Nothing unique but good overall stay

Not bad at all!

Overall, the hotel was good. Clean, although on my first day there was hair on the bathroom floor and bathtub. Kitchen stuff could be a bit nicer. The hotel is 9min from Nijo station and there are plenty of supermarkets around.

I would definitely stay here again. Amazing breakfast. Relaxing onsen. Good laundry facilities.

I think the La’gent is a relatively new property so it is very fresh, clean & stylish. The staff was friendly & helpful. Love the jammies!

Relatively new hotel so everything was fresh, clean and new. Breakfast was a mix of western style and japanese so everyone well catered for. Staff were friendly, helpful and understood English. Walking distance to trains. Buses close to hotel door.

Place is cute good location

Very polite staff and amazingly clean room. Would definitely recommend as it is a 5m walk from Nijo station and also has a 7/11 opposite

Can’t go wrong best value in town

Best value you can get for the price we paid during July trip to Kyoto. We stayed here for 10 nights. Booked two rooms. It met our needs from comfort cleanliness location service etc etc

I loved that it’s wasn’t in the busy area but close and convenient enough for us to get to the busy areas. Loved it!

Property was comfortable and a bus ride away from any activity we wanted to experience. Staff are polite and assisted as expected. Can improve on laundry operation. Guests shiuld be advised to ask for iron at check-in as none is stationed in the room, in addition note that the microwave is also downstairs. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Staff are very kind and helpful with multiple languages. They offered to help before I asked. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Extremely well run hotel with great service and nice rooms

Clean and accessibility from multiple stations. Lots of tours and students also staying here. Does not help with restaurant reservations if international travellers are looking for help on this. Small restroom but a larger living space.

Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly and friendly staff.

It's very clean with very good security and amazing staff. It is a little small but the rooms have a bathroom and shower. There's also a public hot bath for residents. 10 min from the station

My wife and I loved this place. Exceptionally clean, helpful and super polite staff- front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast. Great variety and healthy food for breakfast. The hotel smelled so good and great Onsen

Quite location. Beautiful view of the park. Decent size room. Nearest subway line isn't a main line, so usually need to take 2 trains to get to most destinations, but bus is 2 minute walk.

Property was well located close to Nijo station and opposite a 7-11. Hotel is located on a Main Street so there was a little traffic noise but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Hotel facilities and staff were great, though we didn’t make use of the pool/onsen on site.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is really nice and we loved that the train station and the bus station wasn’t far away from the hotel. The 7/11 is also so closed by which is convenient!

Cosy hotel

The hotel location is within walking distance to train station and bus stop. There's convenience stores and eateries nearby. Comfy and nice decor room but abit cramp for 3 pax. Good that air purifier was provided in the room and drinks at the lobby area.

Would stay here again! The staff was awesome and kind. Definitely get the buffet breakfast, so worth it! Rooms are bigger than average for Japan. Loved the spacious bathroom and huge tub/shower. Was super clean and had everything we needed. There's also a train station right next to it!

Wonderful and safe spot to stay

It is a very clean hotel and kind staffs. Also, it was also extremely easy to go to Kyoto train station. Eventhough i was by myself and had a big heavy suitcase. I could easily take a bus both to the hotel and back to the station. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. It is also a easy bus commute to Arashiyama bamboo forest and Tenryu-ji finest garden (both must see places).

Located close to a train station, a grocery store and a great coffee shop called Joy! Easy location to explore the city and very clean and tidy. The women only pool was lovely and they had Dyson hairdryers in the dressing room!

Value for the money

The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staffs are helpful. Nice to have a train station and a supermarket within walking distance (5-10 min). Having a coin-operated laundry room and a public hot pool is a plus.

Everything was fine, very clean, modern with a true Japanese style Perfect.

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit passendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Apertado para triplo.

Hotel ok, falei sobre ele no review anterior. Apertado para 3 pessoas pois só é possivel abrir mala em cima da cama. Mrlhor pegar 2 quartos para 3 pessoas.

Longe do metrô.

Hotel simpático, primeiro atendimento foi ok em ingles. Quarto ok, pequeno mas no padrão japonês, todos são menores mesmo. Possui cafe e chá a vontade durante o dia, tem smoking room, maquinas de bebidas, micro-ondas e agua quente e fria. Possui um onsen mas não utilizamos. Ficamos 4 diárias em casal e depois trocamos pra triplo. Atendente não falava nem entendia inglês e nos obrigou a fazer check-out as 11h e check-in somente as 15h novamente tendo que deixar as malas na recepção. Tentamos sem sucesso pedir para nos colocar no novo quarto direto mas sem acordo de entender. Por fim a única que falava inglês chegou e conseguimos fazer a troca direta. Não fica próximo ao metrô, é uma boa caminhada com malas e o ônibus não aceita que vc pegue com malas grandes.

O hotel é muito limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Há pontos de ônibus na frente do hotel. As estações de trem e metrô ficam há cerca de 10min de caminhada.

お香の落ち着く匂い、清潔な廊下と大浴場、テーブルで食事も出来る広い部屋、フロントスタッフの丁寧てホスピタリティある接客、とても満足度の高いホテルでした。 値段もリーズナブルで、是非また宿泊したいと思います。

We had a very nice stay, very clean and big room. Very friendly staff as well. Only downside I woud say is that the roadnoise can get pretty loud within the room (and every room is street side) so make sure to bring earplugs.

The hotel is new and clean, but it's a bit of a shame that it's not very accessible from the station. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, so you'll need to eat in another area.

朝食の1Fレストランでテーブルを長く繋げたままにしてたので空いてだけど通りづらかった。 　他はいい感じでした。
