Property is not clean, bathtub is dirty and shower is not working. Light was not working in bed room, breakfast area was dirty, no proper service. Totally it was not so good experience.

Staff was polite whenever they eventually showed up to the front desk. Floors in the room were filthy, sheets and blankets were stained. A/C barely worked and TV didn't work at all. Thankfully I only booked one night. Paid $80ish for the room, felt like I paid $30. Will never stay here again.

Overall terrible, room smelled bad , ac made noises , neighbors loud , microwave, tv , fridge , all on one surge protector, breaker tripped , all that went out , had to repeatedly reset surge protector.

The property is located conveniently off of I-35 in Live Oak. A Denny's is available next door and a car dealership is on the other side. Even though the property is well lit, the property itself does not feel safe or clean. The pathways are covered in grime. The room smelled like body odor and cigarette. The floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped recently. The lamp shades were stained and I wouldn't be surprised if the bed was made without cleaning the linens. Even though the property says pets not allowed, there was a dog barking late into the night along with a large dog kennel under the stairs. The beds were as shown in the picture but squeaked with any movement made. This property was rated a 3.3 star property online but I would definitely reevaluate that rating.

They didn’t clean the room even if we ask to do it, they left the trash and dirty towels out of the room. They don’t have enough food for breakfast if we reached before the time

This was the worst hotel i stayed. The place feels unsafe, the bed sheets were dirty, the tub was nasty dirty, and the parking is very far, nos confortable leaving the car there. Yes the price is very low, but not worth the bad sleep caused by noise and dirty sheets. We had to look for another hotel.

Didn’t quite check the reviews before booking, fell for the name of La Quinta, didn’t realize it’s by Wyndham and it’s an INN. Property is very old, felt like going to a cellular Jail :) 1. Lift is very old and that’s why it was slow. 2. When switched on heating, burnt smell started coming. 3. Bath tub got clogged after first shower and took an hour to drain I guess, next shower completely clogged it and no one was able to take shower after that. 4.Morning breakfast was a joke and whatever limited option were also out of stock. 5. Nothing to say good about the property. Stay away !!!

Absolutely awful. Multiple stains everywhere we tried two different rooms because it was late when we checked in and just wanted a place to lay our head. Holes in the sheets and carpets. The pillow had three color stains multiple stains on the counters and mirrors hair on the floor and toilet. We were so grossed out that we couldn’t even make it work for a couple hours. They did end up refunding our money however, by the time we had done that it was after midnight and it became a royal PITA to get another hotel.

Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator.

Room was absolutely disgusting from the gloors to the walls and everythingin between. Beds were broken and squeaking. Property was griss with tons of stray cats everywhere.

The property smelled of mold, roaches were crawling out of the ice machine, the floors in the room were filthy and covered in a white dust. House keeping came to empty the trash but never cleaned the room or made the beds. There was old food stuck in the drain in the bathroom sink. Air conditioning units could be seen damaged and stuffed with towels from the exterior. Front desk staff were rude and not friendly. Felt less like a La Quinta and more of a rundown Motel 6

we booked a room to sleep 8 and It should have had a sleeper bed because no way 8 grown people could sleep here. we made it work. but we asked for a cot or hide away bed we were told no because our 6 yr didn't count as a person. What do you mean? it clearly said it would sleep 8. price was cheap but the property is a little run down people were leaving because the toilets were not flushing. the toaster didn't even work at breakfast. tub painted but paint chipping. just needs a little love.

Property was RUNDOWN! This was bad. Elevator wasn't working, we were on the 3rd floor. There were junkies hanging out in the breezeways, management did nothing about them. Would not recommend.

Bed sheets where dirty staff guy was not very nice. They never brought us new towels or toilet paper I would always have to go to the lobby and get them my self and the staff would just Roll their eyes and look annoyed. Would not recommend

i had two room the 205 room looked like blood or something was on the wall the sink was busted. i couldn’t sleep in that room right outside we could smell that someone was smoking weed. The other room was 200 which was better I liked that it was inside. it looked a lot better than the other room.

I did not like the place from customer service to the safety. No working elevators very dirty and noisy

The hotel is trying and their upgrade attempts are obvious. While the bedding was clean, little else was. The floor was so sticky that being barefoot is a hazard, hair and dirt was in the shower, the phone had no cord so it didn't work, the desk lamp was not plugged in. Breakfast area was messy and dirty and consisted of bagels & butter or cereal and was gone in 10 minutes without being replenished. Hotel staff are not available or accessible and the one staff member that I checked in with was not a pleasant person, I was interrupting his day. No attention to detail in any part of the property.

The hotel was "shabby gentile." The room was dark even during the day. No room lights came on from the door switch. Had to feel around in the dark room, even though it was daylight outside, for an alternate light switch. The pool area is home to a community of stray cats.

This place should be condemned! I canceled my two remaining nights. Dirty, vandalism, noise, room and facilities in disrepair, unsafe structures, staircases, no working elevators, limited parking for guests, no nearby restaurants, there was a couple of “Meath heads” dismantling a vehicle in the parking lot!

the room was ok.. you get what you paid for ...had to wear socks to keep my feet from touching the dirty floor...the smell of the cleaning fluid was so strong that it made us nauseous.... it was in a good location and the Denny's was next door, so that made it tolerable...that all I have to say.

Front worker was very nice and my overall experience was good. The hotel was very clean. I will be staying here again :)

I requested first floor when booking and was given 3rd floor, bathroom strong urine smell??

It was horrible, the room Smelt horrible and there were bedbugs on there and bugs on the floor right when you walk in we changed rooms and there were bedbugs in the second one and the property was so unkept with trash everywhere . Horrible experience. With Expedia also it’s a horrible experience because getting a refund is the hardest thing and the hotel cancelled our reservation but it’s the hardest thing getting Expedia to issue a refund .

People were friendly

First we booked wrong location, then as we arrived staff took awhile to come out of the room. T.V. Didn’t work. Told the staff about it. They said that they’ll give me a discount. But come to find out . I have to go thru expedia for my discount. There was mold on the ceiling next to AC Vent / Window. Went to take a shower. There was mold along the door way, and along the shower curtain. The main light switch before entering the room doesn’t work. Told the staff. He said that there booked. No rooms available. Please provide us with a refund or something. Cause the staff said we have to go thru expedia for complaints or refund or discounts. Sincerely your frequent traveler.

I slept with the light on - because there were roaches all over the place...even in the light while it was turned on.

This could be a wonderful property. We where in the very back not a bad place but don’t recommend children being there to many homeless or dope heads roaming around the property and the moment you step outside you’ll have fleas crawling all on your legs. Not once did cleaning staff come to Change towels or ask if we need anything. The breakfast is was and a mess not recommended. The pool was disgusting and gross. Drug deals going on constantly. The staff needs to get a grip on what’s going on with the property. The room wasn’t bad actually nice

Worst Place Ever!!!!

The worst stay ever! I get it this is more of a motel but still very dirty, the sheets had blood and other stains. I was moved 3 different times because of the room conditions and or AC wouldn’t work. They would not accommodate or compensate for anything at all!! The rooms had nats flying around and smelled like wet dog. The clerks were rude and very condescending and simply did not care! Do not stay here!!!

I am not usually a person that complains about a service but this experience it was terrible first our room was not clean the floor had stains the bath tube walls were dirty with moldy stains the tube it was dirty old but the wall could definitely come out I asked the staff to clean it but they didn’t they only changed our towels and once the ac goes silent you can hear the mice making noises on the roof my mom said she was afraid because she could hear them more from her room. Very disappointed

Front desk was friendly and place was clean

Linen was stained, room ceiling had black stains perhaps mold, toilet seat was broke, TV remote didn’t work because it was for another TV, door lock didn’t work, furniture was dirty. I went to front desk about TV remote and waited 15 minutes but no one came so I called but no one answered phone. I’m surprised Expedia would promote and offer this hotel on their website. There were also signs of illegal activity that occur on property such as prostitution. I would NEVER recommend or return to the property. This is my second and most likely final negative experience I have had with using Expedia to locate a hotel.

Beefs were full of urine stains and sheets were not changed left from previous people that stayed there . When we asked for our money back we were told to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. 3 days later still haven’t received money back . I rather loose / throw away money instead of risking my family getting a disease or rash from that place .

I did not like the fact that when things are left behind instead of them holding on to them for at least the weekend you are told that it wasn’t left there! That was the only hotel we stayed at and I called the following day and was told they couldn’t ask the housekeepers ,so I called the following morning and was told the item was not left behind. To me that is bad business and for that we will never stay at another La Quinta

Stayed due to being between places, was in a pinch. Its ok. Staff lacks knowledge or ability to correct the simplest of issues.

The room smelled like marijuana. There was a small piece of a joint on the bathroom sink. The pillow case had hair on it so I’m sure they hadn’t been changed

overall everything was great. easy check in and out. i liked they provided breakfast and room was very clean. the shower and bathroom was really run down needs upgrade or just pain touch ups and the shower needs help. but for an overnight stay it was good.

Las instalaciones se ven con aspecto descuidado y sucio en general. El elevador estaba súper sucio y con mal olor. Cerca de las máquinas de hielo, con pequeños charcos de agua que se queda estancada. La habitación si estaba limpia. El colchón de las camas rechinaban mucho. El desayuno es básico (waffles, variedad de pan, variedad de cereal, leche, café, jugo, variedad de fruta) pero las mesas estaban sucias y pegajosas y no vi que las limpiaran cuando alguien terminaba de desayunar, uno mismo tenía que limpiar para poder usar la mesa. Ya al final de la hora del desayuno, el bote de basura súper lleno y no lo cambiaban. En las fotos del hotel todo se ve muy limpio, organizado y de aspecto moderno, pero la realidad es que está muy descuidado. No me quedaría nuevamente en este hotel.
