Great location and amazing staff!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our is amazing and my daughters love their breakfast. Good location!

Fantastic suite, spotlessly clean, breakfast was well above what we were expecting, superb value. Only slight issue was having to call the reception to alter any settings on the air con. Would rather be able to control it ourselves. If we ever need a hotel in kosice again then this will be top of the list.

Brand new facility/building. Some constructions around the property are still in progress. Very nice, brand new, and practical rooms. Nice staff, good breakfast. In front of the property is a major highway, so there might be noise in some rooms, however, transportation is easy and convenient to and from the location. Behind the property, there is a residential area where some gypsies are living.

Very relaxing place and convenient to airport. I will use it again in the future. Staff very friendly and professional.

There was feces present in the bidet toilet.

Very good breakfast service, lunch menu and dinner.

I emailed and said that I would be arriving on a late flight. Message was not passed along. I did not get the room that I paid for. Will see if they can “make it right” in the morning.

Modern Hotel

Unfortunately they had had a power cut just before we arrived and this knocked out the tv system.... but, you can't hold that against them.... We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, modern and we had a very nice room. It is very close to the airport and ideal as we had an early flight back to the UK.

Comfortable Airport Hotel

Hotel is close to a good shopping mall which contains a number of good restaurants, a health club & Spa and a variety of shops, including a supermarket. Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. Airport is 10 min drive.

Nice hotel - some road noise as very close to major road junction. Hotel in good condition, good speed of wifi. I'll stay there again. Nice staff and all spoke English very well.

The twin room we had was spacious and had everything we needed however on checking in we were advised that the restaurant was closed as it had been hired out for a wedding, thankfully there were plenty of other options at the shopping mall opposite.

Gutes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Sehr modernes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern in guter Lage direkt an der Ortsumgehung, Shopping Mall und ca 4km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kleines Minus: Die Klimaanlage kann nicht selber eingestellt werden, man muß dies über die Rezeption machen. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok.

這次旅程中住了三種房型，但感覺體驗跟房型比較沒有關係，跟運氣比較有關係；這間的洗手乳可以擠得出來，但很不好用；熱水沒有很強，第一天晚上還以為沒有熱水，在晚上11點，溫度可能只有12度左右，洗了冷水澡，隔天工作人員應該有幫我轉到確定有熱水的部分，但還是很不穩，所以迅速洗完；整體服務我是很推薦，不過建議Check in第一天早一點入房，確定熱水、必要部份的燈會亮與其他你可能會care的部分是否正常運作

住四樓（從0開始為3） 若有活動 可能還是會被吵到 服務態度很好 房間安排在單獨的門外 有點奇特但也還好 不過門真的不好開（特例） 附近有超市、麥當勞與mall 不要太晚都有的吃 整體來說推薦入住

Kauniisti sisustettu hotelli

Erittäin hieno huone ja valtavasti tilaa, tosin meillä oli tällä kertaa sviitti. Lähellä iso ostoskeskus sekä muita kauppoja, kaupungin keskustaan kätevästi julkisilla tai kävellen noin 3 varttia. Ilmainen pysäköinti heti hotellin edessä. Ainoa mikä jäi harmittamaan oli kuumuus, huoneessa oli 24-25 koko ajan lämmintä, ilmastointi oli tehoton ja jostain syystä se oli sammunut yön aikana kokonaan, eikä käynnistynyt enää uudelleen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und es war ab 4:30 sehr laut da zum normalen Verkehr zusätzlich auch noch die Straßenbahn fuhr. Eine Umbuchung in ein ruhigeres Zimmer war nicht möglich. Sehr kurze Nächte

Das Zimmer war super. Da ich kein Muttersprachler bin, war für den ein oder anderen Rezeptionisten Dir Hemmschwelle vielleicht etwas größer. Ausstattung super, Klimaanlage, Minibar, Restaurant, Einkaufszentrum gegenüber, Anbindung Straßenbahn, war alles sehr zufriedenstellend.

מלון נקי ומסודר, המבנה והחדרים נראים מתוחזקים ברמה גבוהה. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים בעיצוב מודרני. המינוס העיקרי הוא איכות ארוחת הבוקר שהייתה בינונית מאוד. המלון נמצא בפאתי העיר כ8 דקות נסיעה למרכז העיר. למלון יש לו חניה משלו וממש מעבר לכביש ממוקם קניון אופטימה שיש בו מגוון חנויות רחב.

Ich war mit meiner Familie da und es hat uns gut gefallen. Einzig die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist leider etwas weit. Gegenüber ist ein großes Shoppingcenter. Airport ist um die Ecke.

Ich habe im Hotel drei Nächte übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstrasse, wo zu viel Verkehr ist. Das Zimmer war schön und gross aber wegen dem Lärm von der Strasse konnte ich nicht bei einem offenen Fenster schlafen. Obwohl ich ein Frühstück gebucht habe, jeden Morgen habe ich einen leeren Saal ohne Frühstücksbuffet gefunden. Wenn ich gefragt habe, ob ich etwas zum Essen bekommen kann, kam kaum eine Antwort vom Personal zurück. Das Servicepersonal hat sich sehr interesselos und gleichgültig verhalten. Nach langem Warten habe ich einen Käse-und Schinkenteller bekommen und musste selber nach einer Tasse Tee fragen. Mit bedauern muss ich feststellen, dass das Personal nicht auf die Touristen orientiert ist; es werden nicht mal die Grundbedürfnisse von den Gästen berücksichtigt, Grüssen und Herzlichkeit fehlt. Man fühlt sich da nicht willkommen.

Good place who doesn't want centre. Near airport and the biggest shopping mall of the city. Breakfast could have more variety like for a 4 stars hotel.

Przyjemny hotel, ale niestety sasiedztwo akademikow jest dosc uciazliwe ze wzgledu na halas - glosna muzyka do pozna w nocy ( odglosy imprezy ). Apartament duzy , nowoczesnie urzadzony, niestety lozko niezbyt wygodne i slabej jakosci posciel. Sniadanie bardzo przecietne. Mila i usmiechnieta obsluga.

Todella siisti moderni uusittu hotelli. Kiva huone, siisti kylpyhuone. Miellyttävä kokemus. Voisin hyvin vierailla uudelleen. Suhteellisen lähellä lentokenttää. Itse yövyin vain yhden yön lennon saapuessa myöhään, aamusta jatkaen jo matkaa.
