The bathroom was horrible. Yiu have to wear shower shoes. The cleaning of the bathrooms were poor.

Love the hotel's excellent services. Great location and priced easy.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The staff were most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and very nice.

Near to the airport

My husband and I really appreciate the staff service, everyone is just very nice, friendly, accommodating, helpful. Special mention to Dorothy, Vea and 2 front desk staff. Such a lovely young ladies. And one girl who clean the rooms, her name Noraya( I hope I am correct) she offers help when she saw my husband having an injured hand even if she was busy working and cleaning the rooms, really appreciate this girls. We are planning to come back for longer stay, we just really love how they take good care of the guest. And even the security guards and Valet staff, everyone is just so nice.

Was nice but was not that quiet. People were doing maintainance work being loud this morning real early. Room was not serviced propally when arrived missing face cloths, handtowels no spare toilet paper roll.

My was just fine the Staff are welcoming but my room 949 the outlet was not working and the amenities like wash cloths, hand towels , bathrobes needs to be requested. I need to call the front desk always they said they will bring it up but it never comes.. towels needed to be replaced as they look old. The first time I booked in this hotel was above and beyond. This stay I was not completely satisfied. It needs more attention about making the rooms presentable!

Nice hotel. They are building casinos around the hotel. Free shuttle to the airport is a nice perk.

The bathroom was so slippery and no bath mat available. The only thing that was provided was a bath towel.

Just needed a place to sleep for a layover, this place met expectations. Expedia says free rollaway, but i was charged for it.

Great Stay with great service

I did not have a goodnight rest as the other guests are so loud you can hear from the wall which we called the Front Staffs saying that they can’t hear anything from the hallway. How about hearing it inside the room. This made my stay here terrible. I came from a bumpy flight and needed a peaceful sleep. One star for me they didn’t care at all.

Definitely not 4 star, 3 star at best my safe was broke and shower water easily leaked in bathroom main floor. Smart tv was not smart, it only had basic boring channels. Bed was good, hallway was murky and not air conditioned. No complimentary water inside and only had refill water stations outside of rooms Service and concierge was the best and the restaurant and some great food. Massage room was in a random room number on 9th floor but did not attend But budget friendly for those looking to stay near okada, solaire and city of dreams. I’m not sure if I’ll give them another chance.

One of my complaints would have to be the Breakfast buffet. The cost was definitely not equal to the quality of food or options. I chose to eat outside of the hotel at a nearby location which I was pleased with cost and taste and of course choices. This would not prevent me from staying at the Kingsford again in the future however.

We found cockroaches in room. I reported to housekeeping, front desk and duty manager at check out. Disappointing! We also noticed and reported that guests going for breakfast was not wearing dress code ie pajamas

I am very frustrated after stayin in this hotel. Expectation vs reality because the rooms are too small ans bathroom are very small space. Floor was unclean when i get in to the room. The tv was not smart tv and not even working well....i am not happy for what i paid to its price.

The stay was good just for 1 night. Food was great and staff are friendly. However, my parents room didn't have a bath towel. Parking got full as well and we had to park in the ramp.

It’s so convenient to just go out from the hotel n catch grab and it’s located in a safe area where it’s like for tourists only. The security is so high they check cars with their k9 dogs and do a screening check at the entrance. I feel safe around This area. The hotel itself is soo clean and modern n it’s far from the main road. It’s safe to walk to the casino hotel and the mall. I love the area and I would stay again.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean and had a nice view, and room service food as well as the breakfast buffet was pretty tasty.

Staff were eager to help. The lunch and afternoon tea that we had were very tasty, but the breakfast was very disappointing. The room size was a little smaller than I expected, but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is showing its age or lack of repair with power sockets hanging off walls in wet areas. Carpets in rooms are dirty. The hotel advertise free parking but on arrivle were told the carpark is full. We must pay the porter to park the car. After checking the carpark there was at least 20 parking spaces to be found. The hot food served at meals is mostly cold.

The first room was good size .unfortunately the shower floor was not a none slip finish within 2 seconds i had slipped bumped head and elbow .the hotel staff were brilliant as it was very late at night they took me to the hospital and picked me up .they upgraded my room to a better shower and provided bath mats .they have nurses 24 7 at the hotel and twice a day they dressed my wounds professionally. It started raining on the Saturday and sunday morning i got out of bed and slipoed again on a large pool of water leaking through window surrounds .i spoke to the manager who was very professional upgraded me again and extended my stay with a favourable rate for another 8 nights .the staff here are excellent .the hotels in a good area to get to many places reasonably easy .ihighly recomend this hotel i will stay again inspite of my accident .

Nice place to stay in Manila. On the bay. Close to MOA. Breakfast Buffet is nice. Dinner in the Cafe was really Good. Will stay here again.

Beside Okada. During our stay there’s a lot of construction ongoing nearby. But overall the Hotel was Good. Staff were nice too.

Rate was cheap. Food was ok, but you get what you pay for. Room was nice and clean. A little bit disappointed due to lack of public transportation options.

The food takes forever to arrive. Breakfast so inconvenient with so many noiisy people moving around you, no privacy! The room is extremely noisy! The staff always asked for roomnumber with everyone hearing it @breakfast eventhough theyrecall your face. Staff are like robot, unattentive to guest

The room they gave me smelled like smoke and dirty rags. I called and they sent up hosekeeping who sprayed the curtaiins. They did offer to change my room which had a nice view of Okada and the pool. After waiting about half an hour, they changed my room to #1133 which had a view of construction site. Not like my old view. At this point I was so tired, i didnt care. I just kept the currants shut. The bathroom was dirty. Mirrors had gross stains on it and floors were dirty. Parking was a nightmare, cars and motorcycles were parked everywhere. Every floor had 2 exit doors and one of them were coned off because employees parked their motorcycles blocking the doors to the parking lot. The staff were sweet enough but front desk staff need a little more customer service training. The whole hotel was just chaotic. For the price, i did expect a little better. It wasnt expensive but it wasnt cheap for the area.

Affordable and nice experience from check in, room, services checked out. Breakfast was not in the coffee house but was in function room. Not sure if we are shortchanged in terms of food and drinks in the function room. Hotel can manage that area better. Surroundings still under development so nothing much around the area. Overall, all good..

Great location!!!!! It was next to the mall and a short drive from the Victoria Harbor. The breakfast was great, please opt for it.

Too expensive for very ordinary/basic room.

Small room. Slippery shower with no grab bar was unusable for my wife. Small hotel bar part of small lobby. Only cafe closed 2;30 to 6pm. Easy check in and relatively close to airport. OK for a quick preflight overnight, otherwise go elsewhere.

Dangerous Parking

The Check in line is crazy! It's like a. Amusement Park. The parking space is so limited there are cars parked in the driveway in the parking ramp. I almost got into an accident on the ramp because there was only one way for 2 opposite direction cars because of the parked cars on the side. Horrible Horrible will never ever comeback here again. I just wanted to try this out for staycation but I ended up getting more stressed

Hotel stay

Staff were friendly, service was good, the room was big enough for our needs. When I checked in, I ended up settle for a 2 bed with a view, which was ok. One negative thing was, the toothbrush that I got was used but was put back in the box. That was gross!

Economical for short stay

The hotel room was nice, however when opening the curtains we were met with a not so nice view or derelict properties surrounding the entire area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with getting a grab taxi which was nice. Overall was just a place for us to stay for 1 night before catching a flight so it was fine for this.

First the pluses. Friendly staff (except the breakfast staff going through the motions), nice surprise there was a sauna and steam in the men’s workout locker room, short taxi ride to the airport in the morning, and the hotel price was right. On the downside, the outside spa was cold water, who expects cold water in a whirlpool? Worst of all, paper thin walls separating rooms. If quiet is what you expect when your head hits the pillow, you’re at the wrong hotel. I could hear even quiet conversation next door, including visits to the bathroom. Won’t be staying at this resort again.

Able to handle issues in a timely manner

Everything was great except for the mildew smell from the shower/ bathroom area!

Booked a 1-night stay while in transit from Manila to Panglao and enjoyed our night there. The hotel is not far from the airport and, depending on traffic, can be a 15min to an hour drive to the airport with a taxi. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast nice, it was perfect for 1 night.

Great stay! this is my usual property to stay while in transit as MNL is my main hub in South East Asia, the rooms are practical and clean, the staff is great and very helpful. The breakfast options are great. Close to the airport and easy to get to. Great place!
