Very courteous staff, clean room, and delicious breakfast. Only drawback is the 15-minute walk to Nagoya Station on uneven pavement.

Good sized room, very fresh looking and clean. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance getting information and making a reservation in Arimatsu. We would definitely stay here again.

Either it was the expedia app or I did not know how to search but the beds were to small for a family of 4. Other than that I was very satisfied with the hotel and the amenities that were provided. For the price I paid, great!!!

Great place for budget stay in Nagoya

Within walking distance of the jr station and airport line. And I was taking with me a large suitcase. Great local facilities including sauna and hot water pool. Seems like locals are also using that too. Didn't have breakfast, but did get to the happy hour for drinks. Good English for front desk. Everything is clearly explained. Bed was wide too.

I loved the hot bath, it was very clean and relaxing. The included breakfast was great, we could enjoy delicious vegetables. The happy hour every day is also a nice touch. The hotel is very well situated near Nagoya station, it was convenient for transportation. We had a great stay at Kuretake Inn.

Not for those who expects to do laundry at the hot

Staff: The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room: The room was a bit small, there is not even a decent size of table inside the room. Also, the location of the aircon can be better. Whichever way we position the aircon window, the air hits us either directly or imdirectly when air bounces on the wall or curtains. Toilet: Toilet is very very small. the water tap is shared by the shower and the bathroom sink. The water mixer is very unstable, water will either get hot or cold even after you fixed the position of the mixer. Laundromat: Although the hotel has a laundromat in the 2nd floor, the washing machine does not dispense detergent. You have to buy your own detergent at the reception. As all laundromats (except for in-room washing machines) that we have used all over Japan dispenses detergents, we didn't expect that it doesn't dispense deterget. The result is that our first 2 laundries (simultaneous) have no detergents. The washing machines also seem to be not well-maintained, as the lint bag on the other machine is almost full and the lint bag on the next machine is torn. for the dryer, i needed to dry for 2 hours and my sweat pants was still a bit wet. If you are looking to do laundry, this hotel may not be for you. Breakfast: breakfast comes with the booking, the spread of the menu is quite a variety. Surrondings: We didn't find a restaurant or eating place near the hotel. Also, we have to walk one block for the nearest convenience store.

Staff are really nice and helpful.

Pros: Clean facility with a surprisingly large number of amenities despite the hotel size. They have a lot of small bathroom amenities free to take downstairs even face wash, which is rare at most hotels. There's men and women's onsen on first floor. There's also free booze at happy hour from 6-8pm. They also gladly kept our luggage for an extended period of time since we wanted one night away at Nagashima before coming back to Nagoya. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Free breakfast was good. Cons: A bit of a walk to Nagoya subway and Meitetsu bus stn. And an even further walk to get to Nagoya JR stn for shinkansen. About 10-15min walk.

Easy walk to Nagoya Station. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Fabulous, varied, breakfast buffet. Will stay again. Great city!

It provides a decent breakfast and 5mins walk from Nagoya main station. It provides disposable toiletties at lobby. Overall it was a pleasent stay.

Compact yet comfortable hotel. Within walking distance from Nagoya station and shopping belt. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Staff were friendly and helpful despite their limited use of English but with the use of translator, all were good. Recommended for future stays.

Out of expect, it's comfortable in general. Nice breakfast, nice onsen with mineral water, got daily room clean-up, and washing machine facilities.

A bit of a walk (10 mins) from the JR station, but the room and amenities more than make up for the slight inconvenience. My room was spacious and comfortable and the building looked sleek and new. Great security features for women regarding bath and laundry room use. Excellent buffet breakfast with a huge variety of Japanese and western food. Happy hour every day with 1 free drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic). Less than 5 mins walk from 2 convenience stores. If you walk 10 mins to the station, there are at least 3 department stores and a large electronics/housewares store for all your shopping needs. I loved coming "home" to my room each day and would definitely consider staying again.

I enjoyed breakfast and happy hour very much, bed is haven, great.

When entering the address on google maps it directed me to a completely different building, so I had to go into expedia and use the coordinates in order to find it, so that was a bit annoying. But overall enjoyed my stay; staff were lovely, room was clean and a decent size. Free breakfast was also provided, and you're offered a free happy hour drink each night. Would definitely stay here again

全体的に綺麗でした

名古屋駅からはかなり距離がありましたが、地下を通って近くまでは雨に濡れずに行けます。ハッピーアワーがあって、ドリンク、アルコール、小さなスナック菓子があり、ほっと一息つけました。裏側のビルのボイラーの音がゴーゴー少しうるさかったですので、部屋によっては当たり外れがあるかもしれません。ベッドは寝やす質のいいいものだったと思います。温泉は狭目で、洗い場も引っ付いて3席しかなく、後ろで開くのを待つ感じでした。お湯はぬるめでした。朝食は２日ともほぼ同じでしたが割と充実した内容でした。

基本上房間夠濶裝修幾新淨，加上一個小溫泉浴場，相對價錢是相當不錯 有人說職員英文唔得，唔係喎，幾好呀！ 要彈的就是浴場沒有浴巾供應，韓國姐姐沖完才發覺冇浴巾，入面又冇工作人員，差點要裸跑回房間！加上溫泉入面沒有時鐘，不知浸了多久！ 房間沒有USB插頭（我找了幾篇都找不到），我是從大阪過來名古屋玩一天的，沒有帶電源插頭， USB線是沒有用了！好在帶了流動電源，否則手機gg！這絕對接受不了！

新しい施設のため、非常に綺麗だった。お風呂もサウナがあり、朝食も満足できる内容でした。

場所が分かりやすく、部屋も清潔で、朝一番の朝食が最高!でした。

女性用の浴場と洗濯スペースが暗証番号式になっているので安心です。追加料金なしで豊富なメニューの朝食がいただけます。少し歩くと名古屋駅前なので食事や買い物に便利です。ビジネスホテルとしてはコスパが良いと思います。

　朝食が子ども(1歳4歳)無料で、満足できるメニューがありとても良かった！大人も500円で食べられるのは、コスパよかったです。

部屋に持って入れるデスクライトがあったのが何よりよかった！大概のホテルは暗くて仕事するのきついので、エントランスにあってたなぼたでした。

清潔です

短いステイでしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。特に朝食は種類が多くバランスも良し、おお味もとっても美味しかったです。また朝食会場のスタッフの方は元気良くご挨拶をしてくださり1番感じが良かったです。一つ気になりましたのは、7階のお部屋を8:30くらいに出た際にハウスキーピングの方が廊下やエレベーター前のホールに各部屋の汚れたシーツを広げていて歩きづらかったことですね。あまりに遠慮がないのでちょっとびっくりしました。ビジネスホテルですからほとんどの方がすでにチェックアウトされていたのかもしれませんが、もう少し壁に寄せるなどの配慮が必要ではないかと思いました。 またご利用させて頂きたいと思うホテルでございました。

由名古屋站行去都有段距離，係橫街內，適合自駕遊酒店門外有停車場，包早餐款式算多有西式日式。

浴室や脱衣場が狭かったものの、お風呂は気持ちよくよく、施設も全般に快適でした。

フロントの方も丁寧に対応してくださってました

日本人のスタッフさんと、外国のスタッフさんで説明の内容、ホテルの使用方法等が差があるような気がする。

新しくてキレイ。リーズナブルなのに朝食バイキング、大浴場もあり、コンビニや居酒屋、食べるところも歩いていける距離に沢山ある。何より劇団四季を観るために名古屋に宿を取ったのだけど、四季劇場も歩いて五分以内だし、宿の提携駐車場が四季の提携駐車場だった。

浴場・サウナがついていて良かった。友人との旅行で結構なハードスケジュールをこなした後の入浴はとても気持ちがよく、疲れもとれた。

チェックインの前、チェックインの後どちらも荷物を預けられたのがとても有難かったです。幼い子供2人と一緒に泊まりましたが、何も不便無く泊まることが出来ました。

喫煙の予約だっのを当日に禁煙の部屋に変更して頂きありがたかったです。

不親切

事前にメッセージで大きいサイズのパジャマをお願いしていたが、準備されていなかった。フロントに電話したら、取りに来るように言われてサービスが低いレベルだと感じました。
