amount and variety the staff have to produce it's fantastic. We had a refurbished room overlooking the pool and sea with the sunset on our balcony in the evening, it was a great room, although the bed was a little harder than I'm used to. The hotel staff we all fantastic, friendly and just nice people to be around, and the animation team, fair play they really work hard to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and evening. All in all a good hotel and would recommend to anyone to enjoy.
Mainly 4 star
Fantastic customer service, food A1, some areas of the hotel needed work but looked like renovation was being done. Room was very clean but mattress was quite uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed the holiday
Nice hotel with lovely views
I was staying at the hotel to celebrate my Daughters wedding who was getting married there. Very large hotel but still plenty of space to get away from people. My room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool with a sea view and it was dated but ok. The shower upstairs leaked into my bathroom and there was a black mould stain on the ceiling because of it. Shower good and only one cockroach incident. Expected in these hot places I guess. Very clean and food ok. We upgraded to all inclusive and it paid for itself with the food and drink. Pool lovely and plenty of loungers any time of the day.
Decent value
Happy with the hotel. Breakfast let me down, every day same choice, staff were great, very hard working, except for checkout lady who adressed everybody in polish like we were in warsaw not tenerife and she had no customer skills at all. Dinner very good and varied, rooms cleaned on a daily basis and also well presented. Location was excellent , close to the black sand beach. Overall very pleasent experience
Had a great time at this hotel
We were in the upgraded rooms but paid €10 extra a night for this, beds were good quality but wish we had a double bed and a separate room from the kids, food was good quality but feeding times were quite busy. We had a great holiday here and would recommend.
Hotel overall very good
Overall an enjoyable experience particularly outstanding was the catering. However disappointed on arrival by the cost of upgrades - we paid for an upgraded second room to allow for closeness only to find one room on 4th floor and other on 7th floor. This was exacerbated by a niggling complaint which was not resolved at all during the stay- it was not possible to use the internal room phone in 4th floor room to contact room on 7th floor. This was reported on a daily basis to no avail. Also it was impossible to get a sunbed by the pool as contrary to hotel policy towels were placed on beds from very early morning until early evening and beds were unoccupied for long periods but reserved by leaving towels on them. however could not fault the staff who were very helpful.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Very friendly staff, loads to do and lots of food that’s surprisingly good
