Just fantastic. Friendly helpful staff and a beautiful view. Adults only is just the cherry on the top with no noisy kids you can sit back and relax properly. Loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of our honeymoon, and it was INCREDIBLE - genuinely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’re both kicking ourselves for not staying longer. From the moment we arrived, our stay felt magical - the staff was all so warm, welcoming & helpful, the food was some of the best we’ve ever had, and our room was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and relaxing. We truly could not have asked for a better stay and are already planning our return trip!

Incredible and highly recommend

The staff were incredible. Plunge pool was wonderful. Breakfast every morning on the private balcony was a perfect way to start the day. Spacious room.

Everything about this hotel was 5 star plus. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool, the sunset view. We stayed only 1 night and on our next trip will make sure to plan more time in the area and hotel. Reataurant options are endless. Thank you Chris for making our stay so enjoyable.

Whenever I come to a NATO conference in this area, I always spend some time at this hotel. This time was by far the worse treatment I have received from your restaurant staff. I had hair in my salad! I was NOT served the usual 3-tier plates for breakfast. I was given a dirty white tray and was told they were out of dishes. I DID NOT receive the usual fruit/yogurt bowl. I did not receive any bread. I did not receive any condiments with my meal. This was the WORSE treatment I have received from this hotel! My restaurant staff member was a male. My room number was 103 (I think.) I will need to look for new place to stay when I come in town for the NATO conference. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

First time staying in Chania and this hotel had the best views compared to all the other places I looked at. Wonderful stay, and the staff was the best! They gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne at no extra cost!

My husband and I had a nice stay at Lagon Spirit. Our room had a very nice view of the ocean and old city. The staff was very accommodating and nice, and the food was delicious too! I would recommend this hotel if you would like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the old city and enjoy a peaceful hotel stay. The taxi ride into town was about 10-15min. Thank you!

Great place for couples

Amazing rooms with a private pool. Very clean and excellent service by the friendly staff. Breakfast in your room every morning was awesome.

Beautiful hotel in great position

The hotel is beautifully decorated and presented. Every area from bedrooms, reception, restaurant and spa are exceptionally clean. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The choice for breakfast is amazing and all food was delicious and well presenred. Will definitely return and would recommend it highly.

Gorgeous Hotel

No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.

This was my best stay...the hotel and staff was amazing so kind and courteous, the breakfast was so good and authentic...im lost for words how much i enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back....thank you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable...Donna & Nichole xxx

It's a very pretty hotel with wonderful staff and the spa services are great! The view is amazing, specially if you get one of the upper level rooms. It is situated up on a very steep hill and is a fair distance from the city center. If you have mobility issues, you might want to rent a car or book cabs for exploring the area. Lots of great beaches and swimming spots nearby as well. They'll bring breakfast to your room in the morning but it can take them a while to prepare it and bring it to you, so anticipate a wait, or tell them your preferred time in advance.

Staff were friendly and really helpful

Property looks exactly like the pictures. We loved relaxing in our own private pool. The room felt very luxury with upgraded features.

Beautiful boutique hotel

This boutique hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It’s located just outside the city away from the crowds. The continental breakfast offered is absolutely amazing. But most impressive was the staff. I highly recommend staying here.

The location gave us a wonderful view and sun set setting in the evening of the entire town and port you look down from the hill. Amazing service, will go back in a heart beat

Not good

Not a good experience. The hotel located near main road. We came to honeymoon and couldn’t sleep on our first night, also woke up very early because of the noise. We asked to move a room and they immediately moved us. Private pool, the images are presenting the hotel in a really nice way however the private pools are dirty and have some black stains at the bottom and on their sides. The breakfast, has been served to the room, we love this concept. However, in this hotel the food was cold and the breakfast lacked a lot. Overall, this is not what you expect from 300 euro per night. I would not recommend

Bright and lovely rooms. Somewhat private pool with a beautiful view overlooking Chania, and lounge chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast each morning. A couple downsides: we had a bit of an issue with ants coming in through a crack in the wall, and the food served for breakfast was average, not amazing. I would have preferred less quantity and more quality. Solid 4/5.

The manager of this hotel needs customer service training. I booked a room for two and had to add a third person a month before the stay. The room was still only for two people and they added a bed. The room was too small for three people. I asked the owner why we are in a room that is clearly for two people and why some friends that were staying at this hotel room size was double ours and there were only two in their room. The owner states "JUST SWITCH ROOMS WITH YOUR FRIENDS" an threw his hands up. I paid in cash for the room when I checked in and was not give n receipt. I went the next morning and asked for a receipt, the RUDE manager states, receipts are only given at checkout. I firmly let the manager know that's unacceptable. I went back later that day and was finally give a receipt. I asked it the front desk could print our covid test. The manager was frustrated by this request. This hotel does not give you an option for breakfast. They give you an assortment of random items of food. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where you don't pick what you want for breakfast. This hotel also has an ant problem. Many ants around the pool and outside of the door. This hotel has a good view and beautiful décor but I would not stay here again do to the poor customer service.

The manager got a bit annoyed when I tipped two of the female staff & didn’t leave him a tip which I thought was a bit petty at the least

Neues, sehr sauberes Hotel an top Lage mit Sicht über Chania. Gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleinem Pool und cooler Dusche. Nettes Personal, Frühstück kommt aufs Zimmer.

EXCEPTIONNEL, chambre fantastique, prestation au top, le personnel jeune mais super impliqué et sympathique, le petit déjeuner servi en chambre GENIAL, ultra copieux et trés bon, le room service vraiment éfficace. L'hotel est un peu loin du centre ville mais offre une vue sur la baie fantastique et du coup nous sommes au calme donc cela faut le coup

Hotel is new with very nice view of Chania. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our room had a small private pool. Hotel has a garage. It is on the way from old town Chania to the airport.

Instalações novas, apartamento muito espaçoso e bem equipado. Ótimo pequeno almoço. Único defeito: ruído das águas de outros quartos, sem isolamento acústico.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel! Je n’ai absolument rien de négatif à dire. Le bel accueil, la magnifique chambre, la chance incroyable d’avoir une piscine privée avec vue sur la mer et Chania, tout était parfait. Nous devions quitter très tôt pour se rendre à l’aéroport et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous préparer gracieusement une boîte déjeuner à emporter. Bon à savoir: le stationnement est un garage intérieur, accessible par la pente à gauche de l’hôtel.

Tout étais parfait l’établissement est magnifique le staff est au top vraiment adorable et gentil ! Le seul point négatif est le manque d’intimité à la piscine !

excellent séjour pour notre voyage de noces . personnel souriant et disponible, chambre spacieuse, terrasse et piscine individuelle top. seul petit bémol le petit déjeuner pour un long séjour comme le nôtre est répétitif . un buffet serait une super idée 👍

Belle hôtel avec très belle vue sur la mer personnel très serviable. Points faibles de l hôtel : manque d intimité trop de vis à vis avec la piscine chambre peu insonorisé, pas d ombre sur la terrasse transat peu confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux mais trop de gâchis pas de commande personnalisée.

Séjour en mai 2023

Un bel hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans 2 suites Ambassador à deux dates différentes. 6 jours en tout.L’accueil était parfait et la vue est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, il faudrait pouvoir choisir certains aliments en avance pour éviter de gâcher. En revanche gros bémol pour l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui se trouve à côté d’une rue extrêmement passante et quasiment sans interruption même la nuit.(des motos qui font des accélérations a 2h du matin) Les chambres sont trèsmales isolées et on a l’impression que les véhicules sont parfois dans la chambre ce qui était très compliqué pour dormir paisiblement. Achat de boules quies indispensable. Compter 30 min au moins à pied pour rejoindre la ville de Chania (rien autour de l’hotel.Nous avons commandé plusieurs fois un dinner et les plats étaient copieux et bons. Dommage que le bruit soit venu ternir le tableau.

Au top ! Il faut juste faire attention dans la rampe du parking mais ça passe !
