Me and my family stayed here for 21 days as we waited for the availability of our apartment. We were glad that we were placed near the amenities area so it's very accessible to food, laundry, front desk and the gym. Staff are so kind that we felt like they were family. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to La Quinta in City Brooks especially to Kamal, Sylvia, Brianna and all the others who took care of us during our stay here.. We will definitely come back here again if we needed a place like home.. Happy Holidays!♥️ God Bless!

There was a loud group of people around 3:30am had a hard time sleeping.

Not satisfied with this La Quinta location

The room and towels smelt like smoke when there was advertising about it being a smoke free environment. And no one came to clean the room after our first night.

Good stay.

Breakfast was awesome, place was neat and accomadable, close to our event and the staff was amazing. Love area safety is priority.

No TV. Site reads tv, but it doesn’t work. Room is small. Food is cheap. But if you need a place to lay your head for the night, then I would recommend. Not recommended for extended stay.

Stayed for two nights. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. I would stay here again.

What I didn't like about this place was that the bed was very uncomfortable for me too soft and it was very noisy. They had a school band staying in the same floor I was in and it was very noisy all night long. I did not get any rest at all and I was there for some rest. But that doesn't mean the place is not a good place. It's just today. Was that good for me

The room, restroom smell very bad! It smell humid! As soon as we enter the room, we didn't want to stay there but there were no availability on other hotels near by.

Staff was friendly and very understanding when we said we were pulling in late. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend and stay here again.

Well for one elevator not working We were booked in building across the parking lot and in order to have breakfast in morning we had to walk across parking lot to get to it Ice maker not working in whole building Very nosy Not as clean as other La Quinta properties we’ve stayed at Not a happy camper Will not be staying there again

I liked the service we received. The staff were friendly and professional. Kamal at the front desk was wonderful. He made our stay more comfy. We had booked a room with two double beds and gave us a cot at no additional cost. We had warm breakfast and our room was nice and clean.

Estuve en habitación PET friendly, y estuvo bien, un ligero olor a mascota, pero agradezco que sean diferentes a las demás habitaciones, porque si me hospedo en una habitación regular, se que nadie más tuvo su mascota en la habitación. Fueron muy amables, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, viajé con camión por mudanza, y estuvieron muy atentos de cuidar mis cosas del camión. En general el hotel estuvo muy bien!

The room we stayed in smelled like pet urine very badly and the bathroom floor was sticky. The beds that we slept in were souble beds that were very hard and every movement that yoy made, they squeaked loudly. The breakfast they offered was great compared to the room.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was nice and quiet. We’ve stayed here a few times and would book here again.

Didn’t get the bed I purchased and no refund or reduction was offered or available. Very basic room, average food, and poor customer service.

All was good for one nite. It's across the street from Brooks shopping stores, etc. Next to I37 highway. A little crowded with traffic at the intersection, but no real complaints. Good breakfast included.

I didn't like that Kamal charged us $30 for an earlier check-in, having clean and available rooms already. Greedy! I have checked in at many hotels earlier, never been charged anything (that's customer service). At 9am they started to pick up the breakfast food (which was not even the best, but bananas?... lot of bananas). They are observing the rules, I understand that. But to go the extra mile... that's the bottom line! Didn't happened here.

Asked for room service my room was totally skipped

There are cockroaches and the service was bad. We called room service several times nobody responded. Our room was little smelly.

I chose this hotel because the most recent reviews were all good. However, the first room we were put in was so humid that the bed sheets were damp and sticky. It also had a strong odor mixed with fabuloso cleaning products. We were moved into a second room which had the same issues. The room is outdated and the bed feels like you’re sleeping directly on the springs. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Staff was great. Pool was great. Very relaxing weekend.

Check in was fast and easy, our room was clean but there was a smell of food at first that never really went away. Our key stopped working during the second day but the staff was super friendly and helped fix it immediately. The pool was nice and the location is very nice and convenient. They offered extra towels often and were very helpful.

It was a very nice hotel, The front desk was welcoming and speedy with check-in; thank you. After a long drive, it was nice to be welcomed and quickly checked in. Rest was quick after check which a nice cool and clean room.

A little bit outdated and could be cleaner but it was good enough for a nights stay. No big complaints. We all got a good nights sleep and felt safe! A lot of stores and food places nearby!

When we got there the room was super dirty it looked like someone just rushed the restroom. And it smells like mold when you walk in. I had to change my room key 5 times because it wouldn’t work. The pool was green and people were swimming in it.

Terrible hotel. Area was sketchy. The hallways were hot and there are no elevators. If you are disabled or carrying heavy luggage make sure the ask for a 1st floor room. This hotel to me was not La Quinta quality; will never take at this location again.
