Good hotel with great staff.
It’s in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and shops.A bit of an up hill walk to the Alhambra, but enjoyable, as the streets are all narrow and winding.
Very nice and comfortable hotel, great location
Great stay at the Trinidad
The apartment was conveniently located and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was very good for meal preparation and clean-up. Views from our windows were excellent, and noise was not an issue. The staff and reception desk personnel were outgoing, helpful, and considerate. We felt completely safe and able to walk anywhere we wanted without hesitation. Food varieties were easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Did not stay - medical emergency
Very convenient boutique hotel in centre of city - near to cathedral. Good quality and value breakfasts.
The property located in old Granada area. 2-3 minutes walk to rage Cathedral, 20 mins walk to Alhambra. Restaurants and shopping all around. The only reason am giving 4 stars not 5, are pillows. Pillows hard as a rock, it’s impossible to sleep on them.
Excellent location.
All good, only thing, parking not at the hotel
Good two night stay. Hotel very central and convenient for attractions. Room very comfortable and bed great, would definitely use again. The only negative would be reception had to wait ten minutes for him to turn up. The lady on at checkout was the only pleasant interaction.
Great stay. Lovely hotel, very central. Rooms a good size complete with tea and coffee with kettle and an ice cold bottle of free water in the fridge. I'm really impressed and I'll stay there again.
Very reasonable price
It was a great location and the room was comfortable! I liked have balconies.
Hotel is in good location close to shopping, dining… Room is ok and clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs are excellent!
Right in the middle of everything. We took a tiny tourist train to see Alhambra
Great hotel. Centrally located on a treed square. The staff was helpful answering questions about banking and directions for getting places. Would definitely stay here again.
Walking distance to everything
I enjoyed the staff, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It met our needs.
Muy acogedor, personal amable y súper limpio
Nice hotel, but could do better
Hotel undergoing redecorating in reception, so a little scruffy. Room was on front so was noisy in evening at times. We were slightly disapointed withe the bathroom decor. One wall appeared to be stained with something that was either toothpaste or cleaner that had not been wiped off. The toilet was not fitted with a 'soft close' lid - updating required? We were suprised with the glass door to the bathroom, which did not shut closely to the frame.
Excellent location, nice, quiet, clean and great price.
Fantasttic stay here, very comfortable and the Staff were very friendly, in the centre of the ameneties and walkable to most areas. such good value for money!
La Casa de Trinidad
Staff were very helpful .Good location in city centre
The rooms smelled like sewage, the AC would go off at night, the walls are paper thin and the area is very noisy due to trash surrounding the hotel- mornings at 2am and 5am you hear a lot of recycled bottles being tossed in trash bin. The safe box was broken and they did not have maintenance available during our stay. The bed was dirty upon our arrival and the staff was not pleasant. Would never come again but it could be worse
Excellent location. Friendly staffs.
Great stay at this hotel
Perfect location and vey nice. Recommend
The location of this hotel was perfect walking distance to the Cathedral of Granada, shopping and restaurant. Staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious.
The staff are so helpful and the location are perfect for walkable in the Old town.I would stay this hotel again definitely.
Very good breakfast and day long snack included. Room good size and king bed very comfortable. Everything in great condition. Staff excellent. Highly recommended.
Stressful parking and poor checkin service
We had to change our parking and it wasn’t explained that to do so it would take us over an hour because of all the one way narrow streets that you had to navigate around in Granada. We were only there for 2 days and if we had known we would have just stayed were we were. Not very helpful at front desk nor where we greeted or acknowledged when we first arrived. Personally, even if you are helping other guests, you can still take a second to welcome your new guests. My husband and I were so stressed after having to move our rental car to the other parking and I mentioned it to another person who was at the front desk after we returned from the parking garage with very little empathy. The bright part was a kind gentleman upon checkout took car of our parking after we told him of our frustration. Other than the complaint of the service at check-in, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast great!
Great location
Great dtay. Good location
Great stay. Nice hotel. Comfortable, cleam, nice staff. Good location. Would definitely stay again.
非常方便,前台非常友好
Friendly staff. Very nice hotel and great location. But bathroom smells bad, odor coming from sewer line.
lovely hotel and the staff was helpful. close to the city .
Beautiful and clean, helpful staff and wonderful location for walking downtown. No nearby parking, however.
Perfect location, a little gem of a hotel Can be a little noisy outside in the square at night with the window open, Would definitely stay there again 100 ⁰/⁰
Great location
We enjoyed our stay with it’s great location and lovely breakfast. Also a great lounge area with complimentary drinks and food. Only downside is the parking. It’s a distance from hotel.
Nice basic hotel. Small clean comfortable room. Great location steps from restaurant, bars, shopping, etc. staff are wonderful
Excelent location
Across from a nice square and near several pedestrian streets. The glass doored toilet, with a large gap all around that doesn’t lock may be uncomfortable for some.
Beautiful quintessentially Andalusian hotel
The hotel is typical Andalusian style - a central patio to provide light and air. It’s a beautiful hotel - the floors are pristine, there’s art on the walls, there’s climate control, and the hotel is close to places to shop and eat. The hotel still uses physical keys instead of keycards, but this is something that is common in Andalusia. This was my second time in Seville. Seville can get noisy. If you want a writer and relaxing stay, stay here.
When In Granada
This is a beautiful boutique hotel, located very close to most of the major tourist attractions and several restaurant choices.
Good hotel in a good location, staff were great
Daniel who greeted us on reception was very friendly and helpful thanks. The room was light and clean. The hotel was very nice and in a very good location. The breakfast waiter was polite and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.
Fantastic
Great hotel Perfect location Amazing staff
Good base for exploring Granada
Five nights in a junior suite for a relaxed visit to this beautiful city. All the tourist sites are within walking distance of the hotel, although many involve steep climbs. We were totally unaware of the outbreak of coronavirus in Spain, and there were no precautionary measures in evidence, despite the fact that the country was placed under lockdown just three days after our departure. There was not a bar service in the hotel, but there are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was extremely good with excellent service.
Good location on the square. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was above average.
Location , cleanliness, staff, everything was wonderful . I am not easily impressed with hotels. Just felt very comfortable here Will definitely return . Of course, the reason fir being there, Granada was fantastic
Lovely small hotel with balconies overlooking the nice square. Seemed to be recently refurbished. Super close to a variety of tapas, shops, etc. Parking a few blocks away but not bad (Paz garage). Confusing to find by car at night as it is on a street supposedly just for pedestrians. Only needed the car one day to go skiing at Sierra Nevada; all else was easy walking.
Stayed in the junior suite. Very hot, no option to use air con for cooling. Opened both windows which was ok until a cat tried to get in. Only one person on duty for breakfast - couldn't cope with clearing tables and replenishing buffet. Had to ask for juice, bacon and fruit which had run out. Only stayed 3 nights but twice had to wait for a table to be readied.
Property was in a great location. Close walking distance to all sights.
comfortable. occ problem with heating but reception helpful in sorting it out. very good position for city.
We arrived in Granada around 12, arriving at the hotel we hoped to leave our bags so we could check out the city. Turns out the rooms were ready to go, so we were able to check in quickly and get started looking around. Good sized bathroom, comfortable beds, gorgeous view of the town plaza from our balcony. There was a lot to like about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights, it was close to food and shopping and at the start of the walk up the hill through the old streets past the tea shops to magnificent views of the Alhambra.
Delightful Boutique hotel!!
Lovely hotel , helpful and friendly staff, wonderful location on such a pretty plaza!! Our second stay at this hotel and definitely will return!! It’s quaint style and sweet staff are just what we love when traveling!! Only suggestion we have is that they provide tissue box in room .
The location was wonderful. Close to food, shops & Sagrada Familia. I enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood & discovering new places. Many buses pass by the hotel, that will take you on a great trip of Barcelona. The subway system is also great to travel. Have a wonderful trip discovering Barcelona!
Best hotel we have stayed in, in Granada
The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and the hotel is so well placed. It is in an area with no bars/restaurants immediately outside (so you there is no problem with late night noise), but the nearest ones are within a minute walk.
I love this lovely hotel because it is centrally located next to a beautiful tree covered plaza. I have stayed there many times.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is clean and people are so nice and kind. I have stayed 2 nights. It was very comfortable stay.
Average Hotel
The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was average with a hard bed and a slippy bathtub. We had read on line that the hotel had a bar. Well...no bar, only room service...a little disappointing for we did not want to have a drink in our room. The area needs renovation and if you get a room along the street it can be very noisy. Safety is a key here so be aware. The tub leaked along the side due to old caulking that needs to be replaced. The wi-fi was some of the slowest we have had throughout Spain. The website offers transfers so we took advantage BUT be aware that the prices are many times that of a taxi. The hotel is rated a 4 star but is closer to a 3 star.
Excellent location, staff good and room very comfortable
Clean hotel and friendly staff. Made our stay very comfortable
Good hotel if you can avoid noisy plaza
Room v noisy one night due to people in plaza until 3am. Get room away from plaza is my advice. Otherwise very good hotel
Upon checking in, we were greeted warmly and professionally by staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast offered a nice variety of food, and location of hotel was excellent. Only concern for me was some street noise on the weekend.
Great location with friendly, efficient staff. Great location - many main attractions walk able. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
Fantastic location with clean rooms
Fantastic location within walking distance to popular attractions. Rooms were very clean and the AC gets cold! Front desk is helpful and gives you the lay of the land when you check in. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Granada!
The front desk and all the staff are amazingly helpful and always smiling. The problem we had was our room had an annoying smell (312). The room smelled like it hasn't been occupied for a while. We opened up the window overlooking the atrium to get some air in. The bathroom smelled like wood has been soaked. We were only there for two nights, and we will mostly be out so we figured, we'll just not be too diva and jsut let the air in. The location is amazing - close to everything. If you do decide to stay on this property, ask for a room with the streetview. With the outside air coming in, the room will smell better. Because of location and staff, we will stay here again and will just ask for a room with a street view or one that smells good.
Lovely Hotel, great location. Really enjoyed our stay, staff very helpful, good continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel was so lovely and in the best location to see all of Granada. Very central and staff were lovely.
Lovely antique building with a great modern interior. Our room had three big window facing the Plaza. Walkable distance to everything that you must see in Granada.
Clean, good location, good breakfast though dining room was rather hot. Discounted car parking. The only down side was the en-suite bathroom - the door didn't lock and there were gaps down the side of it which meant anyone in the bedroom could hear all bodily functions in the bathroom!
Recently stayed here for four straight days. I am a type of person who does an excessive amount of research before making a decision and same applies for choosing a hotel. I was very worried that I would get disappointed by this hotel because there was a mixture of good and bad reviews, but, once again, I had made the perfect choice. The hotel is a t a great location, only 5 mins of walk from Granada Cathedral. There are a plenty of Tapas bars and restaurants nearby, which means that you can always come out to the street for cervezas and calamari. The hotel is equipped with a good selection of amenities, electric kettle, blowdryer and teabags; I didn't use any of those but it still feels great to see the basic amenities provided. The room cleaning lady did a superb job in keeping our room tidy and clean. Our intended length of stay of 3 nights only but we decided to extended our stay for another because we were so content. Will definitely come back in the near future.
Adorable hotel in the heart of the old city.
The town of Granada was so sweet. The food everywhere was wonderful and the people very friendly. This hotel was adorable. Beautifully restored in a great location. Comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast.
Great location near the cathedral. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable, spacious room.
The choice for Breakfast was very basic and no other facilities really that you expect from 4 Star hotel
Best place to stay in Granada
This has been the 4th year staying here. I love the hotel.
Friendly, excellent customer service and attention to detal.
Good stay!
Nice and comfortable room. Services was good too!
It was right in the center. We were able to walk to all the major sites of attraction. Only cab ride was to see the Alhambra. Less than two blocks from the beautiful Cathedral of Granada. Near the shopping district and restaurants. Very clean and staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Great hotel, right in the centre, easy walk to all areas of the city centre. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and of a good size. Over all an excellent stay in a lovely city.
Disappointed
I stayed here during my business trip. I decided to stay here based on the reviews. Overall the stay was very average and I was disappointed. The room size was very small for a queen size bed, but I can live with that. However the room smelt badly of cigarettes and the AC unit did not work, it was just blowing out hot air. To top this, there is no bar or restaurant facilities, you have to go out to eat. I had to leave for the airport for 7am and went down for breakfast and guess what, breakfast timings are 7:30am onwards. Extremely disappointed.
Fantastic value!
Great find, well appointed and central wirh a nice breakfast and awesome views over a picturesque square
Great location, Nice Room facing the square. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment. Helpful staff.
Great rooms, great location. I can highly recommend this hotel.
small but clean and cozy rooms. nice location to attractions.
Hotel was in a great location- short walking disrance to Cathedral and other plazas. Lots of shops and restaurantes close. The staff was friendly and accommodated us by giving us early checkin when we were exhausted from traveling. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel felt very safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
We stayed in a junior suite for two nights. The bathroom and the shower room were combined, which smelled like dump. I tried to call the reception, but then noticed the phone was broken so had to go downstairs. They spayed a fragrance that obviously disappeared in a couple of hours and started to smell again on the second day. Also the room was very cold despite changing a/c temperature. Again we had to go downstairs for that... the temperature for each room was controlled by the reception, so if we wanted to change the temperature, again had to go downstairs due to the broken phone. The location was very convenient.
Nice stay in Granada
Very nice hotel with good service. Breakfast was very good. Location excellent. Can be a little noisy at night, but no fault of the hotel, just due to the fact it is in a busy area.
The hotel is in the center is town. Waking distance from the main attractions and if you don’t want to walk the bus station is a couple of blocks away. Breakfast it is plentiful
Excellent location. Room was a little small but comfortable
Great modern facilities ! Great location in the city! I would recommend tha glass door into the W/C be a regular door for more privacy.
This hotel is conveniently located ... food and most tourist activities are in walking distance.
Excellent place to stay
Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Great location for walking
Great location to walk everywhere and nice hotel. Only issue was trying to ask a question at Reception - very busy or they were always on the phone
Great for overnight tourist trip
A good quality hotel in a great position for a reasonable price.
Great location and very comfortable modern room
Very good central location, easy access to all the sights, modern fresh and clean. Very recommended
This hotel is centrally located, accessible to the Cathedral and the Rambla. The staff members are very helpful. However, there is a lot of noise from the streets in the hotel. Even with the windows closed, it was hard to sleep because of external noise. Moreover, the single rooms are quite small. The breakfast buffet is very good.
