This area was perfect for visiting Parong beach,bangla road area. If you want to be close to the night life, partying and action this is it. If you're looking for quiet so not stay there. The staff was wonderful and the rooms super clean and spacious.

VERY LOUD NO STAIRS PUNGENT PERFUME EVERYWHERE

If you're trying to have a quiet stay. This one has club music til midnight. Even with slider closed music is Loud. Also no elevators. If you have allergies the entire hotel has candles that smell so strong i had a astma atrack. I booked this hotel to get away from kids and to my surprise. The music was worse than being around kids. The hotel charged my card than took me to the room and said " the music is on til midnight youre ok with that?" After she charged my card. Now no refunds but there was no way i can stay in room with music that loud. Climb 3 flights of stairs. Have an astma attack and die very very dissatisfied.

What I liked - Excellent location on Patong beach, right next to Bangla road. - The rooms are very good. What I didn't like - It can be very, very noisy at night. I had a room facing the road, and you could hear tuk tuks blaring music, people revving their loud scooters, and people yelling on the street all night, until the sun came up.

Nice hotel ...but bring Ear Plugs...!

I stayed at Kudo 21-25th Feb, 2024. It's a nice hotel in a great spot, right by the beach. The reception staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well organised. The hotel is on one of the main roads so at night it is very, very noisy. Traffic and music is constant. Service is very good throughout the hotel except in the Pool bar. There is a lovely bar in the Pool, however service here is terrible. There are never any staff working despite customers sitting at the bar?!? Bring your ear plugs and you'll have a great stay!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The view is breathtaking. But I will reiterate what I’ve already read in the reviews. They do not own the pool area and beach area. So if you plan to get a good nights sleep, don’t count on it. Middle East music playing almost till one in the morning. The same beat all day and all night. Getting chairs at the beach was very easy and relatively expensive. Phenomenal location. The only thing that would keep us from coming back was the noise at night

Loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, clean and with all of the amenities. The front desk, housekeeping, security and bartenders at the club were wonderful and had great customer service skills. My only comment is that I found that the service at the restaurant and bars from the servers was lacking. It was challenging to get the attention of the servers to order more drinks as they didn't come by to check up if we needed anything. Even when we'd try to flag them down they were usually running past us or looking down at the ground so we'd have to get up and go up to them. Otherwise, we had a very great stay.

Not sure where to begin. This was one of the best vacations I ever took and the Hotel was at a perfect spot with very nice staff. For smokers they had the best pot store in Phuket pool side :)

My wife and me are the best😁

The hotel was in a good location. Both near the city center and near the beach. The staff's attitude was good and acceptable. The hotel pool was not built for swimming in any way, and in other words, it was more like a bathtub that some people entered to drink. The entrance to the hotel area is for the public. It was open and looked more like a park than a hotel area. What attracted the most attention and was miraculously surprising was the absence of an elevator to the upper floors. As soon as you enter, all the cost and 3000 deposit will be received and suddenly a black hole called long and very inappropriate stairs will appear in front of you, where you have no way back or back. You had paid the money and if you were a rock climbing champion, you would have been happy and delighted with this moment. The most interesting thing was that the hotel reception announced the reason for not installing an elevator was the oppressed government of Thailand!!!!! But overall it was fun and my wife and I had an unforgettable time together. From the hotel management to make my wife and I understand more that we are happy together anywhere even at kudo hotel😋

The best hotel at Patong

The property looks a lot bigger in pictures than it does in person. The pool was rather small, and when there are a bunch of noisy men in it, the pool becomes that much smaller. I think my wife and I arrived during Bike Week so it was rather loud at night. However, as always, Thai hospitality was amazing. Your staff at Kudo was incredible. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very nice.

You are right on the beach in one of the only beachfront hotels in the active strip of Patong Beach. The street is packed with partiers so you'll see all the action by walking if that's what you're looking for.

Great but similar alternatives

Stayed for new year as part of our honeymoon. Check in staff fantastic and remained helpful throughout our stay. Own frustration was our jacuzzi wasn’t working when we checked in and took a day to repair. I feel this should be checked before someone checks in. Breakfast was nice and could be enjoyed in the room if you wish. Beds around the pool had a minimum spend which could be pricey and on New Year’s Eve the pool closed at 4. This was my 4th visit to patong and I would say this is a good base but there are also similar standard hotels for half the price one street up.

I travelled from Canada to Phuket to relieve some tension after a very stressful year. I travelled solo and chose Kudo Beach hotel based on the reviews. The hotel is outstanding. It’s absolutely stunning with astonishing views, it’s also clean and fun with a super cool vibe. Right on the beautiful Patong beach and just a 1 min walk from the Bangla walking street (the shopping, night life district) You can never get bored here, even if you’re a solo traveler like myself. I’m a world traveller and can genuinely say that the service I received at the hotel is top notch. It exceeded all of my expectations. Alice and Candy at the front desk were a delight. Always smiling, providing suggestions and recommendations and went above and beyond each day to ensure I enjoy my trip to the max. JJ the manager was also very kind, patient and helpful. He assisted me with many requests regarding my room and made sure everything was completed in a timely matter. The food and hookah at the restaurant were delicious, the restaurant staff were also wonderful and always smiling. Thank you to James who was always welcoming and ensured that I got my special requests for my breakfasts taken care of. It’s very clear that the staff at Kudo love their jobs as they are very passionate when it comes to customer service. I will be back in the future and definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The service alone could turn this beautiful 5 star hotel to a 6. Great job Kudo!

Amazing, the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!

This hotel was amazing, the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! We stayed in the Luxury Beachfront Suite. Upon arrival, they scheduled a car to pick us up from the airport, took us to our room, which was beautiful, had a nice cake waiting for us and had the bed decorated for our anniversary. The room was very clean; bed was very comfortable, linens were the best quality and had a fantastic view of the sea. Ralph, the day manager, was remarkable! He goes above and beyond to ensure the smallest detail of your trip is taken care of. I have never had someone take care of us as much as he did! He made us feel like a VIP all week! Also, James the breakfast supervisor met us every morning with a smile on his face. He was very pleasant, learns what you like and when he see you coming, he brings you what you need as soon as you sit down. Lastly, this hotel is in the main area of Patong beach, food, drinks, beach, shopping and nightlife are at your door step! I would definitely refer this hotel to my friends and family….it truly is the best!

The location is perfect next to Bangla Road. Everything was close by this resort I would stay here again.

The property is located in the heart of Patong with Bangla Road at just 2 min walk. It’s a beach resort so very convenient to access beach..the view while having breakfast is lovely ! The rooms are very modern and clean with all amenities one could ask for. Perfect place to stay if you want comfort, the beach and still be close to nightlife !

Four day holiday

Had a wonderful stay. From initial check in to departure, all of the staff could not have been nicer. Excellent service by room, pool and breakfast staff. Beach is adjacent to pool and grounds are well kept. Had dinner one night basically on the beach. Food and service excellent. Not to mention the bonus of dinning in view of beach. Overall I highly recommend hotel.

We liked the staff that was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and modern and we liked that very much as well. The thing to prepare for is that the beach and pool areas are run by a separate company. They are very good as well but it was something that we didn't realize at first. It ended up being just fine.

Party Central

This is a great location on the beach. It’s clean and the rooms are really nice. The big problem here is that they totally cater to a party crowd, so don’t expect a chair by the pool as a guest...you have to reserve it and for a cabana you have to spend an additional $100 per day to use it. At least they shut the music down and close the pool at 7pm. It would be nice if it stayed open longer. We rented chairs on the beach for 100 bhat each and it was great.

Amazing experience! Would definitely repeat and recommend. Spacious modern and clean room. Free drinks and snacks. And the best beach club in patong. Only thing is that they don't have an elevator so beware.

We had a beautiful room. For the ladies, it has a blow drier. Free snacks and mini bar. AWESOME location! The pool bar was really fun. If youre a breakfast person, opt in for that. Its hard to find restaurants for breakfasts that arent expensive. If being in the middle of a good afternoon party doesnt excite you, its still nice to be right on the beach with a nice pool.

This is a rebuild of a previous hotel (Patong Bay Garden). The rooms are wonderful, spacious and very clean. It seems every room has a jacuzzi on the balcony which was put to great use. Housekeeping was excellent and kept our free minibar stocked each day. The pool area, whilst not huge, was great fun BUT I must say I wouldn't recommend this property for those with children under 14yo. The pool and surrounding bars have happy hour each afternoon - for outside paying customers as well (complete with a DJ pumping out the tunes) and it turns into rather an adult party (complete with 'pool girls' displaying their wares) and it is not a comfortable environment for children. HOWEVER, we enjoyed the fun and getting to know other people standing in the pool with a cocktail in hand. The location can't be beat as one of only 3 hotels between the road and beach and only a couple of minutes from Bangla Road. Breakfast was a smaller but very adequate buffet on the open 2nd floor with views over the beach - lovely.

Very pleased with my stay overall, however, there are two things that could have made my stay even better. Language is definitely an issue and the pool was very crowded with non-tenant clients.

We stayed in a Luxury Beach Front Suite and loved it. Also five stars for the staff who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Will definitely be back. 👍😄

Very nice hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and night life. We stayed for two weeks and found that the pool music could get a bit too much sometimes, however we are probably too old to appreciate it (58 and 63). We could have done with at least one English Channel on the TV. The facilities in the room are very good, nice comfortable bed, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, hairdryer etc. Would definitely recommend staying here for younger singles or couples. It can be a bit annoying that on a daily basis non residents invade the pool area and take most of the beds, but we did know that it was a beach club before we booked so really did expect this to happen. All the pool staff were very polite and friendly. On the whole we really enjoyed our stay here. One other thing the WiFi is also very good here.

If you're planning a trip to patong beach, this is the ppace you should stay. Hands down best experience

Serious lack of integrity

Had a great time, but ended on a really bad note. I had to leave early and my girlfriend would check out later. When I left this morning, I signed for the bill we accrued from restaurant and bar service. Several hours later, my girlfriend called me upset because they charged her for everything when I was supposed to pay for this trip. They told her that because I booked through Expedia that they couldn't charge my card on file for the bill (allegedly, for whatever reason) and then completely MADE UP an entire story about how I tried to call her phone and that I eventually just said "it's okay, she can pay for it when she wakes up." This was a lie told by the staff, I'm assuming to get her to pay because I already left. Embarrassed, she paid the bill and called me after. Not only do I have plenty of money for the bill, and different cards to use if one wouldn't work, but I would NEVER blindside someone into paying a massive bill that they weren't expecting to. I understand they just want their money, which I'm happy to pay, because it's what I owe. But I am not happy to pay back an upset girlfriend who had nothing to do with their mistake. They should have taken this up with me or with the booking agency, not lie about how I expect someone else to pay. For that, I give them 1 star, because one thing I expect from any hotel of any level is integrity, and clearly this place is lacking.

High class property at a reasonable price. The rooms are big, clean and impressive. Most of all great aircon. It’s positioned well on the beach and close to most of the shops and night life. It has its own well maintained pool again a must to escape the heat. All up very happy with our stay.

This place was totally amazing and each time we are in Patong Beach we plan to stay there.
