We stayed two nights at this hotel, food was excellent, staff was always helpful and courteous. Nice clean and safe hotel. They offer golf cart ride to the Lulu mall which is also very good and many big brand shops.

Just returned after a 3 nights very memorable stay at Marriott Kochi. Lovely spacious room, immaculately clean bath and toilet. Great breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant Kochi Kitchen. Special mention of outstanding service: At reception by Akash and Meenu. Housekeeper on floor 22- Aasman. Outstanding service team at Kochi Kitchen led by Rinoy Mathew, Anil and team. Well maintained hotel and excellent staff

The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout. The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar. If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however. I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

The property is amazing, needs better cafe as it is right next ro reception and it stays very busy and noisy all the time due to corporate functions and other guests.

The staff did a very good job in spite of a large number of guests at the breakfast area.

Wasn’t happy that I had to pay twice the going rate. Even then the staff did not waive the fee for an extra bed. Special mention to Rose who was very pleasing to chat with.

We wanted to stay for another week, called down to the front desk, was told the will call us back with details. Gave staff 45 minutes and writer called again. Writer was told to expect a call back within a few minutes. Writer waited until 12:25 Am, no call back. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times per year. We checked out and went to another property. Marriott dropped the ball, big time!!!

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at and I will definitely stay again in the future. Special thanks to the following hotel staff for making our stay wonderful: Swetha, Achu, Rachel, Linsa, Siljo, Rahul, Daniel and a few others whose names I did not catch. If any criticism can be given, the only problem I can see is that the taste of the meat items in the dinner menu can be improved. For instance, I had dinner there one day and the beef curry was not great.

One of the best stays I have ever had. The staff were excellent, from the moment We got picked up from the airport. To the checkin and every meal I had in the hotel. It was absolutely amazing. Front Office staff were so nice and friendly, They always greet you with a smile and trust me, it is very refreshing. The security staff and the concierge staff is always there to help you. Whatever you may need they will go out of their way to help you. Food is absolutely amazing, and the spread is excellent. Food tastes authentic and no flavor is over powering the other. Just a heads up, meal times could get the restaurant staff running an uphill marathon, so patience is important if you ordered anything. But its worth every minute, dollar and rupee. I highly recomment Kochi Marriot and definitely not my last stay here.

Arrived at airport to be collected for our stay, easy check in by reception Ate at Cassava twice and food was excellent maybe a little expensive Stayed here not long after it opened but no alcohol licence made me move on! This has now been rectified and Will certainly make this my new home in Cochin

I think the property is slowly going down in rating especially having crowd in the hotel for conventions . Corporate events ruin the ambience. I am expecting a premium experience and it was not there during my stay . Breakfast is mediocre compared to other facilities I have stayed in India , Staff is under trained and straight out of school . Fine dining restaurants like Cassava still has its charm as it catering to the premium experience. This would be my last time staying at Marriot Kochi , Need to look at alternatives next time .

Only one thing I notice negative about this property is the lobby lobby is too small and no place to sit . My gusts came to see me but could not sit there and have a small discussion

It's location was convenient.. amenities were that expected from a hotel of its size and reputation. What I disliked was that it did not offer 24 hrs check in and check out as is expected from a business hotel

I'm a frequent business traveler in India and stay at international chain hotels only. This hotel has become one of my favorite on all front. Kochi Marriott is in an excellent location next to a massive mall. Price is very reasonable and cleanliness is impeccable. Buffet breakfast is out of this world and usually included with room charge.

Received a personalised service. Staffs approached were excellent and very helpful. During our stay, due to some medical reason couldn't do breakfast and staff packed our breakfast as a takeaway. Well located and accessible to all facilities. Felt very comfortable.

Best hotel of my life

I have stayed at nice hotels my whole life, but this place is even better. It has an amazing buffet and wonderful pool, also a very relaxing spa. Great location next to the mall. I have stayed here twice and will come again!

A very pleasant experience. A special mention to all the staff for being so friendly and hospitable. They provide a buggy (no extra charges) to lulu mall. This was very convenient.

Reception is a tragedy.. Room is a bit dusty, don't know why. Food for me is average comparing to other property's. When I was there, the property had a lot of VVIP guests, the way they treats us is not equal. If a vvip enters the zone in the time which I am getting into the facility, why should I wait for his entry bcos I have paid for the service and inside the property the amount of money, I have paid values. Behaviours of some of the staff is rude. Overall I didn't had a good experience inside the facility.

Worst experience in my lifetime in a 5 star place. Please note that 2 rooms were booked with 3 occupants. I called the hotel 3 times before my elderly guests arrived ( aged between 70 - 80 years) First call was to make sure that rooms were close to each other since the occupants are elderly- hotel did not accommodate even though I was promised by staff, that they would try to accommodate. Their rooms were far apart, and my elderly guests could not sleep well because they felt insecure. Second call was to confirm why breakfast wasn’t provided, even though I had booked with breakfast included. Hotel front desk asked me to contact hotels.com, who confirmed and spoke with kochi Marriott, and told me that issue is resolved. I called back Kochi Marriot and front desk assured that there is no issue, and all 3 guests will be provided with break fast. My guests went down for breakfast, and the restaurant said only 2 can have breakfast!! Really?! Shame on Kochi Marriott and it's team. Is kochi Marriott's profit up after denying a meal to one of your guests who had already paid for it? Will they be sharing a bigger bonus? I routinely make bookings for my folks at Hyatt, holiday inn etc. They are all far superior than Kochi Marriott, and far better in customer service. This will be the first and last time my family and I will stay in Kochi Marriott. I emailed the hotel, also asked for a call back 2 days ago. Never heard from them, of course.

Best place in town with amazing food & service

We are coming once in a while to relax & especially for shopping trips. This hotel is our favorite for short get-aways in Kerala. We love the service, the staff, the rooms, the super comfy beds, the drop & pickup service to Lulu Mall, the Sheesha Lounge, but the best is the amazing food. We enjoyed the Monsoon package including breakfast and dinner and the buffets were the best part of our stay. Don't look for any other place! This is the perfect oasis in the middle of the city and we highly recommend staying here.

property was good in new condition n food was costly but very tasty...Car hire charges are very high...Otherwise , staff was very co-operative.

The location being close to the mall, also staff were very pleasant and always welcoming every body with smile.

During my check in there was a problem - hotel said the booking I made is only for executive room with lounge access. But the reservation I have is half board with breakfast and dinner. The check in took awhile as the manager can’t honour the Expedia booking eventually he said it was escalated to the higher management and in the meantime they will accept my booking. I was pleased but there was time loss. However overall experience was very good. I just hope they will hotel will coordinate more with 3rd party like Expedia to prevent confusion in future.

Amazing stay at Marriott Kochi. The location of hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Service was prompt. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Cassava restaurant is must visit. Chef Saji Alex is simply great. We tried many dishes and all are fantastic. Will surely return to Marriott and Cassava restaurant.
