It has been a very good experience for us. The hotel is well located, safe and has excellent services. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. Some attention should be paid to the age of the hotel, and some physical aspects should be renovated and modernized.

This is one of the best properties I stayed at in Lima. Even though the facility is not the newest, it is very comfortable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The chef is so nice and would make my omelettes and fresh juice everyday the way I liked it. I satyed there for 12 days and they made sure I felt welcomed. The location is strategic and near all the mayor areas in Miraflores. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Lima.

Good location, good service, excellent breakfast and good service from the chefs. The attention of the reception and the waitress were excellent.

Friendly and very professional staff. They were always willing to help.

The room had the basics- comfortable bed, kitchen amenities, small sitting area. But is in need of some serious updating- worn out carpet, unappealing colours and fabrics. Made the place feel run down. Staff were absolutely accommodating and pleasant. Area was super busy and lacked any charm but we discovered most of Lima is like that. At least the way to the bike route was walkable and we enjoyed cycling along the parks, cliffs and Oceanside. Some surprising great restaurant finds as well

Room was big enough to spend the night. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was good. The mattress and pillows could be improved to be more comfortable.

nice hotel and hide from another big ones around the Miraflores area really close to Kennedy park and no so far away from Larcomar mall that have a wonderful view and the stuff at the front desk was really respectful and kind I will be back again

Excellent location and customer service. I arrived at 2 a.m. and somebody immediately opened the front door for me, let me park indoors and helped me with my suitcases. All the employees were very professional, cleaned, helpful and friendly. As a woman, traveling alone in a busy city, I felt safe all the time. I would return to this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well kept. Reasonable price and good location. Grocery store just around the corner if you need a few things.

Good stay with family

Its a good hotel in a great location of Miraflores. The apartments are big and my kids could run around freely. Staff is helpful and cooperative. The only negative really is the apartments are a little dated and can be upgraded.

Great hotel

Great hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms are large although they could use updating. Carpet, kitchenette, furniture. Water pressure was very low. Fantastic location close to many restaurants, shopping and transportation

The room was big and clean. Could definitely sleep 3 people.

Staff was extremely friendly and has really been trying hard to go above and beyond. Good service. Building is older, furniture is dated. Everything is very clean though! In room safe is old, works with a key. I had wifi problems the first day. It was inconvenient, but staff fixed it. Breakfast is acceptable, rather basic. It is in the lobby and often gets congested as space is very limited. I asked for a quite room, looking at the backyard to avoid street noise. Interior noise (from the hotel - cleaning/maintenance and guests) and next door building courtyard, still remained an issue. For 1 or 2 nights in Miraflores on low budget it is fine.

Nice hotel located in Miraflores. I would recommend it.

The location in Miraflores is great because it’s close to everything. The downside of it is I feel like they way over charge for airport transport though it’s 40 minutes away. They charge 45 USD for transport. Meanwhile, from Miraflores to downtown Lima only cost 18 to 25 soles max and that is also a 30 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and comfortable but a little old.

The rooms big but I wouldn’t stay there again

Really small elevator, two person. Every time the staff clean my room they left the window to wards the hallway on locked. So my last two nights I decided not have them clean my room.

Nice place for the price!

The staff at La Paz was really friendly and helpful. I traveled alone, and felt safe in the area which is close to many nice restaurants and grocery stores, and a pleasant walk to the Malecon. My standard room was upgraded to a suit, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I would suggest for improvements is to increase the WIFI strength.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Excellent customer service overall - especially for English-speaking guests. I arrived late from the airport and departed very early the next day. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and situated; and the 24-hour desk is run very efficiently. The restaurant is open late too, with tasty nibbles of all varieties. Great location in Miraflores too.

Would definitely stay here again

The unit was very spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, living room and two baths. The bathrooms were very nicely renovated, with a jetted soaking tub in the master bath. The location was good - walking distance to Kennedy Park, Miraflores Central Park.

We were treated very well at this hotel. This room was a bit noisy with traffic on the street. The location is great and the staff wxtremely helpful.

Very good location, competitive pricing, great service. Well maintained and rooms are sound proof which is excelent for the busy party neighbourhood of Miraflore

excellent location and confortable

The apartment was very confortable, we travelled a party of 4, my two sons (21 and 23) and my husband and I, we were really confortable in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and even if we did not spend much time in it we had a good time during our stay. The location is great in Miraflores and could walk around this interesting district very secure.

Nice safe hotel at the center of Lima

Basic hotel perfect for a short stay in Lima. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Quite central, you can walk both to the Inca market and to Larcomar without a problem. I felt very safe. The room was clean. I'd stay here again.

Kind of old, next to construction, disappointed

You should call in advance in case you are interested in going. Had construction nearby on my visit and was hard to sleep. Hotel is a bit run down/older.

Low cost alternative in a convenent location.

Facilities are adequate but not luxuries, much like the rest of the local Peruvian hotels, but for the price this is hard to beat as you can easily walk to Metropolitano station Benavides to get to downtown Lima, as well as Larcomar and Parque Kennedy within 10 minutes. The only noticeable downside is the dining within the hotel if you need something late, but there are plenty of places to eat at any budget levels nearby.

Its a very little small , and old, but near all attractions.

Decent hotel in great location

I stayed for a week for a work trip. The location is great--close to lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Very safe area. The room itself was large but not very updated and no high-end finishes. It was basic but sufficient. It's nice that it has a little fridge and kitchenette. The free breakfast was pretty good with fruit, scrambled eggs, and breads with condiments.

there are great and the right apartments, if it is just you, the couple or the whole family. excellent prices, big kitchen, conforable living and bed rooms.

The WiFi worked very poorly on the 4th floor and was never fixed during my 3 days stay.

Excellent, clean, great location

The staff is very helpful and know the neighborhood well. The hotel is clean and comfortable; the ceiling fan in the kitchen area was very useful. Note: the tub is a high step-in, at least in the room I was in. Wi-fi worked great. The hotel is only a block or so from a laundromat and a grocery store (Vivenda). It's only a few blocks from Avenida Larco, a large thoroughfare with plenty of shopping and restaurants. It's also walking distance to the Metropolitano bus stop (Ricardo Palma). You can get downtown on an express bus in about 15 or 20 minutes. There are also many artisan shops within walking distance.
