Wonderful staff & location, but not accommodation
The staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to be accommodating, however despite their efforts it didn’t make up for the disappointment in the accommodation. The Villas look great, particularly in pictures, however once there they don’t live up to the value expectations for the price of the villa. With the remote location, one would of expected to have a much better stocked kitchenette... but was even missing some essentials for anyone who would like to cook even the most basic of meals (cutting board, potatoe pealer, decent size frying pan,etc.). I thought the mosquito netting was only a design element, but there were many insects, mosquitos were the least of the worry. This may have been related to the recent rainy weather... the staff did come clean the Villa repeatedly based on this, but still was’t a very luxury experience. The place is looks fantastic, but isn’t well designed. The sinks and showers don’t drain properly, making them hard to be clean. It has been built quite cheaply... and was starting to show wear and tear. Unfortunately, I would be unable to recommend staying at this location, unless you are someone looking for something one step up from camping.
A little piece of heaven
Kyamata resort is amazing. So peaceful. Its a little on the remote side but this was perfect. Could walk to a restaurant probably about 1 mile. Eating in though is lovely. The Kyamata restaurant was simple but lovely too. Amazing experience. I would return and I don’t usually say this as the world is big.
Beautiful setting and resort
Gorgeous setting. When you sit on the loungers by the sea, it feels like you're at the end of the earth. Wonderfully far from crowds, quiet, relaxing. Large resort pool that you mostly have to yourself. The villas are beautifully designed, modern and minimal. Extremely friendly and helpful young staff. Fresh zucchini and cucumbers from the garden were always available for snacking. One night, the hotel organized a delicious BBQ. Wonderful stay and hospitality! The only things we wished for were comfortable seating in the living room and screens on the windows and doors to keep out the many mosquitos, but otherwise wonderful and we'd still highly recommend!
A little but if Heaven in Kefalonia
My family and I had a dreamy 3 nights in a 3 bed grand Villa. We loved everything about the resort. The house was beautifully styled, super simple and incredibly calm. The girls loved our own little pool but we spent lots of time at the big pool alternating between the sea, the pool and lovely little bar for home made lemonade and home grown cucumber. The staff are lovely and there for everything you need. There is enough food choice at the bar to keep everyone happy but there are plenty of local tavernas and lovely beaches close. We were particularly taken with the amazing selection of home grown vegetables that we could help ourselves to. It was hard to Leave but we’ll be back!

Luxurious Private Villas
This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed.
