Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area.

Clean, quite and comfortable bed..

Small room. Too compact for comfort. Most importantly is the messiness of the place due to the some co-living tenants in the same building! Staff (female) at the reception during check in and check out was also super unfriendly… the male staff was ok. The one who opens the door is also ok.

Very clean and convenient for getting foods

Great location and good value for money. However, the hotel ignored the special message I sent about my after midnight check-in, and decided to assign me a low-floor, highway-facing room that was located near the service lift door. The noise from the highway and service staff doing housekeeping in the morning was just unbearable. Reception staff was being stern and inflexible, but got her job done.

If it has the coffee and tea facilities in the room will be better. Otherwise it is a very good hotel to stay in

Excellent value for money

This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit. Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 .

Major security issues. Sexual harassment and aggressive behaviour is not only tolerated but mostly ignored too.

Great place for a short stay

The check in was definitely not pleasant. We did not meet any of the staff after check in. At check out, I handed the keys in and the staff asked if I had a car, I didn’t. He said thanks. He did not engage with me nor I with him. We were in our room most of the time. The food hall across the hotel was convenient. The room was pretty average didn’t look like the photos on the website. The chap who gave us fresh towels on Sat was cheerful. The bed linen was stained, it was just turn over, very unhygienic practice. I had to unclog the shower drain.. completely caked in hair , yuk! Definitely not as pleasant as Komune Living and Wellness.

It’s not worth the distance to downtown. It’s a nice enough hotel but I would not go there again. It’s hard to get to the center, not very walkable and the taxis/grab take really long cause of the traffic.

Awesome Hotel

This hotel is amazing, nice and clean throughout, I love the infinity pool on the 29th floor with a fantastic view of the city, and the roof top has a sky deck where you can sunbath and relax. I would stay here again in future.

Its very near to everything. Its affordable. However the room has cigarette odour. I guess they havent clean up the smoke remnant by previous occupant.

The property on arrival wasn’t clean enough. There was hair on the floor and bed, and the room smelt quite bad. I asked to get a different room straight away. They happily agreed with me and gave me a room that was a lot cleaner. The services available to you are 10/10. Breakfast is good, pool has a nice view, and there are a lot of restaurants opposite which serve Asian food.

Cheap and Clean. Worth to visit again.

Check in procedure to be improved

Check in was slow at 7:30-8:00pm, and staff was overwhelmed with phone call. He handed me key card without any explanation while speaking on the phone. This is by far one of the worst experiecen I had.

Place is super clean and the whole area looks brand new. You need to request for a towel after you check-in. The staff are all quite friendly though so that’s no problem. There is a supermarket and lots of good eateries within walking distance less than a minute away. Also the Gateway mall is some 5-10 minute walk away while the Megamall is some 5-10 minutes away by car. Well recommended if you’re looking for a nice convenient place to stay in KL

Basic hotel and service. Don't expect a full hotel service. It isn't. I have stayed here for 4 times and each time gave me different experiences from poor checkout to non shower gel to non towels to non bath rug for you to dry your feet after shower. For the price, well that s what you get.

Easy to do self check-in. Room was clean but doesn't come with toiletries such as toothbrush. Vending machine that sells toiletries was not working with all my credit cards somehow, hard to buy from a convenience store instead.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is good, clean lobby Room is small, I would like to be able to walk around the room freely. Garbage is not collected on a regular basis. Shower room is not very convenient, the whole toilet is getting wet when showering and there's no enough towel provided

It's a good place to stay, it would be better if you could just give 2 pillows instead of 1. When I ask the staff for extra, she said she needs to charge me for that pillow, I was like isn't all hotels giving 2 pillows?

I hope that after this the hotel will be able to provide toothbrushes and also toothpaste

Smelly and mouldy smelll from the bathroom. Staffs made mistake of my stay for 1 night instead of 2 nights. I was being called and questioned as if I have overstayed and not checking out on 2nd night after 10pm. Room is sufficient for the price paid.

Good property and definately value for money. The property and facilities are are will maintained and clean. However my biggest dissatisfaction was the parking fees on MYR 5 PER ENTRY. It is fair to charge MYR 5 per day but PER ENTRY is too much

Nice infinity pool

The most important in this review, Big compliments to the Champion Staff Daniel, Indra, Adam, Rachael, Nabi and 1 more guy from Housekeeping i forgot his name. All of them are amazing, they are always ready when i need some assistance. Superb!! This is what we called Hospitality service! But i have to be honest also about room cleanliness, lots of hair on the floor. Toilet floor and toilet seat are dirty!! Please improved on that. I can say, this property has beautiful room set up and also the design are look modern and fresh. If not maintain from now, im sorry to said your room cleanliness will go more things to do and need more cost involve. I totally understand this is 3 star hotel but they is NO tolerance for Hygiene and room cleanliness! A side from that, my overall experience was positive and i felt so happy with the service provide from the name mentioned. Congratulations you guy's deserve a big COMPLIMENTS. I can't wait for my next stay there.

Often Here

Cleanliness is good but still can be improved. Found foreign hair particles on floor and toilet bowl which definitely not mine. Fridge door is dirty and obviously need cleaning. Got water leak from fridge as well. The room built with good sound insulation so the stay was quite and peaceful. That's the winning point to me.

HOTEL GUEST SHOULD BE FREE PARKING. BREAKFAST NO MUCH OF CHOICE. THE MAIN COURSE IS NASI LEMAK. I HAVE GASTROINTESTINAL PROBLEM. UNABLE TO EAT NASI LEMAK AND BREADS. NO OTHERS CHOICE FOR ME. HOPE YOU MAY IMPROVE YOUR MEALS. I MAY COME AGAIN. THANK YOU.

Everything was goodd only the lift is suck so many people use and slow lift

The facilities all new and well maintained. However, they need to improve the room hygiene generally, as i found some stain on the toilet seat and bed bugs on bed which i requested to change room at midnight Fortunately, they change a new room for me soon after i made complaint.

Excellent stay with great comfort and convenience with a nearby mall

I like the cleanliness but the basic toiletries is not as expected. TV channel not so much option. On demand also not available which i think they can make better for the free tv channel. other than that overall is good.
